San Francisco's Chief of Police -

I remember well - meeting Chief of Police - William Scott outside room 400 at City Hall - and asking him - is it true that the research agency - Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) - has been deactivated. That was a many months ago - and perhaps the Chief was not briefed on this issue. He did not say anything - and I left it at that.
COPS as a acronym sound nice - truly speaking all over the Nation - it has spent millions of dollars - with little or NO change - that matters - more has NOT made a drastic change aiding Quality of Life issues.
Its lengthy reports lie on shelves - collecting dust. It is the same in San Francisco - for all the talk there is NO - walk.

It is the same here in San Francisco - where perhaps the best document that was put together - without one single dollar expanded by our Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who when asked to help the Blue Ribbon Panel - refused to help the Blue Ribbon Panel.
The Mayor should be ashamed of himself - and this and more says a lot - about this man - who is NOT a leader.

The Blue Ribbon Panel - consisting of three prominent judges - whose hard work created a document that few are paying attention to today.
More - when it comes to implementation - of all the stellar recommendations - mentioned in the Blue Ribbon Panel Report.
Kudos to the three judges and the volunteers - many leading Law Firms and attorneys from San Francisco - in true San Francisco fashion - put out a stellar document.
More - exposing the San Francisco Police Department, the Mayor Office - and the many other loop holes - complete with a clean but true chronological history - of the San Francisco Police Department sordid history of " receivership " now called Federal Oversight.
The SF Police Department - its long and sordid history being in " receivership " - the lethargy prevailing at the drab SF Police Commission.
The role of the Police Officers' Association - doing all in its power to protect the SF Police Officers - as they comprehend best with their stated fiefdom of sorts - the blatant corruption at City Hall - the many chronic problems plaguing the SF Police Department for the last 40 years - if not more.
The Blue Panel addresses the many cases involving Police Shootings - shooting first and asking question later.
The cases pending before the District Attorney Office - headed by George Gascon - and of course the United States Department of Justice.
The Department of Justice - failing to send the team on Racial Justice and Civil Rights - that matters.
Opting to send the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) - a research entity - that creates lengthy documents - and has NO clout what so ever to enforce - now, more than ever - dead and gone. Deprived of all funding by United States Attorney General - Sessions.
The Blue Panel discussed in detail the lack of accountability and transparency - between many City Departments - the worst office - the Mayor Office - situated in Room 200 - at City Hall. The Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who should be ashamed of himself - and the lackeys - who support him - have BLOOD on their hands.
The Grand Jury too - passed judgement on the SF Police Department and the Mayor's Office. To date the Mayor Office has NOT taken notice of the many astute recommendations - by the Blue Ribbon Panel and the Grand Jury too.
Less of the many suggestions offered to improve the situation when it comes to crime, the behavior of the few well known and marked " rogue police officers " - who disgrace the entire SF Police Department - by their sordid - behavior.
The question remains does it matter now and what clout do the many recommendations by COPS have ?
Now that that research entity - has been deactivated by the United State Department of the Justice?
Are the many recommendations thrown to the wind - or better still - will they land in the waste paper basket?
Today crime on the streets of San Francisco - is on the increase - and a few changes -the SF Police Officers wearing body cameras - the SF Police Officers receiving CIT training.

Again and again we are plagued by SF Police Officers - shooting first and asking questions later.
While the above mentioned training is helping some - not much has changed - because the SF Police Officers - still can say subjectively their life was in danger - and that they had no option by shoot to kill. Time will tell.
San Franicsco rallied on my levels - and today the group pushing for reform - who infiltrated the MOVEMENT - are mostly those that have a " hidden agenda " .
One White woman now has become an expert on - " cultural competency " and " implicit bias " - difficult for a White person - to put his or her shoes in those that people of color wear.
The Main Media has not been on the forefront - except to print articles - that are one sided - by mostly Whites that will never get it - and most of them infiltrate - to gather information to tarnish the movement.
Less said - there are a few of us - who cannot be bought - that are monitoring the situation at hand - here in San Francisco and some major cities.
It is important to note the Police Department nationwide - has its roots as " slave catchers " .
Who as you can assume were " racists whites " - that history closely aligns with what happened in San Francisco's early history where the strangers came for gold.
During that early history in the early 1770's - the " vigilantes " - who killed and maimed - the early City Hall - was mostly - in a pandemonium.
No one is paying attention to the " very long periods " the SF Police Department was in " receivership " - now called Federal Oversight.

The City under Mayor Edwin M Lee has failed us all.
The Mayor Office and the City Administrator's Office have failed us all.

San Franciscans are astute and stellar - many holding degrees - they understand the issues - more with empirical data.
San Franciscans and others are fed up of the congestion, the very high rents, the saturation of corruption at City Hall, the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee wheeling and dealing in Room 200 - it smells of Sulphur.
The SF Board of Supervisors wasting their time on mundane issues - receiving our taxes - taking more and giving us less.
Our streets filthy - and so are our neighborhoods.
Our unique neighborhoods make our City now slowly deterring - things getting out of hand - shame on Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his lackeys.
Our street filthy - catering to large corporations like Twitter, Google, SalesForce and other Corporation - all practice GREED - and the time has come to wake up - and do right.
Quality of Life in San Francisco - has hit bottom - and decent San Franciscans - are fed up. It is now or never.
Only those can do right - who have their heart in the right place. Aho.
