WHEN TRAGEDY STRIKES ONLY THOSE WITH THE ABILITY TO DISCERN CAN SEEK AND FIND SOLUTIONS.

When tragedy strikes; only those with the ability to discern can find the best solutions. Help stall further tragedies - and make good things - happen.

In San Francisco again and again; politicians who do not have the ability to discern - off a tangent - seek legislation and other types of mundane actions - a far cry from bringing about - real, and concrete - solutions. Pathetic.

Nation wide our population is about 311 million.

What may surprise most people; is that over 58 million people have mental problems - many of them needing - hospitalization.

That is about twenty percent of the Nation's population - needing some kind of mental treatment. I am confident many of them are politicians including some politicians who are perverts.

While it is easy to fault the National Rifle Association and others - many policy makers  - including drab politicians - do not have the ability to discern. More they are NOT educated on issues. It is this factor that makes it very difficult for the politicians to discern.

Even less if they are not spiritual and lead immoral lives - with no standards and even less compassion.

An important factor that triggers - the types of mass murders - is a state of mind - these mentally challenged endure.

Some of us call them deranged - others, mentally challenged.

Lacking sympathy - mostly from the public at large - compassion. In a rat race to survive and make money - most folks care only about themselves - that is called, being - selfish.

Here in San Francisco we have areas that are contaminated - where children and others are exposed to the worst contaminants.

Factors leading to mental and other disorders. The City knows about it - but, even given the empirical data - will NOT do anything about the situation at hand.

 While some of us have brought this to the attention of the former Mayors - the present Mayor - the San Francisco Health Department - the local, State, and National regulatory authorities - nothing much is being done.

Not a whimper from Senator Diane Feinstein and Congressperson Nancy Pelosi - seeking to do something on the National level - and failing to anything - in their own back yard.
These two hags are a disgrace to humanity.

If Nation wide a full twenty percent plus are mentally challenged - then, we must come to some realization - that we have a problem to deal with. So what are we doing about this situation - on the National, State, and Local level?

More in locations where there is contamination - and Mayor Ed Lee better get his facts straight and focus of those factors and elements that need to be - addressed - focusing more on our children, single parents, and our elderly. Helping those that need help - most.

Our Senator Diane Feinstein for example had a mother - who she lived with - who had mental problems. Her father was a doctor - and from reading and noting the facts - for the longest time ever the mother of Diane Feinstein - had a mental problem that needed home care.

Knowing Diane Feinstein and her family - they provided their mother and grandmother the best - care. We need a little bit of that - for those are are mentally challenged - our children especially in San Francisco. More those that live in poor - neighborhoods.

We have thousands of children in our schools that are bullied, others who cannot function in any kind of school - children who find it difficult to work with others.

We have Wellness Centers - but, we do not have the ability to address - mental problems facing our children - because of funding and qualified personnel to do their work - properly.

We tend to put these children in programs we call Special Education - which really means - some one general monitors the children - their real needs are not met. Go to these Special Education Classes - and see for yourselves - what I am talking about.

Society tends to stigmatize mental illness - many prefer not to talk about it. As a matter of fact mental illness is like any other illness be it cancer, diabetics, heart problems - you name it.

During my life time - more during my adult life - I have had an opportunity to address and write about - mental illness. Here in San Francisco - more when Governor Ronald Reagan was in charge of the State of California - thousands of mental patients - were released - and many chose the streets of San Francisco - to make a living. We still have an inordinate numbers of mentally challenged folks - living on the streets of San Francisco.

Today, in San Francisco the best treatment many mental patients get is our City of San Francisco - jails.

We know - those of us that care - that an important factor that brings about - anger, the disruptive behavior of mental patients - is when they fail to take their - medication.

In a jail setting all things being equal - the mental patients are given their medication on time - and treated well.

We in San Francisco are blessed with a team of workers - that do excellent work looking after our - mental inmates in jail.

Doctors too that have gain a lot of experience and work closely with the Professors from University of California San Francisco - on mental issues. Kudos to all of them.

In San Francisco; the Law Enforcement tell us that most of crime committed - more shooting and killings - take place in five percent of the land mass we call San Francisco. 

Further introspection leads us to areas where these sites and locations are known as Public Housing - where most people are indigent.

Many have no opportunities to work - and many single mothers with children - from multiple fathers. The fathers mostly incarcerated - the so called City of San Francisco, leaders know about these factors. But, do not address them.

The psychological factors - adversely impacting the children born and surrounded by violence, dysfunctional families, killings and shootings, daily hearing guns shots fired - now and then Law Enforcement coming into their homes or their neighbors homes - at all times day and night - traumatizes the children and more leaves - deep scars.

No one cares to make an assessment - there is a lot of talk and that is all - tons of talk and little - walk.

Add to this the environmental impact - asbestos dust, the worse type of contamination from the activities at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - all documented - and our City and County of San Francisco - the SF Health Department, the local, State, and Federal Agencies - more the Environmental Protection Agency - has NOT lifted a finger to help our children, our single mothers, our grandmothers who often bring up their grandchildren and other children that need help.

No one is addressing these on going issues - that have plagued poor communities for decades - San Francisco.

As long as we have pathetic Supervisors like Malia Cohen from District 10 - who is now lying - saying she visits the hospitals when those shot and killed or injured are taken to the SF General Hospital and so on. That she visits the victims of gun violence - at their homes - this is news to most people at ground zero.

San Francisco has a population of about 805,000. The San Francisco Police Department is 2000 strong. We have over 29,000 City Employees that should garner Quality of Life Issues. One City employee for every 28 constituents of San Francisco.

It has been over nine months now since July, 2012 that some of us - who are full aware of the many factors that trigger shootings and killings - have asked the policy makers - to fill in the Full Time Employment (FTE) positions  - linked to the Community Response Network - in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

The Mayor is fully aware of this situation and so is Maria Su who can make this happen.

These policy makers are looking forward to a tragedy - and we do not want that - TRAGEDY - to take place during this - SEASON OF PEACE.

We need leaders who can represent and more who can discern.

So far we have seen no sustainable and viable policy making - we hear a lot of hot air - diatribe - being spewed in the air - causing more confusion and bringing - more distrust.

San Francisco can do better with it 2000 plus Police Officers.

The City and County of San Francisco can do better with its 29,000 City employees - many working for the SF General Hospital and other City Departments - that deal with Quality of Life issues.

Let us start with child care and health facilities that offer - quality care.

Let us start with programs that offer sound and good nutrition to our children and single mothers and others.

Let us start with reliable transportation - and safety on our public transportation.

Let us start with the plumbing the inside of the homes in public housing - having standards - not the filthy conditions and lack of working plumbing and so on - that now is the norm.

Let us start with community policing and the District 10 Supervisor Malia Cohen - having town meetings - in the Public Housing areas. Let us see if she can face the victims and more deliver - Quality of Life issues.

She has been busy taking junkets to Israel and China - when there is work to be done in her back yard.

Let us overcome and see that our schools treat our children with respect. At Martin Luther King Jr Middle school in San Francisco - the principal sat on a child - and she is still at that school. Where is the justice?

Our Seniors need better transportation and better health care.

The SF General Hospital has over $1 Billion budget. Getting grants and more to help those in need - and wasting it on Administrative Services. Where is Barbara Gracia on this?

A THANKSGIVING AND CELEBRATION FOR TILO TILO FAOA - DECEMBER 29, 2012 AT SAINT TERESA AVILA CHURCH IN SAN FRANCISCO.

It has been over six months and as much as we all want some closure - we have no definitive lead - about the where a bouts of Tilo Tilo Faoa - who was reported missing Saturday, June 2, 2012.

His parents as you can imagine are despondent, his family and loved ones too. His many friends - hoping against hope that - even now; at this late hour - we may hear some good news.

On December 29, 2012 at Saint Teresa Avila Church at Potrero Hill in San Francisco - Tilo Tilo Faoa's family and loved ones - will hold a Thanksgiving and celebration in keeping with the Catholic faith. Many of us will be there. The Special Mass will be held at 11 am.

We gather; having HOPE and strong in our FAITH that God will guide us and reveal to us - difficult as it is - why Tilo Tilo Faoa went missing.

The hurt is too much to bear - the agony heart piercing - and even as we all bear the deep sorrow - some how we all want some - definitive, closure.

As Catholics we always believe that God will love and protect us all - if we seek and find the path to God.

If we live worthy lives; follow the great dictates of the Catholic Church. For those that live by the Catholic faith - every single day in life and death is a celebration of faith.

Having hope and follow the aspirations - of the many Saints and the many sound teachings - of the Catholic Church.

We believe in salvation and a life after death. We believe that those who have lived a life pleasing to God - that one day - we all will gather and be united. We believe while here on Earth - we must celebrate that we are one with God.

We often hear - "whom the gods love - die young."  When that strikes home - we pause - and say - "why me?". In this case we have no closure - and so until that day comes - we celebrate in the good things, the good happenings - we hope and trust and pray. We steadfastly continue to love one another.

Where there is sacrifice there is love - and only love takes us all to a better place. We rejoice because we love one another - we rejoice and celebrate because our faith unites us and take us on Earth and when we pass away - children of God.

Some of us who were informed about Tilo Tilo Faoa missing since Saturday, June 2, 2012 - are still are looking for him.

The first few weeks were hectic - round the clock - we had volunteers try their best to scout out areas - hoping to see him and report the good news - to Tilo Tilo Faoa's loved ones.

After three months; some of us still continued to move further away from San Francisco to search, look out - find something - any clue, however small was important.

It was our united effort to some how; find Tilo Tilo Faoa - but, all our efforts - have not borne fruit so far - we will not give up. 

This thanksgiving  service will be attended by those whom the family has invited.

In the testimony of those that will speak to the young man's life - we hope to find some assurance - and get some solace - begin to heal slowly - and hope for the very best.

God bless the family of Tilo Tilo Faoa - please join us in the celebration and thanksgiving.

NO TRUST CAN BE BUILT IN THE COMMUNITY WITHOUT A SUSTAINABLE - COMMUNITY POLICING.

No TRUST can be built in the community - be it in the Bayview or any other area of San Francisco - without a meaningful and a sustainable  model - exercising - "Community Policing".

The City and County of San Francisco simply does not get it.

You can have all the Press Conferences, all the gun buy outs, all the shenanigans that you can fabricate -  keep the company  of that "laughing jackass" Malia Cohen - it will not help.

We in San Francisco do not have a large population - so when someone like Montreal Blakely is shot - and we do not have a "meaningful comment" - from the leadership - something stinks in Denmark.

By now we should have had a viable answer - make no bones about it - about Montreal Blakely. Is it because he was Black and so according to some of you - the leadership - expandable?

Montreal Blakely was from Concord and there is no money for his funeral. Can San Francisco step up to the plate? He was here visiting - a decent person, who made good grades, an up and coming football player, loved by all - so who gives?

We must have a viable answer - why the 2.5 Full Time Employees - linked to the Polynesians cannot be  filled - linked to the Community Response Network?

Again and again some of us have stopped the drive by shootings - used our influence - to convince some "knuckle heads" - to back off and tried our best in the given circumstances - to make peace.

This temporary stalling cannot go forever - and some one does not comprehend - that we cannot put a price on life. We need the FTEs on the front line to keep the pressure on - and save lives.

So when Mayor Ed Lee met Pastor Williams, Elder Joseph, John Nauer, and Chief Gregory Suhr and was told the TRUTH - did Mayor Ed Lee - comprehend?

By now Maria Siu and others - should have had the decency to listen to the community - and have the front line workers - doing what they do best - bring about - PEACE.

This City does not want to ruin this year's Season of Peace - with drive by shootings - and the on going warring between the Polynesians and the Blacks. Do they?

There are too many guns  in San Francisco. Let us put it this way for every one gun surrendered for $200 - there are over 600 guns in San Francisco households. If you cannot figure that out - it is on you. We have a population of about 805,000 and a full forty percent own guns.

Many homes in San Francisco have 6, 7. 8 guns - that is what gun lovers do - collect guns - one or two military style - guns. If the City does not know that - they must be kidding themselves. Of course Malia Cohen would do know that - the air head that she is.

There will always be guns as long as our Federal Government permits its citizens carry guns - laid in our Constitution. What we can create is an environment not to use guns. We can do this only by sound - Community Policing - and make a good start.

Restricting on buying bullets - is difficult to enforce. You cross State Lines - attend a Gun Show - buy as many bullets and guns - come back home - and that is how it is done - and will be done - as long as Federal laws - permit any citizen to own a gun.

The issue of owing military style guns will only be solved by the National Rifle Association.

Judging from the Press Statement made by the National Rifle Association - the NRA - does not want to give up its guns. It fact it wants to use its volunteers - to help all schools in the United States - have a "security system" - that it vouches is good enough for all Americans.

The NRA wants to buy time - and does not have the best interests of the constituent in mind - time will tell.

It does not help that Senior Senator Diane Feinstein - talks about prohibition of military style guns - she can try all she may - as she has in the past. Her plan too is one sided - and no one will listen to her dictatorial manner - to impose restrictions - that are NOT - holistic.

In San Francisco as usual the same folks who know little about Safety, less about Quality of Life Issues - who lie to make a living - want to impress upon decent San Franciscans - that they want to address the issue of guns and bullets in a nonchalant - manner. They will not succeed - Not by some drab Press Conferences - that are laughed at by those that worship their - guns.

That includes our Law Enforcement - who work in San Francisco - and the majority live outside San Francisco.

Back where they live outside San Francisco - these Law Enforcement and other rednecks - laugh at San Franciscans.

These folks - all want to work here in San Francisco - and embrace the "very high salaries and benefits we San Franciscans offer". Treat those that are vulnerable with force - use "para military" tactics - and defeat - Community Policing.

Our San Francisco Police Commission is a JOKE - half of the idiots on that Commission - have no clue what is happening at ground - zero. Their very mentality - defeats progressive thinking and action. The SF Police Commission is - antiquated and Smithsonian in their views, talk, and deliberation.

In the Bayview - the mostly Black - Poverty Pimp Pastors are laughed at. The City has put the Pastors on notice - fork up your money on Sundays - with the enforcement of Parking fees.

The City uses them like a dirty rag - and after they are used - thrown in the dumpster. Think about that for a long time - before you all go for these - drab Press Conferences - again. Amos Brown and the rest of you.

On Sundays at Church - really speaking - at most of the Black churches in the Bayview - in attendance - the very old and the very young - and the congregations are dwindling - and the Pastors are groping in the dark. Looking for urgent solutions to survive and finding - none.

Malia Cohen can talk the talk but she cannot walk the walk - and she must go.

Those that back her up - bring upon themselves, disgrace - and to think of it - that Malia Cohen wants to run for President, of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. That is the ultimate JOKE - and we will all see how this nonsense - spans out.

Malia Cohen has with intent - sped up the decimation of the Bayview Hunters Point Community - and more with lack of quality - REPRESENTATION and sordid - pandering.

Recently; when some Polynesians visited her - she was no where to be found - she was in China on a junket to see how things are done there. Raking in some small change - she did the same when she went on a junket to Israel. She has not done anything for the community at large - except PANDER to Lennar and Big Development.

Trying to build a Wellness Center on a contaminated site. Partnering with dubious entities - to further her own cause. She cannot walk the streets of Bayview and knock on the doors - and for sure she cannot do that at any of the Public Housing.

Malia Cohen represent she own petty, sordid, needs - what else can you expect from someone who has led a closeted - queer life.
Pretending to be straight when she is not. Trying to represent the community - with immoral, tainted, perverted - principles.

Maria Su from the Mayor's Department on Children, Youth, and Families,  better get her act together.

When the warring starts - no one will be able to stop it.

This is the clarion call - you know about this festering sore - you know the reason why it is festering - but, you do not have the community's back - all you dole out and spew is diatribe and vague - promises.

You may move some families from the frying pan to the fire - that is not how things are done.

The community must be protected for one simple reason - the money you are given in the millions - to provide this mandated protection. Year after year - you have - failed.

No one can attain sound results without the community at the table - no one can turn their back on the community - and think for a second - that all is well.

Gone are days when the "sell outs " and I will name them - if I must - who promise you at the many drab Press Conferences - to do some - and do nothing. The worst the Poverty Pimp Pastors - all Black.

This Black on Black violence has now spread to the Polynesian community - and some of us behind the scenes - have allowed Mayor Ed Lee to hear first hand; from the front line warriors and do something. Nothing is forth coming. His advisers surely are playing with FIRE. AFA.

Perhaps some one like Mitch Salazar can whisper in  Mayor's Ed Lee ear - the TRUTH  and spell out the details. May be Muhammah Nurr who knows some - too.

May be those few, poignant words - may work a miracle.  Aho.

ALL OVER OUR NATION - OUR CHILDREN - TRAUMATIZED - THE GUN VIOLENCE IS TOO MUCH TO BEAR AND ENDURE.

All over our Great Nation, the United States of America - millions cannot comprehend - why we permit our children to be traumatized - endure so much pain and suffering. More the recent incident in Newtown, Connecticut.

The recent tragic - Newtown, Connecticut events - had the Main Media - spewing out diatribe and hot air - literally, getting all the initial facts - wrong. Not a single Main Media entity has apologized for spreading news that was NOT - factual.

The young man who committed the crimes in Newtown - was home schooled - the Main Media has failed to reveal to us in detail - that his single mother loved guns.

That Mrs Lanza and her "mentally challenged" son -  both of them trained at a gun range and practiced target shooting.

This blatant practice at that gun range must be questioned. It also  calls to attention - why would anyone - permit and supervise - such type of activity; where the operations of such ' gun firing ranges" are not monitored.

Why would anyone encourage a young person - with mental disorders - to learn the use of deadly - weapons. Three guns were shown by the Main Media - but there may have been more - at the Lanza - home.

Whenever; we review such cases - and we in San Francisco have many examples - these so called " mentally challenged " - challenge those that are astute - when the "plan of action" is reviewed - and how in detail these do called " mentally challenged" - carry out their plans to shoot, kill, and maim.

In this case the young man destroyed the computer evidence - showing deep intent - to cover his actions and more his detail thoughts - that will baffle the authorities - trying to unveil this case.

They will also fully realize again and again - when and how this young man revealed to some - his intent, his rage - there was no one to recognize his pain - and no one trained to do something about it - all these man years.

While some mentally challenged are smart with numbers as in being good at mathematics, others can play complicated pieces of music, others are astute in fields - that normal people find difficult to fathom and less to understand.

Again and again scans taken of the brain of such people - who are mentally challenged - show the area - where "emotions" count - to be an area abnormally - affected.

Hence, when such mentally challenged people - create their fantasy - often times full of horror, blood spilled, and carnage everywhere. They, themselves seek no harm - and lack the deep emotion - normal people have.

Those committing such crimes - know that it is wrong - in some vague manner - and few of them know that they will be accountable - and hence in many cases - they take their life - commit - suicide.

Our; United States Congress and Senate have been very slow - and even as this one side debate - about guns and protecting oneself has been over blown - we have NOT in this case and in many cases - protected our children.

We do not need any "task force" as Congressperson Nancy Pelosi has proposed.

We must have stringent policies - in many places - and especially where children and those in places of prayer and so on - congretgate. Places I deem to be safe havens.

Why should any one be permitted to hoard hundreds and thousands of ammunition? 

Why would anyone be permitted to use weapons - that were created for the military? Machine guns - guns that can spew hundreds of bullets - seconds at a time - all having the power to kill, maim, and cause immense - destruction.

Our Founding Fathers never ever had in mind - the "right to bear arms" - and had in mind machine guns. For sure - NO.

Other small guns that can be reloaded with cartridges - where you can pump as many as forty eight - bullets in five minutes and less - shoot, kill, maim, and cause immense - destruction.  

The National Rifle Association (NRA) - must act with some sanity and bring those opposing their position - to the table - and come to some understanding.

In this case - the murder of our children - cannot be tolerated - and while the NRA are NOT responsible - their policies have been responsible - for many shooting and killings - all over our Nation.

Why do we not carry guns and board our planes?

Why do we not carry our guns - those who have a permit to carry guns - and enter the White House, or Congress, the Senate - or our Courts?

For that matter why do we not permit - the congregation to bring their licensed guns to Church or any other place of worship?

Our schools are safe havens and this must be instilled in our children and those that are "mentally challenged".

Mentally challenged children - should NOT be allowed to fire at ranges - even if some one thinks otherwise - you do not permit 10 year old to drive on our highways.

In his first term the President, Barack Hussein Obama could have fine tuned the - " gun legislation " - but he did not. It does no one any good - to shed a tear or two and be afraid to do something - sensible - very quickly.

Just like the - "fiscal cliff" must be attended to and solved and should have been settled months ago - we must address the complete safety of those that congregate - in places - that are safe havens - now. On a War Footing - there is no fooling with life -  the life of young, innocent - children.

In our back yard - here in San Francisco - thousands have guns - some households have three or four and even more - guns.

In fact our Nation's population is three hundred and eleven million - and we have more guns than our population. Many adults in many homes - having five, six, seven and more - weapons that can shoot, kill, maim, and destruct.

It pains anyone who has compassion to listen to the parents and those that love the children - who are no more. The principal and teachers who laid their lives - so that they could protect - the children that they - loved.

Each of the innocent children - did not have to die. But, now that they sacrificed their lives - so that some - "dumb adults" - can wake up from their slumber. Something; must be done by the President, Barack Hussein Obama - the Senate and the Congress.

This "task force" nonsense is just that - talking in circles and doing nothing much.

On another level - world wide we the United States deal with arms and other weapons that destroy and kill.

We sell arms to Israel and other nations - many Nations - who should NOT be given arms and ammunition - the likes before like Egypt and Pakistan.

Our Constitution spells out our Freedoms and demarcates the Licences that can bring our Nation's down fall.

Again and again our President in recent years have gone to war without any valid reason. Now, we pay the price - having created a Nation of monsters - who view movies, play games, that endorse killing and shooting.

We encourage children to buy toys and video games - that blunts their conscience when it comes to killing and shooting.

We think nothing about enjoying such games as adults - the many kills - and getting some false gratification - having killed our fake enemies - while playing the sordid, video games.

Our culture in recent years - has gone down the gutter - and coincided with the 2008 economic spiraling - making things difficult for those living in Public Housing and other poor neighborhoods - difficult.

The easy availability of guns - prompts those that want to make a fast buck - get guns illegally to commit crimes.

In San Francisco is it not uncommon to stick a gun to the head of a victim - to force the victim to surrender their money, valuables, and more stuff like a IPhone or IPad. Home invasion and other crimes are on the increase - often the thugs using guns to accomplish such crimes.

If something goes wrong - we know who will suffer - but our Law Enforcement, our Legislators, our Policy Makers are pussy footing around - all year round.

When some big episode - more negative happens - there is loss of life -  but a few weeks - some one makes some - drab noise and then it is back to the regular, mundane - business.

For heaven's sake we must protect our children.

Who truly has the guts the gumption to do something about our children - now that the entire world is laughing at us.

The stupid way we tolerate and report on such incidents. The Main Media wanting to be there first - fabricating and spewing diatribe - and when facts are revealed - not having the decency to apologize - as was the case in - Newtown.

Even in death - such sordid happenings are reported with money in mind - no respect what so ever for the innocent victims.

When will America Wake Up - and when will those that encourage the carrying of machine guns, others war weapons - procured and used by ordinary citizens - in the name to protect themselves.

This nonsense must stop and it must stop - now.

Saturday, December 15, 2012 a young, decent man, a student who played football and was loved by all - Montreal Blakely - a 17 year old youth - was shot and killed.

The Concord High School student who shot and killed on the first block of Osceola Lane and so far so one has a clue - who committed this nefarious - crime.

Not a word from the community leaders - and for sure not a word from the District 10 Supervisor - Malia Cohen - a good for nothing, worthless, spineless, shallow - individual.

Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the intersection of Quesada Avenue and Jennings Street - a 16 year old girl was found dead.
Not a word from the community - and for sure not a word from the District 10 Supervisor - immoral, unethical, and has all her 
priorities - screwed up.

Much has been made about the Connecticut elementary school shooting, Natiowide - where many young children and some adults - were gunned down by a White young deranged man - who trained the guns used by his mother - on his mother and the innocent people - he invaded at the Elementary School in Connecticut.

Senator Diane Feintein - our hag Senator is all over the place - on the Main Media - wanting to stop this madness she thinks - has a lot to do with the National Rifle Association.

Senator Diane Feinstein knows a lot about mental diseases - she lived with it at home for a long time. She knows a lot about an individual Dan White; a disgruntled White former Fireman, a Supervisor - who killed queer Harvey Milk and Mayor Moscone.

Ask Willie L.Brown that night of the killing and he will tell you more. Few know the details but there are many - that know more - about that sordid day - and today are afraid to speak up for sure.

Diane Feinstein was chosen Mayor of San Francisco - in the midst of this turmoil - and the rest is history.

Last week a lifeless Black baby was found by two Bayview Policemen - Matt Cloud and Steve Gritsch - at Third Street and McKinnon Avenue in the Bayview. Gritsch a former Medic - performed CPR and both policemen rushed the "blue baby" - to San Francisco's General hospital - where the baby lives.

The mother has been described as being on drugs - cocaine - and having delivered the child on the streets of Bayview. Not a word from the District 10 Supervisor - and not a word from the many pastors - we have 65 churches in the area. Many of the Black pastors - Poverty Pimp Pastors - who have forsaken the sheep. The living - D E A D.

In all three instances the young man killed, the young woman found dead, the baby delivered and saved - the individuals are BLACKS.

I remember when the Oscar Grant episode took place. I remember just as I am writing this piece - spelling out the details - in Indymedia. A group of us went from San Francisco to Oakland to wake up the conscience of those that were DEAD - and the rest is history.

Even as the Bayview Hunters Point area is being traumatized by this City and County of San Francisco - where as I said you have the living - the very few - and the " living dead " - the very many - we have no sound - leadership.

We have sell outs the likes of Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen, Willie B. Kennedy, Aurelious Walker, Linda Richardson, Doris Vincent, Calvin Jones, Dwayne Jones, Toye Moses - others too many to mention - but I have spelled out the details - before.

When it comes to the 17 year old - young football player, Montreal Blakely - the only information you get - is the matter is under investigation. What investigation?

When it comes to the young 16 year old girl - again the matter is under investigation.

When it comes to the mother who delivered the less than five pound baby child on the street; the mother is stated to be at fault. The mother will be charged for causing harm to her baby!

"Felony count of willful cruelty to a child and a misdemeanor count of failure to provide care to a child."

 And oh yes - the front page news proclaims the mother took cocaine. But who brings cocaine into the community? 

The Nation is now debating about gun laws and the National Rifle Association is targeted.

The Nation has not garnered on a War Footing to address those that are mentally challenged. We have too many folks that are dysfunctional - people so wired up - that one has to be careful on the streets, in shopping malls, in the churches, in the schools, most everywhere - and more in San Francisco.

In San Francisco you have so many of them on the streets of San Francisco - what is Bevan Dufty doing about them? What is Mayor Ed Lee doing about them? What is Barbara Gracia doing about them? Where are our Church Leaders - the shepherds who are worshiping mammon and have forgotten about the sheep.

The San Francisco Police Department is more interested in "tasers" and less on focused - " Community Policing ". 

Some time ago - the idiots could not come out - with a definition of - Community Policing. Now they are sitting on a $40,000 PERF report  - talking the talk but not walking the walk.

Millions of dollars are spent on Over Time - and less on Community Policing by the San Francisco Police Department.

The City of San Francisco has a population of about 805,000 - the above three crimes happened off hours - 2 individuals - if you dig deep into the matter - need not have lost their lives.

The mother and there are hundred more - never, ever offered preventive care. Guns, all sorts of drugs daily are bused into the community - and the dealers are White preying on the Black and other people of color - each and every day.

The Black Pastors and others brought lock, stock, and barrel by the Developers to foster - gentrification.

The District 10 Supervisor more interested in restricting the sale of ' recycled scrap material ", building a Wellness Center on a contaminated  site, taking junkets to Israel and China - hoodwinking the constituents of District 10 and the dumb morons who listen to her.

Malia Cohen who is a closeted - queer.

There are serious tensions between the Blacks and the Samoan - not all is settled on the - "western front".

The City keeps holding press conferences about  shootings and killings - all talk but no action. Can we have on a emergency basis - three Full Time Employment slots - to address the situation at hand - to handle the mess between the Blacks and the Polynesians? Where is Maria Su on this? Where is the Mayor on this? Where is the general leadership on this?

Daily people live in fear - house break ins, petty thefts, assaults on mostly Seniors, car thefts, vandalism, filthy buses and poor transportation - our children violated and surrounded by pedophiles the most settled in the Bayview Hunters Point area - in the hundreds. Many within a few hundred feet from Churches, Schools, and places purportedly serving as - Safe Havens.

Commissions are formed hurriedly as was the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure - to the Successor Agency. Not one person lives in the Bayview Hunters Point area.

Over $9 Billion in development schemes are planned for the Bayview Hunters Point - and no one is addressing Quality of Life Issues. 

Blacks are on the fore-front of Gentrification - doing the dirty work for the Whites. The City Agencies are taking orders from the MACHINE - backed by corrupt politicians like Malia Cohen and Scott Weiner - both queer and corrupt.

In the Bayview you have the living and more the - "living dead".

We all know that we need to feed our bodies well, and the same when it comes to our mind.

Being educated on issues - helps. Most importantly our soul is important - our leaders are immoral, unethical, corrupt to the core, spineless, shallow - and they want to lead?

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

No one can take anyone to a better place - if they morally inept - pretend to be straight when they are not - morally closeted - afraid to shine light on their darkened lives.  

The Bayview Hunters Point is the last frontier - and those selling out the community - are those that do not have the best interests of the community at large - folks like Malia Cohen.

The demographics are changing - the Asians are increasing by leaps and bounds, the Latinos second in population - the Blacks keep talking and disappearing.

Once you could stand outside my office on Third Street and you could count hundreds of Blacks. You could wait and look out all you want to see a White walking poodle - and you would not encounter such a sight.

Now you see whites walking their poodles - and telling you and fabricating stuff - you mention your name and they are startled - and that is how life goes on - some one - rewriting history.

Talk is cheap - who can and must leave a legacy - only those that have standards, have something noble to offer.

The sell outs come and go - we have seen them wither and dust off - no one remembers them.

Those that have sacrificed, loved all and upheld standards - taken a stand for what is right - leave a legacy.

Who will stand for those that need help - our Seniors, our single mothers, the many children without on fathers - grandmothers living to tell it all and raising their grand children. 

Innocent children in the hundreds in our back yards - they are innocent and they need help now. We know who they are - but what are we doing about them? And you call yourselves - warriors?

The same energy that goes into fostering Black on Black violence - can go further and do much good - caring for our Black children and giving them some hope.

Gentrification and other nefarious ploys by mostly Whites and the MACHINE are carried on to foster the death of the  Bayview Hunters Point Community.

 I have been on the front line and know what I am talking about - complete with empirical data.

Incarceration, gang injunctions, lack of opportunities, not addressing truancy, family values thrown to the wind - mostly our children living in contaminated areas - lack of Quality of Life issues NOT addressed - our children traumatized daily and yet they are expected to lead - normal lives.

RECENT SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL POLICIES DETRIMENTAL TO THE CONSTITUENTS OF SAN FRANCISCO.

Recent San Francisco policies - stemming from City Hall have been detrimental to decent San Franciscans.

Some of us - who follow transportation issues - warned the Metropolitan Transportation Agency (MTA) and the San Francisco County Transportation Agency (SFCTA) not to fast track the Central Subway Project - Phase II of the Third Street Lightrail.

The City chose with intent to involve uneducated folks from China Town to sign petitions led by one Chinese Pastor - with ulterior motives - assuring the City Fathers - that "the people from China Town - supported City Hall" - far from it - the support was shallow and those behind it - ignorant.

Today MTA is in a bind - and millions of dollars have been wasted - there have been so many change orders - that the Prime and the sub-contractors - have come before the MTA Commission - and stated that the disruption and loss to the their companies and moral to the workforce - detrimental.

Room City Hall has been quiet on this issue linked to the Central Subway - often listening to idiots - who have no idea about transportation issues and less about empirical data.

The Central Subway Project is growing from $600 million to over $1.6 billion - this nonsense can only happen in San Francisco - with Representatives like Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and Senator Diane Feinstein.

Now, suddenly in mid-stream - the MTA wants to change the plans - after playing hell with the business owners in North Beach and surrounding areas - who will be adversely impacted.

Not to mention the court cases - taken to court - because the constituents are fed up - with the inept, shallow, and dubious plans - imposed on the businesses by those; that do not have the best interests of the constituents impacted - near the project and those away from the project.

Again; we saw the fast tracking of Pier 30-32 without having meaningful meetings with the constituents - mostly affecting traffic, noise, and impacting Quality of Life issues - in the neighboring and surrounding areas - by the Ferry Building in San Francisco.

The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and one Jennifer Matz - thinks she knows something - but again and again has been an utter failure.

First the Eight Washington project, then Hunters Point and Candlestick Point, and with small businesses all over San Francisco given no succor - while TWITTER and other tech businesses given perks - left, right, and center - galore.

San Francisco has a population of about 805,000 and we employ over 29,000 employees - for ever 27 constituents we have one City employee - making over $125,000 - on an average, with benefits.
Most of them do not live in San Francisco. Again and again - when we have qualified constituents in San Francisco - people form outside San Francisco are hired. Who profits from this nonsense?

We the constituents from San Francisco who pay our taxes - are doled poor transportation, our roads in a mess, our legislators pussyfooting with idiotic amendments - and failing to maintain safety, with poor services where they must - count.

Ask our legislators at City Hall in Room 250 - about Quality of Life issues - and they get stumped. Always - talking in circles and favoring life style issues. Leading the buffoonery  - Scott Wiener and Malia Cohen.

It does not come as a surprise that the Successor Agency to the San Francisco Redevelopment continues to foster corruption of the highest order - led by Tiffany Bohee.

Tiffancy Bohee - who will take our City and County of San Francisco - down the drain and into the cesspool of the Successor Agency's own - cesspool.

The SF Redevelopment Agency is dead. The Successor Agency with its Board has failed to provide us constituents - the very few that monitor the Board - Espanola Jackson and Francisco Da Costa - audited financial reports - that make sense.

Twice before in recent months - financial reports given to us constituents were full of mistakes.

Recently the State of California - chided the Successor Board and warned it to correct the blatant mistakes - and fork the tax increment money - the State is owed.

To make matters worse - the Mayor of San Francisco and the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and one Jennifer Matz - Tiffany Bohee representing the Successor Agency to the SF Redevelopment Agency - are holding a meeting today - NOT abiding by the Brown Act.

The public is NOT permitted to speak on action items - and this is illegal.

The public is permitted to talk on non-agenda items - with a host of restrictions. We are not a communist country - and those at City Hall may take junkets to China - and are influence by that nonsense - but, we do not do business as they do in China.

In China - where people are not permitted to speak their mind. Where innocent people are jailed - and their organs removed as part of a large - money making operation - where human organs are sold in the open, world market - for a profit.

The recently anointed Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure are just that - each and everyone of them - lackeys of the MACHINE and continuing the blatant corruption that now has saturated Room 200 at City Hall.

Recent very corrupt policies and appointments by Room 200 - have been detrimental to decent constituents - who are left in the dark - while crooks of the highest order - fast track and hoodwink - while those that pay their taxes in San Francisco - decent, hard working constituents -  get little if nothing in return.

The former SF Redevelopment Agency brought disgrace to San Francisco - and ruined the lives of many innocent people - most of them Black from Fillmore - also known, as Western Addition.

All of the present Commissioners on the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure - are taking the positions, because they think it will spruce their resume - inept, shallow, and uneducated on issues - all the Commissioners are sell outs.

Very corrupt crooks - headed by a former Black Mayor and a very corrupt Chinese former journalist from China town - are behind the $1.7 billion loan from the China Investment Bank - to develop Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point - Treasure Island and more.

The Chinese want a stake in the impending project linked to the High Speed Rail - and want to take control in a supererogation manner. A brand new High Speed Rail from San Francisco to San Diego.

We the people are left in the dark - while some crooks are busy hoodwinking and destroying the little that is left -pertaining to ethics, morals, standards, and duty to our nation and more to our constituents who pay their taxes in San Francisco. The Nation is watching - and there is more to come.

THE FOLLY OF DEALING WITH THE CHINA DEVELOPMENT BANK - A VERY BAD PREDESTINE.

Since 1996; we in San Francisco have seen some despicable decisions at City Hall - and throughout all these years - one former Black Mayor of San Francisco - has, behind the scenes - taken our fair City and County of San Francisco for a ride - in broad daylight - stealing, bluffing, hoodwinking - but; now we must say - enough is enough.

I have reviewed each of the resumes of the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure - a Commission - hurriedly put together - to carry on some nefarious actions - linked to the Successor Agency to the former SF Redevelopment Agency. Mostly to help Lennar Urban - that so far has a sordid and despicable - track record.

None of the persons on these newly appointed Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure - have the expertise to deal with any Superfund Site.

None of these Commissioners - understand the nature of the contamination and pollution. More radiological contaminants and Depleted Uranium that was first tested on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in the early 1950s.

None of these newly appointed Commissioners - have any clue about Infrastructure per se - and none of them have lived or studied in detail - the community where the constituents are adversely - affected. Be it at Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Being appointed on the Southeast Facility Commission, the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, on the Commission on the Status of Women, working in some capacity at the SF Airport and tolerating all the nonsense that went on there when Tutor Saliba - raked in million through corruption. Serving on the former SF Redevelopment Agency and being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - does not do our fair City and County of San Francisco any - good and justice. Such Representation is anathema to decency and Quality of Life issues.

The least the Mayor, Ed Lee could have done is introduce the candidates at a forum to the community at large. Hand picked to do the - "dirty deed" - this action is a disgrace - and a slap to decency. Time will tell.

Treasure Island has issues of its own right now - with power black outs, the worst type of contamination, inferior housing and constant problems with the John Stewart Company.

Those living at Treasure Island have contaminated, tainted drinking water in the faucets - and when anyone brings up this topic - no one pays attention to them.

None of the Commissioner appointed to the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure - participated in any important meetings all these many years. None of them attended one single meeting when the Restoration Advisory Board was active and attained community goals.

None of these tainted and sordid Commissioners - have walked the affected areas be it Treasure Island, Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, the other areas and developments grandfathered - and brought under the jurisdiction of the Successor Agency Board and now the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure - to understand the issues at hand - who do they think they are representing?

The composition of the Commission is based on life style and does not give fair representation to members who can represent - families with children.

Again and again we see - life style used to position people on Commissions and other bodies - to foster principles, policies, and act as puppets taking orders from some very corrupt, immoral, and evil - politicians.

The China Development Bank is not offering this $1.7 billion loan to help us San Franciscans - no way.

The Chinese through the China Development Bank are positioning themselves - because they have been led to think - San Francisco embraces such an entity. Rosie, Eddie, and Willie do not speak for the people of San Francisco.

If we are looking for job opportunities - we will be screwed royally - the China Development Bank - has insisted that their lead Project Managers - are in the cockpit at all times.

We have not seen the agreement - and if it in place and does not permit those in charge - to buy American Sheet Rock for example, American made pipes for our Infrastructure, American engineers in charge of the development, American Superintendents, most things Americans must be agreed to - to put the Chinese on notice - from the inception.

Having some entity that builds and operates the Chinese Railway - in the cockpit at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is uncalled for.

The Chinese are positioning themselves to build the High Speed Rail - from San Francisco to San Diego. A junket was taken to China recently - by Malia Cohen and Fiona Ma - other sell outs that do not have the better interests of San Franciscans and Californians at large.

City Hall must be leery and full aware - that we San Franciscans will not tolerate - bringing in inept, shallow, sordid, untrustworthy, not educated on issues - Commissioners who will  sell out and tarnish the fair name of our City of San Francisco.

Everything is not about money - it is for those that do not practice family values - who mostly practice sodomy of the worst order - and thus anything goes that tickles those areas and functions that give them pleasure and more when they get an opportunity to make money - with ulterior motives of the worst - order.

Both Treasure Island and Hunters Point are contaminated - and those in charge of cleaning these two area - are dragging their feet. We must remember the United States Navy contaminated these two areas - and the U.S.Navy is mandated to clean these areas up - to Residential Standards.

I bet you the newly appointed Commissioners have not read the Precautionary Principle Ordinance.

I bet you the newly appointed Commissioners have not read Proposition P that passed by 87%  of San Franciscans voting in the year 2000 - mandating that the entire - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard be abated to Residential Standards. 

International Technologies in the past stole over $300 million on Hunters Point. Followed by Tectra Tech who wasted and made a lot of money. Now we have Shaw Engineering - but first let us see and study the empirical data - not the nonsense the sell out - say to the Commissioners who are uneducated on issues and naive - more nonchalant and unethical. 

The Citizens Advisory Committee to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - for the last three years - have been stagnant - because all the promises Lennar, a Rogue Development made before - were not kept.

Now, Lennar is back at it again - this time with tainted, blood money from the China Development Bank and ulterior motives.

Lennar promised to build 10,000 homes at Mare Island and did not keep its promises. Lennar declared bankruptcy and left Vallejo the City that made the contract with Lennar Urban - holding the empty bank.

From 2004 to 2012 - Lennar left Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in a despicable condition.

Weeds growing, the fences in bad condition and falling apart, garbage here, there, and everywhere. If you go today - you can see for yourselves - what I am stating.

How will the China Development Bank deal with Parcel E2. I want each of the Commissioners on the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure to answer - that question in writing.

I will pose that question and others - as and when I meet them - face to face.

The over 700 acres at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point  - is contaminated. It is a Superfund Site.

Who in their right mind - wants to build homes - 20,000 homes over 10 years on contaminated land -prone to liquefaction and flooding.

Who wants to live in the middle of Chernobyl - the recently appointed, inept, shallow, and spineless Commissioners - Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure - must answer; decent - family oriented San Franciscans. Aho
