The United States Navy has failed to do a total and holistic clean up of the many radioactive elements found at San Francisco Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. This is a crying shame. More so when BILLIONS are wasted elsewhere - including Navy Officers - having a ball - receiving bribes - and failing to do justice to the tax payers - who pay their salaries and bills.
Without any meaningful abatement and mitigation - acres of land - with hot spots - containing radioactive elements at very high levels - that have adversely impact - thousands of innocent children and others. The U.S. Navy knows about this and the Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA) - that manages the island - more.
Who is responsible for this nonsense? All in the year 2013?
This more so at the many contaminated playgrounds at San Francisco Treasure Island.
Treasure Island - that the City and County of San Francisco - has yet to purchase the island from the United States Navy.
In the interim - authorities like TIDA taking chances - and exposing thousands - adversely.
More so innocent children from San Francisco and elsewhere - who are bused to play soccer and other games - someone is raking in the money charging the parents and the youth, fees.
That some one has no principles - less morals - and surely lacks ethics.
The many festivals and other events draw thousands - and innocent folks - sit on lawns and relax on other contaminated green open spaces.
Innocent people - having no idea - what so ever - that some of these areas have not been abated and mitigated - and there are NO notices - requesting people to stay out and keep out. The hot spots emit high levels of radioactive elements.

With the impending climate change - tsunami - other factor like the Big Quake - this man made island - is a bomb waiting to explode.
Today - with climate change and other adverse impacts facing us - some developers backed by the former "thug mayor" Willie L.Brown Jr - the rogue developer Lennar and others - these demonic forces want to put innocent people at risk - slowly killing them - by exposing them to high levels of radioactive elements.
