THE PLANS TO BUILD A CAMPUS AT 1550 EVANS STREET - WITHOUT THE NECESSARY FUNDING - FOCUSED DELIBERATION WITH THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE - THE MANY BENEFITS TIED WITH 1800 OAKDALE - THAT WILL FAIL TO EXIST - IF AND WHEN 1550 AND THAT SITE IS USED FOR WHAT EVER PURPOSE - TIME WILL TELL.

Here is a conceptual plan - the 1550 site - vetted behind
close doors with the City College Board -
the proposed plan at SF 1550 Evan Street -
NOT - with the public at large -
the Bayview Hunters Point tax payers and
decent constituents - who are watching the on going saga.

Much like the site by San Francisco State University - the parking lot - that now has been targeted for housing - when plans were made to build a state of the art - Theater Facility by a mandated vote and endorsed by the students and SF State Board and public at large.

San Francisco Public Utilities - has a large Reservoir adjacent to the above mentioned property -  and favors some sordid developer and housing at the SF State University site - the same shenanigans are taking place at a proposed site at San Francisco - 1550 Evans Street.

Again and again the common denominator - seems to be the Big Developers and money - when it comes to SF Public Utilities Commission - all this and more will be adjudicated - in our Courts. Time will tell.

Here is a conceptual plan - which means nothing -
the 1550 Evans site needs to be vetted -
the necessary zoning approved - the land is prone
to liquefaction and flooding - contaminated and needs
abatement and mitigation - and more.

For those that are NOT educated on issues - more ignorant - a conceptual plan - is like a dream.

One wakes up and it could be your worst nightmare.

Memorize these lines - each and every time you see a fake conceptual plan.

In the 1970s the community decided to have a Community Center at 1800 Oakdale Avenue -  tied to that fight and community benefits.

The community fought for the youth and education. Meaningful education. They fought for Career Jobs - none of these mandates came to be - and today - those that are NOT educated on issues - are playing with FIRE.

The community mandated horticultural classes in the 1980s when the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building was up and running.

The community fought to the Green Houses.

There were meaningful classes that educated youth and others providing quality nursing and you could be certified as a Registered Nurse.

Culinary classes and you could be certified as a Certified Chef.

Tailoring classes and you could be certified as a Certified Tailor.

Computer classes and you learn more about computers - classes were given leading to a General Education Diploma for those that did not pass high school - and many other course - relevant and pertinent.

Seniors had a place to meet for many years - 10 years ago - this meeting place was taken away from our Seniors - by those that failed to served our Seniors - who turned their backs - on the community.

The Southeast Community Facility Commission Building -
emphasis on the word  " COMMUNITY " -
that has been hounded by crooks who are deceiving
the community at large - with ulterior motives -
we are watching the crooks like a " hawk ".

The above training and scholarship were tied to the mitigation and closely linked to 1800 Oakdale - the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building.

Those daring to meet the City College Board and present them some drab Request For Information - are fooling themselves.

Those that purport to know the SF Public Utilities Commission must remember - they talk the talk but have failed to walk the walk.

At this very moment - we are finding our how many consultants are embedded at 525 Golden Gate Avenue - wheeling and dealing - raking in millions and filling their own pockets.

The community at large - is kept in the dark - and some  folks - who are truly " idiots " who have NO business - involved in these sordid RFI - must remember - they have NO clue what they are involved in.

City College does not have a clean record at 1800 Oakdale.

One Dean was fired - renting space and pocketing the money.

Chris Jackson and others learned about this and sent the Dean packing - the public is NOT aware of this fact.

Practically no one has studied the original mandates linked to 1800 Oakdale - except a few of ours who paid our dues and understand the repercussion - when crooks take over and try to speak for the community.

Barbara Ockel -
the Director of the SF Bayview Opera House -
why cannot the community find someone of color to run
the SF Bayview Opera House - named after
Ruth Williams - a Black woman who saved the
SF Bayview Opera House and directed 38 plays and more.

We saw this with the SF Bayview Opera House - where millions of dollars could not be accounted for - when a Black  woman - asked the White Director - Barbara Ockel to rent  the SF Bayview Opera House.

Barbara Ockel reply was " we do not rent to animals and goons ".

Much of the SF Bayview Opera House Board are Black - mostly House Negros - selling out the community.

We took the matter before the SF Sunshine Task Force - and the SF Sunshine Task Force voted 9-0  in our favor - when the SF Sunshine Task Force -  found of the $5.6 million - over $3.1 could not be accounted for.

This matter will soon go - before the SF Ethics Commission and if need be to Court.

Juliet Ellis - charged by the SF Ethics Commission -
the Fair Political and Practices Commission -
sent $200,000 of our Community Benefits -
linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project -
to Green For All - her former Non-Profit -
while working for the SF Public Utilities Commission -
Juliet Ellis paid the fine - and still works for the SFPUC.

Please read the charges - adjudicated before the Fair Political Practices Commission - at the State of California level - the charges are very serious - and the woman is still wheeling and dealing :

Conceptual plans are discussed behind close doors - and public kept at bay.

When things come to light - we in our community - do not have anyone - worth the salt - some one with their heart in the right place - and fight and die for the community.

Today we are blessed to have a small group of decent citizens - decent enough to listen to the community - decent  enough to come to me - so that I can listen to them and break it down.

City College already has a College of Evan Street - an old building that must be torn down - and a brand new one built.

It has its own land - it must prioritize what it is mandated to perform - work with the students and have standards - viable and sustainable. Right now City College must be stabilized - it must not bite more than it can chew.

City College and the City College Board knows this - but has been fooling around - try to listen to fools - who have no clue what they are talking about.

I want to ask City College - where were these fools - when the students and more the SF City College Board needed help  - when we fought the Accreditation Board and restored Accreditation to SF City College?

San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is known for its abject corruption.

Today, at SF Public Utilities Commission corruption of the worst order -  has reached saturation point.

The SF Public Utilities Commission and its tentacles are wide and deep - today, we have empirical data  pointing to the worst type of corruption - very corrupt so called Consultants - embedded at 525 Golden Gate Avenue - milking the tax payers.

The Dean Torrance Bynum is NOT well informed - less educated on issues - he may think he is - but right now - all he is doing throwing - " hail Marys ". Time will tell.

I worked closely with Dr Espanola Jackson - and have had a lot of patience.

Uninformed folks - more uneducated on issues -  trying to deal with very serious issues - that, they have no clue about - less have the expertise - needed.

City College as many of you know - came late to 1800 Oakdale - the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building.

City College took some time to settle down - with serious problems initiate by one Dean who was fired - I was involved on those issues and advised Dr Espanola Jackson - Chris Jackson played a role too - to bring about some resolution.

Right now SF Public Utilities Commission has serious problems with its projects - be it the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP) - or the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP). Millions of dollars wasted - be it at Mountain Tunnel, Irvington Tunnel, the Calaveras Dam and so on.

The Grand Jury has a report - pin pointing the many problems with SF Public Utilities Commission at the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).

So does the SF Controller Office  - that those purporting to represent the community - are NOT cognizant off - time to do your homework:

Here is one audit from the SF Controller's Office :

http://sfcontroller.org/sites/default/files/Documents/Auditing/SFPUC%20SSIP%20Audit%20Report%203.8.18.pdf

The SF PUC is not to be trusted - and more those that think they can carry the ball with authority and less responsibility  - and drop it - in an instant - unreliable and more lacking proven standards that matter.

Stop using the name of Dr Espanola Jackson - without proper justification.

There is not one important matter in the last 17 years - before her demise - that Dr Espanola Jackson did not run by me - those that know her - know the role I played.

I am not about to keep silent and watch these jokers who were not in the trenches with us two - use her name - even though they they think they can - and feel that nothing will come of it.

No one can fool all the people all the time.

Right now less than 3% of the Black population make up the population of San Francisco.

In the Bayview Hunters Point the demographics have changed - I have pointed out what is happening at the SF Bayview Opera House.

The same is happening at the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building.

The same is happening at the Southeast Clinic.

The same is happening with our schools - be it the Willie L. Brown Jr Middle School - and more.

What else is there to say?

If you are a leader and want to serve the community - you must be educated on issues.

Please - stop barking up the wrong tree - stop going to meetings and saying stuff that makes no sense.

Stop being a sell out - taking some " stale bread crumbs " and think it will gain some by exposing yourself to wrong doing.

Those that are sell out the community at large  - will get their reward - here on earth.

We must always think about our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors, those with compromised health - others that need help - who are suffering in the Bayview Hunters Point - but not for long.

I have been for over 40 years in the trenches - collected sufficient empirical data - on issues that matter.

When I speak - decent people listen.

The crooks, those that are panderers - those that have sold out our community - may say what they want - that is their prerogative - the one that has the facts - speak truth to power - is what matters.

Those that do right by their actions - that is what matters - not those that make deals behind close doors.

There are those who walk the walk and many other that talk the talk - talk is cheap - good actions count.

With God on one's side - all will be well - there are still a few of us - a handful that will do Right by God and the community at large. Aho.
