San Francisco is a very Racist City - make NO bones about it.

It is fun when you enter a room of mostly White people - and see those around you squirm - more, when they see a person of color -  a person who can stand his ground and teach them a thing or two.

Most White folks are not racist - many are - and those that really lead the "blatant racism chorus" are the Zionists. Stick with the word "Zionist" - to be politically correct - even though other words describe the scourge of many Nations - correctly.

Once despised by many Nations - these vermin have placed themselves in high places - they will smile on your face - and stab you in the back - again and again.

Ten thousand years plus this area we call the Bay Area belonged to the Ohlone - it still does - the bastard thieves stole it from the Native Americans - who I like to call the First People.

When it comes to history the Racist Whites - many whom I encounter - who think no end to themselves.

So drunk with greed and avarice -  all they care is about money - developing, cheating, bluffing and screwing up; those they prey on - what little we have - "pristine" - in the Bay Area and San Francisco - they want to control and destroy.

In just less then 300 years - what was kept pristine for thousands of years - they have destroyed. The Ohlone were here for more than 10,000 years - we have carbon dated - empirical data on this very fact.

It does not help that some Chinese - always known for  living within their means - misers or stingy - saving every penny - trying their best to survive and they have - for centuries.

China Town was once despised - now, most every tourist likes to go there - more for curiosity sake - and that bares well who want to test the grounds and see things for themselves.

Whites is San Francisco - wanted to burn China Town many times - other forces mostly the U.S. Army stepped in and offered - solutions. History has recorded such facts - but, not in a manner - to enlighten the minds of every constituent in San Francisco.

Today - opportunities once denied the Chinese - American Chinese or otherwise - have permitted the Chinese to hold some high posts. The result power has gone to their head.

You see plain and clear - they lack the etiquette, they find themselves; slow to accommodate at western dinners and some functions - where someone may ask them - out of the blue - "have you eaten snake meat?" - or spew some diatribe that can be insulting - but most Chinese remain cool under fire - and I have seen this again and again.

Of course  some one may say; quickly - who has some long forgotten roots - in China of yore -  many may be second, third, or even fourth generation - Chinese - who now are deep into fast food and less into any noodles and stuff like that. By pass and ignore remarks that are demeaning.

Chinese from Mainland China, Chinese from Taiwan, from Peru, from Burma, and from places that most do not know - but we have them here in San Francisco.

Then you have Chinese from Vietnam, Malaysia, and a host of other countries - where they escaped to settle - and are now here in America as immigrants - to make money.

Many refugees who went through horror to survive - the boat people - but now money and good living has them thinking otherwise - power has gone to their - head.

Instead of contributing to the American legacy - bringing it down to the standards of those in China and other despicable Nations - those nations that are dictatorial and treat their citizens with utter disdain - there must be another - route.

Of course one must be politically correct - but, not when we are invaded with folks with a screwed up mentality, selfish to the core and more inclined like the Zionists to have all to themselves. More they have no clue about etiquette, less manners, less fortitude - and will sell their mothers for a nickel.

The Chinese could try to help the First People - but in recent years they have joined the Racist Whites - is their quest to make big money - quickly.

The result is that soon - when the economy takes a "right about turn" - they will will their partners in crime - learn first hand about etiquette. fair play, decency, compassion - failing to respect the First People - the culture linked to the Great Spirit, the land on which these "strangers" make their abode - it should NOT all be - about blatant greed. avarice, jealousy, and corruption. But it is and very sadly - so.

The Chinese are everywhere - and recent studies reveal - that billions of dollars have been stolen - in cyber thefts - and many of them 'moles" - placed right here in San Francisco - aiding the Mainland Chinese - in these dubious activities.

Many of them at City Hall - they will be uneasy - but let me make it very clear to them - you are being watched.

The Chinese - Mainland Chinese - will always have some convoluted connection with those they have left behind - we saw this again and again - when I was in the Army; in my many travels all over the world - and now very clearly - in the many wheeling and dealings - that has adversely impacted our Nation.

I have tried my best to maintain my respect and relations with key Chinese leaders in San Francisco.

Helping thousands of Chinese immigrants all these many years. In recent years the blatant corruption among the Chinese leaders - knows no bounds.

They have recently learned to vote - but, for all the wrong reasons. Good politicians serve and represent - not steal, further corruption, and bring disgrace to our universally, respected - constitution.

At the few chosen events I attend - the Chinese leaders will come to my table - and state - " you always speak the truth" - " you fight for the people ".

Yes I do - but, that that does come easy - and one has always to be ready and watch for the vultures - the worst being - the Zionists.

Our government of "we the people" is a far cry from the government of China - where the rascals will harvest human organs from dissenters - take you somewhere torture and kill you - for speaking your mind - more taking on - the Chinese corrupt inhumane government.

We see elements of this in our City Hall with the President of the Board - David Chiu. He has been warned many times - but, he continues to act - dictatorial. Depriving constituents from the three minute minimum speaking - and giving you two. Soon it will  be one and then  - none.

We in San Francisco must be leery of the junkets - politicians from San Francisco and more from City Hall - take to China - China will fall - and when that spiraling fall takes place - hell will break loose in China. 

The Chinese have been on a rampage to steal international proprietary property breaking all international rules, make money, produce for the sake of producing, using cheap slave labor and adversely impact the environment.

Filthy practices like scooping cooking grease from gutters - that is recycled and used for cooking - all over China. 

Filthy condition in the manufacturing of cat and dog food - laden with lead and other harmful elements.

The Chinese love producing cheap and inferior products - that we  in American permit to be imported - where once we prided ourselves - to produce quality products - at home.

Our American colleges and university have opened their doors to many - and the Chinese have come and made full use of our system. Gone home to China to foster - piracy.

In the bargain - because of outsourcing - and other despicable practices in our industry and industrial growth - our Nation's leaders and corrupt businesses - have destroyed our economy and our middle class.

Used derivatives, hedge funds, sub-prime loans, and today other fancy despicable trading practices - to destroy pensions, saving, the once respect 401 K savings. The Chinese in particular pride in these shenanigans and must not be - trusted.

In our colleges and universities we see an increase of Asians including Chinese and Indians from India - making the grades - topping the grades in the many classes - mostly in Science and Mathematics.

American students lag behind - and now it is common to take things for granted - and things are changing in the political realm - more with the Zionists in control.

Those making the grades - joining the ranks - being used as fodder - to perpetuate the evil plans of the Zionists - be it in Huge Development, Research and Development in the many fields - engineering, medicine, logistics, military weapons, marketing and so on.

Corrupt forces with ulterior motives - developing, policies, and the gradual elimination of the Middle Class - in America.

You must know to read and connect the dots - but if cannot - these bastard, corrupt - politicians - we take you for a ride.

Right now those you see in power at City Hall - behind close doors are making all the devious, corrupt, ploys and machinations of the worst order.

Pier 70 is contaminated but Big Developers care less - they will cap the millions of tons of coal tar, the two very toxic hot spots - linked to an Ammonia spill, lead, mercury, fuel spills and more - from the World War II industrial activities - Forest City or whatever their name - could not care less - they are a thousand times worse than Lennar - the Rogue Developer - that is going - nowhere.

The laughing jackass Malia Cohen could not care less - she will sell her soul for a poorly cooked stale chicken wing - and some stale greens.

Parcel A on the Shipyard is contaminated - and the Chinese Development Bank - has heard the first salvo - and I am glad the Federal Bureau of Investigation is monitoring them.

On the National level we must rid any Zionist who sits on the Intelligence Committee - pretending to love America and selling our secrets to Israel. You all know the hag I am referring to and there is more.

We must stop selling any or our American researched and developed military software or hardware to Israel - and the billions we give them - must be spent at home.

THE CAMERAS ON HALF OUR MUNI BUSES DO NOT WORK - SOMEONE IN CHARGE MUST BEAR FULL LIABILITY.

San Franciscans are astute - yet again and again - we are LIED to. Does it come as a surprise to those that pay our City employees and those in charge -  who must  conduct themselves having standards - protect our constituents - abide by strict standards - linked to health and safety - FAIL.

Well, for the longest time ever - we all have been taken for a wild ride. A wild goose ride.

Those of us riding MUNI - now have empirical data - that half our MUNI buses - do NOT have cameras that work.

MUNI employees who are decent and have a conscience have complained - but there has been no urgent response to do anything.

A couple of employees and a contractor have taken the matter to the Ethics Commission - there has been NO response - to take the culprits jeopardizing our safety - each and every day - to task.

Mayor Ed Lee knows about this but has been asleep at the wheel.
He is having fun with TWITTER and busy looking at the 26 Giant Cranes - that are hovering our City. We want more people to live in our City.

We want them to use Public Transportation - being as the idiots say a Transit First City - but the fact is - it is dangerous to ride our MUNI buses. They not only are not on time - but, you need to careful - each and every time - you ride MUNI.

You have some gremlins - that wear the yellow jackets - I call them the "yellow hornets" - they are always found at some CAFE having a good time. 

At some MUNI stops - at times - you will have 8 to 10 Safety Officers - checking on the passenger - fining them if they have not paid their fares.

How about fining MUNI - for accepting the money to place cameras that work - and failing to do so. Putting the lives of innocent people on the line.

Is the City and County of San Francisco - asking for trouble - are we bragging that with our $6.9 billion budget - we have DEEP - pockets? What are we saying - when for years - in some case five years - we have no cameras on our MUNI buses on some lines?

Ed Reiskin the MUNI General Manager - knows about this - but still continues to trust the scoundrel - who has been lying to the General Manager.

Enough is Enough.

The matter has been taken to the Controller - complete with empirical data and correspondence.

Again and again; it has been pointed out to those that make policies -  who are in charge of our safety on the MUNI buses - the something serious has been treated in a nonchalant manner. The safety and health of those tax payers who have been riding our MUNI system - San Francisco's failing public transportation system.

 Who is going to do something about this blatant corruption?

A young man was beaten up on a MUNI bus - and we could not do anything - why - because the cameras were not there - when we need them.

A young Chinese couple where beaten up on a MUNI bus - the Mayor knows about this - whey we tried to find out if there was a camera on the bus - there was no camera there - when there should have been one. Why did this couple have to suffer?

An elderly woman was pushed and there was no camera - to see how this senior was pushed - on purpose. Are we going to haul witness to court - whey MUNI is failing to do what it has to do.

On some lines - passengers packed like sardines - many other who have not taken a shower - riding with others - who cannot stand the stench - this is becoming a common occurrence - who is doing something about this? Health is a big concern - and our MUNI system is not addressing - cleanliness.

MUNI buses that have not been washed and clean for weeks on end. Some one must do their job - and please do not brag about being a "transit first City" - when you do not know - what you are talking about. 

One Metropolitan Transportation Agency Commissioner a White woman - was bragging about MUNI being safe - I think she lives on another planet.

This after hearing some Commander from the SF Police Department bragging about some fake statistic. Again and again - the SF Police Department has FAILED - on it statistics - an antiquated system - that is just being tweaked. 

When it comes to MUNI SAFETY and the many incidents that take place - the reporting of the incidents takes time - for the Police Office to respond takes even longer - and all in all when you want an incident report - forget about it.

People get assaulted on the MUNI bus - you call the police - they take forever. The MUNI bus stops - and the victim - who was assaulted is blamed for the delay. This happens every single day.

Rarely do you see Uniformed Police Officer from the SF Police Department on the 14 Mission line, the 9 San Bruno line, 30 Stockton line, the 38 Geary line, the 29 Sunset line, the 44 line - the 54 line - the lines that matter - where the bad guys -continue stealing, assaulting, insulting - those that cannot defend - themselves.

The reporting on incidents in pathetic - so many incidents happening on the MUNI buses - linked to assaults, violence, stealing valuables, threatening innocent and decent people has grown - by leaps and bounds - in the last five years.

Thugs and filthy folks who have not taken a shower in months - intimidate people who pay their fare - an there is no one there to take care of business.

Supervisor Scott Wiener loves to talk about MUNI - but, he has no clue - of the blatant corruption - poor service - that can be exposed complete with empirical data.

MUNI is wasting millions of dollars as it has - on its Maintenance Building closer to Third Street and Marin - projects like the Central Subway - which will come to haunt our City and County of San Francisco. A $1.7 Billion project - that started as a $600 million dollar project, moving to $900 million - now $1.7 Billion - and that is only the beginning.

However, what is of paramount importance is the health and safety of San Franciscans, our tourists, and those elderly and frail that put their lives on the line - when they ride MUNI - our failing public transportation system.

The MTA Commission has been carrying on business - as if they are some dictators - lying to the public. One or two of the Commissioners - arrogant to the core. Full it it ....

MTA Commissioners keep screwing the taxi drivers - dipping into the taxi drivers' trust funds, selling their medallions to the highest bidder, chiding the taxi drivers who work hard and need some respect.

When we asked that our youth get some support - with student fares for the poor - there was a hue and cry.

But, every single day MUNI is found wasting money, blatant corruption, Over Time given to some as if there was no tomorrow.

Willie L. Brown Jr - a former Mayor - once bragged he could put MUNI on track - in 100 days - he could not.

Even though he was a "thug Mayor" of sorts. He ended up bring the MUNI Union employees together and giving them a permanent scar - shafting them royally - creating a two tier system. 

The senior MUNI drivers get all the benefits - the ones that come on board recently - the chaff.

Remember Mayor Jordon - he took all the money that MUNI was supposed to spend replacing new buses - and bought the SF Police Department new police cars. He did that - without any thought. Deferred Maintenance and replacement of our MUNI buses on time - and created the mess - we have today.

We buy buses from entities that go out of business - some in Contracting raking in millions. Then our  MUNI Maintenance Shop - and the MACHINISTS who are never, ever mentioned - are busy making spare parts - to keep our aged MUNI buses - rolling.

MUNI has always stood out for being incompetent - when it comes to POLICY making and sound OPERATIONS.

The MUNI PLANNING Department is the worst.

We know the software to run the light rail is not compatible. That means daily - we take a chance - on accidents happening - and they have. We cannot expose MUNI - because the fools would suffer - added consequences - from external entities that do not have our better - interests.

The main point I am making - when you go to MUNI and explain - that they have a serious problem - the bastards - will not listen - they are arrogant - especially the White guy with a a ear-piece - who thinks he can do as he pleases.

A $20 million camera replacement project is going hay wire - and MUNI is scrambling for answers.

Some 1000 new MUNI buses will arrive - without a sound camera monitoring system - and time is running out. MUNI daily is dumping good money - over bad decisions - while some favored CROOK - is making money. 

The Mayor Ed Lee has known about this - but cannot do much. 

The SF Board of Supervisors could not care less.

The City Administrator is kept in the dark - she should be talking to the City Controller.

Ask him to share the information they have now - just the tip of the iceberg - and there is more - fodder - for those that can chew and ingest. 

The constituents of San Francisco - the tax payers are shafted again and again. While the scumbags go Scott Free - doing what they do best - raking in the millions and stealing and abusing the tax payers - money. Disrespecting those that must be respected. Enough is enough.

Wake up San Francisco! You really do not want some journalists to take you to the cleaners?

IT IS DEJA VU ALL OVER AGAIN - THE SELLOUTS GET OVER $800,000 FOR OUTREACH - TO CONSTITUENTS IN THE BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT.

It was deja vu all over again - the sell outs were given over $800,000 to carry out some outreach linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - by the Successor Agency to the SF Redevelopment Agency.

All this happened at City Hall in Room 416 - the folks in charge the Commission on Investment and Infrastructure - linked to to the Successor Agency to the defunct SF Redevelopment Agency.

In charge of the outreach one Willie B. Kennedy who has NOT done any meaningful outreach before - vying for this money.

Willie B. Kennedy was joined by fellow sell outs - each praising their own work - each of them - one worse than the other. Breaking all rules - each of those who testified were getting a piece of the pie.

This time around some key people were present - and the nefarious activity was duly noticed and jotted down - for future action.

Behind the scene is Lennar who is doling out this money - so that the Citizens Advisory Committee - rubber stamps - Lennar's dubious actions. At this very moment and for some months now - nothing much is happening on Parcel A - a very contaminated site.

Lennar announced some time ago that they had an agreement with China Development Bank - but after that one announcement - all has been SILENT on the Western Front.

The Chinese want to have it their way - and looking at the present state of affairs  the Chinese seem not pleased - when they are told we want their money to invest - but they will have to follow local ordinances and laws - like Local Hire, work with our Unions, and abide on the rule of the land.

When folks like Vincent Doris,  Veronica Hunnicutt ( who does not live in the community; and was removed as Dean of the Southeast Commission Facility), a representative of the A. Randolf Association who worked for Lennar and Proposition G - and interested party that should have recused herself.

Willie B. Kennedy herself - an invested person - getting the approval of the over $800,000 testifying before the Commission on Investment and Infrastructure - all decorum, ethics, standards - were thrown asunder - and the naive Commission - proposed, seconded - and in a blink of an eye - the over $800,000 was approved.

Nothing much has happened, good - with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and the fake Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) - that receives this money and cannot show a line item entry on how the money is spent.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site - and it is the job of the United States Navy to clean up the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

With a CAC such as the one we have purporting to do outreach and inform people about Hunters Point Naval Shipyard nothing good will happen. These group has failed before an they will fail again and again.

Those testify were all  sell outs - they have no standards. While testifying these good for nothing folks - bragged that they give tours of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Who is their right mind would give tours of a very contaminated site?

The CAC itself has had meetings - not knowing that the area is contaminated - more with asbestos structures - all recorded - and on many days - reaching very dangerous levels - detrimental to one's health.

The CAC purports that they issue passes to people and contractors to come into the Navy Base - when no member of the  CAC has been trained to do such work. That type of work comes under qualified Security Personnel.

This charade has been going on for years - and the pity is all the culprits are Black.

In these group of sellouts, there is not - one single Polynesian, Latino, Native American, Asian - all of them live in the Bayview Hunters Point and all have been excluded. No outreach done to them in their languages.

There was one White who has a business on the Base - and he had it before these sellouts came.

Not one member from the community - the Bayview Hunters Point beside those I mentioned who had a vested interest - testified on behalf of the crooks.

It is shocking how Lennar has divided the community - and how the community has chosen - not to do anything. Even though they have been treated so bad - for so many years - they have just given up.

The only known organization now gathering some strength is the 
Black Leadership Council of San Francisco - who has been trying to bring the community together and address some issues.
This under the leadership of Dr. Espanola Jackson.

The sell out Blacks must feel ashamed of themselves,

With intent - taking BLOOD money and thinking that all will be well.

These are the same folks - who did not say a word - when Lennar bombarded our community and harmed innocent children, our seniors, and the general population at large.

Time will tell. The Commission on Investment and Infrastructure has a fancy name and this is the extent of their fame  and very short stay. At this rate they are looking for a worst disaster - than anyone ever imagined.

The sell outs will fade into oblivion - they just want the money to enjoy the few days remaining - most of them invalid - they cannot think straight less adjudicate on important - issues.

None of them have read the many documents that the U.S. Navy send to thousands - on contamination, on going mitigation and abatement. Methane Gas removal and other such issues.

The CAC to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - purports they send information to hundreds.

When queried if they have a list they say they have one - when queried if they can verify the addresses - they send the informational material to - and if  are really there to receive it - they were stumped.

When queried how the get the names on the list - they gave vague answers.

When queried if they can provide training and jobs - they had nothing much to say.

When queried about the Empowerment Center - a building that was put together for the community - when will this building that is closed now and not open for activities - they had no answer.

Nothing much has been going on Parcel A that comes under the jurisdiction of  Lennar a Rogue Developer.

The rest of the parcels B, C, D, E, F, and G and other carved out and named - all still come under the United States Navy.

The U.S. Navy is now gathering folks - from the community - trying to cap Parcel E2.

The U.S. Navy should really be thinking seriously to remove the contaminated contents and sent it to an area that accept such contents - outside California. There are such places that can accept radioactive elements and contaminated dirt.

The CAC and others from the community must stand united.

Everyone - must stand together to make this happen - the CAC with intent - is working on the side - rubber stamping anything it is told to rubber stamp - by crooks of the worst order.

The CAC to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is dividing the community.

The San Francisco City Attorney is asleep, the City Administrator was not aware of this money being granted when I brought it to her attention yesterday ( just happened to meet her on her way to the office).

The Mayor Ed Lee has no clue what is happening, the Controller too I doubt knows ins and outs - of these shenanigans.

What is happening to our City and County of San Francisco?

Willie B. Kennedy must step aside and go away - she simply cannot expect the City to dole out money - to help her sustain herself and her dubious ways.

For too long, have to many innocent people suffered - this is a crying shame. Everyone wanting easy money - our tax payers money - and tainted money that has been flowing for the last 15 years from Lennar - started with Roy Willis.

WE ARE A CITY OF LAWS AND DECENCY AND NOT CROOKED WAYS AND HOODWINKING THE CONSTITUENTS OF SAN FRANCISCO.

Willie B. Kennedy past her 80 years must now retire - she just had a mild stroke and heart attack - carries herself slowly - and cannot possibly address nor comprehend the vast issues that are involved with the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and the on going machinations and ploys.

The Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure linked the to the Successor Agency Commission linked to the now defunct - San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - the agency and the commission - must remember that this City and County of San Francisco - is a City of laws, decency, and that crooks and those that hoodwink the public at large - have absolutely - no place in San Francisco.

Today in Room 416 at 1 pm - at City Hall - the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure plan to authorize a Personal Services Contract to W.B. Kennedy and Associates to manage the Agency's Hunters Point Shipyard Citizens Advisory Committee and the Successor Agency for a term of 39 months beginning April 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2016.

All this for a grand sum of $847,042 under Resolution Number 3-2012 before the recently formed Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure.

This resolution serves no purpose at all - and the amount of money stated - is a "waste of tax payers money".

Such shenanigans have been the rule of the day before - and must end - immediately. 

It is amazing how so many sell outs - the ones that did not say a word - when our children and seniors were bombarded by the Rogue Developer Lennar - continue to fabricated and come out with convoluted ploys - to fill their own pockets.

Willie B. Kennedy has long passed her days - and in the past ten years for sure - continues to try her best - and has failed - miserably.

It does me no good nor behove me to say more - accept to advice her to stay out of the fray.

The tasks linked with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are herculean  - are not for the frail of heart and may I add an aged invalid like Willie B. Kennedy.

" You tried helping the MACHINE - left BART to give your seat to Lynette Sweet. Was accommodate by the now defunct San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. Started making $75,000 for doing nothing much in the trailer by Dago Mary's - then moving in another trailer with the SF Redevelopment Agency, then moving into the Southeast Facility Commission. You now have completed full circle and are in a trailer - on the open space ground - at the Southeast Facility Commission Trailer - wasting your time - and raking in over $125,000 a year".

This new contract is a slap on the face of all decent San Franciscans. 

These old farts beholden to the MACHINE - mostly Black must fade and go away.

The Mayor, Ed Lee did well with Amos Brown - removing the the old SF Housing Authority Commission - and replacing it with new blood. That is the way to go.

The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to the SF Hunters Point Shipyard just rubber stamps - and a recent article in the SF Weekly describes the many decisions made - tenants promised one thing and shafted again and again.

Over the many years - I have attended the CAC to the SF Hunters Point Shipyard - nothing much has changed.

A bunch of idiots meet - do not represent the best interests of the community at large - and have nothing practical and worthwhile  say at all.

 The CAC to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - justs rubber stamp - actions that the old now defunct SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) brought before them - and now will with the Successor Agency to the SFRA and the recently formed Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure.

After the President's Day holiday this meeting is held today - to carry on the devil's work.

Those in charge of our fair City are put on notice - doling out such vast sums of money is - blatantly wrong. More to a person that cannot do the work - and is handed this money - to fill her own pockets - $847,042 - what a waste of money.

Who really is behind this ploy - why is the tax payer made to dole out such vast sums of money?

We have hundreds of younger, brighter, well educated and hard working constituents - that want to do the real work and produce the best results. Why not give a competent person who is healthy and alert - to get this contract and contribute to our great, fair City and County of San Francisco.

Wake up Mayor Ed Lee - throw out the rubbish - bring in the new - and revive the current situation and issues - with the best.

Out with the corrupt and especially blatant corruption - that has ruined good will and keeps fostering divisiveness and blatant corruption.

A note to Tiffany Bohee from the Successor Agency - if you continue with such corruption - you will be taken before the Ethics Commission.

You were warned but you continue to do the devil's work. Here is one more case - trying to hoodwink decent, hard working - San Franciscans and there is more.

THE SF PORT AUTHORITY IS AN ENTERPRISE AGENCY THAT DOES NOT TAP INTO THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO'S GENERAL FUND AND THERE IS MORE.

The San Francisco Port Authority is an Enterprise Agency or Department - that must generate its own money - to survive.


The SF Port Authority has survived - for a long time - preferred to deffer its maintenance - and now is surrounded by deplorable, worn out, falling into the Bay - piers - pieces falling every day.

The 7.5 mile area is our water front - what San Francisco offers to our tourists who wonder - what is really happening here?

What really make the water front note worthy - and quickly take one away from the mundane - the material degrading state of affairs - are the natural surroundings.

The Bay waters, the many islands - Yerba Buena, Angle Island, Treasure Island -  the cities far way but looking at you and inviting - you look at Oakland, you get a glimpse of Marin County, to see South San Francisco and more - and naturally - everything look good and in place.

Then again - you look a few feet from you and wonder - something is wrong. It should not be but that is that sad state of affairs.

The piers ask for mercy; pleading for help - and you wonder - what human being would be so hard on them - and allow them to fall into the Bay?

They once stood tall and served - and many used their footings and foundation. History was made on these piers - and books have been written - about deeds, men and women - the Union strikes and more.

 Then, as if something drastic happened suddenly - humans turned their back - and let the piers wither away into oblivion.

Once the Bay extended up to Montgomery Street so say the historians - sunken ships and Ohlone artifacts have been found - before and in recent times - revealing what all happened during the Gold Rush and more.

Ghosts lie below the many Financial District tall sky scrapers - and the lie there for a reason - concrete jungles are prone to falling down - and in the end Nature and Mother Earth - rules.

Fat cats the likes of Richard Blum, Gavin Newsom, Willie L Brown Jr - others too many to mention - would not dare mention too may of these kind - would just tarnish the paper that the names are written on.

They come with their shenanigans, ploys, and machinations - and give drab speeches - laced with lies, bluffs, and convoluted logic - we can do this and that - but there is NO accountability and less transparency. Again and again in broad daylight - the SF Port Authority has been shafted by these good for nothing - useless - politicians.

There was a time I use to attend the SF Port Authority meetings - and so when I appeared February 12, 2013 after a long sojourn - those sitting as Commissioners - saw this brown skinned man and did not know what to make of him.

But I guess when I revealed to them I knew a thing or two - they were wondering - are there more of his type - and what would happen - if ever - more of his type attended the Port Commission meetings? Well the SF Port Commission is docile - pretending to know - and not forthright with its vision - because its lacks leadership.  The SF Port Commission must hold the politicians accountable - especially those that get into into - a pickle of sorts.

So from time to time - someone must rock the boat and - public comment -  be so direct at times - is the right remedy for the situation at hand.

We the public now watch the SF Port Authority proceedings on Television.

You never, ever see any opposition. Anything proposed - someone proposes - in seconds another seconds the motion - and just like that - everyone agrees.

If this is not the height of buffoonery - I just do not know - what else may or could be.

The SF Port is celebrating 150 years and a Black employee is put in charge.

She has taken this task - to create an ambiance where all - feel at home - Southern Hospitality - on the extreme West Coast - San Francisco. There is much to be exhibited - and some one must discern - chose what is appropriate and what will leave a lasting impression - on the thousands who will participate in the 150 year old - SF Port Authority - celebrations.

For years; on a person level - I stood early in the morning - much before 6 am met and shook hands with the Longshoremen as they came to pick their slips for work at the docks - now, more in Oakland. Years waiting for a ride or a bus to take me to the Presidio of San Francisco. At one 9,000 employees worked at the Presidio - and many of them drove - by the Ferry Building to work.

On paydays - many Longshoremen - so happy when they knew the money was good - and they could - share their hard earned bounty with family and friends.

The one elderly maintenance employee - Black - who I recently met - after years - and told me - he is still working. Good I said.

The SF Port Staff is unlike any - they do their thing - in some bubble - they have a dollar in their pocket and the expenses are in the thousands. They must hold their jobs - which they do - and then make do with little and pretend all is good.

Some how they have to figure some equity - as their buildings and what is worthy in some fashion - is tallied by values - as would 1929 - when for 5 cents you could buy a bag of peanuts - $5 could buy you a month's worth of groceries - for a family of four.

The Director Monique Moyer must brave herself and speak proudly that she loves the SF Port, its employees, and all the surroundings that come under her jurisdiction.

Often time she must  thank the Mayor of San Francisco and the many stooges - that for sure have their own interests - but little if nothing for the SF Port - from their heart.

So, it is commendable that poor as the SF Port is they forked out millions from their "raining day fund" - to prop by the interest of Larry Ellison - who is a billionaire and the America's Cup.

Larry, has his own island in Hawaii, his own helipad, has brought companies left and right, and still wants - concessions and contribution.

His logic I am bringing the America's Cup to San Francisco.

You indigents know some about sailing - but, watch me sail with my multi-million sail boat.

One of which unfortunately - by the way capsized - and took months to be fixed.

He that rides a high horse - has a steep fall.

He that proudly sails the seas - and thinks he can chop the waters at will - can drown proudly - but drown.

In the interim Larry's team the America's team was caught red handed - peeping at the opponents - trying to steal - secrets.

Much like peeping toms - the Italians and others did not like that - and took them to task.

Sailing I thought was a gentleman's sport.

Those purporting to be affined to sailing - purveyors of of a filthy rich sport - those who can afford - have time and money to waste - can at the least be - decent and play fair.

I once had a boat that belonged to someone who took care of it well. Four of us pooled our money - spent little money on it - got this boat for a bargain  the owner got a good - write off - that was 25 years ago.

I have fond memories of that boat - named Mustang I and there is Mustang II - both sisters - good to the the tee.

I spent my free time prepping her, cleaning her, sprucing her, making her feel good. 

hen two weeks latter the salt water would do to her - what it does to anything near it - and back I was at work - doing her as I did - time and time again.

Always trying my best to please her - much as you would anything you loved.

Getting some returns - like on 4th of July with friends - parking ourselves some in the middle of the  Bay and enjoying the fire-works. Family and good friends made and brought home made dishes - and everyone enjoyed.

I would on my many trial run - get close the piers and see it all.
What I saw was not pleasing to the eye.

Working at the Presidio and meeting environmentalists - I would be privy to leaking fuel tanks, the asbestos that is prevalent in all the old buildings, piers in bad shape, the famous Alito-Lazio case against the SF Port - that went some where - but still hovers - as to who with intent - caused bodily harm?

The Bay is beautiful and any time the ferry boat come near and approaches the San Francisco Ferry Building and you embark - you see the sky line and it looks so charming, you see nature and all that God made is beyond good, the blue green waters - remind you of peace and tranquility.

Unfortunately, so near the Ferry Building that was upgraded - seismically upgraded, a beautiful building, funds raised using State and Federal funds - it being a Land Mark.

Now so imposing - and so well occupied - with restaurants, office, this, that and the other - always filled with people - moving to and fro - not to many - but many enough - to say that is some activity and more.

Then you see the piers and that sight remains with you - when will they be fixed?

The San Francisco Port Authority has miles to go - and must think outside the box - its staff is praised by those that want to praise them.

Its leadership is beholden to the politics - corrupt Mayors and other have used the SF Port Authority as a tool.

Gavin Newsom had no clue how Oracle would take him for a ride.

Gavin Newsom is a JOKE - remember he wanted to hold the Olympics and situate the Olympic Village - in the middle of Hunters Point Shipyard.

He was serious - we had to bring the fact to the Olympic authorities - and remind them - the site was a Superfund Site - contaminated and more with radioactive elements.

The SF Port is poor - and must not subsidize Oracle and the likes of billionaires like Larry Ellison - yet, this is what is happening.

Our land mark piers must be attended to, fixed, we all are seeking urgent help.

Many of the piers falling daily into the Bay. The many reports on the dire help the piers need is there for us to see - but who will come to their rescue? Talk is cheap.

Oracle has got Pier 80 for free - and the perks the America's Cup promises are vain promises - some will come true - but others are general in nature.

It is like hoodwinking - and those those hold the empty bag - after years of waiting - will feel bad.

The politicians will say they tried. And then pretend they never, ever accepted to be taken for a ride  but inadvertently something happened.

Oracle will reply; " we are not about taking anyone for a ride - sailing is our forte!" Go figure.

SO WHAT IS THE CITY'S CLEAR CUT POSITION ON PARCEL E2 AT HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD.

So, what is the City and County of San Francisco's clear cut position on the abatement, mitigation of Parcel E2 - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Does our fair City and the present administration - have a holistic plan?


Or is it business as usual - land banking - and getting some devious outside entities - to come in and control our population - and adversely impact us - all in the name of tainted - money?

The community at the many meetings - does not agree with capping the site - which is a toxic soup - and has serious radio active elements. I am talking about Parcel E2.

The community cannot take this chance - wait for the Big One to arrive - and adversely impact thousands of people.

Much like an atomic bomb - so close to a residential area. We do not have such a case - a similar scenario - anywhere in the Bay Area and may I add California.

Again and again during the many discussions held by the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) - an entity created by the Department of Defense First to facilitate and secondly to permit - dialog with the local community - on serious concerns - linked to Base Closure.  In this case - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - more seriously - being, a Superfund Site.

The community at large, doing its home work - has made it clear to the United States Navy - that created this mess - to clean up the radio active elements and other contaminants. Clean up the entire mess - and to a standard that is in keeping with Proposition P - passed by 87% of the voters in the year - 2000.

Also the Precautionary Principal which is on our City's Book. Simply put if we find any cause and know of anything that impacts life - all life - we must stop and find a solution to address the issue at hand. In this case the issues are many - and no one is look at a long term, holistic - solution.

Abate, mitigate, cleanup - all those fancy words the U.S. Navy may use - mostly hot air - but to date - no real action plan is in place to abate the most contaminated site - Parcel E2..

As the representative of the Muwekma Ohlone on such issues - I mandated that the entire - watershed be restored to its former state - the watershed once was pristine.

That is until the "strangers" came and screwed things up - in the early 1950s.

Mr. Keith Forman from the U.S Navy and his former boss Mr. Douglas Gilkey have been kept abreast about my views - on Parcel E2.

However, for some reason best known to Mr. Keith Forman - he thinks he can hoodwink the community at large from the Bayview Hunters Point and San Francisco - by having his - "dog and pony" shows - and saying something - which means nothing - at the many meetings held. This nonsense must stop.

Again those astute in the community are fed up with the U.S. Navy - who has dragged its legs.

One Under-Secretary of the Navy - who under pressure from Senator Diane Feinstein and Congressperson Nancy Pelosi - pressured the U.S. Navy to convey Parcel A.

Before Parcel A was conveyed - the community at large - the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) - did not agree with the Record of Decision (ROD).

This important document that counts in any sensible transfer of property.

The community said - it did not agree with the ROD - many issues close and important to the community - was NOT taken into consideration.

Parcel A today is surrounded by Parcels B, C, D, E, E2 (which is the worst and very contaminated) F which is the Bay - and various other parcels such as UC and so on - all created by the U.S. Navy - to confuse the public.

Parcel E2 must be addressed - and we have the technology to abate this area - but, the U.S. Navy must stand by tall and do the right thing.

Gone are the days when the U.S. Navy could dump contaminated content in the Ocean, on land - just by giving one command - "jettison". Those days are over.

We have the ideal transportation to remove the " radioactive contaminants" put them into seal proof containers - and move them by rail and other viable - transportation methods.

Some of these methods have already been tried before.

The worse one by Tectra Tech hiring truckers -  plying trucks from San Francisco to States as far as Navada - contaminated soil sent there - to bury the radioactive contaminants.

Millions of dollars given to Tectra Tech were pocketed and before that for those that follow happenings - linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard over $300 million wasted - millions pocketed - by International Technology (IT) - and there are other entities in recent times -  it is all part of the nefarious - game.

Who is fooling whom? We are dealing with radioactive elements - and the scientists and experts - speak to the truth - but, no one want to hear - the truth.

No one gets a contract on the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the very big - long term contracts - without contributing to the campaign coffers - the politicians - that is the name of the game.

Congressperson Nancy Pelosi is the one who is first on the list. She should be ashamed of herself - she thinks no one truly knows - how these shenanigans work. She can bluff Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen, Linda Richardson, Doris Vincent, Willie B. Kennedy, Amos Brown, Calvin Jones, and a host of other sellouts - most of them Black.

The City and County really does not care about Parcel E2 - exploding and causing untold harm. Or does it?

The City knows about calamity waiting to happen. The Mayors past and present know about it - but what they do not know it that they cannot wait for the Big One - to happen - when that happens - all hell will break loose.

There is a small window of opportunity left - time is running out - and if the City and County of San Francisco - wants to be fair to the community.

Sooner than latter - a plan - must be put in place - a sound Blue Print that has been vetted by those that know - the experts and we have them in our area.

These experts will help - facilitate the removal of the contents - well known to the U.S. Navy. The many advocates, the environmentalists (such as myself) - are fed up with the ploys and machinations linked to the behavior of the United States Navy.

This is a clarion call - do right by the people of Bayview Hunters Point - the 87% that votes when they read Proposition P. Do it ass soon as possible - time is running out - or forever hold your -peace.

Do not have these silly meetings at the YMCA on Lane Street - and constantly keep bluffing the public at large.

The time to act is now - and the U.S. Navy has already been approached - by some experts.

Experts who can make it happen - with all safety measures in place. It is not impossible - it is possible - but the U.S. Navy must show the fortitude - and work to make it happen.  Time is of essence. Aho.

WHO ARE THESE CROOKS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD - AND WHAT IS IT THAT THEY REALLY WANT?

There is this notion - true or not true - the Southern most side of most Cities - there is where the poor - reside in poverty.

Most of the poor - are kept in conditions - where there are no opportunities given, no jobs, no education, no sound transportation, no quality health services - where the rich want the poor, the indigent - to live in squalor.

In San Francisco that is Bayview Hunters Point - go take a walk and see things for yourself.

The rails and the train in other cities determine - which side the rich live - or which side the poor and those that cannot make it live.

These lines were drawn with intent - and by those who did not have the best interest of humanity.

In recent years in San Francisco the last frontier the Southeast Sector - is where the action is.

Funny once I could stand outside my office on Third and Palou for hours - and did not see folks with poodles.

At first I saw a few and now many - it is so funny to see a trend and than attached to it - folks that once despised living next to people of color - and now it is all changed - suddenly.

What is most despicable - is when the dogs relieve themselves - the owners look the other way - and walk away. Their dogs want the owners to do something - but the owners - just want to walk away. I questioned one owner and he asked for a plastic bag - I gave it to him - he did pick the pooh and I was glad a point was made. That just happened a week ago.

The United Nation and many bodies call for human beings to live in harmony.

The United Nation, and many foundation big and small -  try to eradicate poverty, hunger, diseases - bring sunshine where there is abject - darkness. We all contribute - those of us who can - and we all want fellow human beings - Palestinians, folks in many countries in Africa, in South America, in India, in China - all over the world - to better themselves.

God bless those that help the poor and those that cannot defend - themselves.

You have poor and the poorer sections all over the world - in France, England, Germany, Spain, Portugal, all over the world and or course in the United States - Chicago, Boston, New York and why - or course San Francisco.

Some folks love to keep others down - and even when you meet them - are pompous at first because of your color - but, when you prove to them; that their way of thinking is inferior and does not make sense - they ponder a bit.

When you further expose that  -  may be they have not had the best of education - lack etiquette, they feel bad - but, in the first place - the arrogance was exhibited by them. Arrogance has a fall. They say he that rides a high horse - has a steep fall.

Humility they say say is a supreme - virtue.

And that may be true - but if forever you take it - and you take it - a time comes when you reach - saturation point - and then of course those that can take it no more - may decide to dish it.

Give the person a dose of their own medication.

You must know - when to dish it - and in dishing it - make a point - and leave an impression - long lasting - a point where things improve - and where history is made. Timing is everything.

I have good friends all over the world - who share with me the conditions of life.

In the Middle East for example - where most of the Arabs live in the desert - under harsh conditions - the best they had at one time; in years gone by - was shade under the palm trees.

The sweet water by the oasis after a long, harsh journey - is like being in heaven - you have to be there - to know what I am talking about.

I have been there - and know the simplicity, the hospitality of the tribes that wander - in the desert.

It is not refreshing to see the Saudis who once lived in such condition - and pretend to be pious - come to America seeking pleasure - all sorts of pleasure - alcohol, sex, and other despicable extra- curricula activities.

Yet at home - pretend to be pious - this piousness is fake - the worst of its kind - and a disgrace to the human race.

In recent months the Saudis and others are worried - America gets most of its fuel and energy from Canada.

At home we have - been using our technology - made a huge come back.

The Saudis can sell their fuel to China and the Chinese can well afford to buy - as they have a stockpile of dollars.

The result of we Americans - buying cheap stuff - from China - fostering vain materialism - and creating a trade deficit - which we could have controlled - but did not.

In the poorer sections where folks live in America - the rich - want it all.

First they will use law enforcement to harass - then they will use ploys - like creating hurdles to get a job.

They will deprive poor folks from quality health services - they will do anything and everything - linked to discrimination - utter disdain for those that are people of color. They will keep the poor down - and those that try to rise up they will - suppress. 

Of course at San Francisco's City Hall - you will hear them speak of equality and fairness - but it is all a smoke screen.

Then you have the Blacks - sell outs like Joe Marshall who is one the Police Commissioners, Malia Cohen who is an inept, shallow, spineless Supervisor in District 10.

Another the former Commissioner and Chair of San Francisco Housing Authority - useless to the core - pandering to those - that do not have the best, interest of the public at large. Recently he was fired.

I was born in Nairobi, Kenya and proud of that fact.

When young I was impress by the work of Dr. Richard Leakey - the famous Anthropologist. Later I got to meet others in the field - read and attended many seminars in Anthropology and related fields.

I armed myself with knowledge to deal with those - that are vain, demeaning, and when they meet their match - fall flat on their face. I go to City Hall in San Francisco - to meet the charlatans - that keep people down - and state to their faces - they disgrace that they are to - humanity.

San Francisco is a racist city - you may not know that - if you just keep to yourself and do not take a stand.

Many people are like that - they go to their jobs, go home and relax - do not give a rat's ass about community work and volunteering.

If they see poverty and even if they have it good - they do not like to share.

If you ask them for help - and even if they can afford it - they will tell you - that they have nothing to give - and that is fine.

Such people will be judged by a higher order. And for sure they have no peace of mind on Earth - you see them disturbed - if you observe them from a distance.  

The San Francisco Police Commission is a joke. There was a time I would attend the SF Police Commission. Now, it is a circus - each one patting themselves on the back. Wait until they have to deal with the dissatisfaction from the public at large. 

City Hall and those in charge of housing - are forcing the elderly, those that are poor to leave San Francisco. More than 30,000 families have left - and some say that number is - greater.

This is discrimination of the highest order.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors - could not care less - about blatant discrimination - more; the corrupt ones that take money under the table. Are busy raking thousands at the breakfast meetings - wheeling and dealing. 

The worst crime is the taking over of land in the Southeast Sector - people from outside the community. They want to build high density homes on contaminated land.

The have no intention of having any dialog. They do not believe in sharing - and are dictatorial. We are watching them like a hawk - and their day will come.

When it comes it will be too late - and the good thing is that judgement will come from a higher source - that courts, law enforcement - no one can touch that power.

We have crooks coming to our neighborhood. The come into your living room - without your permission. Decide to re-arrange your furniture . There is nothing funny about this - but, those that have no spine - allow this to happen - but, not anymore.

Malia Cohen wants to operate a Wellness Center - with another devious person - Nadine Burke - at Third Street and Cargo Way. 
All this on a very contaminated site.

Now they using the poor and children - to rake in thousands. They will be exposed - but let us see - if City Hall steps up - and adjudicates.
