For all the sayings about Number 2
and Crap - the SFPUC personifies - excreta!
The many advocates in the Bayview Hunters Point have always understood the needs of the community - more, linked with Quality of Life issues.
Their many efforts were directed to the right people and places - because they had empathy and compassion.
Today, outsiders from Fresno and other far off places - have invaded our community - mostly Blacks - who are chronic - sellouts.
The entire area also know as the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - for decades has been used by the City and County of San Francisco to " dump " its highly contaminated waste, its recycling, its sewage, most of the industrial operations are in the Bayview Hunters Point area.
P. J. Molinari and Sons - established in 1891.
Molinari Salami - established in 1891-

Paint, chrome, metal moldings, gates, furniture of all types, labs of every kind, welding operations big and small - soft drink companies, Evergood Sausages, Molanari Salame, electrical goods - well you get the picture.
The Bayview Hunters Point is the last frontier - and even though thousands of homes are planned to be build on land prone to liquefaction and flooding - recently, mostly whites living on Parcel A - controlled by Lennar Urban - home owners - are complaining and there is more to come.
The area surround Parcel A - Parcels B, C, D, E, E2, G, UC 1, 2, 3, 4 , 5 (Utility Corridors ), F which is the Bay - are all contaminated.
All the sewer pipes laid in and around these parcels above - are contaminated - the contents head straight to the Phelps Raw Sewage Plant - the contaminants contain high levels of radio active elements - add to that mercury, lead, asbestos structures and you have a toxic cesspool.
The SF Public Utilities Commission formed in 1996 - has lacked the vision and foresight - always pandering to the developers and failing each and every time.
It owes over $2 Billion in mitigation benefits to the Bayview Hunters Point Community - and thinks that it can fool all the people all the time. More, with Juliet Ellis who know nothing much about San Francisco and less about the Bayview Hunters Point area.
Recently we saw this with the Millennium Building sinking 19 inches and titling 9 inches North West.
In and around this 58 story building - dewatering - more, in the middle of a drought - millions of gallons of water - were pumped and dumped in our dual system - sewer system.
There was a hearing on the de-wateirng - the General Manager - Harlan Kelly - did not present himself - some else did - faltering and stammering.
Some statements made - vague and convoluted and that was the end of that - fiasco. Hoodwinking in broad daylight.
While much has been made about the Sewer System Improvement Project - the Disgestors that will be moved to a new place - closer to the site where once the City and County had their own Asphalt Plant - by the Caltrans track. Tons of hot air - no walk.
With all the talk - there has NOT been one detail presentation on the Digestors - to the public at large.
Presentations have been given - with all sorts of lies told - and this is a problem that will come to bite the sordid " idiots " in the butt.
Never mind that Karen Kubick now realizes - she has been taken for a wild ride - reminiscent of the time of the 3 Combustion Turbines - when Susan Leal was the General Manager and Barbara Hale - used Karen Kubick like a dirty rag.
When Karen Kubick started pandering to Malia Cohen - at the last Budget hearing - making statements that Malia Cohen knew more about the Digestors and related issues - that statement sealed it for me - panderers are folks that I do not endorse and more have no respect.
If it is money - that some thinks - matters - and that you who are not from our community - are here to hoodwink us - well, you created a situation - and we must adjudicate this utter nonsense - at the highest level. We have the empirical data.
The proprietary design by a firm in Norway - embraced by the SF Public Utilities Commission - has had many hurdles - one important one starring the " idiots " in the face - the energy to run the Digestors - cost prohibitive.
Not long ago a sub-contractor was awarded over a $ 1 Billion contract by General Manager Harlan Kelly to Emilio Crux - who works for this sub-contractor.
The project in linked to the sludge created by the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - involves Webcor that has deep tentacles - here, there and everywhere.
Emilio Cruz who once worked for the SF Public Utilities Commission - stepped down - because of conflict of interest issues - his wife worked for the Prime - AECOM. Such infringements are very common - at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
The $6 Billion Bond Measure initially passed by the tax payers - millions of dollars cannot be accounted for - more with incompetent SF Public Utilities employees.
More Managers - wasting money - the likes of Juliet Ellis - who must be fired - and is the External Assistant General Manager - and has no clue about the details of the Sewer System Improvement Project.
Plans are afoot to apply for a grant to the Environmental Protection Agency - for a $300 million grant - to tide over -the many nefarious fiscal woes - that have plagued the SF Public Utilities Commission in recent times.
There are plans afoot to borrow money - and the SF Controller Office - with Ben Rosenfield better wake up - and find out what is going on. Again and again - some of us have to bring the issues that plague the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - to the attention of the SF Controller's Office - for quick action. Ali Baba and the forty thieves!
Tommy Moala and Tony Flores have been forced to take early retirement.
While folks like Juliet Ellis have been kept on board - to milk the tax payers - and millions doled to unsavory and nefarious entities - the likes of Young Community Developers, Girls 2000, Baycat and others too many to name.
Recently attempts are made to cut over $200 million - yes, two hundred million - adversely impacting the Digestors - such actions - will come to haunt those that have NO clue what they are doing - mostly - outsiders.
We have in-house SFPUC employees - be it they are people of color - competent with a proven track record - they understand the old plant - a requirement that is critical and pertinent - to understand the newer plant - that already has been adversely impacted by very poor decisions.
Ten years ago - I brought to the attention of the SF Public Utilities Commission - to the then General Manger Ed Harrington - the need to train young men and women - so that today - we could have in place - young women and men from the community - that could stand tall and represent - and more contribute to Society.
Today at the eleventh hour - some entities that purport to deal with Workforce - but really deal with paper pushing - their curricula lacking an ability to create Career Jobs.
Now we have a sitting Commissioner Vince Courtney who has strong links with Local Union 261 - messing Local Union 39 - Stationery Engineers.
Outsiders with no connection less experience messing - with other Unions that are intimately involved with the Treatment Plant.
Vince Courtney a higher ranking Manager with Local Union 261 - should know better - more have had deep relations with former Edwin Mah Lee who passed away - but stills leave a stench of corruption in the air.
Former Mayor Edwin Mah Lee was embedded with Local Union 261 that has a miserable record when it come to hiring Blacks and more Polynesians.
Joshua Arce with whom I met - to inform him - the very beginnings of CityBuild and more - has been on the Local Union 261 payroll.
Joshua Arce a transplant from Los Angeles - has worked for Local 261 and now has positioned himself as the Director of Citibuild.
CityBuild - that has failed this City - for the longest time ever.
A general audit of all the workers who come into our City - and work on the major projects, the many skyscrapers - will clearly show that CityBuild for all its talk - places very few in positions - that foster Career Jobs.
Never mind Forest City has promised CityBuild over $1 million and other Developers are wheeling and dealing with CityBuild.
It is just a matter of time - when we will release the empirical data - and STOP this corruption - once and for all.
Ten years ago - I fought to create viable and sustainable training - so that today - in the year 2018 we would have - full trained young women and men - in place - mentored by folks -who have institutional experience, many of them their heart in the right place - ready to contribute to Society and undo the injustices meted out to the Bayview Hunters Point community.
Eight years we started the the first cohorts - linked with Native Plants, rehabilitating buildings, working on projects 160 miles away at Calavares - women and men - and have yet to be recognized by San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
The SFPU Commission Contracting Center - was my concept - and with the help of Jae Ryu and Scott Hanks - we built the Center - and were underpaid. Once in place - dubious characters - took credit for the Center - be it that they made us sweat for three years - to bring about the fruition of the SF Public Utilities Center at 5 Thomas Mellon Center - now move to 150 Executive Park.
The SF Public Utilities Commission - has failed the Bayview Hunters Point community - pandering to small entities - throwing some stale, bread crumbs their way.
At the last meeting held at 1800 Oakdale - the General Manager who I know very well - and who has lost his mind - was trying to hoodwink the public at large.
A young White woman - boldly bragging telling us the sewer rates would go up - why?
The SF Public Utilities Commission an off shoot of the SF Water Department - has failed us all since 1996 - and owes the Bayview Hunters Point community - over $2 Billion in mitigation benefits.

I am the Chief Executive Office of Southeast Sector Community Development Corporation and have addressed practically - every pertinent situation - that benefits the community at large.
Recently we had to move from 4909 Third Street - to 5021 Third next to the Bayview Library - more to serve the community at large - monitoring the many mostly Black sellouts - who get their funding from the SF Public Utilities Commission.
