Shanell Williams - President of SF City Board we need
youth and young adults like her to set the tone -
bring about drastic changes -
the time in now - and those corrupt -
taking advantage of those - more our youth - who need help most -
must be brought to book - now.
It is simply pathetic - for so many entities in San Francisco - and more some " corrupt and crooked non-profits " - who prey on youth and young adults - using them to do menial work - many a time putting them in harms way - and compensating them with bread crumbs.
The above nonsense must stop. And those authorities that are NOT doing their duty - have to check into the circumstance - more leading to killing and shooting.
Where is Ben Rosenfield the City Controller on this issue - and more the killings and shooting connected with such programs - and put our youth in harms way?
Paying them minimum wage - while receiving millions in dollars - from the Federal and State - keeping most for themselves - with very high administrative fees - begging the question. Where is the justice - and for how long - can this nonsense go on.
More, paying higher wages and benefits - to those that manage these " sordid agencies and more non-profits " that have absolutely - no transparency and accountability.
How can anyone stand the entire day - at a " Pit Stop " - and monitor people going in and out - to defecate and relieve themselves -bearing the stench and all that comes with it.
Yet the agency and those non-profits that are part of such programs - expect - the youth and young adults - adults who were once incarcerated - to better themselves - surrounded by such environs ? Who is fooling whom?
The Mayor, the SF Board of Supervisors, those that head the non-profits must stand for just one hour - and report to us - how their egos are elevated - and more when the wages are not on par - our youth need decent wages - do it right or get out of the way.
Stop modern day slavery - more people of color - doing the bidding of some evil Whites - who love to demean, and throw bread crumbs to those that need sufficient - to train and create career jobs.
Some minimum wages - while those in charge get 80 times more - the salary paid to those slaving - the fat cats doing administrative work - and laughing all the way to the bank.
Having NO empathy and less remorse. Shame on you all - that can do better - but have create a cesspool - the more "evil " you do - the more you will sink in the cesspool - of your own making.
Paying minimum wage - to the youth and young adults - with no " sound benefits " - and yet these scum bags - who head such organizations the likes of Girls 2000 and others - think they are doing gods work - they all worship mammon and are an anathema - a disgrace to the human race.
Young Community Developers - others too many to name - and most connected to the Mayor's Office of Prevention Services - with an " evil person " like Diana Oliva - Aroche - pandering and pussyfooting - making a salary of over $200, 000 plus benefits - and failing to represent San Franciscans - and decent tax payers.
The case managers who manage the employees connected with the IPO program, some from Young Community Developers - the other case managers from the Mission and other place connection to the IPO youth.
These case managers - have failed to make the right assessments - more, there is no empirical - linked to the evaluation of the case managers.
Not one single assessment document which covers all the cases - and a report - how the youth are doing year after year.
The various case managers - who alway cry wolf - they want more money - but have failed to do their jobs - and this is the truth.
On the National level one tenth of one percent - control ninety five percent of the Nation's wealth - are filthy rich.
They large corporation use outsourcing - but as the City and County of San Francisco does.
Other do the jobs for less - much as Corporation use our jails - to employ those incarcerated - paying them pennies - and raking millions.
Nancy Pelosi is adored by those
organizations who she helps -
only the crooks and corrupt get Federal Funding -
more during the Obama Administration.
The filthy rich control the two parties - those at the top of both the Democrats and the Republicans - milk the system - close to home Congressperson Nancy Pelosi and the other hag - Senator Feinstein - who has been a Senator since 1992.
Time for Feinstein - to step down and fade into oblivion.
Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi - has for decades - worked with non-profits in San Francisco - using her connection to move millions to the non-profits - who fill her campaign coffers - milking the government, the tax payers - and using the system - to satisfy her own needs. To hell with the citizens of America and less the Bay Area.
Now - that the Republicans are going to make some drastic changes to our aged and dysfunctional " tax system " - Nancy keeps shedding tears - she has made millions. She lives in Napa County - while pretending to serve San Francisco.
The time has come - for Nancy Pelosi - to go East - to the fiefdom of the Mafia - which are her " origins " - few know this but that is a fact.
Making over $200, 000 in salary and more benefits -
having done to show - in terms of leadership
and representation - she has failed - and has to go.
The SF District Attorney's Office, the Human Services Agency, the Juvenile Probation Department, the SF Office of Economic and Workforce Development, the SF Office of the Public Defender, the SF Public Utilities Commission.
The Recreation and Parks Department, the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, the San Francisco Police Department, the San Francisco Public Library - decide to work with the corrupt and dysfunctional - Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention Services and its very inept, shallow, and lack leadership -Director Diana Oliva Aroche - there is only one word that comes to mind - and that is " convoluted "
Every summer out comes the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - promising " summer jobs " - the private sector and those I have mentioned about that received millions of dollars - from the State and Federal government - keep most of the money - for administrative purposes - and dole out a little to the so called drab - " Summer Program ".
The students are hoodwinked - no sound training leading to career jobs - more, giving interns stipends - that last as long as the Summer Holidays last - and then sets the realty check.
The youth go back to school - with little or no benefit - and no sound training - that leads to Career Jobs.
Those that truly think back to the Summer Program - have nothing to do with the " Summer Jobs " again - once beaten twice shy.

The youth have described to me - how they are treated - and what they say is not - " pretty ". This Mayor,Edwin M. Lee is playing with fire.
San Francisco has more dogs than youth - and there in lies the " crux " of the problem.
Dogs are treated better in San Francisco - than our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors, those that need help most the mentally and physically challenged. Go Figure.
These folks take pride -
taking the few things the poor have -
and putting them in a situation - desperation.
The City and County has sufficient money to fund the " Summer Jobs " - but they pretend they have little - even though our budget is more than $10 billion - and San Francisco is the only City booming - known for its congestion - and poorly built skyscrapers.
You would think our youth would be trained as engineers, architects, landscape architects, construction managers, construction estimates, accountants, auditors, computer engineers, electrical engineers, elevator mechanics - jobs that provide good salaries and benefits. That is NOT the case.
The mundane training provided by programs that deal with Violence Prevention - provide few skills that better the person.
It is abhorrent to hear and some managers who manage the programs - who are very mean to the youth.
These managers and supervisors - must be made to take mandatory " ethics workshop " - and more be told that to harass the youth - is against the law.
Many are worked like slaves and that is wrong.
And if you really want to know - how many in these programs join such program - less than one half of a percent of the population of youth and young adults in San Francisco.
That is why the Probation Department is looked upon as the source to provide candidates for these programs - having failed themselves in the jails and even those places - where once youth adult camps were created - to give those in rehabilitation a chance - now, it is all about making money - on the backs of the youth and young adults.
Even the adults such as employed by Girls 2000 - stand for hours on end - monitoring those who use the " pit stops " - who go in and out of the " Pit Stops " - after relieving themselves.
Add to that you have these " pit stops " having and equipped with depositories - where " used needles" can be deposited.
Also " dog pooh receptacles " and one can also take more so bags - provided for free - to deposit more - elsewhere.
How demeaning can these managers be - who are seen having breakfast at Tiffany on San Bruno and other places - while the youth, young adults, former incarcerated adults - find it difficult to make a living - have no money in their pockets - past the second week of the month - after receiving their salary.
The youth and young adults mostly - who are forced to take such jobs - are not given opportunities - by the City and County of San Francisco.
CityBuild has a new Director Josuha Arce - who will be receiving $1 million from Forest City - who are building some housing units - on very contaminated ground at Pier 70.
The former PGE power plants now deactivated -
leaving over one million tons of coal-tar -
that no one wants to talk about - such are the
nefarious actions - who call themselves politicians -
one of them - a political whore - Malia Cohen.
No mention of 1 million tons of coal tar that has not been abated - at Pier 70. The power plants since closed at Pier 70 - used coal - the power plants changed to gas - fossil fuel - the coal sat in large concrete bunkers and over the years - became toxic coal tar.
It will cost over $800 million to abate this issue - not a whimper from those that purport to know about Environmental issues.
Two large tracts of land - where ammonia spills - contaminated the once pristine " watershed" - no mention about the above two facts.
The conceptual plans - show large areas of green open space - with mostly white women in bikinis sun bathing - and a smattering of people of color - here and there.
Yet today some people of color - pandering to the very corrupt - one of them - the political whore - Malia Cohen - who will soon be termed out - good riddance of bad rubbish.
Malia Cohen is the District 10 Supervisor - who has done little for District 10 - and as she leaves - many Blacks in District 10 are suffering - from diseases, lacking of housing.
In many hot spots - all over Bayview Hunters Point - which is her District - District 10 - over 40 % - unemployment.
Not to mention killings and shootings - one of them that was killed recently by some cowards - Emeere Jackson. May his soul rest in peace.
This on going bluffing game - ploys, machination, and shenanigans - enticing some to take " summer jobs " - mostly poor youth.
Talking of building 30, 000 homes - on mostly land contaminated - prone to liquefaction and flooding - places where the City Administrator Naomi Kelly and her husband Harlan Kelly would not live.
Nor would Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who makes $400, 000 plus benefits - for sure not the City Attorney Dennis Herrera, Diana Oliva - Aroche - who makes in access of $200, 00 who lives in Oakland.
As do the many other lower and upper management who work at City Hall - who make big bucks - who do not represent San Franciscans - and live outside San Francisco.
Our economy is up side down - take for example Google and Face book - they now control over 80 percent of the media accounts - earning billions of dollars - the rest of the media industry - try to survive - vying for the meagre - 20 percent pie.
Yet this City panders to Google - we have chronic congestion - yet the City permits Google Buses to park in the MUNI bus zones - conduct other nefarious activities - and we tax payers - have to watch this circus - day in and day out.
The SF Police Commission is a JOKE - so is the Office of Citizens Complaints - the crime is up - and more the many house break-ins, car break-ins, assaults, shooting and killings - more in SF District 5 and 10. Who is kidding whom?
When we follow the money - the youth and young adults - are taken for a spin - and the youth and young adults - who cannot understand many of the pressing issues - do not have the ability to discern and more to use " empirical data " to make their case.
The education imparted in our schools and colleges is pathetic.
Hopefully now with some break given to the student of City College - some good will come - from this new change and fresh air - with Shane Williams - who should be the SF City College Board President - having got the highest votes in the last elections.
Others who are on SF City College Board - many young and talented - change things for the good of the youth and young adults.
They say we have a new Chancellor at SF City College - who will help the students - about time.
We have too many crooks heads of City Department - corrupt to the core - who smile on your face and stab you in the back.
Not a single meeting has been held with the heads of City Departments - coming up with a Blue Print - to provide our youth and young adults - with " career jobs ". Not once have these idiots met - and yer they talk a lot most of them that I meet.
They have no heart - the talk the talk and fail to walk the walk.
These vermin must be put on notice - but unfortunately they continue to hoodwink the youth.
Especially the youth - the ones that cannot think for themselves - like the interns who pander to Young Community Developers and are sponsored by SF Public Utilities Commission. Making stupid statement instead of focusing on their training - and completing their education.

These youth - so called Intern - that meet one a month or so - with the mentors from Young Community Developers - as I said - instead of focusing on their education and training - come before the community - talking about tearing down 1800 Oakdale - the Southeast Community Facility Building - and building housing for Teachers - that is NOT their call.
Their duty is to learn and graduate - and get career jobs - some of them cannot even express themselves - more on matters that matter - with" empirical data " - pertaining to the Sewer System Improvement Project.
Few know about the progress made on the Digestors - they have no clue about the increased energy it will take to operate the Disgestors - costing SF Public Utilities Commission so much - that it will a liability to run the Digestors.
A proprietary model - of some Scandinavian country - they could have incorporated a model - that Los
Angeles has - but the SFPUC and its managers - wanted to be smart - not know they are dumb than dumb.
So much for the SF Public Utilities Commission and corrupt folks like Juliet Ellis - who is still hovering around - filling the pockets of those that pander to her. Time will tell.
