WHO PROFITS FROM ALL THE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTOR?

Who really profits from all the development in the Southeast Sector? For sure not the community but some few individuals who are using the China Development Bank - to rake in the millions - at the expense of the community at large.

Notice not a sound from Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, Richard Blum who is Senator Diane Fienstien's hubby, the other  money changers, more money mongers - too many to reveal in this very short article.

The land - all of it belongs to the Ohlone - the First People of the area and was stolen from the Ohlone.

Eighteen treaties signed between the Ohlone and United States government - were never - ratified. We do have our courts - and the matter did go to the courts - but the justices - are just that - his justice - not worth the salt.

It is shame that exactly where the Hunters Point Shipyard is situated once there were two Shellmounds.

Two hills - the Sacred remains of the Ohlone were reduced to bits and pieces - when the hills were demolished - and the dirt and remains spread all over the Shipyard - as land fill.

We must remind the "diabolical" - those that are greedy and want to make all the money they want - that the "TRUTH" will prevail and that those seeking to exploit and be greedy - just for the sake of being, greedy - will never, ever - be successful.

Being successful is having peace of mind and being healthy.

These vermin that steal - and always so hyper and stressed - they are never at ease with themselves - turning and twisting in bed and when they are awake - the have - " no peace of mind ".

Those visiting San Francisco hardly know much about the Bayview Hunters Point - it is not even mentioned on the tourist maps.

Right where Bayview Hunters Point is situated on the San Francsico, Tourist Maps - there is a advertisement - and the tourist do not even know that is done intentionally.

Once the area is developed the Developers and our Racist City - think all will be well.

All will not be well - there is a FORCE - higher than all the forces put gather - that will deal with the money changers, the money mongers, those that are known to sell their mothers - for a nickel.

Once the word got out that the China Development Bank had loaned Lennar $1.7 billion - one billion for Hunters Point Naval Shipard and seven hundred million - for Treasure Island - all the sell outs started rejoicing. This was their moment of truth - time to make easy money - again.

The Chinese are not fools - they will weigh in on everything - and if you cross them - intentional or unintentionally - they know - how to get their pound of flesh.

The local Chinese are happy too - they think they will get a piece of the pie.

Rose Park is one of those individuals - like Willie L Brown Jr., - they and their petty - mundane - interests come first.

To hell with the poor - those that need help - those that fill their coffers - are recognized - to hell with the rest.

The United States polluted the entire shipyard. Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Ships that took part in the Atomic Experiments - off the islands of Bikini - were brought to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and sandblasted - the contaminated material - buried all over the Shipyard.

That is not all; huge animals - used in the Bikini experiments - that died from the Atomic blast - radiated - were brought and buried all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The United States Navy has never, ever been a good neighbor - not at Treasure Island, not at Mare Island, not at Alameda Naval Air Station, and of sure not at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Who wants to live and make their abode - in an area that is contaminated? Who wants to live in the middle of Chernobyl?

Well, you will be surprised to find - "dummies" - wanting to live - and those that live - will have to bear with the dire consequences - contamination and early - premature, death.

Lennar is a Rogue Developer; that has never, ever been honest.

Lennar had to declare - "bankruptcy" at Mare Island - promised to build 10,000 units and did not keep their word. Mare Island is connected to Vallejo - and Vallejo was expecting the - "tax increment" - Lennar shafted Vallejo and Vallejo had to declare - bankruptcy. Up until now Vallejo is reeling with money problems - and Quality of Life issues have been - compromised.

Who is to say Lennar, the Rogue Developer - will keep their word?  More with the through clean up of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that is the responsibility of the United States Navy. 

We the people want parcel E2 to be entirely cleaned up. The contaminants dug up, sealed and transported to a safe place - there are placed in the United States - that accept contaminated - materials and soil.

If Lennar is given a clean slate it is on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Regional Water Board, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC), the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), other Federal, State, and local - agencies.

The above Agencies must do their work - and if they FAIL - they will have - BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS.

We really want to know who truly profits from all the development in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco?

The last frontier is the only land left - and it better be abated - and most of it left - as Open Space - never mind what the Developers think of it. It is also prone to liquefaction and flooding.
