KAREN KUBICK HAS DECIDED TO CALL IT QUITS - THE PROJECT MANAGER OF THE SSIP - OTHERS, MARKING THEIR DAYS - THEIR NEFARIOUS ACTIVITIES EXPOSED - THE SELLOUTS WILL BE SCREAMING - AS THERE WILL BE NO DISTRIBUTION OF STALE BREAD CRUMBS.

It is important to speak truth to power -

now that we can shed light -

the cockroaches are scattering -

and there is more - time will tell.

Karen Kubick is a good person - but since 2012 made some bad choices - she cooperated - agreeing to side with those that she thought would protect her - but they have - not.

As the Project Manager of the Sewer System Improvement Project - a $10 Billion project - the Digesters Project - now nearing over $3 Billion - is moving at a snail pace - bereft with hurdles - one worse than the other.

The mostly ignorant Blacks on the take - have no clue about technical issues - and less about the nefarious issues - being conducted - behind the scenes. 

Those on the take - have no morals, less ethics, and so what happens - the fool themselves - until they are caught red handed and have to be accountable for.

Simply put tax payers money is NOT  meant as a DOLE - free money for the corrupt - idiots on the take.

The digesters have been the scourge of the 

Bayview Hunters Point constituents -

in recent years the Black population has been 

reduced to a measly 2% - the Asians, Latinos, Whites 

others have changed the demographics - yet, the

few sell outs Blacks - keep barking up the wrong tree.

We have vetted laws - where the tax payers money - must be accounted for. 

We have some in the Bayview Hunters Point who think - they can have tax payers money - for repasts, other types of sleek meeting behind close doors.

Commendations and  jobs offered to them by the SF Public Utilities Commission on a platter - be that they NOT qualified for the job - deserve no commendation - not worth the salt.

This notion to get money from the tax payers by those that have no morals, less ethics, even less standards - will be revealed to the public at large.

In the mean time Tommy Moala  has left and is in retirement - leaving the job - Assistant General Manager (AGM) of the Waste Water Enterprise (WWE) vacant until filled purportedly in June, 2018.

Tony Flores also who worked for the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - astute, honest, hard working - was eased out - early retirement. 

Now we have Karen Kubick - making a decision that June 9 will be her last day - for sure end of June, 2018 - Karen Kubick who should have been there - will be no more. Her departure will leave a deep void - much as Tony Flores and his vetted experience - is missed.

Karen Kubick as Project Manager - did all she could on her job - but she was trapped to sign checks that were dubious in nature - pressure put on her - by devious entities - that she has just come to realize.

Such are the wheelings and dealings - of those that have no morals, less ethics, for sure lacking standards - this does not  apply to Karen Kubick - but those that will be dealt with very soon. Make no bones about it.

I will vouch for Karen Kubick as a good person - but will study each charge - and be fair and just.

The Biosolids Project -

has been given to a former Manager of Infrastructure -

Emilio Cruz - who left the job - conflict of interest -

now he is part of a $ 1 Billion project - go figure!

All the conceptual plans - look good -

" a conceptual plan is like a deep dream 

you wake up - and it is your worst nightmare ".

The advocates who fought for the community - are now being targeted by immoral, despicable, good for nothing sell outs - who have no clue about the ploys and machinations - that SF Public Utilities Commission is famous for.

We now know for sure - have empirical data - where Contractors aka Primes - submitted their Request For Proposal - and were vetted by vested interests - to play a role - in pay to play - ploys and machinations.

Once a Contractor or Prime got the contract - a certain percentage was diverted to certain Point of Contacts - the thousands added to millions - and from this " sordid jackpot " - distribution was done to those running for office.

We hear the word " Collusion ".

Guess what we have it here - in San Francisco - and the SF Public Utilities Commission - an Enterprise Department - is playing a key role - but not for long.

Millions of tax payers money - wasted - and no accountability from the authorities.

Imagine the lay person - some advocates inundated with issues - more helping those in need - diverting time and resources to ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - one of a kind.

The attention of those who have ceased to do the right thing - force others to use their resources and expertise to do the heavy - lifting. Now at long last - light is being shed where there was abject - darkness.

All sorts of outreach - most of it - having no empirical data to back the outreach and the sordid plans. Millions of dollars bill for - but no proof that the work was done - even an audit dated March, 2018 by the SF Controller Office - point this out - clearly.

The Green Houses - close to 1800 Oakdale  are now not operating - each of the owners of the three Green Houses - were given $100,000 to move.

The land was long known to be contaminated - legally no one should be digging into the dirt. 

Now, after moving the 3 operators and causing a lot of pain and suffering - to the owners - one of them Mr Goldman - plans are afoot to give a contract to AZUL - to do some abate - capping the contaminated area - and allowing Girls 2000 to work on a site - that NO one is their right mind - should be working.

Girls 2000 together with two other entities were given grants - never mind - there are other Non-Profits doing a better job - they were shafted - one of them Mrs Priestly - check out the details why she was shafted.

Young Community Developers (YCD) has been receiving millions - without any difficulty - we know why - now.

Dwayne Jones - President of RDJ -

has doled out money for repasts, 

events with dinners - wheeling and dealing -

the man to go - for pay to play ploys and machinations.

Dwayne Jones former Director of YCD  - now President of RDJ has been receiving millions - during one period from 2013-2016 paid 216% - many invoice submitted before work was performed. 

All tax payers money linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - all key operation situated in District 10.

This nonsense has been going for years - because the lay person - does NOT expect - corruption of such a magnitude - to be conducted in broad daylight.

Juliet Ellis one charged by the Fair Political Practices Commission and the SF Ethics Commission -

must now answer again - she has NOT learnt much -

from her past mistakes - sending over $200,000 to

Green For All - her former Non-Profit that she worked for -

and continues to double dip and work for 

while she was the Assistant General Manager -

for External Affairs - working for SF Public Utilities Commission - nothing  much has changed. Pathetic.

In the interim the community at large - many educated, well mannered, decent, God fearing tax payers are being deceived and hoodwinked in broad daylight.

The mostly Black sell outs - a small minority - who have NO conscience - I call them the " Living Dead " - have NO clue about the situation at hand - because they are NOT educated on issues.

Karen Kubic is leaving and plans are afoot to bring a person who works as the General Manager of the Ross Valley Sanitary District - his name Gregory J. Norby - a facility that is a far cry from the complicated facility the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment.

More - a dual system - that takes in the sewage but also the millions of gallons of rain - run off that is over bearing on the present Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant.

Several times - spills have occurred - half treated sewage  - pouring into the Islais Creek - we already know about the Sulphur stench that has adversely impacted millions since the early 1970s and nothing much has been done.

As I said Tommy Moala whose job will be taken by Gregory J. Norby -  this particular selection influenced by William Carlin the Assistant General Manger  of SFPUC - who is General Manager's Harlan Kelly's  - lackey. Conflict of interest.

I have known both clowns - that purport to lead the SFPUC - and met them several time in person - nothing spectacular - about they ability to discern and less to find solutions.

Karen Kubick is a good person -

who perhaps should stay in the community -

and help the community at large -

address the on going adverse impacts -

using the $2 Billion - mitigation monies -

owed the Bayview Hunters Point community -

from early 1970.

Karen Kubick is a good person and I have protected her - time and time again.

This time - she with intent signed millions of dollars - without vetting - she was ganged upon - and used like a dirty rag. 

This situation must be remedied - and those that pay to play - brought to fore - and adjudicated at the highest levels.

In short since 2002 the SF Public Utilities Commission an Enterprise Department - generating its won money from the fees collect from sewer fees, clean drinking water, hydro-electricity from Hetch Hetchy.

Leases from golf-courses, a large quarry at Sunol near Pleasanton, large tracts of land leased to farmers to graze cattle near the Calaveras Dam - more golf courses by Crystal Springs  - other excess property leased, some tracts of land given to Non-profits who use it to grow vegetables and God alone knows what - the corruption at the SF Public Utilities knows no bounds.

Some of us advocates use to go to the SF Public Utilities Commission meetings - no more.

 There is only so much - of harm that had be done - unnoticed - that eventually gets noticed - more documented - and just like that - the thieves are caught and adjudicated - sent to jail - and then all hell breaks loose. 

We have been watching you - the crooked and corrupt - for years - and have tons of empirical data - to prove our case.
