Our United States Constitution is unique - and we can make a case - when it comes to standards and mandates that matter - more when we understand the Legislative Branch, the Executive Branch and of course the Judicial Branch.
While on the local level we are dealing with the SF City Charter - we also know that the State of California and the Federal Government - have laws in place that supersede the local laws - even if the SF Board of Supervisors may not agree - the Courts can settle that dilemma.
In recent months - the Virtual Meetings held by the SF Board of Supervisors - are long and drab - too many mundane and unnecessary issues - belabored - wasting our time - more in a virtual environment - which is boring and stressful.
The Mayor London Breed - has failed us all - less transparency and NO accountability.
London Breed - fails to meet the standards - constantly sends out mixed signals - is detested by the constituents - more, small businesses.
How the meeting must be conducted are stated in the Brown Act and other standards - even Robert Rules - however, those putting on the dog and pony shows - fail the people and make a mockery of the virtual meetings and vague and drab - deliberations.
We are in a Pandemic - Novel Covid-19 virus that has taken a heavy toll. As human beings - this way of living brought about by the pandemic is not normal - if is abnormal - it is stressful - but those in authority - do not get it .
The result the situation at hand is taking a heavy toll - right now in the Bay Area and more here in San Francisco - thousands are suffering - and those who underlying ailments - slowly, dying.
Well most San Franciscans - are known to have a higher education and exposed to many sources of skills that they bring to the fore - besides spent an inordinate time - many person hours - learning and educating themselves.
Many - hold a Masters or Bachelor's degree - we have an inordinate number of candidates who have a Ph.D and more.
San Franciscans have Stayed at Home - maintained high hygiene, nutrition, exercise, meditation, and maintained spiritual values. This all is linked to education - not the barking and shouting of folks like Mayor London Breed - who has made a fool of herself. Constantly sending mixed signals - and have no clear path to being recourse to thousands in San Francisco.
The thousands who are homeless - already has cause a huge problem during this pandemic.
Now - we have hundreds if not thousands - released from our jails - even San Quentin. Those released - have invaded San Francisco - and no one is concerned about the situation at hand.
Our SF Board of Supervisors - have No clue - our Safety and Quality of Life counts - come first - but one would be hard to garner this - watching the long, drab, clueless - virtual meetings - going no where.
Again and again the SF Board of Supervisors - has failed to maintain a communication system - where the public at large - can have easy access - get on board by telephone - wait in line to be called - informed when it is time to speak - and speak.
Months have gone by - and the communication set up is getting from bad to worse.
It does not serve any purpose - worth the salt to be allowed to speak for a measly two minutes.
More - with all sorts of back ground sounds - confusing the caller - and then in the background - some one barking - your two minutes are up.
This fucking arrogance must STOP.
The least that those in authority can do is accommodate the " Public at Large " - constituents, citizens, others who all pay the salaries of the SF Board of Supervisors, the Mayor, other Department heads and employees - that are failing San Franciscans - on many levels.
At this juncture - it may well be noted - the salaries now enjoyed by those not producing must be cut to a level - no one making over $150,000 a year - and those who do not produce - capped at $75,000.
We have over 30,000 City employees - and not once has this issues been addressed.
We also have folks getting $400,000 with special contracts - this nonsense must be brought to book - and already some of these crooks have been - subpoenaed.
The Federal Government has allocated billions of dollars - for Small Businesses - many of these small businesses - are still waiting for the help - promised.
The first round linked to the Stimulus Aid - to the small businesses was an utter failure. The second round - has helped some - but most are in dire straits - many have closed shop and will not open - ever, again. This issues does not seem to faze the Mayor, London Breed - except so utter something - from time to time - that means nothing at all.
On another level note - the SF Mayor's Office of Economic Development is a JOKE.
Putting out Press Releases - conduction virtual Town Meetings - promising the world - and failing to produce anything - worth the salt.
It is time - the Mayor's Office of Economic Development (MOED) be audited.
For sure they must be visited by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - and many working for the MOED and the Mayor's Office of Workforce Development - subpoenaed.
Much like the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and the City Administrator's Office - among other SF City Departments that have failed us all - citizens of the United States - and constituents of San Francisco.
Thousands are living in congregate living - 15 to 20 living in one and two bed room units - when one person is Covid positive - the rest are vulnerable and no one is paying attention to this one very serious factor.
We must NOT open our schools - with the present peak - and we must not put our infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders, those with compromised health - more the mentally and physically in harm way.

The backlog - linked to applications and other important issues - has grown to such an uncontrollable level - that problem - in itself - is worse than a pandemic.
Right now the Mayor London Breed has been quiet as a mouse - the many Novel Covid-19 positive cases - is playing hell - all because of very poor leadership.
It does not help that Dr Grant Colfax - with his new hair do - he mostly has nothing to say - more of the same - most not paying attention to his comments - always crying - wolf.
The City and County of San Francisco does not have an Emergency Manager - having the status of a Commander.
We have some one named Mary Ellen Carroll who has failed us.
Each time she speaks - she spews diatribe - never mind she is cozy with the Mayor - London Breed and her core team - who have failed us too.
We are now going to the Presidio of San Francisco for some recourse - trying to establish - some space - to accommodate - hospital beds for Non-Covid-19 patients.
Our City and County of San Francisco - has fallen back on a Memorandum of Understanding - going back to 1989 - when we experienced a major Earthquake - Sixth Army and Presidio of San Francisco - came to the rescue of the City and County of San Francisco.

The City and County of San Francisco - has failed our essential and vital City workers - " essential workers " - many now laid off.
Many have been used - told to perform duties they were NOT trained - in many cases with Personnel Protective Equipment, masks, glovers and other essential Safety Equipment to perform the work assigned to them.
As I said many laid off - if this is the way the City and County will treat our workers - now is the time for the UNIONS - to stand united - and not pander to the Mayor and those that pander to her.

Visit the shelters where the poor try to sleep on a chair all night long - while some TV program is played. Human beings must be allowed to sleep on a bed - or on a mattress that is clean - but no - you are given a chair - and try to sleep - siting on a chair - all night long.
For starters we have NO shelters - for our single women and children, Even more difficult women with infants - they idiot talks - but they cannot walk.
There are other segments of the population - many more than the 3% Blacks of our City's population - 50% of them incarcerated - because they are NOT given opportunities.
No money should be given to paper pushers - and entities that want to take money from other City Departments - to run the Office of Racial Equity - (ORE) - that is understaffed and has NO resources - worth the salt.
Help in dire straits - thousands of Asians - those from the Middle-East, thousands of Latinx, Polynesian - immigrants from all over the world.
It has been years now our Mayor is Black, our City Administrator is Black, our Manager of the SF Public Utilities who is Black, our Chief of Police is Black - the head of Human Rights Commission is Black - most of those subpoenaed - in the current on going " corruption scandal " - now being investigated by U.S. Attorney General in San Francisco - by Mr David Anderson - are Black.
We can ask an audit of the Human Rights Commission - known as a den of corruption and lacking standards.

She has No clue in 1996 Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr - had 2000 yes two thousand Administrative Assistants hired - Malia Cohen, London Breed, Naomi Kelly and many more - were planted here, there and every where to do the devil's work.
Truly speaking - the Mayor London Breed and her team - has requested the City Department heads - to trim their budgets - 5% or 10% - over a period of two years.
So why create a new office Office of Racial Equity (ORE).
There is a mandated NO new hires - yet all this talk about Racial Equity and related issues - are being conducted by some - who we the advocates have not seen - fighting for our rights - in the trenches going back to 40 years.
The SF City and County of San Francisco - has a budget of over
$12.8 billion - I cannot go into all the details, now. I have before - it defies decency, etiquette, standards, ethics, morals - how - amoral some folks us - and bring their pussyfooting tactics and display it in front off 850,000 San Franciscans - STOP this nonsense - now.
We have a Brother - Joseph Taeotui ( known better as Jungle ) his murder has not been solved - even though the SF Police Department has the leads to the case in point.
