SAN FRANCISCO HAS A BUDGET - TOO MANY LOOPHOLES - AS USUAL THOSE THAT MOST NEED HELP - LEFT TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES - SINGLE MOTHERS, THOSE WHO CANNOT PAY RENT, THOUSANDS THAT SUFFER FROM " TOXIC STRESS ".

 

SF City Hall - inundated with abject corruption.

The entire " budget and appropriation " process was tedious and drab -. "

The many long, drawn-out virtual meetings " - further made the process - painful. 

One had to listen to nonsense - for hours - and then allowed to make a measly two minutes of public comment.

SF Board of Supervisors is mandated to serve the people they represent. One would not come to that conclusion - listening to the rambling - kicking the can down the street - at the many drab - long drawn out - " virtual meeting."

The current pandemic has forced over 90,000 San Francisco who contributed so much to San Francisco - to leave San Francisco.

In San Francisco, our neighborhoods - make what San Francisco is all about. The present SF Board of Supervisors is caught with nefarious activities and concepts that defy logic and plain decency.

Our neighborhoods in SF have gone to the hogs.

Our essential workers are suffering - and most of them have been used like a " dirty rag ".

Many - will be told to seek jobs on their own - more than 37,000 employees work for the City and County of San Francisco.

The essential workers - took upon themselves to serve this City and County of San Francisco and did an excellent job.

At the SF General Hospital, there have been thousands of incidents - assaults on those that cater to those that come to the SF General Hospital - for service.

Patients - mentally challenged, but more frustrated, angry, saturated with " toxic stress" - use the essential workers' nurses, caseworkers, doctors, medical technicians, others - like a punching bag.   

Many screened enter - come with knives, other weapons - thousand so these dangerous weapons - could be used - to cause great harm. Naturally - those doing the screening are playing an important function - those in authority want to compromise - the role of the Sheriffs who are charged with this duty. 

Shamann Walton

Shamann Walton is the current SF President of the SF BOS - again and again - Shamann does things without a thorough Blue Print - his plan to place some Elders - on some parking space - surrounding by piles of sand - the sand flying all over the place - the air contaminated -  after a year - Shamann convinced the Bay Area Air Quality Management District - to provide some air purifiers - but this does not mean the Elders live - in an environment that is holistic -  Shamann has a degree as a nutritionist - he talks too much - and must be educated on issues.

All over San Francisco - over 12,000 homeless folks - crash anywhere they can. Others live in tents - surrounded by filthy conditions.

After living in filthy conditions, human beings - slowly - get used to filth and in a pandemic - such as today - more with the current - Delta variant - all the good work we have done - vaccinating thousands can turn to - naught.

Right now, we have a surge of the Delta Variant in Los Angles - over 500 have died.

Mayor London Breed - has been hoodwinking us - talking about everything under the sun - accept addressing Quality of Life issues.

Poll after poll - spells out the details - the chronic homeless situation, the attacks on tourists and, hundreds of decent San Franciscans.

The many home break-ins, car break-ins, domestic violence in the thousands, shootings, and killings must be addressed on a War Footing.

Mayor London Breed has been an utter failure. She gave herself a pay rise in the middle of the pandemic - $400,000 - San Francisco has gone to the - hogs under her charge.

In San Francisco, we have thousands - who cannot pay their rent.

The SF City cannot help most - at the most one-third of those who need help. Already many are homeless - and others - fed up have left San Francisco. 

The State of California says it has money to help those who need help with their rent. Even as statements are made - the practical issues - are tremendous - for those suffering " toxic stress."

To get help - one needs to produce - too many documents - and there is NO help given to the renters. It is time - the City and County of San Francisco - work with the Community Based Organizations - provide CENTERS - provide them resources - to help those renters - who have lived here for decades - and now have nowhere to go.

Even as much is made of Food Security - our Elders are left to fend for themselves. We saw this when vaccinations were available - but no one wanted to provide transportation and help to the Elders. 

We took it upon ourselves to do this - and tried our best to help thousands of others to get vaccinated - we did this because this is our City - and we love our City.

The SF politicians talk too much  - they talk too much - more walk and less talk.

Our children in San Francisco - must be nurtured - they must be loved and taken care of - we must NOT be put in harm's way - more, with the current Delta Variant - playing havoc all over the world.

The Mayor does not understand - that our children are NOT vaccinated - and that these gimmicks - having camps - are not the right things to operate - in the middle of the pandemic.

The Mayor's Office of  Children, Youth, and Families - tow the line - and so far has got away.

One singular incident - linked to the Delta Variant - all hell will break loose - with the Mayor London Breed and Maria Su - singing the blues.

Only those who have taken two doses of the vaccine - and have completed two weeks after taking the vaccine - are the ones who can say they are vaccinated.

Unfortunately - we have thousands who have just take one dose - and they are counted as having been vaccinated. 

We also need all those who are fully vaccinated - be digitally registered.

For all the talk - after people get vaccinated - we must follow up and see that this " firewall " - that helps " herd immunity " - is studied, and this is not happening in San Francisco.

The Mayor and others are bragging - when they have done nothing much -  the essential workers - most of whom do not respect the Mayor, the SF Politicians are fed up with the nonchalant attitude of those in authority corrupt standards - fewer ethics. 

The budget is here - some $13.7 with many loopholes.

We, the people, must be at the table - we are not.

The people must be represented - the infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, those with compromised care.

The people united - will never, ever be defeated.

San Francisco is the place - where the UNITED NATIONS - was formed - too many " crimes against humanity " committed against so many in San Francisco - who will say their names?

We, the people, must be permitted to deliberate - NOT the measly two minutes of public comment.

The Virtual Meetings - are not true meetings - as I said, they cause " Toxic Stress " - more, when SF BOS - talk, talk, and talk.

The people who pay our taxes are fed up with these crooks - who have nothing to offer - but toxic hot air. Aho.

The current budget discussed over $13.7 billion - for the years 2021-2022 and all sorts of promises made - to deal with homelessness, rents for those hurting, help for small businesses.

All kinds of promises that Mayor London Breed makes but never, ever keep.

Our infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health are slowly dying - from ever-increasing and inundated with Toxic Stress.

The many " virtual meetings " are long drawn out - politicians talking in circles - and those of us who have handled huge budget - achieved results in our lifetime - are astounded, confounded and, perplexed at this circus of sorts - right in the middle of a pandemic.

The Mayor London Breed makes $400,000 a year - had NO vetted Blue Print - talks a lot - but there is no walk.

In the interim, there is a rift with President Shamann Walton - challenging Mayor London Breed and her staff to stop criticizing him, the President of the SF Board and, his staff.

The Mayor London Breed attended one of those SF Board of Supervisors' meeting - where she attacked the President of the BOS - saying that Shamann Walton has brought it on himself - that he should not be criticizing the Mayor' staff and the behavior - cast a dark cloud - on everyone - and more in the middle of the pandemic.

The ever increasing billions - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project started with $6 Billion - heading toward 

$12 Billion - and in 2026 - will cap at $20 Billion.

The Southeast Recreational Center at 1550 Evans Street -

half complete - with ongoing issues - and tied to Community Benefits some $300 million-plus wasted - the Bayview Hunters Point Community taken for a wild ride - in broad daylight.

Dennis Herrera was the SF City Attorney - he is now anointed as the General Manager of SF Public Utilities Commission - the former General Manager indicted on corruption charges.  

At one time, the SF City Attorney was investigating SFPUC - now, the fox is guarding the chicken coop. All this in the middle of the pandemic is mind blogging.  San Franciscans must tolerate the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans emitting from nefarious activities - the SFBOS, the SF Controller's Office, the 37,000 SF City employees - most confused and ordered around - the utter nonsense from most heads of departments linked to the City and County of San Francisco.

From 2004 to today, the SF Board of Supervisors has been aware that SF Public Utilities Commission - wasting money - more Community Benefits - over $300 million cannot be accounted for.

First, it was the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP) - and the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).

The former General Manager Harlan Kelly and the Assistant General Manager for External Affairs/ Chief Strategist - Juliet Ellis - charged with criminal activities - have resigned and will face charges in court.

Others linked to the corruption have jumped ship, and more on the way -  the entire SF Public Utilities Commission is a mess.

Two former Commissioners jumped ship - Mrs. Caen and Francesca - the current Commission - has not been forthcoming -  the present SFPU Commission - agreed upon the selection of the current General Manager - were bypassed.

The Mayor interceded and anointed Dennis Herrera  - the current City Attorney - stalled, the process in the pipeline - and arrived at the current method of selecting a General Manager - uncalled for.  

Recently one SF Board Supervisor, Gordon Mar, initiated an audit.

The audit was linked to the Community Benefits related to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - was told - that he could NOT have the necessary information and documents he asked for.

This situation is so sensitive - and so close to the current ongoing budget process - that it has caused -  inherent turbulence.

It does not help one Supervisor Aaron Peskin, who in the past has challenged the scruples ways of the SF Public Utilities Commission. Spending over $10 million - coming before the SF Board of Supervisors - any SF City Department must come before the SF BOS - before spending anything above $10 million.

No other SF Board of Supervisor besides Gordon Mar  - has the guts - Aaron Peskin too - but, right now, he must take care of something personal - that comes first. The SFPUC is corrupt - must understand this - and has tarnished the good name of San Francisco.

  Posing as a Philanthropist,  Outreach Expert, Expeditor and,  facilitator with anything to do with the Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) -still out there - wheeling and dealing - what the f*** is happening? 

From way back in 2004 - I have been dealing with Dwayne Jones - fleecing the community - with programs Communities of Opportunity - he tricked the City and County of San Francisco - over 3 million dollars. 

The then Governor, Gavin Newsom, let Dwayne Jones go -  only with a slap on his hand. 

The man does not live in San Francisco - come daily from the East Bay - to wheel and deal - here in San Francisco.

Dwayne Jones is anathema, and as much as - Law Enforcement knows the harm he is doing - he is still permitted to do as he pleases.

Hundreds of his payroll - now are not being paid - from his treasure chest - Community Benefits.

Money - that belongs to the taxpayer - who the hell is this crook who has access to the higher level crooks - crooks - who one by one are being indicted and will land in jail.

Juliet Ellis - appointed by Gavin Newsom -

to take the position of Assistant General Manager of External Affairs - added a title by herself - Chief Strategist - and was

indicted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation -

where do they find such " thugs " give them jobs -

During the pandemic - the over $300 million - could have been used

to help our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - our beloved Elders - those with compromised health. More our mentally and physically challenged. 

Daily as part of my work - I have to deal with the infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders - all suffering and slowly dying - while the politicians - some in bed with the crooks I have mentioned - kicking the can - down the street.

Over 90,000 San Franciscans have left San Francisco - never to return to San Francisco.

Most contributed more than the crooked politicians and their lackeys will - accept every day fleecing the innocents - failing to represent - scumbags who should have nothing to do - with decent human beings - more, dealing with astute, decent, hardworking - San Franciscans.

San Francisco is where the United Nations was formed. The framers signed the document at the War Memorial building on Vanness - by SF City Hall.

We have U.N Plaza, and no one pays attention to the historic site - more human rights - and empathy.

It is a shame we have over 12,000 homeless - people sleeping in tents.

Mayor, London Breed, agreeing to pay $60,000 per tent for a year.

More - with three free meals, a pit stop to defecate, and a shower of sorts.  While all the time the surrounding is filthy - those living in the tents - unkempt. 

The Mayor London Breed - is NOT a leader - she is a panderer - she is in bed with the developers. She has NO vision - she loves barking up the wrong tree.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) must audit the  SF Mayor's  Office - and find out - how millions were wasted by the SF Emergency Office and the hub situated at Moscone East.

Thousands of hotel rooms were rented - someone made thousands - and we must know - how our Federal Stimulus money was spent - make no bones about it.

Again and again -  violence and dirty streets linked to San Francisco - make National and Internation headlines - and the SF Board of Supervisors - make light of such news - which has tarnished the proper name - of the City and County of San Francisco.

The Chain of Command of any decent Emergency Management Office - San Francisco has been wasting million; any proper audit of the SF Emergency Management Office - will reveal the mess.

When the pandemic visited San Francisco - we did NOT have a seasoned Emergency Management Director or Commander.

We do NOT have one today - while the Mayor London Breed and others would like us to believe - almost everything is in place - most things are NOT.

San Francisco had NO clue about how to deal with the Federal Management Emergency Agency (FEMA).

San Francisco could not place the software to create invoices to send to FEMA for prompt payment.

To this day, San Francisco outsources some services - to third parties who fleece us - all because we do not have a seasoned, well-qualified Emergency Management Director or Commander.

We do not have anyone who has the tools and understands the process - again and again, we fail - because we are never prepared. 

Again and again, without a seasoned Emergency Management Director - all sorts of " needs assessment " cannot be done. 

The City Administrator Naomi Kelly had to spend an inordinate time helping Mary Ellen Carroll  - the former General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission, the present Controller Ben Rosenfield and his helpers - others to many to name.

Many department heads wasted time at the Moscone East Hub - while nothing much was happening at SF City Hall. 

The Federal Government had billions of dollars - at the ready to help San Franciscans - but we did not have our act together - and a detailed audit will reveal the results.

Right now - those exposed are covering the mistakes. You all can run, but you cannot hide forever.

We, the people - who must monitor the crooks - first and foremost must be educated on issues.

The upper Management in San Francisco - starting from the Mayor London Breed, the former assessor Carmen Chu now SF City Administrator, the former SF City Administrator Naomi Kelly, the present Controller Ben Rosenfield - were all caught off guard.

What kept the inner circle going was FEMA and the generous Federal grants and loans - that the City and County of San Francisco took advantage of - and wasted millions.

The City and County of San Francisco - had NO clue about FEMA protocol - caught in its own delirious manners and corruption action - led by lies and more lies - again and again, receipts were submitted to FEMA -  with justification and without following strict rules and regulations.

Right now, the SF Controller Office is upgrading its system -  it is a bit too late - better late than never.

The former U.S. Attorney for Nothern California - had the guts to bring many unsavory and despicable individuals - who wasted millions of dollars - as much as $400 million - Harlan Kelly, Juliet Ellis, Dwayne Jones, Massood Ordikhani - others to many to name. A can of worms was opened - revealing what I was saying for over 18 years.  

Follow the money.

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) started with a budget of $6 Billion - it has reached $12 Billion - and will head towards $20 Billion before 2025.

The Digesters linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project is in limbo  - crawling at a snail's pace - and will soon reach more than $2 billion plus.

Inherent to the project - which has NO accountability and less transparency - the high cost of energy - with Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) - mandating no agreement to supply subsidized energy rates.

The Biosolids Digester Facilities Project Team - is a Mafia-run operation - at the cost of over $1.2 Billion - with grandiose plans to hoodwink and eliminate some essential components - eliminating one digester - bypassing other vital elements to save money. 

MWH/WEBCOR Joint Venture Team is NOT the right choice - it has failed the community before - and a simple audit of any proposed plan - does not justify - standards, ethics, morals - and plain decency.

The present Novel COVID-19 pandemic - has just begun. The Delta Variant is here in San Francisco - there are serious health and safety concerns - linked to the primes including MWH/WEBCOR - it is time for the Environmental Protection Agency, the Bay Area Regional Water Department, the Bay Area Air Quality and Management District - to monitor the sordid actions planned by MWH/WEBCOR.

I call upon the Federal Bureau of Investigation - to review the sordid plans now undergoing drastic changes - convoluted - and obnoxious - treating the taxpayers who have been kept out of the deliberations - using crooks like Dwayne Jones who failed with the sole-source EMERSON project - emersed in the Joint Venture MWH/WEBCOR team.

Dwayne Jones is not to be trusted - he knows that - and too many others know it too - Dwayne states he is s Philanthropist, Gatekeeper of the Bayview Hunter Point -  he does outreach that once came under the preview of Juliet Ellis - and Workforce - and he does it as any crook does - he gets paid upfront - he will be singing the blues - shortly.

Any general review of the failed EMERSON project will reveal all that is need - Dwayne Jones Non-Profit going under - the entire Board of Directors - jumping ship.

The San Francisco UNIONS must stand ready - and here is the clarion call - I will reveal to the UNIONS in San Francisco the sordid plan of MWH/WEBCOR and the Mafia.

Let us get to the core of their key goals :

They want to build TRUST - that cannot happen - they LIE.

They want to improve communication - they cannot speak the language.

They want to drive to a Target Budget -  change orders are their forte.

They want to speak of accountability to meet objectives - that will not happen - with ulterior motives - and hidden costs - they look you in the eye and lie.

Now here are their Key Strategies :

They want to drive down the costs - in the middle of surge and pandemic - by increasing repackaging Bid Strategy.

They propose Value Engineering efforts to identify viable and sustainable cost savings - that cannot happen - too many unknowns.

They propose improved Governance and Communication with SF Public Utilities Commission  - not with Dennis Herera in the cockpit - William Carlin jumping ship - Dennis Herrera stacking his inner circle - playing hardball.

The current Joint Venture team has no clue - that the old corrupt structure with the SFPUC and the agencies that monitor corruption - including the SF Ethics Commission - is poised for direct actions - more investigators - more stringent rules and regulations.

The SF UNIONS can and must step up their modus operandi - with gusto - armed with empirical data -  sound timelines and goals.

Now that you know - how foolish these PRIMES are - they think they can come into your home - and rearrange the furniture - without asking you the permission. 

These Primes who stink to high heaven - must now be taken to task - no stone must be left unturned to take them to court.

Bring - justice and Fairplay to the fore - for too long - have too many sordid crooks - taking advantage of the Bayview Hunters Point Community - the innocent taxpayers taken for a ride. 

The Bayview Hunters Point and the surrounding area have suffered the adverse impacts -  methane gas, dangerous particulates, lead pipes still carrying drinking water, lack of opportunities - how much must those who need dire help - suffer.

Our infants, children, youth, and Elders - those with compromised health- are slowly dying.

More our physically and mentally challenged.

Here these crooks are planning to hoodwink us - no one can fool - all the people all the time.

In the interim, the killings and shootings are on the increase in San Francisco.

Soon the Feds will be here - and take care of what needs to be taken care of.  Many on the payroll of Dwayne Jones - better wake up - you will be toast.

San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency - Quality of Life issues compromised. The service from bad to worse.

The Novel COVID-19 virus has hit San Francisco hard - stunned our economy - and while billions - federal money is available - the politicians - are busy wheeling and dealing. 

The SF Municipal Transportation Agency - will fall flat on its face - even as it has failed to accept - the many adverse impacts - Mr. Trumblin the Director and his lackeys - have disowned the Taxi Drivers - stealing the money that they paid into the  SF MTA coffers -  their medallions worthless - their value states in the thousands - as much as $200,000 - many have Taxi Drivers have died from shock - treated by disdain by the corrupt and evil - SF Municipal Transportation Agency.

Mr. Trumblin, the Director of the SF MTA, lacks sound leadership - the MUNI drivers detest him - the MTA Commissioners - kicking the can down the street. The Feds have provided billions - the SFMTA - has been slow to act - and will fall flat on their face.

We all miss Ed Reskin - he did his best - but some unsavory individuals ganged upon Ed Reskin.

That - includes Mayor London Breed - and now we are dealing with a can of worms. Typical of London Breed with no experience, less etiquette, uncouth - and always barking up the wrong tree.

As it is, we suffering from severe crimes - violence has increased - shooting and killings. Yet, the SF Police Chief - keeps smiling and making promises -  it is time we bring in the MILITARY.

When 70% of San Franciscans - feel deeply that they have been compromised - by crimes car breaking, home break-ins, assaults, shootings and killings, domestic violence - TOXIC STRESS is in - and the SF Police Department - has been pussyfooting around.

The SF Police Commission Virtual meetings - are boring - and the more you watch them - the Chair Malia Cohen - has NO clue what is happening at ground zero.

The other SF Police Commissioners are using the SF Police Commission much like a Sitcom - talking and wasting precious time. 

At Public Comment - the public is fed up with their performance - and the SF Police Commissioners should be ashamed of themselves.

On two key fronts - transportation and safety - those in charge have compromised Quality of Life issues - in San Francisco.

San Francisco General Hospital 

As the years go by, the SF Department of Health - has chosen deferred maintenance - chronic red tape to fill important positions at the SF General Hospital.

 

Chosen to play with fire - when it comes to appointing an experienced person to handle the Behavioral Department - importing someone from New York - and created a mess with the mentally challenged population -  on the streets of San Francisco. 

The Delta Variant is here in San Francisco - we are capable of having a " surge " - more where the congregate situation - in the many " tent cities "  - filthy conditions will aid the situation - and all hell will break loose. 

Our Mayor London Breed - foolish as she is - lacks sound leadership and empirical data - favors camps for children who are NOT vaccinated.

We have over 30% of San Franciscans who have taken just one shot - so what are we doing to bring them to take their second shot - and collect data - of all those who have two shots - and added two weeks after their second shot - who fall into the safe category - being fully vaccinated.

London Breed has no clue what is happening at ground zero - most of her time - hogging at restaurants - she has NO blueprint - the appointment she makes at the various Commissions -  the likes of Malia Cohen - other misfits - all compromising Quality of Life Issues in San Francisco. 

This tent city is one of the cleaner ones - the others are filthy - needles, the stench of urine, defecation all over the place - San Francisco has a disparity that has been compared to Rwanda, a third world nation - hundreds dying - and not accounted for - more bodies at the morgue - with no cone to claim the bodies. 

All over San Francisco - tent cities - more and more people shooting drugs - and the city has a pandemic that of drug abuse - many dying - and the Mayor fast asleep at the cockpit.

Many bodies lying in the SF morgue - with no one to claim them. If you use the Freedom of Information Act - to investigate - what is happening at the morgue - all sorts - rules and regulation - denying information. Mayor London Breed has NO clue what is happening - all she does is hog the entire day.

Those surrounding her - are fed up with her tantrums - so many have left her inner circle. 

London Breed - is behaving like Caligula - Sean Esbernd must warn her about her demonic behavior and impending madness - one of a kind.

Our  SF roads are torn up and not repaired.

Our Muni buses are dirty and carriers of all sorts of diseases. 

Shooting and killings on the increase - 70% of San Francisco - demand someone take care of this utter nonsense. More police foot patrols  - and Case Managers - who can do a needs assessment.

Infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, those with compromised health - more the physically and mentally challenged suffering - all the while Mayor London Breed is wasting time - cutting ribbons - and failing to address Quality of Life issues.

The Mayor has NOT taken a stand - the thousands of renters - who cannot pay their rent and are suffering from Toxic Shock.

The thousands of essential workers - overworked and underpaid - the Mayor London Breed - took a raise in the middle of the pandemic - she makes $400,000.

London Breed has nothing to show - for that compensation - except barking up the wrong tree - every opportunity she gets.

NO ONE CAN FOOL - ALL THE PEOPLE - ALL THE TIME.

THE DELTA VARIANT - IS A DANGEROUS STRAIN - HAS MULTIPLE MUTATIONS - CAPABLE OF SPREADING RAPIDLY - CAPABLE OF INFECTING THOSE THAT HAVE TAKEN JUST ONE DOSE OF ANY VACCINE - AND MORE.

 

The "Delta Variant " is making its rounds - all over the world - a unique strain that has the capability of multiple mutations.

Here is San Francisco - we have chosen - to lessen the previous restriction in place - wearing a MASK.

We cannot lower our guard and should not - for one singular reason - today - we do not have the empirical data - how many people really have taken two doses - and have vaccinated themselves in the real sense.

We also have not vaccinated our children - to the degree - we have vaccinated our children. So we must be leery of this variant playing hell - in India, where it originated.

Then spread to places like Singapore, United Kingdom, and more than 80 countries.

It has already established itself in Montana, Utah, North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, and even here in San Francisco and the Bay Area.  

The Scientists that matter - keep reminding us - this variant capable of multiple mutations - can spread and cause a surge - targeting those between 12 and 20 years - and we have no conclusive evidence so far about infants and children under 12 years - we cannot allow ourselves - to let down our guard.

Paradoxically - thousands of Americans - who took their first dose - for reasons best known to themselves have failed to follow up and take their second dose.

These folks can easily fall prey to the Delta Variant.

Mayor London Breed - talks the talk - has failed to walk the walk.

While asking us to stay put at home - she was out there partying and pussyfooting around. Now, she thinks - she can open up places and allow people NOT to wear - MASKS. 

As I have said before - some of us advocates - took it upon ourselves - to do quality outreach and bring thousands of people to be vaccinated.

We followed up that most of those who took their first vaccination - followed up and took their second - vaccination.

I targeted large businesses, like large restaurants, and worked with the managers to have all their restaurant employees vaccinated with great results.

We provided coffee, drinking water, snacks and made things easier for our Elders and those that had comprised health. We met the essential workers and treated them well and in the bargain got to know them - " per diem " nurses and " travel nurses" and more.

I got to meet Dr. Grant Colfax and other doctors - and they got to know from where I come.

All the time - I was studying the various phases of sound operations, giving those who came to the centers - the quality service they needed. God is good.

We worked hard to vaccinate smaller groups and gave them quality service. Some centers promised to cater to larger groups - and failed in their mission - lacking sufficient vaccinations to go around. Not once at the centers - I volunteered - did we encounter such fiascos. 

Not once in a meaningful manner did San Francisco Emergency Center  - centered at the Moscone East Hub - address the many sent-out links and did not work.

The Director of  San Francisco Emergency Service - Mary Ellen Caroll and her lackeys - do not have qualified - Commander trained and accepted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency - who is fooling whom?   

Not once was there a concerted plan to pick up our Elders and those with compromised health - make the arrangements to give them vaccinations - by reserving a date and time - and fulfilling the obligations - to the best of our ability - at our expense.

The Mayor London Breed and some of her lackeys - were busy barking up the wrong tree - and we have the empirical data - to show what we attained - we kept copies of all our work.

Those that we helped - helped others - understood that uplifting one another is essential to our survival.

I met with many Non-Profits, Faith-Based Organizations, Health Maintenance Organizations and saw how poorly the City and County of San Francisco - made promises and failed to deliver.

10 years before the Novel COVID-19 virus showed its ugly head - our Scientists had already worked on the M-RNA technology -

the protein attaches to the head - and destabilizes the virus. Normally vaccines take years to be created - as did Dr. Salk with the Flu and Polio vaccines. In the case of the Novel COVID-19 vaccines, the vaccines were tested within months - and saved millions of lives - here in the United States.

Way back in December 2020 - we could have had a plan in place - we did not. An egotistical maniac who occupied the White House - was looking forward to the Sun and Summertime - to neutralize the pandemic. 

Once we got rid of the egotistical maniac  - we made progress - only for the "naysayers" and others - to impede our progress. These folks were told NOT to congregate - and they did - creating surging all over the Nation.

In San Francisco, we had many congregating at our Parks - Dolores Park and Golden Gate Park - defying logic and the orders that should have been followed. 

Paradoxically both Governor Gavin Newsom and London Breed failed us - attending parties at the French Restaurant in numbers and failing to abide by their own dictates. Hypocrites! 

Never trust politicians - they say what they want you to hear - and then do as they please behind the back or the taxpayers who pay their salaries.

Mayor London Breed makes $400,000 plus benefits and is NOT worth the salt.

She got her rise in the middle of the pandemic - and failed to accommodate the " essential workers " - who in the thousands - do not trust her and her lackeys.

Let us NOT play with FIRE - the " Delta Variant " is deadly - it is already here - we still have work to do - with the majority - getting two doses - not one.

Even with the two doses - we have no guarantees - it all depends on the immune system -  as more and more people - get past two and half years, three years - we really do not know - nor do the scientists or experts.

The Novel COVID-19 is here to stay - at least for another 4 years.
