The infamous " 925 Mission Project" has been in the pipeline for the last 7 years - and it has become so convoluted - that the constituents of  the South of Market Area (SOMA) - and more housing advocates - all over the City and County of San Francisco - are simply - fed up.

The San Francisco Planning Commission and more Commissioner Antonini, Christine Johnson, and Fong the Chair - have totally committed to " gentrification " - their hearts in the wrong place. Time will tell - their days are numbered.  They have BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS.

City Hall has screwed the constituents of 

San Francisco - again and again and again.

The San Francisco General Management Plan has been thrown to the wind.

 No one wants to foster "affordable housing" - foster the unique diversity and our - one of a kind neighborhoods.

In short address Quality of Life issues. Preserve the unique character of our diverse neighborhoods - the restaurants, food from all over the world,  the music, the dance events, languages, unique cultures of the indigenous, the parades, the sharing of culture and love - and more.

Forest Hill a developer that has been in trouble before - is pretending to " be for the people ".

Has chosen a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) has is full of contradictions and more blatant fake promises.

Hoodwinking the constituents from the South of Market Area (SOMA) and all of San Francisco. They did this at Pier 70 - putting a fake Proposition - and hoodwinking all of San Francisco.

The SF Planning Commission - has been granting this project -  situated at " 925 Mission Street - all sorts of concessions - and illegal permits.

 Failing to listen to the "constituents" - some 2200 immigrants from the Philippines - who have struggled against past discrimination - in the South of Market Area (SOMA).

Suffering today from the misdeeds of  the former SF Redevelopment Agency, the economic spiraling that followed - the worst in recent times in 2008 - other hurdles - only to  be told this time - that they have to go.

Where will they go?

Live in desperation on the streets of San Francisco?

Face the inclement weather - infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors, others - the mentally challenged, the physically challenged - the indigent.

Many sleeping on the streets of San Francisco - facing the inclement weather. We are a City of Compassion - named after Saint Francisco Assisi - if those who say this and do the opposite - they have BLOOD on their hands.

Today, we see families on the streets of San Francisco, tents all over the place - and Mayor Edwin M. Lee thinks and more feels - nothing about these issues. I tried to warn him - a long time ago - but he was been doing the - "devil work" - and he thinks he can keep doing it.

There are other poor people in and around the 925 Mission Project - that have no clue what is happening. 

The South of Market Area (SOMA) -housing advocates - have attended numerous meetings, learned the finer aspects of Land Use and the " diabolical and sordid " ways of the SF Planning Department and those of the SF Planning Commission - that are NOT - for the people.

We, are watching them -and if you play with fire - God will see to it - more, when you adverse impact the poor - with intent. You have BLOOD on your hands.

The SF Planning Commission Meeting held on September 17, 2015 was a clarion call to the SF Planning Commission - that "rubber stamping" and following the " sordid dictates " - of Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his " thugs " - will NOT be tolerated - by those that know more - and what is good to know in this unique case - " love and caring " for their neighbors - is the way to go - for those that have their heart - in the right place.

" Spot Zoning " - changing plans - working behind close doors - with the "demons" - who now want to grab any vacant land - and build tall buildings.

 More,  to care for the " filthy rich " - and care less for those who live - pay check to pay check.

The Seniors who are 40% plus of community on fixed income, the mentally challenged, the physically challenged, single mothers, youth who have no roof under their head - sleep under bushes, under bridges, under any place - where they can get some respite. 

This is not the old San Francisco - the number of homeless, the filth and stink on our streets - is unbearable. 70% of those now living on the streets of San Francisco - once lived in as normal constituents in San Francisco.

It is interesting how " Forest Hill Developers " who have been at this game before - have been busted - with their " hand in the cookie jar ".

It is the same at " Pier 70 " where the clean up is non-existant - and devious entities backed by Malia Cohen the District 10 Supervisor - is permitting this developer to have a hay day.

A million tons of liquid tar has to be address at Pier 70 - two large areas of Ammonia Spill - all part of the World War II - efforts - and part of the SF Port Authority. Developing large areas - without proper abatement, mitigation, and standard clean-up.

The Supervisor Jane Kim from District 6 - knows the shenanigans, ploys and machinations - and if she is for all the immigrants and constituents who hail from the Philippines - than she will do right by them and the others - who need desperate, help.

The housing advocates are just learning the " sordid ways " of those who are loaded with million of dollars - making deals behind close doors.

 With so called Community Based Organizations - who are pandering to the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who is known for his blatant - corruption and is being watched by Federal Law Enforcement.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - on matters of Land Use, Planning, and related issues. I have attended numerous meetings - and I have been pleading that the current issues of congestion on our roads, the increase in the Carbon Foot Print, the increase  of contaminants like mercury, lead, and dangerous particulates - does not bode well for our infants, children, youth, young adults, our seniors and those many with compromised health - issues.

Projects linked to the project know as " 925 Mission Street " boasts that it has a Environmental Impact Report (EIR).

The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQUA) - other fake reports on " shadow results" - are put forward - but no one wants to address Cumulative Impacts - the results are mind boggling - and no one - want to address these adverse impacts.

This land - all of it was stolen - so these outsiders - and the puppets on the SF Planning Commission - those few whose heart in not in the right place - the likes of Antonini, Fong, and Christine Johnson - are not genuine - San Franciscans .

As I have been saying for the longest time - they better - watch out - ' no one can fool - all the people - all the time ". I know each one of these - scum bags.

The agenda item that was discussed on September 17, 2015 - will be continued to December, 2015 - during the " holiday season" - where the crooks and the sordid are best seen - doing the devil's work.

The advocates will be the there and those that are determined to fight for the poor, the indigent, and those that need help - most.

In the interim our colleges, our universities, our churches, our institutions of learning and so called " think tank institutions  " are all fast asleep at the cockpit.

The crooks - paid by those that can afford it - are using devious entities - to sell out the community - lock, stock, and barrel. Aho.
