Most of those - who hold high posts in San Francisco - at San Francisco City Hall - do not live in San Francisco. The live in places like Oakland - come here - get their salary - live in other places - and spend their money - outside San Francisco.
What is important to note - since they do not live in San Francisco - they prey on our kindness - the kindness of decent, hard working San Franciscans. These scumbags are NOT appreciated.
Folks like the Director the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention Services - Diana Oliva - Aroche - who lives in Oakland. For all her talk - and hot air - she does not represent San Francisco - and therefore - she better get out of the way.
The death of Emeere Jackson - has adversely impacted many - not a whimper from those agencies that matter.
Now, that I have been writing about the killings and shootings - more the death of 25 years old Emeere Jackson - who worked for the program called Interrupt, Predict, and Organize (IPO) - words that mean nothing at all are uttered at this late date - more, when shootings and killings are on the increase.
This Mayor, Edwin M. Lee - is a JOKE
he is responsible for the shootings and killings -
he is impotent - talks too much - the buck stops at his desk.
He is behind Interrupt, Predict, and Organize -
words that matter nothing at all - see below.
People who are inept, stupid to put it plainly, more have NO training in incident reports, community policing with hands on experience - cannot predict - who is fooling whom?
Finally what are you organizing - when you do not have a working Chain of Command - with no viable and sustainable Blue Print that works - no stable and responsible - Point of Contacts - to address the situation at hand. Who is fooling whom?

More - the FBI - the department of environment - must move in - and investigate - why those that manage the Mayor's Office of Violence and Prevention Services - are paid high salaries - and put on youth and young adults in haram way - with intent.
The Mayor's Office of Violence and Prevention Services - expands millions of dollars - had failed to administer - a program - that much it touted about - by Mayor Edwin M. Lee.
The IPO program - but has resulted in two deaths - both of them by " gang members " and both the individuals - the victim who were killed - happen to be Black.
Blacks are human beings - and are NOT expandable - and I am forced to lay down the rules - and explain to the sellouts - who pander to the administration of Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who happen to be " people of color " - to change your fucking - ways.
You guys do not like to hear the truth - and therein lies the simple and plain truth - the " crux " of the problem. What do you say to the Mother of Emeere Jackson - or do you have the guts to talk to her. What have you all - the Mayor Edwin M. Lee, the sordid and useless - Diana Oliva - Aroche - done for the Mother of Emeere Jackson - lately ? We the people want to know.
Outsiders be they Black - who have not lived in San Francisco - and other " people of color " who do not live in San Francisco - like Diana Oliva - Aroche - must be held to some standard - their feet to the fire - more when they always are pussyfooting around - and think - that they are NOT - accountable.
The Blood of these young men is on your hands. Think about them the next time you shed crocodile tears - Diana.
The parents of Emeere Jackson have to take on SF City Hall - and more the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention and Services.
Organization must STOP referring candidates to an organization that uses the IPO workers - even those that are superiors within IPO.
Treat them all - like a dirty rag - I see this all the time - and I am cognizant of much of the nonsense that is happening - and can spell out the details - and floor those that think they know better - when they know - shit.
The youth and young adults who work for the IPO know me very well.
The IPO youth and young adults - talk to me - and reveal to me - things that they will not reveal to the sellouts and the " snitches ". We know who they are - so you are put on notice.
It is simply unacceptable for the SF Police Department to allow so much to happen - over 50 incidents of gun shots fired, killings and shootings - in the last month - and then pretend they are now in control.
We the people are wondering - who really is in control ?
Everyday our Black youth and young adults - are put in harms way - this nonsense must STOP - I am making this request to Police Chief William Scott who is Black and who should know better.
The City touts at the ribbon cutting ceremonies that they hire local hire - but that is not the entire story. I notice the statement at the " ribbon cutting " of the new morgue - built near Heron Head Park in the Bayview.
Most people in the Bayview Hunters Point do not know about the newly built morgue in our community - so inappropriate - but not to Mayor Edwin M. Lee and that loud mouth - London Breed - on land that is landfill - more prone to liquefaction and flooding. Go figure - the head of the SF Morgue - Dr Hunter.
Again and again - we hear about " so called local citizens " - hired for a short time and let go - the Elation Software does not capture the hire of these local citizens - in its entirety.
The Elation Software favors what the Contracting Monitoring Division so desires - we know this and have been knowing this for a long time.

I explained the situation at hand - and I hope that some drastic changes take place - more, leading to " career jobs " - and more respect for our youth and young adults.
Not long after the shooting and killing of Emeere Jackson I spoke to Mohammad Nuru - the Director of the Public Works Department - and to Larry Stringer - who monitors the IPO program on behalf of the department of Public Works.
Both know something about the program - but there is more - to the IPO program - that needs to be know and mored fine tuned.
The Probation Department - seems to have infiltrated - the IPO Program - linked to some financial benefit - and we have to get to the bottom of this issue.
Our youth and young adults who have been incarcerated - do not get sound opportunities in the first place.
Many cannot live peacefully - many live in very stressful situation - overcome many hurdles - just because they happen to be Black.
I meet the youth and young adults - they talk to me - they explain to me all that I need to know - I listen more - and know what is happening.
When we give these youth and young adult a second chance - the second chance - should be given with love and respect - more respect. We adult with our heart in the right place - must give our children, youth, young adults - unconditional love. Period.
If the youth and young adults from the IPO love me - and listen to me - and will do anything for me - then - why cannot - others.
They youth and young adults - have known me for years - ever since they gather in the parking lot - Diana Oliva- Aroche does not know this - nor does Mayor, Edwin M. Lee.
Hopefully Sam Ruiz knows this from Mission Neighborhood - hopefully Larry Stringer knows this - from DPW -, and for sure I know that Mohammed Nuru - knows about this fact for sure.
The youth and young adults gather - early in the morning and are not offered breakfast - then they go and perform hard work - cleaning the sites where the homeless have been evicted from.
The youth and young adults - are not trained to do these type of mundane - " hazardous work ". Many a time - cleaning " feces " and what does our SF Health Department - and Director Barbara Garcia have to say to this. I know that Diana Oliva - Aroche is clueless - but pretends she know it all.
Has the audacity to bad mouth me - well time is on my side.
The IPO youth do who they have to do - without saying much - because of us who tell them - we will offer them good jobs at sometime - in the near future.
We offer the jobs to some - but cannot to many.
But all the time - we never forget to tell them - " we love them ".
All the time - do what we can do for them - when possible.
We are aware of some of the haters - and tolerate them - those that disrespect the youth. God will deal with them - soon.
As far as I am concerned Mayor Edwin M. Lee is a scum bag - and so is Diana Oliva - Aroche who speaks ill of me - secretly to those that cannot tell her to her face - that she is a disgrace to the human race.
I know all types of El Salwadoreans - but not someone like Diana Oliva - Aroche - who is milking our City and County of San Francisco - ample maternity leave and so on and so forth. I am watching these folks - like a hawk. Aho.
The Street Violence Intervention Program - somewhat comes under Diana Oliva -Aroche - I see no reason for her to be involved - more when HealthRight360 has the contract - and millions are funneled to the SF Health Department and Director Barbara Garcia - and of course HealthRight360 headquartered in Los Angeles.
Out sources is becoming the norm - and with out sourcing - standards are compromised - there is no direct communication that is in place - any small thing that has to be done - has to be signed on by minions - too many minions - till at last month later someone at the top - makes something - happen.
I often hear the word - " cooperate " - Fuck - corporate - our SF City and County is pandering to outsourcing and so called Corporate types - who are the " devils " that we must stay - far off from - I say it again - " Fuck Corporate " - and those that do City Business with them.
