SAN FRANCISCO BIO-DIVERSITY DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE FIRST PEOPLE OF SAN FRANCISCO - THE MUWEKMA OHLONE - LESS EMPIRICAL DATA - WITH STANDARDS - VIABLE AND SUSTAINABLE.

San Francisco has one of most enriched eco-systems in the entire world.  The Ohlone more the Muwekma Ohlone - for over 19,000 preserved and protected this paradise - only for the strangers - their heart in the WRONG place - to pollute, contaminate, and discriminate with disdain.

The Muwekma Ohlone the First People of San Francisco - lived in the Bay Area and beyond for over 19,000 years. In all this time - before the strangers arrived - they cared for Mother Earth - took little and left more for future generations.

Many of us recognize that San Francisco bio-diversity is unique - even the United Nations - has recognized this - and so have those who have their heart in the right place.

The problem that glares at us in the face - is the harm done to this bio-diversity by mostly " greedy " - whites - the scum of the Earth.

Today, they think they can hoodwink us - again and again - talking about fixing the problem when they have created a " cesspool". The dis-enguiness knows NO bounds - more when it comes from the SF Department of Environment - heads by Debbie Raphael.

Over the years all over San Francisco - more so in the last 150 years - many thousands of the species - that once thrived here in San Francisco - and the surrounding area - have entirely disappeared.

It is important we pay attention to our air, the watershed, deforestation, the many streams, rivers, lakes, that were once pristine now no more.

The land that has been contaminated - by those who foster greed and have polluted and contaminated - what once was pristine. Today our watershed all over San Francisco is suspect - to many toxic elements have leeched into the ground -  by illegal dumping - chrome wastes, old contaminated construction laden with asbestos.

Today's news reveals what we have been saying for decades - the clean up at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is a mess - why does not the SF Department of the Environment - have a say in this matter - rather than pontificating - telling others what to do.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard -
M A P

The news says that the testing at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is flawed - what is more contaminated soil - has had manifest doctored - and and contaminated soil - buried in place where there once there was somewhat clean soil.

Here is an article about the fake abatement done at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - over $ 1 Billion :

https://sf.curbed.com/2018/4/10/17219434/hunters-point-shipyard-navy-cleanup-san-francisco-faked

What else do we have to say about this half backed Resolution on some fabricated Bio-Diversity Resolution - without any teeth.?

Industrial dumping that has been going on for decades - thousands of toxic hotspots - coming under the jurisdiction of SF City and County of San Francisco - that have not been addressed at all

The SF Department of Environment under Debbie Raphael is suspect and so is the Division of Environment under Stephanie Cushing. If you ask them about abatement - they kick the can down the street - and point fingers at the State - the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC).

General Manager Harlan Kelly -
who earns over $300,000 has nothing concrete -
to show is terms of sound leadership -
the wheeling and dealing has reached saturation point.

It is the same with the Regional Water Board that has allowed the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - to do as it pleases.

Karen Kubick has failed as the Project Manager of the Sewer System Improvement Project.

Making statements before the Budget Committee - that Malia Cohen ( who is a political whore ) be it that she is also the District 10 Supervisor - stating that she has done " the heavy lifting " - she has not. Malia Cohen is the scourge of the Earth - she is " evil " and an anathema to anything - decent.

Shit floats and that could be the best analogy to describe Malia Cohen - who right now - does not even live in District 10.

At the Budget Meeting - she has her aide - who knows nothing about the Bayview Hunters Point - makes a prepared and vague presentation - statements that she read out - without knowing what she was talking about.

Right now we have a problems with congestion - more in our City but also in our suburbs.

Pollution of the worst kind - dangerous particulates saturated the air - and respiratory cases are on the increase four hundred percent. Those suffering most our infants, children, elders and those with compromised health.

Malia Cohen - she is a political whore -
has contributed nothing much to San Francisco -
less to District 10 - she is running -
for the State Board of Equalization -
Good riddance of very bad rubbish.

Incidents like Chernobyl - where the bio-diversity was  adversely impacted right here in San Francisco - also, in many parts of the world.

Bio-Diversity is a " word " that should not be used loosely.

Today, we are not dealing in real time with the increase of the Carbon Footprint - increase three hundred percent - from 5 years ago - who is fooling whom?

From 4th and King to Geneva Street - bordering Daly City - we have over 800,000 tons of Methane Gas - spewing into the air. One ton of Methane gas -equals twenty-two of tons of Carbon Dioxide.

Add to that millions of tons aggregate, concrete, other types of material that add to the Carbon Footprint - and we have a toxic soup.

This bio-diversity resolution is a JOKE.

The City and County has the Department of Environment - that has failed San Francisco.

The Department of the Environment does not have an inventory - of the thousands of hotspots all over San Francisco. It loves to pass resolutions - resolution have no enforcement.

It initiated the Precautionary Principle - does not care to use it - why ? The SF Department of Environment main mission is to get grants, leech on Recology - seek those that give them money - to kick the can down the street. Fee people of color are given opportunities - more at the table to make decisions.

How can plants and trees survive - surrounded by a toxic soup?

This one singular fact is not mentioned - less discussed in its entirety.

In fact these idiots have no idea what they are talking about.

Notice not one presenter is a person of color - and the SF Board of Supervisors Sandra Lee Fewer, Katy Tang, Jane Kim, Ahsha Safai  - had nothing substantial to say about the over $10 Billion Sewer System Improvement Project that takes 80% of our City rain run off and sewage - being a dual system operation.

But also sewer from Brisbane, Daly City, and Burlingame - that no one seems to know - less mention.

There was NOT one person from the community to speak to the subject - the lethargy - stinks to high heaven.

Black sellouts have destroyed  the community - are bought by SF Public Utilities Commission - and judging from the inter-action from the Supervisors present at the meeting - may be the SF Board of Supervisors.

Shame on you all.

District 10 suffers and bears the brunt of the adverse impacts - and not one Supervisor addressed that - but rubber stamped - allowing the sordid SFPUC - access to billions of dollars.

For decades careless people and entities have dumped very toxic elements - known to most of us - " toxic dumping ".

Not a word about dumping - and not a word about  testing of our watershed and posting the results for all the world to see and review.

One large watershed stretching from the Presidio of San Francisco to Lake Merced - has toxic hotspots - leeching into the large watershed.

Hetch Hetchy dam - some 160 miles away -
we stole the water from the Native Americans -
we bring it all the way to San Francisco - sell
water to the regions - and have the audacity -
to use clean drinking water - to flush our toilet in 2018?
How does this one singular fact factor into your
sordid, half-baked Bio-Diversity - buffoons ?

We seem not to care about our Watershed - because we stole the water from the First People around Yosemite - and do not give a damn bringing billions of gallons of clean drinking water from 160 miles away - and flushing our toilets.

In our City and County of San Francisco - very dangerous pesticides - have been used - and a mere Resolution which is not binding does little.

An ordinance is in order - and with an Ordinance - comes enforcement. Jail time and large fines for those that break the law.

San Francisco is so corrupt and become so greedy - it has lost its soul - Resolutions passed - without a thought - there is a big difference between vague Resolutions - and "sound " Ordinance that must be enforced.

The First People always took little and preserved Mother Earth.

Whites do not consider our Earth to be respect  and there lies the crux of the problem and issue.

Indigenous people and people of color have respect for Mother Earth - not the " pale faces " - who continue to speak with a forked tongue. Believe you me - we must keep it real.

The development of San Francisco - be it the poor infill that has reduced our Bay to one third of its size.

This one singular fact - has harmed our wetlands and the Bay.

The pesticides that flow from Sacramento into the Bay and are flushed into the Pacific Ocean. How are we addressing this one major issue - starring us in the face?

Have you idiots heard about the " smelt test " - google and get back to me. We have SF Supervisors caught in the mundane issues - trying to get elected - and failing to represent the people.

You cannot represent the people unless you have your heart in the right place. More are educated on issues - and have a moral compass - now ask yourself where you stand - on what I have stated?

More the mercury mines, the experiments by the Department of Defense - as part of the War Efforts - none of which the City and County takes into account - in the creation of this policy - named San Francisco Bio-Diversity Policy.

Artificial wet lands created at Heron's Head Park - the waters and the land polluted and contaminated.

The wet lands created by Yosemite Slough and no one cares to care for it.

Our City is full of it - all talk and less walk.

Right now the SF Port Authority has been faulted many times for contaminating many parts of the 7.5 miles Port Property - that comes under Public Trust Land - and belongs to all Californians.

A fact that is not mentioned - less known - even by the SF Port Commissioners who talk the talk - but fumble when it comes to concrete action. Again and again - amendments have been sent and made at the Capitol in Sacrament - linked to Recreational Uses - subverting the original plans and vision - to make the 7.5 mile - SF Port Authority viable and sustainable.

The Sea- wall failing - the pier depilated - falling down and aesthetically - a sore to the eye - visitors wonder - how a City with a Budget of over $10 Billion cannot maintain the 7.5 mile area - little knowing about Enterprise Departments - that must raise their own money.

The SF Port Commissioners - lack vision, more tenacity and fortitude - they talk too much - in circles - it makes you PUKE listen to them - especially those that have NO clue what they are talking about.

At Pier 92 there was a small hill created with toxic waste - Asbestos, lead, mercury, PCBs - I had a role to have that hill cleaned - with Waste Solutions and Young Community Developers raking in thousands in profits - one Jessie Mason a sellout paid ten thousand - he spent it in a few weeks - a heroin addict.

At Pier 70 lies over a million tons of liquid tar - and the SF Port at one time contemplated to dump into the Bay. It is still there - and no one knows - how the toxic tar soup will be got rid off.

We know the harm caused by the Mirant Power Plant and before that the same plant operated by Pacific Gas and Electric  - dumping contaminated water in the millions in the Bay - adversely impacting the fish and other life in the Bay.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is where " Depleted Uranium " was tested. In the Bayview Hunters Point the air is polluted - more from the many toxic elements - registered in very high levels.

The City's Department of Environment is a JOKE.

Created by mitigation money from PG&E - money set aside as community benefits - that Willie L. Brown used to create the Department of the Environment.

The SF Department of the Environment - that cannot dip into the General Fund of the City and County of San Francisco.

The SF Department of Environment leeches and gets most of its money from grants.

Large chunks of grants -  from Recology - Recology does the heavy lifting - and the Department of the Environment - thrives on the gravy.

When it comes to trees - so called non-native trees have been cut indiscriminately - be it the Eucalyptus, the Brazilian red berry plant, ice plants -  the thousands of non- native - not all of them - attack and wipe out the native plants.

We have to be reasonable - I learned that worked at the Presidio of San Francisco - and dealt with the many idiots who talked a lot.

I played a role in the creation of the Nurseries Building 1243 and Recycling Building 1244. Germinating thousands of native plants - that were used at Crissy Field.

Many Reparian Projects - opening up streams with great results - fighting those that had no vision - even though they thought working for the National Park Service - gave them the license to put hurdles in the way of those that love Mother Earth.

Bushes and not tall trees that once thrived - the many sand dunes - along with free roaming quail ( we have some at the Presidio of San Francisco),  brown bear, deer, Abalone, herring - all have which are no more - some herring - a far cry from the rich harvest of yester years.

Never once San Franciscans nor do our racists City and Count of San Francisco - recognize that the Ohlone lived here for 19,000 years - Carbon dated - thou the number 13,000 years is widely mentioned.

Our SF Board of Supervisors are uneducated on issues - and more when it comes to Quality of Life issues.

A Muwekma Ohlone Warrior

P T E R O S A U R S

The skeleton of this large ancient bird
was found at Calaveras -
and lies at the Natural Museum at SF Golden Gate Park.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone and am involved with Environmental Issues for the last 50 years.

Have travelled all over the world.

Seen things for myself - recently to Alaska where I witnessed the melting of Icebergs.

Our Bay Area is one area - that scientists say will be adversely impacted - by Climate Change.

Our City and County of San Francisco is talking about Resolutions - Resolutions are non-binding - come out with an Ordinance - and come out with a sound Blue Print - backed by funding - and dire - enforcement.

Our SF City Departments today do not talk with one another - our software on many levels - are not in sync and cannot interface with one another - Department to Department.

All this in a manner that data cannot be in sync  - in harmony - all this in the year 2018 - and we say we live in a digital world.

Not long ago we decided to change our software to pay our contractors - who were owed money by the City and County of San Francisco - the many adverse impacts - were reported in newspapers.

We always seem to talk a lot - have no clue about logistics and sound goals - short terms goals - long term goals.

If you are corrupt the City embraces you - if your are honest, decent, and point out the right way - they want to gang up on you.

Again and again our City and County has been caught using the pesticide - " Round " .

Other very harmful pesticides - and it is not only the City and County of San Francisco - but the National Park Service too and other private entities using pesticides that harm all life.

We rarely mention the Precautionary Principle less enforce it - ready it if you may and more ask for its implementation :

http://sehn.org/precautionary-principle/

Notice all the experts are Whites - who came here NOT long ago.

The Indigenous people were here - for thousands of years.  19,000 years to be precise - all carbon dated.

It always seems that the Whites are the policy makers - when we know who come here uninvited and have been making the rules - for the longes time.

The same jackasses that killed the Buffalo for their skin.

Indiscriminately cut the old growth redwood - trees thousands of years old.

Damned our rivers and flood the most beautiful Hetch Hetchy Valley.  John Muir a lover of nature - fought the culprits - died despondent.

We should not embrace high density - have a Proposition in place - passed by the majority of the tax payers - to stop high density building in many areas - no one wants to abide by the will of the people.

In the same manner skyscrapers - increase pollution and contamination - increases the Carbon Footprint -  we do not want congestion - and not everyone should think they can come to the Bay Area uninvited and contaminate and pollute.

Not a word by the SF Department of Environment - about clean drinking water - millions of gallons - coming all the way from Yosemite Valley and the Hetch Hetchy - only to  be used - in the year 2018 - to flush our toilets.

It is amazing how these idiots talk about Bio-Diversity when all life is threatened by the contaminated air - particulates more PM 2.5, other elements mercury, asbestos, lead, plutonium, cesium and more.

You all are put on notice - the time for restitution is here.

Before that the skunks must get out of the way.

This is Ohlone Land and for too long - many have with intent - abused the land, the air, the watershed, everything that was pristine.

Other toxic elements from chrome waste. asbestos, mercury, lead, cesium, plutonium,  and so on.

More people living in Public Housing - living near Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Where old Public Housing - accommodate the workers  with bigger rooms - where a large bed could be placed in a room with space - to move around.

Not the small match-box units - poorly built - and now there is talk of providing people with units - the size of shipping containers - by folks like London Bread who is out of her mind.

We know the watershed, the land, the air, the Bay - is contaminated - there is only so much nonsense that those decent can endure. The SF Department of Environment but focus of enforcement - not telling people what to do - having no idea about the subject itself - it in entirety.

Of course the fixer-upper - the thousands of Public Housing units - when fixed - have higher rents.

Of course greed must figure in - by those that have greed in their DNA, saturated.

All of these - so called good doers - thieves - pretending to help others - raking in the millions - crooked developers who do not live in San Francisco. Aho.
