WATER IS LIFE - RELEASE RED FAWN FALLIS, NOW - THIS INJUSTICE ON TRIBAL LAND - THE LAND OF CHIEF SITTING BULL - MUST STOP - OR ELSE THIS NATION WILL SUFFER - FALL FLAT ON ITS FACE.

Free Red Fawn Fallis - now
the injustice meted out to our Native
American Sisters and Brothers has reached
saturation point - the United States has  - failed -
Please respect - our Elders -
it is NOT a Nation - that has played by the rules.
Native Americans are the indigenous people of this land -
Turtle land - now called by another name.

Some of us went to North Dakota - we went there to honor the Great Lakota Nation. We went to North Dakota from San Francisco - to pay our respect to Chief Sitting Bull who brought the Lakota tribes together - defeated those that speak with a forked tongue.

Chief Sitting Bull - won the praise - of every decent child, woman, man - the Elders -  those that have their heart in the right place.

There is a monument to Chief Sitting Bull at Fort Yates. Chief Sitting Bull left a legacy - we must not -  let anyone bully Sister Red Fawn Fallis - not her - not any sister or brother. Aho.

We honor our Sister - Red Fawn Fallis -
we honor her for using her healing skills -
we honor her for taking a stand -
we honor her spirit - we commend her fortitude -
we know water is life - there are those with intent -
pollute, contaminate - do not respect Mother Earth -
and in doing so - they condemn - themselves -
the Great Spirit sees it all.

No decent Nation - will harm our children, our women, those that are vulnerable - set dogs on those that are protesting - rightly.

The Great Spirit - gives life to all - and as long as one has life - one must protect, protest, stand for what is right - represent - fight for what is right - see that " no harm comes to Mother Earth ".

The Black Snake - the North Dakota Pipe line Project - is in shambles.

Many natural disasters - have hit the project -  the " devil " - moves on - aided and abetted by one that sits in the White House - a pale face - that is a disgrace to the human race.

An egoistical maniac that now believes his judges and those that have no conscience - can adjudicate - when they have failed to honor the Treaty of Laramie of 1851 - say one thing and do another.

The devil cannot adjudicate - but in this case - the fire of justice will prevail - and Red Fawn Fallis - will be set free.

June 25, 2018 is the date - set for Red Fawn Fallis's sentencing - the Judge has promised to read - all the letters support her cause - I hope he does. Sending your letters by mail or fax is best at this time.

We hear a lot about the Treaty of Fort Laramie signed in 1851 - that is problem with legalese - using words that mean many things - promising to do one thing and doing another.

Few study " etymology " - the science of words - when you read the treaties - you quickly realize - the word say one thing - but they clearly mean another.

Please read the Treaty of Fort Laramie signed in 1851 - and you can gauge for yourself - how this signed Treaty of Sorts - has been misused:

When we visited Camp Oceti Sakowin - November, 2016 - we saw thousands of people - all gathered in Solidarity.

When we were there we witnessed unnecessary violence - exercised on protestors - that had every right to protest.

Protests were held at other camps too - and at some of these camps unnecessary violence was used - and in some case rubber bullets shot - at innocent human beings.

Such incidents - must NOT be taken lightly.

I saw this violence in person - and have spoken to many that were harmed.

As I have stated I was there - and went there to see things for myself and those who accompanied me were witness to the facts I relate.

Chief Sitting Bull -
he united the Lakota Nation -
he defeated those that harmed his tribe -
he left a legacy - that will not be forgotten, ever. Aho.

Sister Red Fawn Fallis is a symbol - much like a young deer or fawn - who is " free " and roams freely.

Whites by far measure - seem  not comprehend - Mother Earth - and those few that attempt to learn about Mother Earth - may talk the talk but they fail to walk the walk.

Greed seem to take a firm " grip " on the beings of those - that will not resign to a simply fact - Mother Earth must be respected - Mother Earth comes first - greed has no place - more when it comes to pollution and blatant contamination - of our environment.

Sister Red Fawn Fallis is our Sister - and we all  feel her pain - we are with her.

I have heard so much about her - that I made up my mind to write these lines - I know exactly how these cowards - want to break the " spirit " - a " spirit " that perturbs the " devil ".

The Department of Interior, the Corps of Engineers, the Department of Justice.

Our Courts and most of our judges - have all failed to comprehend the indigenous people - who have lived here for thousands of years - over 15,000 years.

All carbon dated - artifacts, human remain - those that know something about the Native American Graves Protection Act - know some - but most so called Americans - seem know nothing much - beside what they see and learn on TV.

The true history is NOT taught in our elementary, middle and high schools - and the ignorance of our Nation - more, when it come to our Native American Tribes - more those that are NOT Federally Recognized - shocks the world , the United Nation - and those International Bodies - that know better.

The judge adjudicating this case says boldly that he will read the letters - and make some decision.

The judge should pray, cleanse himself with sage, and then decide within himself - if he is fit to adjudicate - pass judgement on a woman - a Native American woman - who should have NOT - spent one single hour in jail.

Free Red Fawn Fallis -
my Sister - make no bones about this request -
no one should be jailed for protesting -
standing up - for what is right -
more when the Great Spirit sees it all -
Free Red Fawn Fallis - now.

This court in Bismarck - that I have seen
with my eyes - the town I have visited in person -
Bismark has a history of blatant discrimination -
some things have changed a little, today -
now, is the time to pay your restitution - Bismarck -
it is not about money - it is about a higher principle -
Free Sister Red Fawn Fallis -
now -
I have seen it all - and I know what I am talking about -
act while you have time - the facts are there -
act with your heart in the right place. Aho

RED FAWN FALLIS

We are on this Earth for two seconds
what you have taught us is valuable
there are those that talk the talk
you have walked the walk

The great prophets, the great teachers
those that have left their legacy
the likes of Chief Sitting Bull
have taught us - if need be we must
lay our lives - to stand for right

Your name says it all -
Red Fawn Fallis -
free as a  fawn a deer -
roaming freely as Mother Earth
would want her children to be -
this grey cloud will pass

To the judge I say -
I have been around for a long time -
seen things and witnessed the horrors
of injustice
let not the life of this none Sister Red Fawn Fallis
leave a sordid scar on our Courts

We the people more indigenous people
demand that our Sister
be set Free - or forever hold your peace -
the Great Spirit sees it all -
and I have seen - what I cannot reveal in detail -
accept to say to you Mr. Judge -
set my Sister Red Fawn Fallis - F R E E .
