Lennar, a Rogue Developer despised all over this Nation - decided way back in 1998; when it registered itself - in Sacramento - to come in the Bayview Hunters Point area and divide the community.
It paid some "thugs" to divide the community - mostly Black and included in this group - many Black Poverty Pimp Pastors.
Leading that charge was one Roy Wills, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Sophie Maxwell, Gavin Newsom, Linda Richardson, - Willie B Kennedy (who just passed away), Doris Vincent, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, and a host of SF City and County heads - who think that Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - can be developed and where people can live.
Our City and County of San Francisco has the "Precautionary Principle" on its books.
The Precautionary Principle is law - simply put it says - if any life is adversely impacted by development or any other human action - everything must put on hold - the issue and project - evaluated, analyzed, abated, mitigated and so on and so forth.
Do we have to stop and do this at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard?
The answer to this is - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is - YES.
A designated Superfund Site Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Only the worst contaminated sites in the United States - are placed on the Superfund Site.
And so - the entire Shipyard must be cleaned to the highest standard - and it has not.
Proposition P - mandated clean up of the entire Shipyard to the highest possible standards. Watered- down by vested interests - from residential standards. We are watch the process - like a hawk.
Our San Francisco Board of Supervisors - and more the District 10 Supervisors - the laughing jackass - does not have a clue - she has a clue - when it comes to her clap - and filling her campaign coffers. Time will tell.
90% of the Shipyard is landfill - poor landfill - and containing Serpentinite Rock chips - when crushed release Asbestos structures.
More contaminated with Radioactive elements from the various Atomic experiments - during World War II.
Ships that took part in and near the Bikini Islands - where large animals were exposed to radiation - were brought, analyzed and their remains buried all over the Shipyard.
The outside of the Ships were sand blasted - and the contaminated stuff - dumped all over the place - polluting the Bay and the land.
The National Radiological Defense Laboratory was first stationed at Hunters Point.
The same activities today are conducted at Lawrence Livermoore Laboratory - you can google and find more - about this nefarious entity.
Even more the nefarious activities - including the experiments with "Depleted Uranium" - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - as part of the World War II - war efforts.
The Citizens Advisory Committee to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that we will hence forth call the "Shipyard" - has a hidden agenda. As a group they are bought and have turned their back on the community.

Some people worship money and do not care about their health. The many people who continue to work at the trailer situated near the Main Gate of the Shipyard - continue to suffer - from serious of chronic diseases - most of them respiratory in nature.
Lennar exposed thousands to Asbestos Structures and was fined by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) - the largest fine ever imposed on any one entity - in the history of the BAAQMD.
Lennar is shameless and continue its nefarious activities now - bombarding the near by community - the MUNI bus 19 - that enters the gate - and carries the contamination - the dirt and dust particles - laden with Asbestos Structures - all over the City and County of San Francisco.
Barbara Gracia could care less about what is going on at the Shipyard.
The enforcement department of the City and County of San Francisco - has a few employees who can take action - but their hands are tied.
Dr. Rajiv Bhatia fired for reasons - best known by Barbara Gracia - who must step down - as she is an anathema - to anything - decent.
So, are the many, mostly Black sell outs - who continue to back Lennar.
The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has failed once again to do its job - Mr. Jack Broadbent and Mr. Kelly Wee better get their act together. You are put on notice.
