The Bayview Hunterspoint Community has always stood for what is right - and we still have many who will stand up for the community at large.

In the past we had Elders like Ruth Williams - who help mentor many youth and young adults - she helped preserve the Bayview Opera House - once a Masonic Lodge - Blacks has a place to go - not anymore. Now, we have a German woman - who is paid $200,000. a year - while the Managers before Barbara Ockel - the woman I mention - hardly made more than $18,000 a year. 

It has been years now - the Bayview Opera house is under the jurisdiction of nefarious entities. Twice there were shootings inside the Bayview Opera House - we took the matter about the lack of transparency and accountability - before the SF Sunshine - we won the case 9-0 in our favor.

Our joy was short-lived - the matter was sent to the SF Board of Supervisors - we could not follow anything after that - until now - we want to know what role Malia Cohen, her aunt, and a few other bad apples played - in hoodwinking the Bayview Hunters Point community.

Recently we read in the papers - about the 3rd Street and the building with gates - and the mention of the Bayview Opera - these scumbags - who go into politics to make money - and sell their souls to the devil. Time will tell.  

The Bayview Hunters Point was always known to be Non-Profit 501 (c) 3 that was until we found out - the building was designated as a 12 L and would focus on Economic Development. The community was NOT noticed - and this one act and others - all endorsed by Malia Cohen - needs to be investigated.

Most folks will tell you - more Black folks - that the Bayview Opera House reminds them of the plays, musical events, dances, in short - cultural activities.

Now suddenly it has assumed the responsibilities of the GREEDY - mostly Black sellouts - who want to make money - on the backs of the poor - this will NOT happen on my watch. I have some  Sisters and Brothers - who will see to that too. Make NO bones about that fact.   

 

I have tried to represent the community more the infants, children, youth, young adults, our Beloved Elders, those with compromised health -  more our mentally and physically challenged.

While most advocates chose to represent the community in their own way - I collect the empirical data - and then address the issues at hand. This method has served me well.

I also believe in having focus groups - having an agenda and then allow each one to contribute - to the agenda items - most relevant to the Community at large - Quality of Life issues. 

The COVID-19 virus has thrown a Johnson wrench into our situation today - we cannot meet in person, the person to person meetings at SF City Hall and most places are not existent.

What we have are so-called - " Virtual Meetings " and I detest them - mostly because I like to see the expression of the faces of human beings - and also monitor what is happening at the meeting - exclamations, laughter, sighs - and so on.

The Public at Large is not fully aware of some crooks.

The Bayview Hunters Point is rich in history - has in the course of its rich history - contributed much to the City and County of San Francisco. 

The Bayview Hunters Point lies in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

There are very few left - who understood and understand the process - still fewer who are educated on issues - you have all sorts of wannabes - pretending to know some - trying to make money - at the expense of the most vulnerable.

The Sewer System Improvement Project started as a $6 Billion dollar project and has now become - a $12 billion project. A Task Force was created - and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission promised the community 5% of that amount. Can you multiply 50 billion times 12 - that is $600 million.

600 million of Community Benefits that all the vultures - have been having a field day - controlled by two Blacks - both will be subpoenaed - both are keeping under the radar - one is Juliet Ellis and the other Dwayne Jones.

Since the year 2002 - I have been sounding the clarion call - and at last in the year 2020 - the year COVID-19 made its appearance - the Northern California - Federal Attorney General - made his move - subpoenaed a number of key culprits - and the rest is history.

The last time around such an investigation took place was 80 years ago - and today even though the Corona Virus pandemic - has cast a dark cloud - the General Attorney for Northern California - and brought about a breath of fresh air.

The cockroaches are running - but there is no place to hide. One by one just like applying RAID - the cockroaches will fall down - and wither away. 

Good deeds bring about good things - and bad actions - come to bite one in the butt. Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly - the many other scumbags should be ashamed of themselves - but they still are trying to seek money - under fake and false pretext - one of them Racial Equity.

These scumbags that I have mentioned above and some more including London Breed, Veronica Hunnicutt, Linda Richardson, Toye Moses, Al Williams, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Eloise Patton, Derf Bulter, Doris Vincent, Malia Cohen - others too many to name - all will have to pay a price.

Make no bones about the situation at hand - the above mentioned all have BLOOD on their hands.

As things stand - the press more the Marina Times and the Westside Observer - have joined some astute and stellar advocates - to expose the corruption. The corruption that has been rampant - and adverse impact the most vulnerable.

All those connected with Young Community Developers - who thought all was fine - will now learn to sing the blues - YCD has been a boon to the public at large - more the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point.

Our Elders and those controlling the Streets - all known to me - are shocked - that Dwayne Jones - doles out some stale bread crumbs - and now that he has been exposed the crook par excellence  - does not know what to make of himself. Time will tell.

We who saw this nonsense a long time ago - asked through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) - for information - sometimes we got them - and at other times - Juliet Ellis and others - kicked the can down the street.

There has been a change with the SF Controller's Office - it recent report - seems to suggest Rip Van Winkle - was fast asleep at the cockpit - and now has realized how evil some folks have been - accepting donations, conflict of interests, dereliction of duty.

We said it a long time ago - Francesca Vietor has jumped shipped - Mrs. Caen Chair will resign - in comes Ed Harrington - he will be on the SF Public Utilities Commission soon - previously he was the Controller, then became the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission and now back to his old hunting grounds.

Harlan Kelly and Naomi Kelly - husband and wife will NOT leave a legacy - each on their own - made bad choices - both were greedy - making over $400,000 a year - each - and yet they could NOT represent. Both Black and both a disgrace to the human race.

Advocates must speak Truth to Power - and most advocates are not afraid of speaking the Truth - when one does that - the crooks intimate - they try to play games - they themselves play with FIRE - and we all know what happens - when one plays with fire.

The Mayor London Breed has inherited a lot that is bad - it is bad, worse, and worst. 

We will see it all unfold - the Feds came for her ass - but Mohammad Nuru - even though he was supposed to cooperate with the Feds - went to Naomi and spilled the beans - in like manner Naomi spilled the beans to Mayor London Breed.

The bottom line all of them were doing bad things - cheating, lying, mess with others - the list is long - and the Feds can dwell on the sordid and putrid list.

We need decent San Franciscans to help us - take this situation to a higher level. No gossip no charlatans in this game - at this juncture - we have the goods - we need the people united to do the right thing. 

If you cannot help pray for us - we are not giving up. We have our work cut out for us. We have a small group - ready to put our heads together - and make a difference.

San Francisco is hurting - huge areas - downtown San Francisco - look like a War Zone.

Graffiti - needles, the stench of feces and urine - people shouting and screaming - many filthy trying to attack visitors and other on coming - in their path way.

Still others  - ill clad - most sleeping for years in tents - facing the inclement weather - many have lost there mind - and the Mayor London Breed keeps talking from both sides of her  - mouth.

Small businesses that brought in billions of dollars in taxes - to the City and County of San Francisco - screwed so badly  - that  the small businesses - are now gone.

The small businesses  applied for the first round of Stimulus Money - got nothing, then were promised some again - got nothing.

Then came promises - for a second round of Stimulus money - that was five months ago - nothing much happened. 

The small businesses in the thousands have gone - left San Francisco - lock, stock, and barrel - they are gone, gone, gone. 

Many survived for years - tried their best to stay afloat - the rent so high - but they carried on the task - of providing and sharing - unique cuisine - allowing our plates - to taste heavenly dishes - one of a kind. 

The Mayor lacks etiquette and the finer aspects of living - she is still in the hood for all practical purposes - there has been NO change in her sordid mannerism - one of a kind - rude, crude, and always barking up the wrong tree. 

Amassing wealth - working with crooks - the will be corralled and soon - be sent to jail. For too long - have many suffered - and more during this pandemic - under the dark cloud  the devils have free reign - conducting their nefarious activities - pretending to do something - but as I said and will say - impacting the vulnerable - our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - more the physically and mentally - challenged.

There is a God - and to us a few is given the mission to speak Truth to Justice  - our hearts in the right place - there is NO room for corruption of the highest order - and so as might be expected - the Law Enforcement will remedy the situation at hand.

Fine  tune the vain talk about - Racial Equity - the money taken from some - and put into the hands - of those who today - have a track record - wasting millions the liked of Dwayne Jones and his fraternity,.

Shamann Walton and his minions - ignorant and arrogant - and defiant as most idiots are - the day has come - and they will be hit like  lighting - with little chance of escaping the reality at hand.

The OGs have been kept in the dark - bribed with stale bread crumps - millions have been wasted - and Nickels given to some to organize basketball and football games - may be a baseball game here and there - nothing substantial for our youth.

Right now we need space for a HUB - to allow youth and those in need to have access to "virtual meeting " - with good computers and internet that allow sound access - G5 speed and more.

The two lead thieves Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones will go down, the two bigger fish Harlan Kelly and his sordid wife Naomi Kelly - the City Administrator will go down. This may surprise you Mayor London Breed will go down. 

We have an investigation going on and some 40 suspects are on a list to be handed a subpoena - on a platter with justice written on it.

Every  two days we see the crooks - named and awaiting their day in court - what started with one or two - is now getting into double digits - and there is more to come.

It is interesting  to witness the cockroaches trying to run and hide - but they have No succor - their stench is far and wide - and easy to detect. They will be caught and dealt with.

Such -  are the rewards of those that follow Lucifer -  their  fraternities wether it be linked to  the University of California - Berkeley - the so called Black Colleges - on the East Coast  that are supposed to educate and send forth - leaders with norms, standard, ethics, who are failing us - talking from both sides to their mouth.

Stay in Vallejo - and bring some normalcy to that military town - that has declared bankruptcy - crime is on the increase - and all sorts of adversity.

The chaff from Vallejo - sprouting all the place - has even reached the Bayview Hunters Point -  rising like a Phoenix of sorts - with over $500,000 funding from SF Public Utilities Commission - millions more sent the way of Young Community Developers - - using analogies - that defy decency - and in many ways worse than those we utter in low voices - making reference to the KKK - those that perpetuated - SLAVERY.

Black on Black violence is here to stay - as long as the " crab mentality " is in DNA of most Black - we must shed that mentality - and serve the most needy our infants, children, our youth, our young adults, our Beloved Elders. Those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.

We are learning more from the office of City Administrator who must step down - Naomi Kelly, it is the same with Harlan Kelly, and not far from the cancer London Breed.

Naomi Kelly as I well know - could smile - and stab you in the back - she knew well and endorsed the bribes - she went to University of San Francisco - and studied law - she screwed up - on many fronts - and today drinks more - the heavy stuff the makes one swoon. She  has come to her senses - but a little too late.

There are other circles Sheryl Evans Davis, Shakira Simley, DionJay Brookter, Shamann Walton, Eloise Patton, Oscar James, Doris Vincent, Linda Richardson, Toye Moses, Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis,  Malia Cohen -  there are more - it is useless to mention the names and do nothing about the crooks.

It is a cancer - a putrid cancer -  to remove this cancer - is not easy - it goes to the core - the MACHINE. 

The MACHINE is alive in San Francisco - much as it is in Chicago - the only element in San Francisco - missing - the  " button man " who sounds the clarion call - mostly in silence - carrying on matters pertaining to the underground.

at City Hall - except the weekly barking by Mayor London Breed -

holding Press Conferences at City Hall - polluting the entire 

place - City Hall that belongs to the people - is run remote

control - by the worst politicians - leading the charge London Breed.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors continue to have - hundred of  committee and " so called virtual meetings ".

The SF BOS - they talk and talk and talk - they talk in circles - on silly and mundane issues - a few sane SF Board of Supervisors - keep quiet - but the majority -  just keep spewing - diatribe. You would not know it - if you turned in to hear them speak - that a pandemic was killing us in San Francisco - it seems - it is business as usual.

In the interim our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - our beloved Elders, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged - have died - the rest slowly dying.

Community Benefit some $600 million - 50 million on a Billion - have been doled out to crooks - some restaurants got a grant of $300,000 no questions asked. One had one business - then got another Cafe Envy - complete with a liquor license - and has her finger in a franchise at the SF Airport. There is NO business - so what is happening.

No one is truly paying attention to Quality of Life issues. No one really cares that thousands of families have LEFT - San Francisco. Gone, Gone, Gone forever.

Thousands of condominiums vacant all over San Francisco - millions of square feet of Commercial Property - owner begging to lease the property. Hotels, motels, other lodging places vacant - and the SF Board of Supervisors - still figuring out how to house people.

The intent seems to be - get the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to pay for the ill planned wished of the Mayor and her cronies - FEMA has standards - and if one does not meet the standards - you will be holding the bag - an empty bag - Mayor London Breed. You will NOT be paid - for plans made and executed without consulting some expert - that knows about such operations.

Quality of Life issues - our housing, our streets, our transportation, our hospitals, our testing, the ever increasing homeless situation, as I mentioned the thousands of small businesses closed and now gone - our infants, children, youth, and young adults suffering.

Thousands are feeling the pain - it is as if we are at War - people who never, ever waited in lines - wait for food. " Food Security " - is rampant every where - and people call out of desperation - and God knows - why the City and County of San Francisco - has NO empathy and compassion.

The Mayor London Breed has given herself a raise - for doing nothing at all - has chosen to penalize " essential workers " - first depriving them of necessary equipment and needs - then screwing them all - by not compensating them - with a raise - after putting essential workers in harm way.

Essential workers not long ago took a cut - did not take a raise - the City and County of San Francisco  - added over $50 million to the General Fund - it is easy to say - we love and appreciate our essential workers - and when the time come to help them - shaft them all.

At Alice Griffith is has been six months now - the ventilation system is not working, there are cases of Covid-19, vermin all over the place - the tenants complain - but no one is paying attention.

People in the thousands - our SF population is 840,000 have NO money to pay rent.

Less have a good meal each day - they eat less  - entire families go to bed hungry. They call the situation " food security ".

Those that have some share - I know this for a fact - we eat less - so that we can share and help those that have children - try to watch out for the Elders - who call me every day - and say they pray for me - which I appreciate.

For some strange reason - our Elders suffering - does not seem to be a  deep concern - for Mayor London Breed.

As mention before - she has NO etiquette  - who is loves hogging and loves taking junkets - goes shopping and spending - thousands of dollars - most of it - tax payers money.

Here Press Conference fall on defy ears - as was excited by the followers of " Burning Man " on the sands by Ocean Beach - where it all began - when London Breed was but a kid - and has NOT  grown up at all.

No one in their right mind - respects a heifer - who in the middle of a pandemic - let down thousands of " essential workers " - failing to cater to their immediate needs - failing to give them some financial help - up lifting them some - and truly thanking them for putting their lives on the line.

On the contrary London Breed works with Micki Callahan to give herself a raise - crooked, putrid, stinking, corruption - and a disgrace to the human race. She now makes the highest salary among the Mayor of this Nation - beside the bribes she takes on the side.

Mayor London Breed - talking from both sides of her mouth - saying something  - shooting arrows in the air  - good for nothing - she should step down - and fade into oblivion. There is so much - we San Franciscans can take - she is in many aspects - worse than the present - pandemic.

Shamann Walton has a lot to answer to - and he will 

find out - soon - within three weeks. In the meantime he can

practice smiling - that smile will be wiped off his dirty face.

Where do these vermin come from Dwayne Jones from Los Angeles - use to be called the Gate Keeper of the Bayview. Today - he is on the run - his pay roll - put on hold - and the man singing the blues.

Millions of dollars - Community Benefits - cannot be accounted for - Young Community Developers -pretending to operate as a Non-Profit 501 c 3 - has nothing to show - millions of tax payers money - wasted.

Three  times a week - they would meet at the famous Seven Miles Restaurant - on the border of Daly City and San Francisco - to conduct their nefarious activities and dealings.

Both - DionJay Brookter the present Director of YCD - and Shamann  Walton - the present Supervisor of District 10 - would talk about the - millions coming in - this was pre- Covid - nothing much has changed today - except they know - something is in the offing - and will hit them like lighting - of is it a brick wall that they are used to hearing but now will experience. Pathetic.

Today  - they are like cockroaches - they can run but they will not be able to hide.

Fraternities were never created for with intent to harm the vulnerable  " evil purposes " . Members of some Fraternities - invited - for secret meetings - millions doled out - and this has been happening since early 2010. 

We are just review the situation at hand - time to send many to the gallows - they can take their sordid degrees with them - and we will publish from which Institutions they hail - just so that the best transparency - may shine light on abject - darkness. 

Millions of dollar - Tax Payer money - as much as $250 million if not more - not the $12 million taken from the SF Police Department and the Sheriff's Department - and given to the reigning crooks - all Black one worse than the other.

The most impacted are those who need most help - the crooks promising to do this and that - and among them the Poverty Pimp Pastors - who shout and scream about salvation and glory and this and that in the after life - but do Lucifer's work here on Earth.

The shepherds are confused - daily drinking some COOL AID - reminiscent of the days - of Jim Jones - and the town of death he established  " Jones Town".

Some savior of sorts - who led thousands to their death. His church torn down and a Post Office Built - right on Geary and Fillmore - few know this - as time passes so fast - and human beings are confused with mundane things - death is a reminder - as is this pandemic - the main reasons still linger - the challenges still hang like a " dark cloud ".

Where is the empathy and the compassion - why do we have a situation linked to - " food security". Why do we have 15,000 homeless and not the free thousands mentioned by the Whites - who think they can continue to fool us - experts who work for th SF Health Department and the huge budget they have of over $2.5 Billion dollars if not $ 3 Billion.

Why does San Francisco - with all the Billionaires - the City and County brags it has a budget of $ 13.7 Billion - and a pension that will bring our City down - double dipping and more - a train waiting to crash.

Why are so poor - when it comes to the education of our children - and disdain we show to parents - who do these vermin think they are - using corruption platforms to seek representation - and then have long, so called virtual meetings - talking in circles - the failed SF Unified School District, the Mayor's Office of Children, Youth and Families and its head Maria Su - NO one can fool - all the people all the time.

Our Transportation system has failed us all - the Third Street Light Rail - the Van Ness corridor, the Geary Blvd mess - with construction projects - taking their time - the many change orders - and Bus Rapid Transport Model - done at a snail pace - costing million more. No Transparency and less Accountability.

 Religion and those who lead must be touched by the Spirit  - this distinction is not given to those who intimidate - constantly provoke the innocent - telling them lies - while handing the empty hat - forcing the poor and the indigent to give the little they have.

I have many friends both men and women - who admired Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

They all admired her tenacity and fortitude.  More her focus to face every hurdle and obstacle and come out a better person.

Millions love her - more the youth and young adults - in the United States she has Rock Star notoriety and is affectionately called RBG - millions the world over - recognize her stand for justice - more when it comes to Equality Balance - others call is Gender Balance.

She lived when being a women has difficult to have a job - more being an attorney. Added if you had a child that was an obstacle too. And to make things all the more - difficult - being a Jew.

Things have changed today - people of color - understand the discrimination  and Whites take it for granted - that most of what they get on a platter - should not be available for people of color. 

Whites wallow in privilege. Time will tell.

Imagine a person - a bright intelligent women - who could easily have been a lawyer - an attorney - being was denied a job. 

She had to start as a clerk to some lawyer - then decided to teach - was then appointed to the local courts, the state courts - and then finally became a Supreme Court Judge.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg - has always attracted my attention - she fought hard for those who could not defend themselves. She mentored those that needed help. 

Supreme Court Judge - Ruth Bader Ginsburg - was soft spoken - but hardened - she endured her share and more of - trials and tribulations.

She was affectionately called RBG - a name she embraced - because the youth and young adults - loved her.

RBG - knew as  a Liberal Supreme Judge - that segment of the population was needed to make a difference. To this day that is true - and the timing of her passing - could NOT have come - at a worse time - we must now stand united - and make a difference.

Mitch MacConnell may think he has trick up his sleeve - he is in for the battle of Democracy - too many issues - important issues - are looking at our face - and those who stand for justice and fair play - must play a role and WIN.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg - appeared six times before the Supreme Court - and she won five of her six cases. 

The Supreme Court Judges had to be convinced that Equality Balance was needed - to make a change - at that time 9 Male Judges.

Supreme Court Judge Sandra was the first Supreme Court Judge - and then followed Supreme Court Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg - and the two of them - brought grace to the Supreme Court - a time when the Supreme Court - excelled in congeniality.

At the age of 87 we saw the passing of a great human being - one that I followed as part of my monitoring the many different type of cases - that reach the United States Supreme Court - many pertinent and salient cases - that if the right decision is made - can make a huge difference - in the lives of women and men.

We all saw the out pouring of men and women - each in their own way expressing themselves. Thanking this great noble soul for all her work - even before she was appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by President Bill Clinton - she was well known - a stellar and astute judge - she argued her cases well - and went straight to the point.

Judges listen to her - knew her thoughts, the opinions, her deliberations came from personal experience - and love for humanity. 

Some call it Equality Balance - much before it was common - to accept women based on their skills and capacity building - I too saw the discrimination of women - and when I took a stand - was confronted with abuse and contempt.

Women who are experienced, are intelligent, have the ability to deliver - should be given unfettered freedom. There is freedom and there is license - abuse of freedom is license.

In my experience women are inclined to build consensus - while most men - will argue for the sake of arguing - I noticed this from a young age - and chose to listen to women - more to understand and set a bird-eye view of many situations at hand.

Life is for the living not the living dead. When I worked for Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco - I had to work hard - but what is more - go to a " niche place " - many a time women would comprehend me easily - many men - who just put obstacles in th way.

I had a good repore with the Command Group - so hurdles and obstacles that I could explain - and suggest better concepts - was not a problem. Hence I learned to keep sound relations - with the Command Group - but also with many astute and stellar women - who love it - when as a team - I gave them full credit.

Often backing it up with a Commendation - signed by the General - so that the women knew I meant business. 

I have followed with that view and thinking -  today.

I am not shy to speak up and write about both men and women - who do not have their heart in the right place. One of them is our SF Mayor London Breed - who has sold out the community - and panders to the Big Developers.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ruth Bader Ginsburg her facility and supporters - for helping millions of women and men - more segments of our population - that have been discriminated - empowering them all - to stand tall and represent.

The loss toe Ruth Bader Ginsburg - right now has created a VOID - and there is a lot happening - truly speaking we should wait until some one is out - and we have a New President.

A new President - who can make the right decision. 

In fact that was the wish of Supreme Justice RBG - she wished  that after her passing - whoever was the President - would make that  right decision.

We are living in difficult times - more - because there is no fair play and rightful - justice - justice that takes us all to a better - place.

As human beings  - it is not often - we have a human being - so smart, so hard working, so affectionate, so caring, so clear in her thinking - that most men - would have a difficult time comprehending the issues at hand.

Few could put themselves in the shoes of others - so that when she spoke in favor of her clients - she truly represent her client - her thoughts and sentiments.

More - coming from deep from her heart. She leaves a legacy - she will be remembered - she will shine light much after this journey of this Earth. Aho.
