There has been a " hush " as to why in the last three weeks there has been a drastic increase in " killings and shootings " - on the Third Street - corridor in San Francisco ?
Where is the local District 10 Supervisor Malia Cohen on the many incidents that she has no clue about - linked to Quality of Life issues - putting hundreds of innocent people - in harms way?
In the midst of the hustle and bustle - the people want to know - the candidates who are propping to run for the District 10 Supervisorial seat - they will be left vacant soon.
Shaman Walton has failed as the President of the
San Francisco Unified School District -
how can be possibly run for District 10 - having no clue -
about the serious issues at hand - and less
uneducated on issues Planning, Land Use, Infrastructure,
Safety, Transportation, Health, and a lack of leadership -
Good leader show the way, know the way and go the way.
What do these newbies - who have NO experience - less educated on issues - what have they to offer linked to their respective platforms - more to address the increased in crime in the Bayview Hunters Point and other Quality of Life issues ?
Recently there has been a change at the Bayview Police Station - the old Captain is no more and in his stead is a Captain - that now has a challenge - the situation at hand.
He has to address the question of " Trust " the many infringements by those that must first protect - but still continue intimidating and think the Bayview Hunters Point - is some war zone. Para-military tactics - will fail - it just keeps the constituents and tax payers at bay.
The new Captain has his work cut out for him - and must surround himself with decent people - more SF Police Officer who have their heart in the right place.
The new Captain must curtail the present - pandemonium - reigning all over the Bayview Hunters Point.
More by working with the community - having a dialogue not a monologue - and encouraging - " community policing ".

With the influx of homes - entire blocks sold to the Chinese - it is amazing how these " vultures " - will come in - laden with money - stacked in suitcases - illegal wealth from - " shadow banks ".
Grab land - any Real Estate - anything that is in their sight.
The Real Estate is then " flipped " - using the usual method - do some minor repairs - mostly using " Chinese contractors " - who rehab the units - without permits - and the San Francisco Building Inspection Department - fast asleep in the cockpit.
The two segments of the population most to suffer are the Polynesian and the Blacks - who for the most - have no idea - what the City and County has in place - to benefit them. Most have been treated with disdain - and offered few opportunities.
At this late date - some segments of the population at promised grants - after too much damage has been done. Divisiveness now reigns after once there was unity - within the tight community - each other killing and gunning - never seen before - and in large numbers. God is watching - the devil at work - and more in Room 200 at City Hall.
Those segments of the population be they Polynesians, Black, Latinos - others - hear rumors of " legacy plans to uplift the "Bayview population ".
The legacy funds - are controlled by those that are nefarious - known crooks who the community do not trust.
It does not help that the City and County of San Francisco - has put trust in Lennar Urban - aka 5 Points Holdings LLP - the same snake - with a different head.
Lennar Urban poisoned our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors - those with compromised health - more our physically and mentally challenge - with intent.
Lennar Urban is a rogue developer - that must NOT be trusted - ever.
It does not help that Forest City wants to develop Pier 70 - not a whimper of the over 1 million tons of liquid tar - that lies on the site at Pier 70.
Two large sites - contaminated with Ammonia Spills - who is fooling whom.
Forest City has failed all over the City - more in the South of Market Area (SOMA) - they bribe and buy influence.
The main factor to note - is Quality of Life issues - and an " infill site all of it " - that is Pier 70 - prone to severe liquefaction and flooding.
It was severely damaged during the 1989 Earthquake - for those of us that know something - and are watching these crooks - like a hawk.
Conceptual plans - homes built on contaminated ground -
more prone to liquefaction and severe flooding.
It is the same with those who have moved to the brand new housing by Alice Griffith housing - brand new housing built on contaminated ground.
What is it that the City and County of San Francisco - does NOT comprehend?
STOP placing people on contaminated ground - STOP building homes on land comparable to Chernobyl! STOP killing people - slowly - the people must wake up and find out what they are dealing with.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee is a lap dog mayor - who must step down and fade into oblivion.
He has failed when it comes to our Safety - he has failed with congestion on our roads. Slowly our people are dying.
More those sleeping on our streets - seniors sleeping in tents on our street - and daily slowly - dying. Someone has BLOOD on their hands.
Now our streets - by our homes have back to back traffic - our highway congested - more than they have been ever before.
Affordable housing is a JOKE - people have been looking for a one and two room bed room - housing - only to find nothing available that they can afford.
Forcing thousands to leave San Francisco - to seek cheaper housing further away - never, ever to return to San Francisco.
Again San Francisco is about our neighborhoods - most of them once " treasured " - now are becoming bland - as bland as cardboard.
What do the SF Board of Supervisors - what does our Mayor Edwin M. Lee think of this important fact - nothing.
These San Francisco politicians - all of them - are patting each others behinds - wheeling and dealing - and doing as they please.
Failing to represent the people - the tax payers that pay their salaries.
None of them have kept the rosy platforms they promised.
Now these representatives throw some stale bread crumbs - in the way of the tax payers - some drab stuff and does not mean much - they talk the talk but they fail to walk the walk.
Time will tell.
In the interim - Quality of Life issues - linked to Education, Health, Transportation, Safety, Childcare, Nutrition, Pollution and Contamination - has reached saturation point.
Who is in charge of the situation at hand? No one.
Who is truly represent their constituents ? No one .
So why should you vote for these scumbags ?
Hold their feet to the fire.
Tell them while you are alive and kicking - who pay their salaries.
These scumbags - have failed us all - I mean all of them - SF Board of Supervisors and more Mayor Edwin M. Lee.
