Lennar Urban promised Vallejo 10,000 units at Mare Island - then declared "bankruptcy" and forced the City of Vallejo - to do the same.
Apparently, the City and County of San Francisco - Mayor Edwin M. Lee and Tiffany Bohee who heads the Office of Infrastructure and Economic Development - have been blind to the evil ways of Lennar Urban - and are in bed with the devil.
The above corrupt entities - are looking the other way - while Lennar Urban now is consolidating its forces - to jump ship - but not without - making some money in the bargain.
Much like Vallejo - San Francisco will be holding the bag - the empty bag - as it Vallejo today - suffering more since 2007.
Lennar Urban has joined hands - with some "evil" entities in Southern California - Newhall and El Toro - linking its tentacles here at Hunters Point and Candlestick point - to carry on - some plan - devious in nature - that is bound to fail.
As I have been saying forever - " no good will ever happen at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and in like manner at Candlestick Point".
At both sites the remains of the Ohlone were desecrated - and those that play with "fire" - will die at the hands of fire.
In a few months we will be facing very heavy rains - and just like that - we all will forget about the on going drought.
The entire Candlestick Point - will be a large swimming pool - right where now use to be Candlestick Stadium. A photograph posed above in its - glory, days.
Ten to twelve inches of rain water - at Candlestick Point and at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - which now comes under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy.

Well known - when it rains a little - to see puddles that make vehicles - difficult - to move - often time stalling rigs that waiting for hours - until the water - subsides.
Lennar Urban cannot be "trusted" a point that Mayor Edwin M. Lee and Tiffnee Bohee fail to comprehend. Lennar Urban will bring disgrace to our City and in the bargain - steal millions - with both Mayor Edwin M. Lee and then novice and inept Tiffany Bohee - left in shock.
Pay heed and take notice and do what you have to do - while you have some say in the matter.
When it comes to forking our money - with Lennar Urban - Lennar Urban has the legal language to back them up - the City and County of San Francisco - will fork the money - when the comes and the Courts favor the - "devil".
The City and County of San Francisco now has declared a $9 Billion budget - our City and County has deep pockets - and Lennar Urban is leading us - into a trap.
Lennar Urban will turn their back against this City and County of San Francisco - more our decent, hard working, tax paying constituents.
Lennar Urban will rob us of our investments - and bring disgrace to the City and County of San Francisco. Time will tell.
Lennar Urban is a "rogue developer" who with intent - poisoned our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors - our constituents of this City and County of San Francisco.
We the people - went before the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) - with our mothers, our children, other who were of one mind - believing in God.
Lennar Urban was fined $515,000 - and paid the fine - for polluting the air, contaminating the environment. With intent harming our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors, other decent God fearing constituents of San Francisco.
Lennar Urban is the "devil itself" and can never, ever be trusted.
Yet, this City and County of San Francisco chose without the permission of the public at large - to do business with this - "rogue developer". Time will tell.
