SAN FRANCISCO MUST ESTABLISH A MATRIX - LINKED TO QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES - FOUL AIR, CONGESTION ON THE ROADS, ALL SORTS OF PETTY CRIMES , VERY HIGH RENTS, POOR EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS WHEN IT COMES TO PUBLIC EDUCATION - THE HEALTH OF OUR INFANTS, CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND YOUNG ADULTS - MORE SENIORS - ADVERSELY IMPACTED.

This is Ohlone Land - that was stolen - each and every square inch. Never mind what the " thieves " say - this land does not belong to them.

The only people welcome today are the indigenous people - the rest are " strangers " - who call themselves " natives " and do not know what that means.

For thousands of years - the astute Ohlone lived here - more than 13, 000 years  - only for the " thieves " to enjoy their hospitality - and then stab - the Ohlone - the First People of the area - in the back.

The Ohlone took less from Mother Earth - and kept things pristine - for future - generations.

In all the time the Ohlone lived here in San Francisco and the adjoining land - they kept the land pristine - the air clean - the watershed not contaminate.

The Bay that surrounded San Francisco on three sides - clean and thriving with Abolone, herring, and all sorts of other fish and life.

San Francisco continues to build a concrete jungle -

increasing the Carbon Footprint -

while all the time impacting all life with dangerous particulates -

adversely impacting thousands with respiratory chronic ailments.

San Francisco today talks a good talk - and has created a concrete jungle - the " crooked big developers " - are doing as they please.

Building skyscrapers - some of them sinking - one in particular - the Millennium building  - has suck over 18 inches - downtown San Francisco.

The foul air, the contaminate water, the land loaded with toxicity - has adversely impacted our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - our seniors - the physically and mentally challenged - more those with compromised health.

We have protested - we have presented plans -

at SF City Hall - the wheeling and dealing -

has reached - a saturation point -

time to charge the crooks - with the RICO ACT.

San Francisco especially those " educated on issues " have protested - presented blue prints - on education, transportation, safety, health, housing.

Other plans to reduce crime in our neighborhoods,  have worked to increase wages,  attended hundreds of meetings - to come out and present - unique plans to raise living standards - discussed means and ways to build " affordable housing " for those making less than $40, 000.

It does not help that we have Supervisors the likes of Mark Farrell and others - who have no sympathy for the poor.

 I am here to tell these sordid folks - so called representatives - that this is Ohlone Land - and your behavior will NOT be tolerated.

Just so that what I say is very clear - I represent this City and County of San Francisco and beyond - all Ohlone Land - on issues that I deem to come under Quality of Life issues.

We cannot stand by the sidelines - while these crooks who robbed the land pollute, contaminate - do as they please - and have no concern for the poor and more those that cannot defend - themselves.

We have been lied too many times - with banners promising " opportunity " and those that put their " faith " in those that put up the banners - were evicted from Public Housing.

Property Managers the likes of Mercy Housing, Bridge Developers, the John Stewart Company - back by the Mayor's Office of Housing and Economic Development -  have BLOOD on their hands.

Public Housing mostly built by the Department of Defense and paid a thousands time over - bigger rooms - where a KING BED can fit - and now being demolished - as was at Hunterview - and taller building built - called " high density buildings " - poor quality units that leak - and have other problems.

Smaller rooms built - you place a Queen Bed and you have NO room to walk around.

People treated like animals - the stress factor increased - with all sorts of noises - impacting one's  senses.

 The poorly built walls - allow all sorts of noises to disturb those living in these high density units  - mostly at night when one needs silence - for a good night's - sleep - all one hears are noises adversely impacting one's - sleep.

Hunters View is in close proximity to a Superfund - the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - where even today - one can find hot spots that register - high levels of radioactive elements.

We have thousands of photographs - and can take the City and County of  San Francisco to Court - and win.

Those that have the empirical data - and have the right timing - and the climate is ripe to take the Democrats to Court - the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein.

Those corrupt and crooked that brag the SF Democratic County Central Committee - is something - when this one singular entity has - failed miserably - to represent decent, hard working, tax paying constituents -  more San Franciscans.

Depleted Uranium was tested in the early 1950s - and large areas  are contaminated on the Hunters Point Shipyard - where large animals that participated in the " Bikini Atomic Experiments " are buried.

In recent years - Tectra Tech has buried contaminated soil - and produced " fake manifest " - MNBS Investigates - has revealed the facts - but before that - we advocates have revealed more - and have the imperial data - to prove the facts.

The City and County of San Francisco - more the Mayor Edwin M. Lee, the City Administrator, others that receive salaries over  $ 300, 000 - have failed to represent - San Franciscans and more Black and Brown people - who continue to suffer the most.

Our Mothers have represented and continue to represent every Friday - from 12 noon to 2 pm - at 850 Bryant. The Movement is growing - that those that have their heart in the right place will succeed. Black and Brown United - against Police Murders - that Mayor Edwin M. Lee for all his drab talk - is doing nothing about.

In the interim the SF City District Attorney is playing with fire - kicking the can - down the street - he has failed to charge the rogue SF Police Officers - not a single one - and the time is now.
