Mandates in palce to help the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point and surround area - adversely impacted by the Sewage Treatment Plant, the spewing of Methane Gas, the pollution of the water shed, and the creation of hundreds of tax hots spots - all documented.

At the meeting held on Wednesday, February 28 at the 1800 Oakdale Facility at 6 pm - known as the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - all sorts of sordid ploys, machinations and shenanigans were introduced.

While Harlan Kelly the General Manager wanted to say something he was all over the place.
In the year 2002 a Proposition was passed - a Ballot Measure put before the tax payers - to rehabilitate the Clean Water and Sewer water - at a cost of $2.6 Billion - headed by the SF Public Utilities Commission.
Added to this was another $2.2 Billion from the Regional partners - that we cater to and supply the best water in the world.

The clean water come from the reservoir that has natural granite walls - named Hetch Hetchy. The best water that God has given us - preserved and protected for thousands for years by those that love Mother Earth - the Native American tribes of Northern California.
Water that lies some 160 miles from San Francisco - and belongs to the Miwoks, the Pitutes, other Native Americans Tribes - that consider that water Sacred.
Power Congress men and others - worked hard to get this water and sent to San Francisco by gravity - the rest is history.

Water and land that was stolen - every square inch.
No compensation has been given to the Native Americans - and this and other actions - evil to the core -will come to bite the thieves - in the butt.
After the Proposition was passed in 2002 - conveniently - the SF Public Utilities Commission decided - to deal only with the Clean Water and named that project the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP).
To hell with the Sewer Water - the stench that the people of Bayview and Hunters Point have had to deal with - every single day - since the early 1960s.
Today that same project - cost $10 Billion - just for sewer system - and is called the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - and nothing much seems to be happening - for the last 4 years.
Another Proposition was put on the ballot costing the tax payers of San Francisco $6 Billion - plus the $2.6 Billion the first time around.
No one knows - and no one has asked the SFPUC how the added $4 Billion came about.
The SF Public Utilities Commission has a flare to come out with these large amounts - with NO accountability and less transparency.
While the General Manager with some fake slides gave us some sordid history of the Hetch Hetchy systems - telling us that the Water System Improvement Project is 95%, complete - he failed to mention about Mountain Tunnel with millions of dollars of cost over runs - a deficient assessment made by JACOBS - a consultant who walked away with millions.
Harlan Kelly did not mention a word about all extra millions spent on the Calavares Dam - including removal of over one million tons - when some fissures were found - in the direct path of the Calavares Dam.
Who is fooling whom - and even today - none of us - know the millions spent on this poor assessed job by some consultants.
Some one else made millions - moving the over million tons of dirt, finding a place to store it - and all the money charged for transportation and so on. No budget was earmarked for such nonsense - but it all took place - poor seismic evaluations -a mockery of transparency and accountability.
Harlan Kelly did not mention about the Irvington Tunnel - the steel pipes collapsed underground - by the force of water - underground streams that attacked the huge steel pipes over 8 feet wide - and crushed the 8 feet steel pipes and cost the project - millions of dollars.
It is very true the Water System Improvement Project will be completed in 2020 - but at what cost?
Why the millions spent - cost over runs - hoodwinking the people - not listening to those that keep monitoring the many projects - that SF Public Utilities Commission - has failed miserably - more because they think - they know it all. They do not.
The Sewer System Improvement Project will cost over $10 Billion - and the cost over runs are already happening.
The 6 Digestors have failed all the time-lines - and with excuses that are far fetched.
The Communication Director and the Assistant General Manager of External Affairs Juliet Ellis - keep spinning fake information.
We know the energy used to operate the 6 Digestors - will be over whelming and very expensive - so expensive - making the entire project - " cost prohibitive ".
All this coming to the fore at this eleventh hour. Go Figure.
To add fuel to fire - the design is from Norway - and the the Norwegians will protect their " proprietary design " - they can order us around - because we went to them and they will not come to us.
More - in this climate - when the White House is some what hesitant - to allow such projects - and give engineers easy visas to come and to go - to and fro from Norway to the United States.
The White House - favoring more American designs - as was done with the Los Angeles Water Treatment Plant and related operations.
As usual the Bayview Hunters Point has been held hostage - and whereas the SF Public Utilities Commission is fully aware it has been fucking the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point - charging us more - and giving us " inferior services " - piling insult after insult - but NOT any more.
Over 2 Billion dollars in mitigation dollars are owed the Bayview Hunters Point and neighboring areas - Sewer and Water should be provided us - FREE OF CHARGE.
A Proposition will be put this November 2018 - and the tax payers told the truth.
Those who have been lying to us - will be charge using the RICO ACT.
Juliet Ellis - the crooked -
Assistant General Manager for External Affairs -
that sent over $200, 000 to Green For All -
in th East Bay - an entity that see worked for -
before coming to the SF Public Utilities Commission.
Juliet Ellis is one of these charlatans - she know little - and has a track record of been a liar, cheater, and what is more dishonest linked to most of her actions.
Juliet Ellis - was fined by the Fair Political Practices Committee (FPPC) - the same adjudication endorsed by the SF Ethics Commission - and she is still working for the SFPUC and earning in access of $230,000 with benefits. Go Figure.
Plans are afoot to build affordable housing by the SFPUC - when we know that if housing is built - it will be for the rich - and those making in access of 250,000.
All this and more on a lot by Evans Street - without proper outreach to the community.
We have seen this with SFPUC partnering with evil entities - by San Francisco City College - other properties that SF Public Utilities Commission - has - " no one can fool all the people all of the time ".
As the years go by - climate change - will adversely impact the snow content - there will be snow - but with less water content - soon there will be the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir - but less water in that Hetch Hetchy Reservior.
San Franciso is encouraging skyscrapers - but we have failed the " big developers " to pay more for using clean drinking - favoring for some strange reason - to use clean drinking water to flush the toilets.
We could have had a separate and more meaningful " meter charge " - linked to these evil Big Developers - more, linked to clean water, sewage, energy and electricity, transportation, money for child care, open space and other factors linked with Quality of Life issues.
I have never ever seen a worse bunch of idiots - than the Southeast Community Facility Commissioners - NOT all but most - who are NOT educated on issues.
Many of these Commissioners - are not educated on issues - have to clue what comes before them - Commissioners anointed to rubber stamp - issues put before them - blindly.
Well this will NOT be long - a change is coming - and many of these sell outs - will have to seek other dried pastures - to fill their stomachs.
We have astute advocates still present - be it that we are not supported by the community benefits - that we should have access to for meaningful resources.
Corrupt entities with ties to Juliet Ellis - continue to adversely impact our Community - but as I said not for long. Aho.
