We must cease this moment - only the best can make the movement - grow and succeed.
Right now the nay sayers - want this movement - STOPPED.
The movement started by the youth and young adult - will NOT stop.
Armed with the principles to succeed - those who have their heart in the right -place will take this " movement" to a better place.
LEADERSHIP - good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.
Any movement must have sound leaders -who can build consensus and what is more keep the movement viable and sustainable.
Good and the best leaders must be quick to overcome - the many hurdles.
Building the moment with other leaders - so that at any given time - there is a chain of leadership - that can fulfill the goals - short term goals and long term goals.
Underlying this process - is being totally educated on issues - using tools that work - listen to others - and building team spirit.
Women and men - equality and equity that bring out the best representation.
UNITY - consensus building and sharing common goals that are easy to comprehend and easier to implement.
This comes from visionaries that can bring people together - at moments like this - when our senses are stunned - something awakens with us human beings.
Those that are inherently leaders - take the lead and that is happening right now. There is no stopping the leaders.
The students have done what few have done in the past - and surpassed those that came before them.
Gathering large masses is just the beginning - how to sustain the movement - is challenging but not impossible.
The many focused groups - HUBS - can create models which can be easily implemented - with goals and timelines.
More - that incorporate the wishes and abilities of the many - that are now fired up - our student - youth and young adults.
For sure military style weapons must be made very difficult to have access to - we all understand the Second Amendment.
For those that do not understand the Second Amendment - the right to bear arms - does not give license to those mentally challenged and other immature individuals - to kill innocent human beings - more school children.
The unison that has happened because the students at the core - and now students all over the world - comprehend and know that in unity - anything can be done - the sky is the limit.

What is important to note - spiritually this movement - the March For Our Lives - has maintained discipline.
Challenged those that do not comprehend - right from wrong - to abide by their own conscience and do right.
ENERGIZED - energy comes from all directions - BLUE is a color - know to those that have been blessed.
The light is difficult to explain - it unifies - those that have seen the light - can comprehend right from wrong.
They - can lead and know no fear - what is very important to comprehend - withstand - the obstacles, the hurdles, the pain and tribulation, the anger and frustration.
The deep hurt that demands forgiveness, the peace of mind, body and soul.
Those who have seen and experience the Blue Light - are blessed and will stand by righteousness.
This movement by the youth - the March For Our Lives - has a long way to go.
With Hope, Faith, of course deep spirituality will fuel the movement.
The leaders must understand that only " humility " - will be the glue - in hard times and situation to prevail.
Egotistical gimmicks have no place in any sound movement - that seeks the betterment of the community at large - the youth and youth adults and those that support them - in this one of a kind movement - the time is ripe for action that counts.
Never in recent civilized history have we witnessed Congressperson and Senators - so many of them - swimming in the cesspool of their own creation.
They all suffer from astute and very sordid " tunnel vision ". Most of them cannot see beyond their noses.
Our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors, so many others - we are all in this together. God bless you all.

As human beings we need to stabilize our senses, have control of our emotions, listen and learn more empirical data - to better ourselves.

UNITY - as human beings we all can move forward quickly - when the leaders hook up nicely with those that listen and more execute the " platform".
Unity plays an important role - and patience is the glue to keep the teams united - to execute polices, programs, models, other tools - we can use in this digital world - Blue Tooth.
BECKONS - there is something in the air - all over the world - the children, the youth, the young adults - have decided this is their sacred, time.
As we all know - more by observation - the youth and young adults - have seen the light - beckoned by a higher power - to each her or his own - to fuel this revolution - and find concrete solutions.

I am old enough to know - having led many movements - all over the world - those that are aways lying, always hoodwinking, always bluffing, always cheating, those that are so " evil " - they look you in the eye and lie.
Countering the above - those that have their heart in the right place - those that can take others to a better - place. Those that have a moral compass - you cannot explain that to many - actions count, more.

Well the youth and young adults need guidance - but at all times the youth and young adults - should be in the " cockpit.
This is their fight - not the fight of the commenters and nay sayers. These two segments of the population - can fade into oblivion.

Music, film, word, actions, writing - there is so much and using cyber space and the digital tools - can instantaneously connect us with millions.

The Congresspersons and Senators and more White House - does not know what to make of the " movement " - March For Our Lives.
The reason is simple - most of them are spiritually bankrupt.

STRATEGY - logistics and good planing is critical to any battle.
You cannot go to battle - without a map, all the tools need to deal with the situation at hand.
This is a WAR and war is very challenging - constantly - one must be vigilant.
The leaders can deliver any product only in proportion to the planning, training, practice, execution, and ability to deliver - constant practice and rehearsal.
Much like what good schools, colleges, and universities do - in the classroom, on the stage, on the playing ground, at any event, program or exhibit.

There is no doubt in my mind - that this November the voting pattern will astound those that take the young adults for granted. This change voting for those that matter - must be done with deliberation and astuteness.
