San Francisco must be fully aware that some of the San Francisco - Board of Supervisors - with intent - are harming Quality of Life of issues - with intent - working again the people - not listening the people - and destroying what past generation in San Francisco have built - all these many - years.
In the past 20 years - San Francisco and more our Mayors Gavin Newsom and Mayor Edwin M. Lee has put - sound " community policing" on the back burner.
San Franciscans are fed up of Malia Cohen, London Breed, Mark Farrell, Kathy Tang, Julie Christensen, and Scott Wiener - talking from both sides of their mouth.
None of them - have stood by the victims of those that have suffered with solutions.
Today, they are backing statement - devoid of empirical data and they think - they can hoodwink the constituents of San Francisco,the tax payers that they have failed - and the decent San Franciscans - who have left San Francisco - over 30,000 of them in last 5 years.
Their statements are subjective, narrow, one track, tunnel vision - and none of them have a track record - serving the best interests of San Franciscans and San Francisco - all these many, years - when it comes to "community policing". None what so ever.
City Hall has never been what we think it is. We have a history of blatant racism - as was mentioned yesterday - during public comment.

90 years after this flag was displayed - in many areas - mostly where Whites make their abode - blatant racism is still in inherent and flourishes.
In recent years - we have seen the empirical data - and it makes no sense - that Blacks are incarcerated - in such large, numbers.
We know that Black males are incarcerated in very large numbers - Blacks in general make less than 5% of the San Francisco population - which is about 820,000 - yet 51% percent of our jail population - consists of Blacks.
We have heard not a word about this data - by the two Black Supervisors - who are a disgrace to the human race. They are Malia Cohen and London Breed - two political whores - who should be ashamed of themselves.
Joined by Katy Tang, Julie Christensen, Scott Wiener, and Mark Farrell - our City and County of San Francisco - must not increase our San Francisco Police force - based only on our population.
We must spend more on education, child care, health care, safety, transportation, food, and most importantly - housing.
The best institutions in our Nation - do not agree using the matrix - spending more on a Police Force and using population - as a baseline. It simply makes no sense.
WE in San Francisco have studied this issue before - and have found that increasing our San Francisco Police force - focusing on population - is not right - and we have no empirical data - to the contrary.
Leading experts who study the growth of population - study Quality of Life issues - offer spending money on our schools - to keep our students safe, educating them - and teaching them skills to better their lives.
Other factors that I have mentioned above child care, health and so on - this are factors - we must support.
California spends over $62,200 on a person we send to jail. We spend about $9,200 to educate a child through K12.

Again and again in San Francisco we are shocked so many youth and young adults - fall in the truancy group. The crash wherever they can - eat whatever they get - and live a life that is very hard to comprehend.
London Breed, Scott Wiener, Malia Cohen, Katy Tang, Julie Christensen, and Mark Farrell have no experience about "community policing" and less about - " policing staffing".
