These steps lead to the offices -
of the SF Board of Supervisors -
for the last 3 months - pandemonium -
the SF Board of Supervisors in large measure -
have failed us - decent citizens - San Franciscans.
I have said it again and again - the SF Board of Supervisors and for that matter the Mayor of San Francisco - London Breed - have no clue - about Curfews and for that matter Emergencies of all type. The dire straits of the citizens of San Francisco.
The secondary consequences - no money, no income, less work, people cannot pay their rent, innocent people are suffering - no concrete support from the City and County of San Francisco - less the Mayor's Office of Economic Development.
On our MUNI buses pandemonium - our stores looted, our people assaulted, Quality of Life compromised - where is Mayor Landon Breed on these issues. One of the worst Mayors to ever step into City Hall and Room 200. Pathetic.
I have stressed the importance of having an experience Incident Emergency - Commander.
More so that all those in Management can get an orientation - which should have been given months ago. This pandemic will remain for another 3 years - YES, THREE YEARS.
Mayor London Breed -
very, very, very poor leadership -
she makes over $365,000 a year -
has NO clue about a pandemic and less about
Emergencies and Curfews.
At yesterday's SF Board of Supervisors - it took more than 2 hours - beating around the bush - to fundamentally understand what a " curfew " stands for - and some had no understanding about emergencies. Mixing the two - while all the while - we are on our telephone listening to the utter nonsense - even a 5th Grader would do better.
Mary Ellen Carroll -
Director of Emergency Services -
maker over $250,000 a year -
she has failed us - pathetic.
Naomi Kelly - the City Administrator -
the number 2 person after the Mayor -
she makes $400,000 plus.
It has been over 3 months and we the people, we the tax payers, we the citizens have not seen the Mayor London Breed who makes over $366,000 - the City Administrator Naomi Kelly who makes $400,000 plus.
The Director of Emergency Services Mary Ellen Carroll - who makes in access of $250,000 - one worse than the other - address the City and County of San Francisco - state their Mission Objective and Goals with concrete time-lines.
It took the NOVEL COVID-19 pandemic to reveal - how pathetic these so called City Managers are - who are all over paid - no one at their office - to talk to - you leave messages - and no one gets back to you.
In your face defiance - many of them - pussyfooting around - while pretending to do " god's work ".
The above are managers - and none of them are qualified to manage a pandemic and less any emergency of any kind.
Good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.

who have NO clue about an Emergency less about Curfew -

meet the " ire " of the citizens of San Francisco -
I went out of my way to meet you - when you first
came to San Francisco - I hope you remember what
I advised you - if you did not - it is not my fault.
Mayor London Breed - has been caught redhanded sending text messages - in the middle of a pandemic - ordering the SF Police Chief Scott Williams - to remove the " poor who are indigent and live in tents " - the poor who are living on the streets - and facing the inclement weather - for years - now.
I was involved and saw things for myself in 1989 when we had the Earthquake - never saw the above mentioned folks - help anyone in any capacity.
Some of them were not here - and those that purport to be from San Francisco - one from Maryland on the East Coast - and another from Fillmore - had no clue what was happening.
Much as they have No clue - what is happening today.
None of them are capable of doing a " needs assessment " they are always pandering to consultants - and the time has come for them to step down.
All of them have skeletons - morals, ethics and plain standards.
Including the on going Nuru/Bovis " investigation " all of them involved - in some way. Time will tell.

I witnessed the Rodney King riots in San Francisco in 1992.
The MUNI bus driver abandoned the bus - and was surrounded
by a small mob - I took the MUNI driver to a safe place - as I always do in situations - without a second thought.
I heard Aaron Peskin mention the 1 California incident - where a gun man - took machine guns into the building at 1 California - gunned some people.
I was at the scene - and nothing much happened outside - everything took place inside.
The SF SWAT team went in - I was wondering why Supervisor Aaron Peskin was trying to say, something - as far as I know - no mention was made of him - in the newspaper nor on radio or television.
The recent pandemic - had our SF Board of Supervisors - trying to act as Managers - at the Incident Hub at the Central Moscone Center.
Others - pretending - to manage the so called very important and needed " essential workers ".
More - City employees - who are fed up - ordered with disdain to do this and do that - without much training and less without safety equipment.
I know the details - I will publish them at the appropriate time.
We remember a hastily prepared plan to place some homeless at Moscone Center - then the plan scrapped - at the start of the pandemic and emergency declared in San Francisco - some three months ago.
Only - to find out a Navigation Center - had many of the homeless at that one Navigation Center - tested for NOVEL COVID-19 and needing to be moved to hospitals -victims of the pandemic - congregate living.
There is rampant " congregate living " right now - all over San Francisco - more in area where the poor live 15 to 20 in a one or two bed room unit.
Quickly the Mayor London Breed, the Director of Emergency Management Mary Ellen Carroll and the City Administrator Naomi Kelly - realized there was much more linked to the pandemic - than they had the ability to comprehend.
The poor jerks had made a mistake - they tried to correct - but it was too - late.
Their mistake having NO orientation about a pandemic - much like they have no orientation about our Republic.
Then - they feel they can use a curfew, an emergency, make bold decision - without having a qualified, and experienced Incident Management Commander in place.
The lackeys we have now - just wannabes - they have NO experience and less leadership.
Once has just to review their resume and their education. None of them are fit - all have been hired based on Nepotism and abject - favoritism.
Today hundreds are slowly dying in San Francisco - few have been tested - less than 2% of the SF population.
The poor and those staying at home - have tried to reach out - and no one is helping them.
Again, less than 2% of the entire population have been tested - less than 2% of the San Francisco population - which is 850,000.
We know we have 300,000 " asymptomatic " folks - spreading the virus - not know what they are doing - because they have not been tested.
The on going testing is negligible - the testing done today - is just
the tip of the iceberg.
The temperate climate - and gusty winds - have helped the San Francisco population.
The astute and stellar population - has taken upon themselves to wear masks, exercise, eat healthy, pray, and listening to those that are worth listening to.
Stop listening to the politicians who do not have their heart in the right place and more spiritually bankrupt.

Director of Health - has no clue what is happening -
taking credit for tests done by others -

the SF Health Department has failed all San Franciscans -
lacking the necessary swabs, chemicals for testing -
failed to treat the nurses, doctors - the frontline health workers -
with disdain - so much so they have protested again and again -
all round pandemonium - and the above mentioned -
jackass keeps spewing diatribe.
No one in their right mind is listening to the Mayor London Breed - who is rude and keeps barking up the wrong tree.
The Director of Health Dr Grant Colfax - who has done a poor job.
First we people had to help ourselves to deal with the pandemic.
We continue to help ourselves - and the Mayor and others must pay attention have to pay attention to this facts.
Then we had to deal with the emergency - that keeps being extended - without providing - real help to our Elders.
The infants, the children, youth, youth adults, those with compromise health - more our physically challenged and mentally challenged.
Our public transportation is a JOKE - the MUNI buses stink - and in the middle of the day - the SF Health Department should take samples for some of the MUNI buses - to check on the spread of the pandemic - NOVEL COVID-19 virus - how dirty our buses are.
I am at home - and have my Point of Contacts - reporting to me - they all want help - and some one must assure them - give them HOPE.
I have to wait on the telephone - while the SF Board of Supervisors talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk and talk .......
Please allow us public comment at the beginning of San Francisco Board of Supervisors - we the people are fed up - we have seen the " true colors " - even in a pandemic the SF Board of Supervisors do not feel the pain of the citizens - we tax payers who pay your salaries.
No one should be making more than $150,000 - cut the salaries from top to bottom.
The City and County of San Francisco will face a $2 Billion deficit.
A lot of it can be recouped by cutting the salaries - too many - much too much - a full 20% making more than $175,000.
San Francisco has lost its soul. Aho.
