Fake signs like this once dotted the streets -
up all the hill - now, most everything is taken over -
by nefarious entities and there is more.
The corruption linked to many City Departments - more, the Enterprise Departments has reached saturation point - corruption of the worse order - embedded so deep - adversely impacting - thousands.
The many rules, regulation, ordinances, laws - are broken - open defiance shown - with utter disrespect - and the crooks continue to do the damage in broad daylight.
The many Commission, Citizens Advisory Committees, other such committees monitoring - Rates Increases - be it clean water or sewer - so called clean energy that taps into dirty racks - nefarious entities seeking to tweak the system - one worse than the other - all rubber stamping.
The Whistle Blower rights that so much is made off - are just that - all that you read sounds fine - but when you make an attempt to right the wrong - the Whistle Blower becomes the victim.
Now, we see the corrupt - kicking the can down the street - mentioning one rule and then in mid-stream another - trying to convolute the logic - pretending to be the Supreme Court - when at times - the Sunshine Task Force - acts like the Kangaroo Court.
We had all the evidence the empirical data against the SF Bayview Opera House - but it took us 7 1/2 months - to come before the SF Sunshine Task Force with a bullet proof case - and then at last win the case - unanimously - before the SF Sunshine Task Force.
Suffice to say today the SF Ethics Commission is in disarray.
San Franciscans by large measure are making ends meet - we have some so called experts - bragging to live in San Francisco - you must earn $300,000 a year.
If not they tell you point blank - go live somewhere else.
We continue to pay our taxes - but get little if nothing in return.
Our SF Board of Supervisors are " shallow " - none of them have the guts to do right - be it the congestion on our roads, the increasing homeless situation, the very high rents, the violence on our streets.
The many home and car break-ins, the assaults on our MUNI transportation system, in some neighborhoods you cannot go outside your home - and not witness violence - San Francisco is not what is was - and what you see today - it not pretty.
San Francisco has a $10 Billion plus budget - and yet we see Quality of Life deteriorating - right before our very eyes.
The Carbon Footprints has increased and the SF Department of Environment brags it has NOT.
The 7.5 mile Public Trust Land - that the SF Port Authority has jurisdiction over - from Lower Fort Mason all the way to Pier 98 - is mostly in shambles. The piers are falling apart - and the sea-wall is in jeopardy.
Now the SF Port Authority - is seeking to tap into State School Funds - to address the situation.
These entities called Enterprise Department - are mandated to raise their own money - again and again they FAIL to raise their own money - but again and again they do not fail to leech into the assets, the funds, of others.
From the early 1960s to now - the SF Port Authority had plenty time to put their house in order.
You would not know that from listening to them at the SF Port Commission - the Commissioners most of them Smithsonian - talking in circles - most of them should step down - and fade into oblivion.
I have been writing a lot for the longest time about liquefaction, severe flooding, and of course the impending Big One.
The Big one that we are all awaiting and hoping against hope - it will not strike us - much as it did in 1906 and then again in less measure in 1989.
The San Francisco Airport in San Mateo is in jeopardy - the thousands of acres of poor infill - will in a couple of years - be adversely impacted by sea-level rise.
The same will happen at Ocean Beach by the Cliff House, much as it will by the Ferry Building, the Embarcadero going more South near AT&T Park - and deep into Mission Bay - all prone to severe flooding and liquefaction.
The Bay that we see today was much bigger - today, it is suffering from suffocation - the ebb and flow with the increase in silt - the many other adverse impacts - the many wet lands that are no more - have stifled the Bay.
Five women stood united and with support from the husbands most hold high positions - convinced most everyone to STOP fill the Bay in the early 1950s and 1960s.
However, on land masses it does not deter Big Developers from building high density buildings.
Corrupt and crooked politicians the likes of Scott Wiener and David Chiu - of course the rogue Black mayor - Willie L. Brown Jr. - others evil to the core - seeking to build and never mind the adverse impacts. These rascals must be held accountable - their sordid actions adjudicated - and it is time to send such scoundrels to jail - for a long, long time.
The land and the Bay must breathe freely - much as it did for thousands of years.
The Muwekma Ohlone
This land that belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone - and these evil people feel and see nothing in the increase in contamination and pollution.
These evil politicians seek money and will take bribes and look the other way.
Then you have those in positions more at the Enterprise Departments that prostitute themselves - and think they can get away with murder.
The worse of these entities the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - having failed with the Water System Improvement Project.
They are now embarking on the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP - increasing the Bond Measure - from $6 billion to over $10 Billion - who is fooling - whom.
Yesterday - the Moccasin Over Flow was adversely impacted - thousands of acres close up - are in peril.
Much as was Mountain Tunnel, Fissures that had to be attended to at Calavares Dam - after some so called inspections - failed to reveal the defects - so too Ervington Tunnel and the list goes on and on.
SFPUC is now sinking - sinking in a cesspool of their own creation.
They are always bragging that the peoples number two is their number one. They seem to be embedded with this thought.
Other slogans - that play on words - and titillate those that are devious, more evil - and have NO regard for the tax payers. Leading that charge Juliet Ellis penalized by the SF Ethics Commission and the Fair Political Practices Committee.
Presentation Equality, Equity and Reality - given by many City Departments - are just words that mean nothing - to those that are NOT educated on issues.
These words say something but meaning nothing at all - to those educated on issues.
These words are crap - more when the content does not lead to a better place and cannot because those behind the ploys and machinations are evil and into hoodwinking.
Much at the crap the SFPUC is dealing daily - wasting their time - trying to hoodwink us all - in broad daylight. The infighting is now spewing in all directions - and those at the top so called Assistant Managers - are all running away - they can run but they cannot hide.
Audit after audit has caught the SF Public Utilities Commission - the many departments - their hand in the cookie jar.
Dwayne Jones once worked for YCD -
in the Bayview - he is now a consultant -
but has an office at 525 Golden Gate Avenue -
we tax payers - why so many evil consultants -
many black listed - are embedded in the SFPUC headquarters?
525 Golden Gate is embedded by corrupt so called consultants the likes of Dwayne Jones who works for AECOM - others who work for PARSONS - and other Primes - all wheeling and dealing - one worse than the other.
These Primes have been encouraged to manage our projects - perform with less expected standards.
The Primes have been raping our system - with former Mayor the likes of Willie L. Brown Jr. and Platinum Consultants making hay while the shine shines.
General Managers of the SF Public Utilities shamelessly - raking in illicit money and laughing all the way to the bank.
What is Susan Leal doing at 525 Golden Gate - going from office to office - doling out cookies and muffins - what the fuck is happening and has been happening? She once was the General Manager of SFPUC - fired - and now hounds the corridors at 525 Golden Gate Avenue - the headquarters of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC).
