When Michael Cohen,  Paul Manafort and others go to jail - some of us wonder - why?

It is because of rampant corruption - the likes that we have in San Francisco with Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis and others - whose day will come soon.

Wasting millions of dollars - tax payers money - now, even funneling money toward the recently concluded Primary Elections.

The President of RDJ is Dwayne Jones -

who formed this corrupt and crooked Enterprise in 2011 -

yet takes credit for serving the Bayview Hunters Point -

since 2004.

In and around 2004 - Dwayne Jones came into the Bayview Hunters Point to head Young Community Developers - an organization that has had over 20 Directors - two or three in a  years - and every years - it has had serious fiscal - issues.

Dwayne Jones was the worst - and when at YCD - was nothing but trouble - he knows me and I know him.

Dwayne Jones started at Young Community Developers -

every audit conducted from 2004 until he left YCD -

did not pass the " smelt test " - YCD received F -

those were the times when Chocolate City did better -

and Dwayne Jones robbed Peter to pay Paul.

Two outsiders Dwayne Jones who I knew from day one - and Juliet Ellis who I have followed from day one - working for SF Public Utilities Commission -  in San Francisco - are outsiders. 

Both have no stake in the community - in San Francisco - one has just to look at their life styles. These scumbags with no morals, less ethics - and absolutely no standards - have no place in San Francisco.

More - shady characters - both have been charged for defrauding - the tax payers - both favor life styles - that is not the norm.

Morals, ethics, standards matter - but NOT with these two scumbags - both stink of corruption to high - heaven.

Imagine Dwayne Jones - who proudly signs his name as President of RDJ - invoicing the Primes - the Contractors who have got the contract linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project.

Dwayne Jones is a consultant - does not work for the SF Public Utilities Commission - yet demand money up front - lying that he works with SF Public Utilities Commission employees - he does not do that.

Bluffs that he has to review technical documents - the jackass is not an engineer - he has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a BA in Anthropology. He lies through his teeth - and has been since the first day he landed in the Bayview Hunters Point area.

Demands money for outreach - which is not his purview - he know this - but the letters he send to the contractors - say that he is - the man is a pathological - LIAR.

From a slush fund he will demand $50,000 and gets it. Many times - with any invoice - and this and more - is simply not acceptable.

Dwayne Jones has invoiced AECOM/PARSONS - over $4 million today - Contract CS-165 is one of them.

He got inside information - and contacted EMERSON - then planted his own outreach team - and saw that EMERSON won the contract - nefarious folks like Dwayne Jones doing the outreach.

The paradox be it on the Digesters, the Bio-Solids, the Headworks - there is no sound outreach done - because Dwayne and his team - does not have the expertise - and may be Todd Rydstrom - the Deputy Controller - with precise and definitive expertise - should look into this matter.

The details of these sordid disbursement are being investigated.

We have acquired the necessary documents under the Freedom of Information Act.

We have sent them to those entities - that have been fast asleep at the  cockpit - regulatory SF City Department and others that matter - with no prompt results.

We the tax payers, the constituents who are decent and pay our taxes - have to watch a crook like Dwayne Jones - dole Community Benefit to one and all - mostly Black sellouts who do his bidding. Many of them thug and jail birds.

Then to add fuel to fire - Dwayne Jones and his lackeys keep spreading rumors that I have stopped Dwayne Jones' cash flow - I have stopped nothing - I speak Truth to Power.

Dwayne Jones from day one - has been using and doling tax payers money - even to aid candidates in the recent Primary Elections - and wait until the authorities get to the bottom of this nonsense. 

No one can use one single dollar - federal or state that is appropriated for the tax payers needs - and channeled toward Election and those candidates -  hoping to get into office.

And on the street I have my people - who are getting educated about corruption - and if some dares try to use nefarious activities  - all hell will break loose. 

We know who you are and what is more where you live.

The decent Latinos, the decent Polynesians, the decent Blacks, the decent Asians, the decent Whites, the decent Native Americans - already have the names of the crooks - so does Law Enforcement. Make no bones about this Clarion Call.

This is blatant - Conflict of Interest - and these crooks who have been wheeling and dealing - must now be taken to task - under the RICO ACT - and sent to jail - much like Paul Manafort, Michael Cohen and others - Trumps' two henchmen.

Malia Cohen - corrupt and crooked -

Harlan Kelly - the General Manager of the 

SF Public Utilities Commission -

knows what is happening - and it not too late -

Juliet Ellis has been charged by the 

Fair Political and Practices Commission -

sent over $200,000 to Green For All -

a non-profit - she worked for and stay working -

while she worked for the SF PUC -

such blatant corruption - must not be tolerated -

Juliet Ellis must be F I R E D.

Juliet Ellis continues to defy - decency and regulations that matter - she has just given herself a title - Chief Strategist/Assistant General Manager of External Affairs - she has NO clue what she is doing.

Hundreds of employees both women and men at the SF Public Utilities Commission at 525 Golden Gate Avenue - detest Juliet Ellis - always trying to micro-manage - and many decent employees working at SFPUC have left - because of Juliet Ellis. 

Right now the Project linked with the Digesters - which is now now one $3.6 Billion - has been stalled.

The Project Manager Karen Kubick - has left SFPUC at this very critical time. Sending a strong signal she has had it - with corruption of the highest order.

So has Tony Flores and others - they could not take it anymore.

When the Task Force was formed - the Task Force requested 5% of $6 Billion - as Community Benefits.

Some where along the line - that arranged format was changed - to 5% linked to the $2.3 Billion - set aside for the  Digesters. 

The Digester Project has now increased to $3.6 Billion - and there has been NO whisper - from Juliet Ellis - such are the demonic ways of Juliet Ellis who is NOT from San Francisco - is crooked to the core - and mist - be FIRED.

Right now that amount should reflect $175 million plus for Community Benefits - at $50 million per billion. Half for Outreach and half for Workforce.

Dwayne Jones purports that he knows Workforce - which he does not.

Juliet Ellis -  outreach - she has no clue - what she is doing.

Juliet Ellis is not even from San Francisco - some transplant from the East Coast.

Both bring in "life style " issues to favor those they hang around - and dole money to - included extra-curricula activities - this shit must STOP.

Here is the challenge to the SF Controller, the SF District Attorney, the SF City Attorney, the Federal Bureau of Investigation - Federal money are being used - 

many of the payments are illegal.

All over the Bayview Hunters Point - the people that mater - are pissed off with Dwayne Jones and his lackeys - who think they have access to tax payers money - and can get it for free -

and mock the decent tax payers and constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point and more.

Many of those who have been receiving the  "doles" - are now been monitored - by Law Enforcement - Law Enforcement has the list of all the names.

Some dare to use the scriptures - to justify that they must be paid Community Benefits.

 Scumbags - they are mostly Black - arrogant and ignorant - and want money and things - given to them on a platter.

This is will not happen - even if you go to jail - you will have to pay for that time - behind the wall.

Where is the justice ?

These scum bags have never been in the trenches - working hard and fighting for the constituents that matter - more on Environmental Issues.

They are the scumbags - that leech and want things and money for free - ain't going to happen.
