IF YOU WANT TO REPRESENT SAN FRANCISCO AS MAYOR - YOU NEED TO KEEP UP WITH THE TIMES - CHANGE YOUR MENTALITY - LESS TALK AND MORE ACTIONS - THE OLD WAYS FLUSH THEM DOWN THE COMMODE.

If you want to represent San Francisco as Mayor - think  -three time - if not more.

Every candidate vying to be the next Mayor - needs to keep up with the times - change your mentality - more action and less talk -flush the old ways that do not work - down the commode.

San Francisco is a racist city - and more saturated with corruption of the highest order. The many nefarious activities embraced by our SF City and County are countless - if have the money - but it is in the hands of the wrong - people.

The candidates vying to become Mayor - demands maturity of the highest order.

The old ways pitting one community against the other does not work.

Pointing  things that others must do - when one prefers to be a arm chair critic.

Such ways do not work. You see some rubbish - make sure you have a plan to clean it up.

For decades some areas - more in the South of San Francisco - have been used as a - " dumping ground ".

Those living in and around the areas - where folks come from all over the place and dump commodes, used furniture, construction material - you name it they dump it and flee.

One could huff and puff, pull your hair, even your teeth - all you have to do it take charge of the situation and make good things happen.

Southeast Sector Community Development Corporation a Non-Profit in good standing since 2002 has done that. And before that Bayview Coordinating Council - since 1990.

And before that advocates at 4909 - going back to the 1960s when the Human Rights Committee and other committees were formed -  the Human Right Committee is now the Human Right Commission - and there is more.

Our youth are now being used to clean our streets - organizations such as Intercept Predict Organize (IPO) - other entities on many of our corridors in our City - most paid minimum wage.

Our youth and young adults - in many cases have  been used like " dirty rags ".

Given some little money with little nurturing - lacking astute and compassionate  " case managers " - to help the youth and young adults. Those that receive large sums of money - take the money - but fail to address the " humane aspects " of their operations.

Daily you see them - clean the street - remove garbage that some who have no manners, less trained to understand the meaning of hygiene.

Mannerless folks who love to eat fast food - then throw the wrapping on the streets - and give these actions no second thought.

These same urchins - carry their plastic bottles - soda, water - what have you - and when they are done - they dump the cans, bottles - on the streets - much as they do at their homes and living surroundings.

Act like that in Singapore and their asses will be canned.

That one experience - will change one's behavior - about dumping garbage, even wrapping from candy, and chewing gum - forever. While we cannot imitate Singapore - we could take some action - on a war footing.

Here in San Francisco - some will spend hours to call a number - to bother "dispatch " .

When they could just grab a broom and sweep the contents in a bag.

Actions counts a lot - huffing and puffing and bitching takes you no where.

Early in the morning - in some areas you see folks - pack their garbage - home garbage - fish contents not needed, vegetables that cannot be used, other stinking stuff - and walk it to the street garbage cans - that forbid - home garbage and this happens all the time.

Some segments of the community fail to understand they are in America - and everyone has to pay for clean drinking water, their sewage, their garbage, pay to get a license to drive, and get certified to be able to address and do things with standards.

Our Department of Public Works (DPW) can only do so much.

The employees who work for the DPW  can only do so much.

It is amazing  how we now have ordinary people who have nothing much to do - monitoring those that clean our streets - and order them around. We tolerate such nonsense.

These idiots if they continue behaving - much as they do today - creating problems - much be charged. They are making hay - while the sun shines.

Such nuisance cases - impeding the work that is difficult - and made more difficult - by those who have nothing to do - only helps to exacerbate the issues at hand - that must be addressed.

30,000 homes are planned in the Southeast Sector - more on land that is prone to liquefaction and flooding.

I wonder if the candidates vying for Mayor of San Francisco - have a blue print - this June, 2018 - have a sound platform.

I known some that do not have a plan - we the people - want to see the " blue print " - addressed in a viable and sustainable - PLATFORM. There must be room for input - and time is running out.

It is the same for the homeless - and the so called shelters - where one is given a chair - and told to rest on the chair - all night long.

Many are on pain killers - cannot stay still - others are old and fall off their chairs - and no one cares.

Our so called " navigation centers " cater to hundreds - while the total homeless are about 12, 000.

While the SF City and County brags our homeless count is about 10, 000  - our general population is about 850,000.

We advocates want see what viable and sustainable plan - those vying to be Mayor of San Francisco -  have for advocates.

More non-profits - who have NOT taken a dime from the SF City and County while paying their taxes for decades.

But, now have fallen prey to evictions - more - because of gentrification of the worst order.

The Mayor's Office of Economic Development is making some attempt to help the non-profits - you need to submit a lease for at least 5 years - to get something to start with.

Mention of this grant made in the SF Chronicle - and SF Chronicle should do some investigation reporting - and I am will to meet and see down with any journalist - to talk about just grants - and the SF City and County of San Francisco - having a $10 Billion budget.

Wheelers and dealers raping our economy.

I represent the First People of San Francisco and I am monitoring the situation at hand.

The First People of San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone :

Then submit the names of your Board and what they do for a living.

Submit your business certificate - and every other certificate - so that those funding know who truly you are - never mind if you have the highest clearance from the United States Government and have a sound track record.

The SF City and County will not do the heavy lifting - but have entities like Northern California Community Loan Fund and other funding entities to vett those that most need help.

You could apply for some help to meet the expenses of your rent - and if lucky get 30% of the totally annual rent.

Then you must submit your 990 forms for the last three years - and to make it more difficult your current year.

Who truly funds you - as if that is a requirement - for those Non-Profits that pay their taxes - and do not want to be controlled by SF City Departments and even the crooked Mayors we have had.

Many non-profit stayed away from the SF crooked and corrupt office  -  funding come from such sources - funding that would impedes their work. They would use one like a puppet on a string.

Southeast Sector Community Development Corporation has been in good standing since 2002. The State of California - Attorney General now requires to monitor you and submit your tax forms every two years - so that one can be affirmed to be in good standing.

If you have an Local Business Certificate or a Non-Profit Business Certificate - you have to produce all the pertinent information - your premises inspected.

One has to produce your lease for sure - and the IRS information too - much like stated above  - for you to be certified.

The paradox is that many Non-Profit in San Francisco - worth their salt - do the heavy lifting.

Not so the Mayor's Office, the City Administrator's Office, the other so called City Departments and their heads - who make over $250,000 and paid by us - tax payers.

The same holds good for the City Attorney, the District Attorney, the Controller's Office - and others too many to mention - who make good salaries - because we tax payers work hard and pay our taxes.

All the heavy lifting linked to our mentally and physically challenged are done by Non-Profits.

It is the same with the homeless population.

The non-profit  - who do not like - to go on top of the roof - and declare what they do and what they could do. They just do it!

Millions of dollars are wasted on programs that the SF  City and County conducts - they Mayor Office keeps a certain percentage - and out sources many programs - to certain entities  - who pay to play.

Many decent, astute, stellar Non-Profit many who operate in San Francisco - stay away from City Hall -  the Mayor's Office and the many ploys, machinations and shenanigans.

I had to use my Non-Profit as a guinea pig - to see how these folks operate - fill out the papers as best I could.

Go on the internet - fill the electronic forms - the very small  print - that it hurts one's eyes.

Did my best to fill out the form - as best I could - but then there is always more.

The dead-line is next month - and I made sure I submitted my forms before hand for vetting - what ever that means.

Even if I am chosen - I will get - in the best situation - 5 months of my present rent.

This June, 2018 we  get a good idea about our candidates - vying to be Mayor of  San Francisco.

Come November, 2018 - the real fire works begin.

We would appreciate the Controller's Office - monitoring - the help that our Non-Profits need now - with sudden evictions, high rents, and the general atmosphere - where a few want to take control of most everything - promising us some - and giving us bread crumbs.

Southeast Sector Community Development Corporation - has been on the fore-front - addressing Quality of Life issues - and has a track record - second to none.

Often times we have assumed the responsibility for our City and County of San Francisco - and taught the City and County of San Francisco -  how to deal with Workforce issues, Housing issues, Health issues, Safety issues and that includes Violence Prevention.

Transportation issues, we attend meeting at the SF Board of Supervisors, Land Use, SF Public Utilities Commission, the Sunshine Task Force, and countless meetings that require our presence.

I Franciso Da Costa have attended over 259 funeral since the year 2000 - and that count may not be many to some - but it is to me.

More, since I have to address other pertinent issues - as the Chief Executive Office - of Southeast Sector Community Development Corporation - which today is in very good standing - and has not take any money from the SF City and County of San Francisco.

The times are a changing - and we are evolving towards some good presumably - we who have the guts to stand up and represent. Aho.
