NATIVE AMERICANS IN AND AROUND SAN FRANCISCO - SHOULD BE GIVEN FIRST PREFERENCE WHEN IT COMES TO HOUSING AND OTHER AMENITIES NEEDED TO LIVE AND CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY - AS THEY HAVE FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS.

The Muwekma Ohlone
own all the land - San Francisco and beyond -
and I represent them here in San Francisco.

The " greed " of the " pale faces " knows no bounds.

They - the " greedy " want it all - they take it all.

Never mind - that when they did not follow the laws - killed, raped the women,  removed Native American children and sent them to boarding schools to be brain washed - and did things that even today cry to heaven for justice. After all these years - they still do not get it. You cannot be a thief and get away without - restitution.

The pale faces - a disgrace to the human race -  they broke all the laws - did not follow the regulations - and stole all that they could and more.  What was pristine - they contaminated - and to this day - no one who has their heart in the right place - can fully trust the - " pale face ".

Clear cut the forest - polluted and contaminated the waters, the air and the land - even today - they continue to adversely impact - anything they touch with their sordid hands.

The greedy and sordid - " uncouth barbarians " - the pale faces - totally uncivilized - stole all the land - each and every square inch - that now produce their - " fake documents " claiming the land is theirs - but that is far from the TRUTH - perennial liars - of the highest order.

Time will tell.

Time for restitution -  first for those Native Americans - who are here in San Francisco and the neighboring areas - should be given sound housing, should receive excellent health services, education, and all those good things that are linked to Quality of Life issues. Now.

Here is the Muwekma Ohlone Map -
that the " pale faces " know little about -
all that land was stolen and more.
On this land we exercised our -
" Right of First Refusal ".

It is amazing to hear - how - at the many meetings in San Francisco and at City Hall - No mention is made of the Muwekma Ohlone.

In San Francisco we have two representatives - representing the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe and Council - the Chairperson of the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe - Rosemary Cambra and her right hand person and Administrator of the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe - Norma Sanchez .

The late Dr. Espanola Jackson and Francisco Da Costa represented the interests of San Francisco and all those areas - where the Muwekma Ohlone exercised their Right of First Refusal. Today I do my best to represent the interests of the Muwekma Ohlone. - in San Francisco.

In recent weeks - I have put the City and County of San Francisco on notice - you in authority think - you can adversely impact our infants,  our children, our youth,  our young adults, our seniors,  those that have compromised health,  our mentally challenged, our physical challenged -  others that need help - and we the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe having Patrimonial Jurisdiction - think and know - what is fair and just.

I know we are joined by all other Native American Tribes - who were given a one way ticket - taken away from their homelands and reservations - in the early 1950s - and then sent to California -  many make their home in the Bay Area - and San Francisco.

The Friendship Houses provide succor and when possible I make it a point to visit the Friendship Houses and sit and talk to the Elders - who provide me with the right information. I try to keep in touch with the advocates - those that participate in the Shellmound Walks - the many ceremonies and the protests to demand justice to the Native Americans.

At the annual  Sunset Ceremonies and other ceremonies held - those that know better - when the ceremonies are held on Muwekma Ohlone land - give honor and respect - to the Muwekma Ohone - even when they just say - " Ohlone ".

The City and County of San Francisco - is well know for its abject discrimination - once the KKK had full access and openly displayed their flag - and conducted their ceremonies - right in the middle of City Hall. The picture below shows it all.

The stairs leading to the SF Board of Supervisors -
some represent the people but not the following -
Malia Cohen, London Breed, Scott Wiener,
Katy Tang, and Mark Farrell - all Supervisors

The KKK displayed their flag at San Francisco's
City Hall - and conducted their ceremonies.
Today when we protest - we cannot bring in our
banners - if we do the " corrupt " confiscate our banners -
compare the photographs - and remember that we have -
the facts - the real facts - the empirical data.
Cica 1938.

Let me assure our Native American Sisters and Brothers - and others that support all the Native Americans in the Bay Area and San Francisco - that we have every right to fight for sound housing,  excellent education, health services, child care, and all those good things - linked to embracing - Quality of Life issues.

Our San Francisco Planning Department has failed the Muwekma Ohone - we have patience - but the patience is running out.

Up until 1927 - anyone could kill a Native American and fetch $5 for a scalp - no questions asked. California Governors sent out Edicts - to go kill Native Americans - no questions asked.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee is  a JOKE - he is wheeling and dealing - even with Court Cases pending on cases of corruption when he worked at San Francisco  Contracting and as the City Administrator - he has always - had his hand in the cookie jar - and caught many times.

Our Controller and City Administrator can do better - but continue to - " rubber stamp ". Take a stand and do right - you two can do better.

I know all the Department heads - and most of you want to do right - but keep rubber stamping - and failing to represent. That must STOP.  Wake up and do right - or forever hold your peace.

There are many projects that speak of setting aside housing for everyone - accept the Native Americans and for sure no mention of the Ohlone - the Muwekma Ohlone - and this is their land. Aho.
