Often times we in the Bay Area forget that land - all the land - in and around - belongs to the Ohlone.

The first people of the area - and that all of the land that now - is a concrete jungle - as we see it - once was very pristine - for a fact - and history should stated it clearly - it was - all STOLEN.

Again and again - we have to remind the "thugs" - the filthy rich developers - who make their "blood money" - the wrong way - and leading the pack - here in the Bay Area -

Lennar Urban has joined hands with other "thug" amenities and other individuals who have been "charged before" - one Darius and others watched by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Public Trust Lands belong to the people - the City and County of San Francisco - knows about this and has failed to exercise - certain - mandated standards - when it comes to the transfer of such - lands.

More allowing tax payers, citizens of the United States - constituents - the "right of first refusal". For sure the "First People" who exercised their legal right - way back in 1991. 

In 1991 the Muwekma Ohlone legally exercised its "Right of First Refusal" and among other lands - mostly Public Trust Land - the Muwekma exercised its "Right of First Refusal" on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island.

Treasure Island is man made and sinking about 2" (two inches") every year. The United States Navy that had jurisdiction over Treasure Island - has contaminated the land.

Again and again the people have spoken about the contamination - in many areas - "hot spots" laden with "high levels" of radioactive elements.

The plan is to make tons of money - on land that has been given to the "developers" for nothing.

There is nothing wholesome about Lennar Urban - that promised Vellejo - our neighbor - 10,000 housing units - then walked away and declared - bankruptcy.

Nothing good is happening on Hunters Point - that one Parcel conveyed to Lennar Urban. Endless issues - workers fed up, contractors crying tears of blood - no payments made on time. Homes built of toxic land - with very high Asbestos reading - that now - suddenly - are not released.

Lennar Urban, Kenwood Investments, Wilson Meany, Stockbridge Investment - Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Willie L. Brown Jr, Edwin M. Lee, Diane Feinstein, the John Steward Company - charged individuals like Darius - other one worse than the other - want to rake in billions and share the loot.

Some 300 plus acres - in 2011 the San Francisco Board of Supervisor were warned and did not pay - attention. In the 2004 similar situation with Hunters Point and Park A.

These SF Board of Supervisor - weak in the knees, no spine, immoral, and many charged by the Sunshine Task Force and the San Francisco Ethics Commission. As I said God see it all.

We San Franciscans are just understanding the situation at hand on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena. Some of us fought this battle and won - in the year 2004 - when it came to Bayview Hunters Point. Brought the demise of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - and was and is the foundation - of most of the corruption we see today. Tiffany Bohee and others continuing the work of the - devil.

The people united - will never, ever

be defeated. We few have not dropped

when Lennar first incorporated - in Sacramento - invited to California -

by the "thug" Mayor of San Francisco -then the Speaker in Sacramento - Willie L. Brown Jr -  that middle initial - stands for

Corrupt entities have gathered behind close doors - leading the pack " Platinum Consultants" - Willie L. Brown Jr. a former "thug" Mayor of San Francisco.

Who planned to take over Public Trust Lands -  he used legislation - easily passed - to take Public Trust Land - that belonged to the Port Authority - and built - then Pacific Bell and now AT&T Park.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Mission Bay, Treasure Island, Yerba Buena Island - all Public Trust Lands - use a model called - " Land Banking " - to amass large profits. 

Minimal cleaning or abatement is done - land that mostly is given away - and "Land Bank" used to rake in billions.

The people united cannot - ever be defeated.

Time to exercise the RICO ACT and charge all these individuals - who must spend the rest of their lives - in a jail.

More, in solitude - and the stiffest punishment - meted out to these "scum bags" - who have adversely impacted the lives of thousands of innocent - people.

Corrupt individuals the likes of Malia Cohen, Scott Wiener, Katy Tang, London Breed, Mark Farrell, and Julie Christensen - are hand in glove with these - behind the scene - ploys and machinations.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee has - since the days when he was the City Administrator - sided with some shady individuals - we do not have the real "Mafia" here on the West Coast - we have entities that closely - purport to do conduct likely - activities.

These folks do not pay their taxes. The get huge breaks using a slew of accountants and financial wizards - who know the loop holes - delve and find the loop holes - in the 40,000 pages - of convoluted tax laws - that allow those very corrupt - to commit murder in broad - daylight.

We have the " Pacific Coast MAFIA" - who have had free reign and the time has come to coral these "thugs" - all of them - charge them - and throw the key away.

Yerba Buena for sure could be used to build sound housing for those that have been deprived for the last 30 years - plus - of Quality of Life issues.

More housing - sound affordable housing - is required for those who are San Franciscans - good hard working citizens who pay their taxes - and for the longest time - have been treated like dirt.

Moderate housing and mixed housing - to give our teachers, middle management, artists, those holding positions like construction management, other jobs in sync with our digital world - to live on Yerba Buena - and make a difference - for the first time - contribute their talents - and help them live in San Francisco.

The Ohlone have left their footprint and legacy - shell mounds - acupuncture points - that those that have "wisdom" - comprehend.

The ancestors knew it all - saw those with "fork tongues" - corrupt folks like Malia Cohen and Edwin M. Lee - shallow.

More - spiritually bankrupt - money is not everything - you all were given an opportunity - and now you are on borrowed time - save your soul - that is - if you have one worthy the salt.

God sees it all - even Rose Pak - sees it - and has said it all - when it comes to Mayor Edwin M. Lee - her words " I am disappointed with Mayor Edwin M. Lee" - and rightly so.

Malia Cohen and London Breed in bed with developers - closely followed by Scott Wiener, David Chiu, and Mark Farrell - and then Katy Tang and Julie Christensen the last two anointed - to do the devil's - work. Aho.
