LENNAR URBAN AKA 5 POINTS COMMUNITIES LLP - HAVE USED TOOLS - THAT FAVOR THE CORRUPT - MORE - ON DEVELOPMENT HOUSING UNITS - ON VERY CONTAMINATED GROUND.

The Southeast Sector is the last frontier - where thousands of housing units are slated - to be built - NOT on clean ground  - more on very contaminated ground.

We the community - took a stand - did all in all power to STOP Lennar Urban a rogue developer  - from contaminating a very large area - more with Asbestos Dust.

Adversely impacting our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - our seniors - those with compromised health - bad enough the radiation from the high levels registered - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - all these many years.

Lennar started its ploys and and machinations - way back in 2000 - the grading and heavy impacts on the community - peaked in 2004 - and to this day - Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Communities LLP - continue to say one thing and do another.

This Maimi based Rogue Developer - does not belong in our community - backed by local sell outs - so called Black leaders Veronica Hunnicutt, Linda Richardson, Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Doris Vincent.

Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, Amos Brown, Cheryl Davis - others too many to name - all all Lennar 's Urban pay roll.

Lennar Urban  has used Platinum Consultants - the former Mayor of San Francisco Willie L Brown Jr. - to create a model - that is accepted by the Federal Government - encouraging - foreigners to be permitted to come to the United States - as long as they bring in money - for investment.

Some baseline requirements tied to employment - that Lennar per se does not abide - it will now - as Donald Trump - is out to get such machinations - that have been reported to those in charge - aid and abetting the new policies - in the Trump Administration.

Right now if the investors - who are really mostly from Mainland China - invest $500, 000  - after meeting some basic requirements - get a " Green Card " - to live in the United States.

The EB -5 visas are coming under deep scrutiny - we really do not know - how many Chinese spies - easily can make their headquarters here in our cities - with such EB-5 - compromise the Security and adversely impact - millions of United State Citizens.

The above EB-5 Visas - are now being looked at - and the investment per entity -  will be raised to $800, 000.

Lennar Urban has raised over 250 million in this manner - linked to this dubious and nefarious - EB-5 visas - detriment to us - and for sure NOT endorsed by the Muwekma Ohlone - the First People of San Francisco.

but failed to pay Community Benefits to the City and County of San Francisco - linked to the Hunters Point Project - 
since 2013 - why?


The units built on Hunters Point - more on Parcel A - right now - are sold for about $850, 000 - which most of the constituents of Hunters Point cannot afford.

Early on as part of the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) - in the early 2002 - I attended all the meetings - to better understand and more to serve the community at large.

The DDA was linked to over 1600 housing units - all of which are built now - most of them - leaking - poorly built. 

Others who attended these critical meetings - linked to the DDA Maurice Campbell, Andrew Bozeman, Espanola Jackson - others too but these members of the Community - spoke up for the community and the man salient and pertinent - points.

I remember some units were mandated to be offered to the Hunters Point community as rental units. This was amended quickly - from the Disposition and Development Agreement.

I remember well Michael Cohen - was put in charge of the amendments - and Jesse Blout - headed the then SF Mayor's Office of Housing and Workforce - supported him - actions that deceived the constituents of Hunters Point - to this day - some remember - the trickery.

In all the shenanigans - ploys and machinations - very few of the Black leaders - have continued to monitor Lennar Urban - also known as - 5 Point Communities LLP - same snake different head.

Very corrupt to the core.

Some $8 Billion is planned to be brought in - to invest the development at  Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - which is very contaminated. 

For those well versed with the situation at hand - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is a Superfund Site.

Only the worst contaminated land - are put on the Superfund List. Today - there are numerous " hot spots " - on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - where high levels of Radioactive elements are recorded.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee keeps harping that he will build as many as 30, 000 housing units - well, most of them included are former housing units - part of the Public Housing portfolio.

The rehabilitation has been going on - Potrero Hill given to Bridge Developers - aided and abetted by mostly Black sellouts - who will pay a heavy price - selling out the community at large.

Some Public House tenants - are given some little money to leave - those specially who have not paid their rent - many falling on very bad times.

Other are evicted - because no one in the unit - chose to update the lease - and put some one alive in the unit - as head of household. Some boldly state the unit is on someone name who is deceased - some grandmother - many years ago - and out the door they all go.

It is the same at Huntersview, Kiska Road, Oakdale Housing - all these Public Housing - are controlled by the John Stewart Company - a Property Manager that now is also a Developer - adversely impact the poor and the indigent.

Sunnydale Public Housing is controlled by Mercy Housing - none of these Property Managers - are familiar with Cultural Competency - they discriminate against the poor and indigent - many Blacks for sure.

The say they will do this and that - and take all away - when at the eleventh hour - they ask you - for your Credit Report. You know many do not have a Credit Card to begin with - and those that have it - all have a Credit that is not worth the salt.

In 1991 the Muwekma Ohlone exercised their Right of First Refusal - Base Closures mostly connected with the Department of Defense - offer the Right of First Refusal to the Native Americans from the area - so the Muwekma Ohone that I represent here in San Francisco - exercised their Right of First Refusal.

No good will ever come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - I said this a long time ago - in the year 1989.

Respect the Muwekma Ohlone - for this is their land. The land was stolen - but more it was contaminated.

Lennar Urban is into Land Banking - buy land for nothing - in this case the City got the land of one measly dollar - that is Parcel A - and conveyed it to Lennar Urban.

The Restoration Advisory Board - consisting of local constituents - did not sign on the Record of Decision - let this is noted - linked to Parcel A - one of many parcel conveyed - the rest of the parcels - are still controlled by the Unites States Navy.

Today in the Bayview - the Asian have invaded  - and homes once owned by Blacks - are now owned mostly by Asians, next in line Hispanic folks - Whits are coming in to - the Black are out - in large numbers.

Once San Francisco boasted a diverse population - and 25% of the population were Black - today they are 2 %.

Plans are afoot to build homes - called affordable homes - for those that can afford them - for which one must make - at least $120, 000 to make - affordable mortgage payment for a two bed room condominium.

No one wants to live at Hunters Point - more on Parcel A - the killings and shootings - are many in the area - and added to that car break-ins, home break ins, and one's safety in general.

Public transportation is spotty - and the MUNI buses late - transportation in general - when it comes to taxi, even Uber - is bad. Many taxis refusing to come to the area.

There are no good health clinics - and of sure no good childcare - no markets and for are no Supermarket - the Mayor talks from both sides of his mouth - while selling our our community.

This is Ohlone land and those that contaminate the land - will receive their reward here on Earth - cancer, tumors, all sorts of ailments that will baffle the best - doctors and hospitals.
