THE ENTIRE AREA NEWLY NAMED CANDLESTICK POINT, AS IS THE ENTIRE HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD - A SUPERFUND SITE - 5 POINTS HOLDING - LINKED TO LENNAR URBAN - HOODWINKING THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.

There is so much " corruption " at all  levels - linked to 5 Points Holdings, LLP - tied to the hip of Lennar Urban - same snake different head.

The Propositions passed by the tax payers - a long time ago - to limit height limits - has been thrown to the wind.  Shaman Walton pandered to Lennar Urban - so Go Figure? And some say he is for the community?

The Big Crooked Developers - who still do not get it - and are for height limits and even more density - have destroyed our once great City  and County of San Francisco.

This is the land of the Ohlone - and no one gave anyone else - more the strangers - for sure the Whites - to invite everyone's mama to come to San Francisco - and contribute to the congestion, pollution, and other unsavory behaviors - more Gotham and Gomorra.

The Black Panthers once stood for what is right.

Most of the sell outs are Black - so called House Negroes - that have lost their mind and soul. 

They sell the community for stale bread crumbs - and have NO idea the harm they are doing - more do those on fixed income, our elders on no income - the many now living on the streets of San Francisco.

We have a Budget of over $10 billion plus - one of the richest Cities in the world - San Francisco is slowly but sure gaining reputation - as a City that is dirty, too many assaults all registered, car break-ins, and home break-ins - leaving a sour taste in the mouths of the tourists. 

Many say they will not come back - every again.

Once San Francisco had few tall buildings and everything was done in moderation. 

At this time our SF Planning Department has gone berserk - and daily plans are afoot to accommodate any Big Developer - who has behest money to offer to the Mayor of San Francisco - expeditors - and more some SF City Planners.

Today the skyline brings  images of Manhattan - and that is NOT what the Bay Area stands for.

That is not what our City Planners should aim for - very tall buildings - one sinking a 58 foot building - the Millennium Tower.

The SF Planning Department - the Department of Building Inspection - do as they please - adversely impacting many - you could questions them - and all you will hear is drab excuses. 

Now deceased - former mayor Edwin Mah Lee.

One of the most corrupt person -  that sat his foot in SF City Hall - Room 200 - the Mayor of San Francisco - daily wheeling and dealing. 

Mayor Edwin Mah Lee - corrupt to core - he did NOT leave a sound legacy.

Again for those that must know - he did not leave a legacy - what is important to note - his premature death - has not been investigated - throughly.

His many junkets to China and other places - his off shore accounts - his turning his backs on some developers - commitment made and not kept.

Other ploys and machinations - are many. Only those that can do sound investigative reporting - can reveal more.

Sometimes death does more good than bad.

 The bad continues to grow in the sordid climate - much like fungi - and that is what is happening in San Francisco today.

You cannot utter the name of the " devil " who stands for abject " evil " - and think for a second - that all is well.

The City Administrator Naomi Kelly - is busy attending ribbon cutting events, doling commendations to City employees who do not deserve these commendations.

More - because they have not contributed holistically too much what we have to show today - the DAHLIA program lacks transparency and accountability.

There is a wait list for over ten years - so what is so great about a program - that allows one to submit all the information to get affordable housing - and then be left - in the cold waiting - waiting for Godot!

Quality of Life issues are moving towards that deep and sordid " cesspool ".

Those that have special contracts - and work for the City and County of San Francisco -  make over $300,000.

 Each dollar our tax payers money - would not have a clue - how so many at living week after week - on a meagre income - and wish they had never made their abode in San Francisco - after contributing so much.

In the last 5 years - over 150,000 families have left San Francisco. No one seems to care - those that make over $250,000 with benefits - could not care less - more if daily they sell the community and pander to the MACHINE.

These families - over 150,000 who left San Francisco - contributed to our unique neighborhoods - and now live far away from San Francisco. Often they say - they will NOT come back - and have been treated badly.

What is important to note - these great San Franciscans - who had their heart in the right place  - say: " they will never come back to San Francisco - the City that turned their backs on them ". Go figure!

A Muwekma Ohlone Warrior -

Those that are corrupt - out of sync with the real issues - must be thrown out - and no one should be in office more than two terms - each term four years.

Our Mayors are now called interim-mayors and we have had two - one from the hood and the other supposedly not.

Both corrupt with ties to big business.

As a Black woman her main mantra is that she as a Black woman - is the first in this and that - but, not once has she laid out a Platform that is viable and sustainable - to help the majority.

She has NO clue about viable and sustainable issues - she is a panderer and the hood has never left her - for thinking and acting worse - no manners less etiquette. 

More  to represent the tax payers of San Francisco - when it comes to high rents, congestion, increase in the Carbon footprint, the homeless situation, the decrease in essential services - more, when it comes to Quality of Life issues.

The White Man - who is an interim-mayor - has just learned to put on a hard hat - inspecting tunnel - the Central Sub-way Tunnel - passing through China Town and hopefully through North Beach and may be a hub at Fisherman's Wharf.

The Central Sub-way project  that started as a $600 million project - has now has exceed over $1.6 billion and more. 

The Central Sub-way having already screwed us all - on the Third Street Light rail from 4th and King to Visitation Valley - that lands to the  middle of no where.

Had the Third Street Light rail started from Balboa Station - that line could have run in one direction - from Balboa Station all the way to down-town San Francisco and directly in one direction - back to Balboa Station.

The idiots who are with the present interim- major  - have no clue that he wheels and deals - is deeply involved with sordid " hedge funds " - and makes a salary of more than $375,000.

All sorts of gurus from the IT world - is all he cares about - and is perhaps the only one from the SF Board of Supervisors - who beside being a crooked Supervisor - still holds many positions - working for firms as a paid consultant -makes millions and continues to do so - unabashed.

Finally the entire Candlestick Point and the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is contaminated - the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard declared at a Superfund Site.

It is also the last frontier - where acres of land some 2000 acres plus that can be developed - be it - that most of the land is poor landfill - contaminated and polluted - prone to severe liquefaction and flooding.

This bomb left Hunters Point Naval Shipyard -

to be dropped on Japan - the blood of innocent 

Japanese citizens - is on the hands of many - 

we must think more - about history and less about greed.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is where Depleted Uranium was tested. 

Even now we get high level reading of cesium, uranium, plutonium - high readings of Asbestos, lead, mercury, and a host of other elements.

Why would anyone want to build 30,000 units plus on land that is contaminated - Chernobyl ?

As I often say - be educated on issues - and as things stand in San Francisco  today we are witnessing a circus.

The caliber of the candidates - are a far cry from being educated on issues.

We all know that - good leaders that show the way, know the way and go the way - are what we want - the present set - are mostly for themselves - talk too much - with very little action that matters.

I understand every aspect of the running of City government - and know these lackeys - for a long time.

 All they seek is to make a fortune - illegally - the present Mayoral candidates.

 There is no one that has the capability to clean up the excreta - that stinks to high heaven - at all levels at City Hall and more among the many SF City Departments.

 At every level of government - many Department Heads entrenched in abject corruption - and have been for years. Aho.
