CHECKMATE MALIA COHEN - A PROFESSIONAL SELL OUT - WHO IS NOT RESPECTED BY THE COMMUNITY - LESS CONSTITUENTS IN DISTRICT 10.

No one in District 10 respects LENNAR a rogue developer.

Since 1998 Lennar has tried every trick in its bag - to cheat, bluff, hoodwink, and deceive the constituents of San Francisco. promising much and delivering nothing, but hot air.

Now, the inept, ignorant, arrogant Malia Cohen who won her seat by a few hundred votes - in a context where there were 23 candidates. Since becoming the District 10 Supervisor - this woman has done nothing constructive - she has failed to represent and is a disgrace to the human race.

Malia Cohen has now gone on a limb to back Lennar, a Rogue Developer that harmed our community. Malia is focused on one thing only - money. Let us see how she fares - with the blood, money.

 Lennar, a Rogue Developer - with intent adversely harmed hundreds of innocent children, seniors, innocent men and women - a few few from Parcel A - the only parcel conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco - which the City in turn - conveyed to Lennar, a Rogue Developer.

Lennar removed the batteries from the Asbestos monitoring equipment - and for over four months.

For over four months - there were no readings recorded.

A huge 33 foot Serpentine Rock was demolished. Serpentine rock when crushed - releases Asbestos - the monitoring equipment could not work - the batteries were removed.  Those who were suppose to monitor the reading and the equipment - were asleep and looked the other way.

Our children suffered from burning eyes, sore throat, headaches, other respiratory ailments - Lennar knew about this and did not do anything.  When three Black working for Lennar - came to know about these facts - they were fired. After they were fired - most everyone - knew for a fact - how horrible Lennar was - evil to the core.

The three Black sued Lennar and won - their Attorney Angela Alioto - the matter was settle out of court - money distributed - but everyone was silenced. Lennar is good at bringing in the lawyers when they are in trouble - and silencing the TRUTH.

It was only when the community - when to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District - in large numbers - attending many meetings - and giving testimony - that the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) - fined Lennar - $515,000.

To date Lennar has not apologized - and this Rogue Developer is being backed by a sell out like Malia Cohen - who wants the money from Lennar to run a second term. Her first term was a disgrace to the human race.

In the first place Malia Cohen never ever lived in District 10.

She lived in District 9 with her parents. Malia Cohen has bluffed her way - from day one - and soon she will fall flat on her, dirty face.

Malia Cohen bought a condominium in District 10 - at Executive Park - just so that she could run for District 10 - not because she lived in District 10.

Only for her to lose her condominium for which she paid $580,000 and could not pay her mortgage. She got caught during the 2008 economic spiraling - the sub-prime shenanigans.

Well. Malia Cohen  got elected to represent District 10 - but found herself living in Distict 9 - withher parent in District 9. This was and is illegal - but Malia Cohen has no morals, less ethics, and for sure NO standards.

Then when it was made know that she was not even living in her own District after months. Malia Cohen saw the light and moved to District 10.

She now lives on Potrero Hill - and is far removed from the poor, the indigent, and those that need help.

Famous for her grin, that wide grin - when she opens her mouth - she mostly shoves her foot. As I said - Malia Cohen is a disgrace to the human race.

Lennar is not welcome to our neighborhood - and we are watching the evil activities of Lennar - like a hawk.

Even as I write this article - Lennar is bombarding an area in and around Parcel A - with Asbestos particles.

The thick cover of Asbestos Friables - are now disturbed by the construction activity.


Lennar is fully aware of this fact - more their point person Bronson Johnson - also Thor Kaslofsky who works for the City and County of San Francisco.

Not a whimper - the workers are exposed to the Asbestos Structures - in recent days - very high levels have been recorded. How evil can some people be?

Mayor Edwin Lee is not informed about this fact. 

He keeps thinking Lennar will do some good - when, wherever Lennar has been they have adversely impacted people and never ever kept their word.

They promised Vallejo 10,000 units on Mare Island and declared bankruptcy.

They did the same in Southern California, in Miami in Florida - there is a website that has thousands of examples of how this Rogue Developer - has harmed innocent people.

Lennar was brought in to develop by Willie L. Brown Jr. a former Black mayor of San Francisco - known as a "thug Mayor".

30,000 units are planned on land that is prone to liquefaction and flooding.

Lennar does not have the ability to deliver - and no one wants to live in units in the middle of Chernobyl.

The United States Navy has not handed over the remaining parcels on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The Navy's obligation is to clean up - what they contaminated - the U.S. Navy must not be left off the hook. 

The City and County of San Francisco wants to fast track the process - the City and County will be sorry. Time to exercise the Precautionary Principle.

Yet, Lennar thinks it already owns the land - there has been no legal document signed - no land has been conveyed - all Lennar has to its name is Parcel A for which a meager ONE DOLLAR was paid. 

Parcels B, C, D, E, E2 - F which is the bay and must be cleaned - other parcels G, UC1 and other parcels - carved out with fancy names - have not been cleaned, abated, nor mitigated.

Once there were two hills and the two hills were demolished by Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - to create over 800 acres - all land fill.

The U.S. Navy tested " Depleted Uranium " - conducted all sorts of experiments - the land is contaminated and anyone who can read the Final Historical Assessment of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - will be shocked - at the very high level of contamination - more radioactive elements.

Parcel E2 is a toxic soup. No one wants to touch it - even though all of that contamination - must be removed - using state of the art technology.

But, so far the U.S. Navy want to cap the area - and wash its hand.

The entire area - the 800 acres - was and is designated as a Superfund Site. Only the worst contaminated sites - are put on the Superfund list.

These monsters speak as if the land is clean - by the bay - some first class prime water front property.

Far from it - no one is permit to go by the beach - until Parcel F which is the Bay surrounding the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is cleaned.

No one is permitted to grow anything in the soil that now exists.

If homes are built - the only plants that can grow - will be in planter boxes with clean soil imported from a clean source.

The air is polluted - every time the dirt is disturbed - as it is right now - the Asbestos readings go up - they go up to levels that are harmful.

10 years, 15 years, 20 years from now - those exposed will suffer from Asbestosis. 

It is shame that folks like Aurelius Walker, Doris Vincent, Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Lolla Whittle, Willie L. Brown, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, Carmen Chu, Calvin Jones, Dwayne Jones, Angelo King, Linda Richardson - others, all sell outs want to back Lennar for bread crumbs. Time will tell.

The above crooks in one way or the other are fostering - gentrification.

Kofi Bonner who leads Lennar Urban and others think they can  fool all the people all the time.

No one in their right mind should trust - Lennar Urban - a Rogue Developer who with intent - poisoned our community. We will never forget what Lennar did in 2004 - we will never accept Lennar in our community.
