Some of us advocates - our heart in the right place - have been confronting past SF Mayors, SF Board of Supervisors -SF City Department heads, for sure of SF Health Department, our SF Department of the Environment the one headed by Debbie Raphael - on matters pollution, contaminations - in short Quality of Life issues.
The SF Division of the Environment - attached to the SF Health Department - headed by Stephanie Cushing - most of the time - attending workshops - no one is more out of the office than Stephanie Cushing. Someone must check into this nonsense.
On Earth Day it is funny to hear and see mostly Whites who polluted and contaminated the Earth - defy logic and more common sense - utter NOT one word about the First People - whose land this is - here in San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone.
These polluters want to plant 2000 trees and curtail the Carbon Footprint - what about the congestion on our streets, the millions of tons of Carbon Dioxide emitting from the skyscrapers - the concrete, aggregate. Gather the empirical data and check for yourselves.
Add to that the over 900,000 tons of Methane gas - from the poor landfills from SF 4th and King to Geneva Street - one ton of Methane gas equals - 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide.
Figure that into your equation of sorts - when you aim to curtail - all Carbon Dioxide - and curtail the increase of the present Carbon Dioxide - to the minimum - not zero for sure - not in 2050 and for sure not in 200 years.
Mark Farrell is a crook - he stole the elections from Janet Riley the first time around.
Debbie Raphael is a panderer - she is unfit to do the heavy lifting - alway into grants, money that she can use - to fill her pocket and that of her lackeys.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard played an important part during the World War II - operations - be it the killing and maiming of millions - it was EVIL.

loaded on to the plane that committed the dirty deed -
" no good ever will come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard ".
One atomic bomb was dropped on Japan - and thousands of innocent civilians killed - those who created these monster bombs - are the scum of the Earth - we know who they are - and from where they came from.
The United States Navy has never once in the past - during its operations - taken care of the civilians and more of the land that they polluted.
No meaningful abatement and less mitigation that is holistic - has ever occurred - not will it occur - shame on the U.S. Navy - in ignorance and more arrogance.
In fact the U.S. Navy - demolished two huge hills - to create the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - with the dirt - they removed - from the two hills - they also removed the remains of the Ohlone - and use the dirt and the remains to create - poor landfill.
The despicable scumbags - did the same at Candlestick Stadium - buried the remains of the OHLONE - with the dirt to create the play field - few know about this fact - but those workers who participated in the infill - are alive today - and can give testimony to the fact.
On one site they built Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - creating land filled land some 1900 acres - and at Candlestick Point ( the new fancy name ) the Candlestick Stadium - land that once belonged to a former Mayor of San Francisco - who raked in millions.
It is always about sordid corruption in San Francisco.

The citizens of District 10 - formed the Restoration Advisory Board - this came around in the late 1990s where Dr Espanola Jackson attended a Navy meeting at Fort Ord - where they had a Restoration Advisory Board (RAB).
Dr Española Jackson requested that a Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) be formed at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and another at the Presidio of San Francisco.
After these two were formed - one was formed at SF Treasure Island and I suppose still operates - though it has no clout - much like the Treasure Island Development Agency (TIDA) - its Chair the corrupt Linda Richardson.
The RAB at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard was de-activated - in 2004 - the main reason being - the RAB asked too many question - took on the United States Navy and the sell outs.
The likes of Willie L. Brown Jr., Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, Doris Vincent, Veronica Hunnicutt, Calvin Jones, Aurelious Walker, Dwayne Jones, Dr Churchwell, Amos Brown, Toye Moses, Malia Cohen, London Breed, Walton Shaman - and the list goes on - one worse than the other.
As far as I know the Record of Decision (ROD) - was not approved by the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard RAB - yet, Sophie Maxwell, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Senator Diane Feinstein, the former Congresswoman Barbara Boxes - all did nothing much - to support the constituents of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
As I said thousands have died - the empirical data is there - all victims of the Superfund Sites - that is the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Even today the radioactive elements register high levels when it comes to cesium, plutonium, other elements lead, mercury - naturally occurring serpentine rock - when crushed it releases - Asbestos Structures - Asbestos leads to Mesothelioma - a very painful death - that thousands suffered from working at the Shipyards and in more in Boiler Rooms on ships and factories.
Now, in the year 2018 the same people - the despicable - the Mayors and the SF Board of Supervisors want to have a hearing to bluff the people " hearing " - a hearing without any "enforcement".
