and from this one event - horrific as it is -
good will come - it is already happening -
those that are guilty are covering their tracks.
The death of Emeere Jackson - has stunned the decent constituents - from Bayview Hunters Point community.
Emeere Jackson was killed - right by his home - on Ingalls and Quesda Street - not public housing - but by his home - the cowardly " thugs " - that know no better - riddled his body with 28 bullets.
The culprits will be hunted down and brought to justice. Make no bones about this fact.
All this happened in bright day light - around 3:25 pm - on Saturday, November 4. 2017.
The Mayor Edwin M. Lee owns the Interrupt, Predict, and Organize (IPO) program - now we learn - most of the directives come from the SF Probation Office.
More - with little or NO input from Diana Oliva - Aroche - who loves the title of Director of the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention Service founded in 2012 - but is inept, shallow, and have no clue - what is happening on ground zero.
Diana Oliva - Aroche represents the Mayor - and has failed him - always pussyfooting around - failing to do her duty - and whispering sweet nothings - in the ear of the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee.
Someone must sit this stupid woman - and counsel her - under her leadership two Black men - have been killed - she loves talking the talk - and failing to represent - more take responsibility - has NO sense of sound duty - fails to discern - and is as stupid - as they come.
While many SF City Departments are participating in this program - the IPO program - and some private entities too.
None of the SF City Department and private entities - when questioned - want to hear about the two killings - linked to the IPO program - more - the recent killing and shooting Amir Jackson - riddled by 28 bullets - right by his home.
The program is outsourced to a Non-Profit - who does not have direct communication with the Probation Department - who calls the shots - using smoke signals.
Now to avoid the confusion the Probation Office has created - the youth and young adults will be ordered - to work by Ocean Beach - using shovel - to pile sand.
The youth and young adults - will be ordered using shovels - to shovel - filthy sewer trenches - more - to cover the misdeeds of those that failed the youth and young adults.
Punish the youth - place them in far off places - where they cannot get to stores and some food and drinks - now, that the world known - how sordid and ugly the IPO program - controlled by Diana Oliva - Aroche has - no accountability, less transparency.
Diana Oliva - Aroche has NO empathy, less compassion - and can be compared the Salvadorean gangs the worst - among the worse.
Diana Oliva - Aroche is busy pandering with SalesForce - the many private organizations - pussyfooting asking for favors that she controls and misuses.
IPO vehicles once registered and now NOT registered - the vehicle are parked at 5 Thomas Mellon - and I had to intercede not to tow the vehicles - and was shocked at the nonchalant behavior of those that should know better - but put the innocent workers in harms - way.
IPO workers who have worked hard - have not been given the benefits they deserve - lazy folks working and failing to give those working hard benefits - and so on and so forth. I am not generalizing - but for sure can say such things must NOT be tolerated.
When the killing took place - there was NOT one single Point of Contact - to take charge of the situation.
Calls were made to some entities and people - as a last resort - and none had a answer - all of them - caught in a bind.
The IPO programs is a program - with an expandable budget of over $ 30 million - with direct and indirect expenses - including operations - much of which needs to be desired - especially the registering of vehicles - one blue van that was registered - was stolen and found totaled in Oakland - how did this happen? Who is responsible?
Many years ago - I took charge - and fixed the White Van - with wipers and a side mirror that needed replacement. I did this so that those using the van - could be safe. Once there were two trucks - now there is only one.
The vehicles of the IPO program are parked for free at 5 Thomas Mellon in the Parking lot - and I vouch for them. That is why I know so much - much more than those that should know - but are lazy - fail to do due diligence - and take their responsibilities slightly - wake up and see the light.
The youth and young adults - were first told that Sunday, November 5 and Monday, November 6, 2017 - would be declared days of grieving - then suddenly Monday morning - the grieving youth and young adults - were ordered to work.
The reason given - someone wanted to see - how the youth and young adults would fare - such reasons are a far stretch from being reasonable - less when there is no empathy and for sure - compassion.
The above behavior and action - is totally uncalled for - and shows that those responsible for this one singular action - need some counseling.
More - those involved need to know the various steps of healing. Shock, anger, taking the blame, and after some time - the healing process - begins. All this and more - takes time - and God sees it all - not frail women and men - who have no maturity and come out with senseless orders - that make NO sense.
Treat the youth and young adults from the Bayview Hunters Point with respect - this is the clarion call - we will take action - and surprise you dumb bats - that know little if nothing at all.
We must learn that human beings are not machines. Some one in the Chain of Command are NOT only ignorant but very arrogant.
So how does the Mayor Edwin M. Lee who owns this program and Diana Oliva - Aroche - have to do with the many things that went wrong?
Who is the main Point of Contact (POC) at the Mayor Office - if it is Diana Oliva - Aroche - her ass needs to be fired.
If the SF Probation Office is involved - we the citizens want to know - how did this happen - and what repercussions does they involvement of SF Probation Officers - have on the youth and young adults?
Diana Oliva - Aroche is never at her desk - she spends more time at the Hall of Justice - consulting God alone knows whom.
Now, she has handed over her responsibility to the SF Probation Department - that has a dubious record - and disdain from the youth that go through the Probation process.
Stop treating our youth and young adults like chattel - that is what the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee who will leave office soon - is famous for.
He talks the talk but cannot walk the walk.
In this case the buck stops at the desk - of the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee.
His side kick Diana Oliva - Aroche has been exposed totally - for her lack of capacity building, lack of leadership, poor comprehension, and her known pandering - and kissing ass.
The new Police Captain Ford - from the Bayview Hunters Point Station - has failed at every level - and because of my article that has been read by thousands - I now see an increase of SF Law Enforcement patrolling - it is too late.
An emergency must be declared - and the U.S. National Guard called in - the Governor Jerry Brown - who visited Hunters Point - and thinks all is well - with new housing on contaminated ground - is sadly mistaken.
More people will be killed - when they occupy the new proposed housing units - at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point - because those that really need housing - and from the neighborhood - and being - G E N T R I F I E D .
They will NOT go quietly - they will do what they have to do.
Yesterday I visited City Hall - and most of those - head of departments - I contacted are nonchalant .
None what to assume responsibility - they do want to be - when some ribbon cutting is done - sharing the " podium " - with the corrupt Mayor who is a known wheeler and dealer - corrupt to the core.
Some one has BLOOD on their hands - the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee for sure - Diana Oliva - Aroche for sure - but there are more entities - those that take money - to serve the youth and young adults - and use it for other things - that have nothing to do with the IPO Program - any holistic and more progressive.
The youth and young adults - do hard work - work in areas that are filthy - many a time - sites loaded with feces - and no one seems to care.
Saturday, November 4, 2017 by 22nd and Carolina - an area where most Whites live - the resident could have done better and clean up that stretch of land - full of weeds and other rubbish - themselves.
This is the last site Emeere Jackson visited - before coming home.
The youth and young adults removed weeds and cleaned - the site by the winding road - leading to Public Housing - where some " thugs " - got full wind of the youth and young adults - from another " turf " - followed Emeere Jackson - to his home.
The " thugs " did what they do best - act like cowards. 28 bullets riddled the body of Emeere Jackson - and it will take months - before justice is done.
In the meantime the SF Police Department - is reacting to the crime - and doing a very poor job - as they normally do.
They put more time pushing for tasers - which they should use on themselves - to wake up - to the reality of the day.
If you are a SF Police Officer - are healthy and physically fit - you do not even need to use your gun - but you have a gun - and now you want a taser ?
If you as a SF Police Officer never have that body camera on - and you shoot first and ask question later - nothing much will change.
More - as long as we so many obese SF Police Officers - who should run round the block several times to lose weight.
Very few take classes to learn more - and very few understand - what is " cultural competency " .
Forget about pondering what is that evil " implicit bias" that is in the DNA of many SF Police Office not all but many - if that implicit bias " triggers" - the POPOS - many of them - take the short cut - quickly get - " trigger happy.
No one has attended more meetings on this subject of " policing " - and all the actions connected with " policing " then I have - in the last 35 years and more written articles - for all the world to see and read and note.
The SF Police Department knows this - more those that count and matter - the last 12 SF Police Chiefs for sure.
The last 8 SF Mayors for sure - and more experts - who have agreed with my statements and comments.
San Francisco in recent months - has reached saturation point - and is on par of the worse Cities in the Nation - where shootings and killings are common.
Here is San Francisco - it is the poor neighborhoods that suffer - more because they get no opportunities.
Those pondering to run for Supervisor of District 10 - the likes of Shamann Walton has NOT said a word.
Malia Cohen the current Supervisor - a political whore - has not said a word about Emeere Jackson. Why would she - the grinning " lemur ".
The Mayor Edwin M. Lee for all his talk - has not said a word - on the killing of Emeere Jackson. He is a lap dog - who will not leave a legacy. Good riddance of very bad rubbish.
Nor has Diana Oliva - Aroche - a despicable - panderer - who runs to the bank with her pay check - the $175, 000 we pay her - our tax payers money - selling out the community.
Shame on you - and the Mayor's Office of Violence and Prevention Services - founded in 2012 - it has done more harm than good - because no one has audit this Office of Violence and Prevention Service - and the over $ 30 million is expends - out sourcing - with less accountability and transparency.
We the citizens of San Francisco - need a hearing on this killing - let us lay it bare - have a detail accounting of what Diana Oliva - Aroche does with all the founding.
The deals she makes - thinking - she can fool - all the people all the time. Aho
