Yesterday I was participating virtually - the SF Ethics Commission meeting - the SF Ethics Commission - that has been fast asleep at the cockpit.
The many cases coming to the SF Ethics Commission - kicking the can down the street.
The SF Ethics Commission is in " dire straits " - they are with intent being " defunded " - the very commission that we fought for - to represent the values of hardworking, decent, San Franciscans.
The Director of the SF Ethics Commission - has no funding to fill the vacant positions.
Has no money to conduct " audits " that are necessary to its very well being and efficiency.
This Director came aboard to do right - and has tried her best - she too has realized - the City and County of San Francisco is corrupt.
The corruption has now - put her on that list - the
" hit " list. What a crying shame.
Duct taped - its mouth is shut - handcuffed, and heavy, rusty chains on its legs - the SF Ethics Commission is a JOKE.
