LOTS OF TALK AT THE SF PLANNING DEPARTMENT ABOUT CONGESTION MANAGEMENT, SMALL SHACKS TO ACCOMMODATE THOSE WHO LOVE TO SHACK UP - NO MENTION OF THE HOMELESS AND PROVIDING THEM SHELTER - LESS THE THOUSANDS OF FAMILIES THAT HAVE LEFT SAN FRANCISCO.

San Franciscans have always accommodated those that have come to San Francisco to stay for a short time - and stayed here for a longer time - today, we have reached saturation point.

Rents have skyrocketed and reached saturation point.

The homeless more the senior population - are now forced to sleep in tents on our streets - exposed to the inclement weather - they die slowly - and no one is paying attention to this daily fact.

San Francisco has a $10 Billion budget - but has failed those that need help most. We are one of the most rich cities in the entire world.

Thousands of families have left San Francisco never, ever to return and our neighborhoods that have thrived for decades.

More our neighborhoods are are unique - year after year tourists used to come to experience our neighborhood - no more.

Entire neighborhoods have been invaded by those that offer nothing much to the neighborhood - except behave their robots - behave like aliens from another planet.

Plans are afoot to have small shacks to accommodate those that will pay a fee to live in them.

Other enterprise entities are now - using dormitories - where ten of so people - share a kitchen, a toilet, a shower - common areas - we may call them a seating room.

These areas are kept clean and hygiene maintain - but one has to pay as much as $1800 - for a bed and the above mentioned - amenities.

Our freeways now experiencing back to back traffic jams - that are pouring into our streets.

The dangerous particulates - that our infants, children, youth, young adult, seniors, those with compromised health - are most affected.

One in three children and others now experience some form of respiratory diseases - and the life span of our loved ones - are at stake - and no one seems to care about the increase in building tall buildings in close proximity - to freeways and roads - congested with heavy traffic.

Even as people live - San Francisco has failed to resolve some pertinent issues - we still use " clean drinking water " - Hetch Hetchy water to flush our toilets.

We still have not resolved our " energy issues " - San Francisco Public Utilities Commission rakes in millions - charging us for so called " clean energy " - part of which comes " from dirty racks ".

We pay our bills to Pacific Gas and Electric - more when we pay by telephone. SFPC takes credit - while - others do the heavy lifting - SFPUC always seeking ways to make money -more on the backs of those that cannot pay high energy costs.

SF Public Utilities Commission keeps bragging - they provide so called " clean energy " - all the time.

Those in the know - are fully aware of  " dirty racks " - contributing dirty energy - even if it it 15% of the total - so called clean energy - that SFPUC brags it offers for less - on a grid and electrical lines that belong to Pacific Gas and Electric.

An audit will prove me right - and such are the shenanigans of those that purport to do us good - charging us more - and providing us with an inferior - product.

When it comes to health - the mentally challenged and the physically challenged in San Francisco - are left on the streets - to fend for themselves.

Recently some 75 beds were set aside for the mentally challenged at Saint Mary's - some relief but what about the thousands of others.

The best treated the thousands of mentally challenged get here in San Francisco - are in our jails.

Today in San Francisco - thousands of mentally challenged are on our streets - they do not take their medications - when they act up - they are rounded up and sent to the jails. These has been happening for years - shame on those that treat the mentally challenged with disdain.

More, prey on them - beat them when they should have some mercy and compassion.

Many of the mentally challenged - endanger their own lives and that of others who may come in their path and encounter innocent tourist or others - more, when the mentally challenged  are in a rage and causing a ruckus.

The Southeast Sector - the last frontier has been invaded with nefarious developers - who now want to create wet lands - and small parks - on very contaminated land.

Land that is prone of liquefaction and flood - poor infill - once chrome waste and other paint product were dumped on these sites, tires, construction material laden with asbestos - go figure!

More registering high levels of radioactive elements - cesium, plutonium - other elements such as mercury, lead, asbestos structures - all impact our citizens who live in and around Innez Street, by Aurelious Walker Road, by Cleo Rand - one of a kind tumors, respiratory diseases galore, women delivering " still born " babies, cancer of all kinds - and our SF Health Department is fast asleep at the cockpit.

The United States Navy navy used the land surround the Bay and close to the U.S. Navy operations during the World War II effort - paying little attention - to dumping - contamination and polluting the land - using the word " jettison"  - loosely.

SF Recreation and Park today openly endorses very corrupt entities to build some fake wet lands - the bay around these proposed parks are contaminated - so are the beaches - and the authorities that be - forbid anyone going to these beaches.

Who is fooling whom - even our dogs that roams around Heron Head Park also know as Pier 98 - and the surrounding area - have been known - to become sick -  some of them have come down with cancer and tumors - one of the kind.

San Francisco can do better and more the Regional Water Board, BCDC, the SF Port Authority, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the Department of Toxicity  Substances  Control (DTSC), the SF Health Department and the most despicable the SF Department of Environment - they talk too much.

San Francisco and the surround area is Muwekma Ohlone land :
