The 49ers have moved - where once stood the stadium -
for the last 2 years there is a large hole -
one which someone is bluffing the people at large -
a large shopping mall will be built -
who is their right mind - will shop at this location ?
Hunters Point most of it - thousands of acres - including Parcel F - which is the Bay - has not been abated.
The many others parcels B, C, D, E, E2, F, G UC1, UC,2, Uc3, UC3, UC4, UC4 - all need mitigation - the U.S. keeps saying for the last 20 years - it is doing something about the situation at hand. Nothing much has been done. The mitigation of the many parcels have been used to hoodwink the public at large.
Right now the land is contaminated - high levels of radiological elements registered - uranium, cesium and so on - land prone to liquefaction and severe flooding.
Over 800 million dollars have been spent - trying to convince the public at large - that some abatement and mitigation is taking place.
Again and again companies like Tetra Tech have been caught - with their hand in the cookie jar. Recently by MNBC Investigates in the Bay Area.
At this late hour the U.S. Navy that first tested depleted Uranium at Hunters Point in the early 1950s. Brought huge animals that were part of the Bikini Atomic explosion - and buried them all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
It was the same with the residue - from sand blasting the ships - the many that took part in the Bikini Island Atomic Explosion - the contaminated sand - buried all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Today only Parcel A has been conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco - deals made by Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein.
The many mostly Blacks the likes of Willie L. Brown Jr, Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, others too many to name - all of whom have BLOOD on their hands.
Parcel A was quickly transferred to the former now defunct SF Redevelopment Agency - that transferred the land to Land Urban. Lennar Urban promised to build 600 units - rental units - and within a month of its passing its Disposition and Development Agreement - made a amendment to - nullify they agreement.
Lennar Urban aka 5 Point Holdings LLP - has now been stalled with increasing complaints. The have no money - and the Chinese who promised help - have failed to deliver.
The supposedly mitigation and abatement - has not reflected in reality - in the hundreds of buildings tested and more the Parcels - B, C, D, E, E2, F which the Bay, G, UC 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (Utility Corridors ) - all tested - and all positive with high level of contamination and even higher levels of readings - linked to radiological elements.
People living near by at Mariners' Housing - on Cleo Rand Street - are experiencing health problems - tumors on of a kind, cancer, respiratory diseases, heart problem - you name some of the most chronic diseases - that quick lead to death.
Plans are afoot to build over 30,000 units in and around Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Candlestick Point - the 49ers Stadium is a large hole - supposedly the plans were to build a Shopping Mall. For the last 2 years - nothing seems to be moving in the right direction.
No one builds Shopping Malls today - they are mostly antiquated.
It is a thing of the past - everyone knows - "online shopping " - is the in thing - but it seems only in the SF Bayview Hunters Point - mostly ignorant Blacks on the take - believe in Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holdings LLP - same snake different head - building some fantasy Shopping Mall. Pathetic.
Mayors Willie L. Brown Jr., thought he played his cards well - he has to deal with the stalled project at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Stringent standards laid down - were NOT followed and Mayors from Willie L. Brown, Jr. to Gavin Newsom, to Edwin Mah Lee - have all been on the take - and failed the constituents - the hard working - tax paying citizens of San Francisco. Pandering to Lennar Urban aka 5 Point Holdings LLP.
It does not help that we have a very corrupt person in the District 10 Supervisor - Malia Cohen - who is a political whore. She has done nothing to address Quality of Life issues.
In the same box - is another political whore London Breed - both Malia and London - have been on the pay roll of Lennar Urban aka 5 Point Holdings LLP - a rogue developer that has its headquarters in Miami, Florida. Go figure!
The prospective Mayors - running for Mayor in June, 2018 - have their work cut out for them.
More Jane Kim, Angela Alioto, and Mark Leno - London Breed in all the time she has been in SF politics - is a anathema - her days are numbered - she has proven to be a poisonous - snake.
January 31, 2018 at 5 pm - at a most contaminated site - just outside the gates of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the U.S. Navy is inviting the Public at Large - to attend a meeting - to once again hoodwink the public at large.
Trying to bluff those present - that all is well at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Keep on bluffing - even as we have empirical data - that the U.S. Navy cannot and will NOT be - trusted.
This is the time to take those that are hoodwinking the public at large to task. This is the time to invoke the RICO ACT - the many parties that have been involved in convoluted ploys, machinations and shenanigans. More Black on the take.
This is Ohlone Land - more Muwekma Ohlone land - and again and again - strangers more thieves are involved in nefarious activities - thinking that no one is monitoring them.
Well I am - and each one of you - that have harmed our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors, those with compromised health, more the mentally and physically challenged - will be taken to task. Make no bones about this fact.
Whoever deems it necessary to represent San Francisco - has their work cut out - they must deal with those that have BLOOD on their hands.
Added issues congestion on our roads, very high rents, thousands of families - have left San Francisco - never to return again.
So many homeless living in tents - slowly dying facing the inclement weather.
Our City and County of San Francisco is contaminated and polluted - the increase in the Carbon Footprint from the construction of skyscrapers using aggregate, cement, other materials generating Carbon Dioxide - an increase of 400%.
Our landfills more in the Southeast Sector generate over 600,000 tons of Methane gas - one ton of Methane gas equals 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide. Go Figure - no one wants to mention this fact.
Not the SF Department of Environment , not the SF Health Department and the Environmental Division who wants to blame the State - Department of Toxic and Substances Control.
The Federal - Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is fast asleep and so are the Regional Water Board - and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
For sure we do not want any Black sell outs - on the take - representing our City and County of San Francisco.
I represent the Muwekma Ohlone in San Francsico - and have seen these sell outs - and I am fed up with them. Aho.
