OUR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FAILS TO DELIVER CARRYING PASSENGERS ON TIME - WITH PACKED MUNI BUSES - ADVERSELY IMPACTING SENIORS AND THOSE THAT NEED HELP.

Truly speaking no one means serious business at the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) Commission meetings.

It does not matter if  the MTA tags with the Small Business Commission - to address mundane business. The bottom line the passengers who travel on our Public Transportation - MUNI - are fed up. Local as well as those that come to work in San Francisco.

Now, most people occasionally take MUNI but I take it daily - and I know what I am talking about and after over 35 years - travelling on the most heavily plied routes and more.

Let us put it this way I took MUNI when the fare was 25 cents.

Now we pay more and get less of the $2 that adults have to shell out and $0.75 that the youth and physically challenged have to feed the MUNI meters with. The monthly MUNI pass it getting closer to $80 a month - with no transparent improvement in the daily MUNI - services.

We have other bus transportation services be it AC transit, Caltrains, the Golden Gate Bus Transportation - and they all are fairly clean and well maintained. Seeing is believing.

Why are not those who litter openly fined on MUNI. Or on the Light Rail - we tolerate people littering and what is more spitting - which is disgusting. Public advertisements in Chinese, Spanish, English and in the other languages must state - why cleanliness is important - for the welfare of all.

After all we are a First Class City - spitting and littering should not be tolerated. Also putting your feet on the seats - never caring that others have to seat down - babies and other vulnerable to dirt and diseases of all sorts - that such sordid behavior brings about.

What is it with MUNI tolerating dirty, stinky buses?

Who is in charge of maintenance - at leas that part - where the MUNI buses must be cleaned - so that diseases and other adverse impacts of the worst nature - and not showered on the passengers.

Why do we have to have 8 to 10 bus inspectors - sometimes with two or three Law Enforcement - checking the tickets of the passengers - outside at Bus Stops.

More intimidating those that may not have bought a ticket - when the same diligence is not applied to keeping and maintaining the cleanliness on our MUNI buses - other horrible habits that are no tolerated on the other transportation system in the Bay Area and in other civilized countries.

On some lines the passengers are packed like sardines - and no one cares to give the Seniors and those challenged a seat.

So why have I never, ever seen a ticket given to those - who should not be seating on seats reserved for seniors and those physically - challenged?

It is about time that that fine be posted - next to the sign that says reserved for Seniors and the Physically Challenged.

Stop paying these folks who are suppose to enforce the laws - but cannot do it inside the bus or light rail system.

They do it outside - and in numbers - just in case they are attacked by the passengers.

We know for a fact that 80% of the cameras on the MUNI buses do not work. The cameras cost thousands but they do not work. Has anyone taken time to investigate this fact?

Really speaking who are the vendors who install these cameras?

When was any test conducted - to see that the cameras work - can this information be posted on the MTA web site - so that we all may be safe? We need to evaluated this empirical data. Who is hiding this information - we have had shootings, beating, robberies galore - and the cameras are NOT working!

Can this information be posted in real time - stating - the camera on this bus does work or is not operational. " You are traveling on this bus at your own risk". How about you all implement this one - suggestion. Try it and see how the public reacts.

MUNI stinks and continues to stink - never mind if Scott Weiner tries his best to speak in favor of MUNI getting funds - MUNI is a deep hole - you pour in the money and get nothing in return.

Why? Very poor management - they talk the talk but cannot walk the talk. Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way. Good leaders are educated on issues and must know the proven history of MUNI - in the old days - Management worked hard to keep the system going and had standards - no more.

In large measure MUNI drivers or Operators do not have confidence in the way they are treated by Management.

Even the MTA Union are now despised - because many grievances are not addressed - and the Operators - are treated with disdain.

Hundreds of MUNI drivers are my good friends and they tell me the truth.

Again the MUNI drivers or Operators - feel that they are taken for a ride by Management.

On many levels the morale of the Operators is so low - this climate is bad for MUNI and must be fixed on a War Footing.

It does not help with the two-tier system the only tier having better fringe benefits and the latest one - giving the Operators less.

The MUNI Union bosses have failed the Operators and in a significant way failed the riders.

The MUNI Union must think outside the box. They fail to attend the San Francisco County Transportation Authority meetings. They fail to represent on many committees linked with transportation.

Occasionally the MUNI Union Representative will show up at City Hall and say they are not kept informed and that may be true - but what have they done to be informed.?

What have they done - to better communication - what have they done to put Management on notice and told Management to inform them ?

It is time the blaming game STOP - and that there be cooperation of the highest caliber to bring all things on track quickly to serve the public at large San Franciscans and our thousands of visitors.

MUNI has severe problems with its software on many lines - never mind they want to spend millions on their communication system.

Many of their present software systems are primitive - Smithsonian.

The truth be told - the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

The man who cannot hear - and is still in charge of Operations at MUNI - has to be replaced.

MUNI is getting worse - what else is left to happen - a major derailment and hundreds of passengers injured and killed.

In the old days MUNI Management was on the ball - no more - now the mentality is to put in some time - reap the maximum benefits - and leave.

In fact most of the Management do not live in San Francisco - and so they do not care much - except to get their "fat check" and laugh all the way to the bank.

The MTA Commission is a joke. They screwed the Taxi Drivers taking the Taxi Drivers under their wing. The first thing MTA dipped into the Trust Funds of the Taxi Drivers. That says it all.

The MTA is constantly begging for money - while devious folks like Richard Blum are making money off MTA - other crooks too - too many to mention.

The Controller has the information but his hands are tied too.

The Mayor knows about the cameras that do not work - but he is keeping mum too.

Ed Reiskin wants to do something - but he too has stalled - he wants the money - and he will NOT get it.

Bottom line the riders are fed up.

Perhaps the only light at the end of tunnel was giving the youth a chance to take MUNI for free to get to school.

This money too is funded by other Transportation Sources - and we had to fight for it.

Never mind who took credit for the youth getting to school and the poor and indigent families getting a break.

All in all MTA Commission needs a brain transplant to fix its system.

Perhaps they all should line up at the University of California San Francisco Medical Hospital - in earnest - to better themselves and the failing MUNI - system. Aho.

THOUSANDS IN SAN FRANCISCO HAVE NO ROOF UNDER THEIR HEAD - SOME SLEEP UNDER BRIDGES, OTHERS UNDER BUSHES, IN OUR PARKS, AND ON THE PAVEMENT - BY SOMEONE'S DOOR AND MORE.

We all know deep in our hearts what is right and what is wrong.

There is not a person in this world - who is sane that can say that they have no conscience.

Yet, my friends it pains my heart that we have Representatives - political clowns, that I call buffoons - that do not represent their constituents - and want to run for office - again and again.

These politicians make promises - but once in - have failed us - miserably they are despicable.

If in the first term you made a fool of yourself - get out of the way.

Especially those of you who continue having side-bar conversations -when advocates and others - who are educated on issues - speak at public comment time - at City Hall - at the many meeting held there for the benefit of the people at large - tax payers who pay the salary of the sordid - politicians.

Suffice to say - that the 3 minutes given to express oneself - has now been reduced to two minutes.

And when they see me approaching the podium - they do not feel unabashed to give - me on singular minute. I need but 45 seconds to make a point. Bring it on.

Our Founding Fathers and our Constitution gives us - our freedom.

Assures us our Constitutional Rights - the Civil Right Movement and the legislation of stellar folks in the past - have brought this Nation and its people - rights - that further our humanity and what is most important - our compassion for all humans.

Yet again and again we witness immoral folks - corrupt politicians seeking favors, making deals, and accepting bribes.

The above laugh all the way to the bank.

Then with intent these politicians turn their backs on the constituents, speak from both sides of their mouth, are NOT educated on issues - and still want to Represent - when they should get out of the way.

Now, is the time to evaluated these buffoons - and sent them a message.

Best a telephone call - or even an email - your time to get out in now - more as a corrupt politician.

More so - those that represent District 5, District 9, District 10, District 8, and District 6.

There are thousands who have no roofs under their heads - these unfortunate people - in this inclement weather - sleep under bridges, under bushes, in our parks, on the pavements, by someone's door and more.

Can you imagine this in San Francisco - one of the richest city in the world. And I am not talking about indigent folks - but many middle class who have fallen on bad times.

I am dealing with one situation now. A death because the person - thought is could endure the inclement weather but did not. No one can step up easily - to give this person decent funeral.

It is the same when a Veteran dies on the street - there is no institution that can afford to step up and given a Veteran a decent funeral. Do the research and get back to me.

There have been vigils - on the steps of City Hall - and petitions signed and given to the Mayor of San Francisco - linked to the many who have perished on our streets - the Streets of San Francisco.

There has been not a whimper from Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstien - both of whom have amassed great wealth - and have done nothing much for our poor - worth the salt.

We once had the Armory - that huge brick building in the Mission - the homeless could have been given succor - a bed and a blanket - especially now when it is so cold.

Can you imagine that Gavin Newsom - helped someone purchase this building - so that pornographic movies could be made.

All sorts of S&M movies - and perverts allowed to abuse the hospitality of our City - free access to such sordid actions dehumanizing and a blow to decency and humanity.

If this is not Sodom and Gomorrah I do not know what is.

Why do we treat so many San Franciscans - who have fallen on bad times - with disdain?

The major charitable organizations Saint Anthony's, Vincent De Paul, Martin de Porres, Glide Memorial, Mother Brown's, others smaller but stellar in their dedication - must be commended.

A Latino woman who  prepares food at home and serves the Day Laborers.

You must witness the light in the eyes of the men who have traveled long distances to make a living.

They did not expect the trials and tribulations - and they have to face along the way - hundreds if not thousands of miles away - and more in our City.

I am requesting Chief Gregroy Suhr to request his officers to be kind during this season and throughout the year to the indigent.

We all were immigrants - and if anyone wants to work and do right - they must be given an opportunity. The Officers do good work - but they can work a little on compassion and adhere to Community Policing - practices. The Chief knows what I mean and understands where I come - from.

We are proud of our Chief Greg Shur and of our other City Department Heads - we can do better - and we must do it - in a well planned and in a concerted - manner.

Be kind to the immigrants who wait in line - at the many food distribution lines - that food helps those who get this donations, survive.

Especially the many very poor Chinese immigrants - who travel to the Bayview from China Town. The paradox in these long lines - all Chinese and sometimes not one Black. The Chinese get the food, the vegetables.other necessities of life - they cook and they survive.

Be kind to the truants who come from families that are dysfunctional.

When those agencies that deal with the truants try - they succeed. If you save one young woman - one young man - you will have done a lot.

Our City Heads of Department - have stepped up during the season of giving and shared food and other amenities.

I have personally sent them a message. You all have done well and that is the way to do it.

I have interviewed the homeless and most of them have mental problems.

Had they been given an opportunity to take their medication, some type of housing with in-house services.

Perhaps a nurse - some one with some expertise to prod these mentally challenged to move to a better place with support - we could eliminate the nuisance on our streets.

Community Policing could be done - with those who have been treated.

We must help those that need help - under qualified, supervision.

Millions are spent on other stuff - the many audits - bring that to the fore - and we must learn to think and act outside the box.

Families as a whole need treatment - they need food - they need the Law Enforcement to see the entire picture - families can be saved.

As long as those in charge of the families - who can lead are treated with respect - and as long as the leaders of the families - help society and get some understanding. This is not easy to do - but it must be done.

Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Criminology, deep understanding of human behavior linked to cultural competency,
the ability to understand and speak languages, understanding the Faith of the many we have in San Francisco - can and will help.

There are Community Based Organization that do good work.

And then you have the sell outs - who take the money and do nothing.

I am not going to name them - mentioning them will tarnish this article - and do no good.

It is for those that feed these vermin, give them money - to cut them off. Now.

Now is the time for the political goons that we have in our City and County of San Francisco - to change their ways.

If it is too hot in the kitchen - take a hike - and stay away. Those that can do the work with Transparency and Accountability - need help - and we need it - now. Aho.

Judge for yourself - here are some statistics:

SOME LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL - A BALANCED BUDGET - THE REPUBLICANS AND THE DEMOCRATS COMING TOGETHER - MORE SO BECAUSE OF THEIR VERY LOW RATINGS.

In recent days, it has been interesting to note that the Republicans and the Democrats have realized - more so with the very, very low ratings - by the constituents Nationwide - that they better address the issues faced by the people - or all of them will be booted out of office.

The Sequestration has created a mess - and when our government was shut down - we wasted $24 Billion plus.

Both the Republicans and the Democrats know - that they could have done better - but that they did not do so.

It did not help that the Affordable Care Act - nicknamed the Obama Care - was a mess and is still a mess.

The premiums are gone up - and young adults are now forced to pay more - for the 15% of the population that did not have health care - need better health care - it is like robbing Peter to pay Paul.

For starters those in charge could have hired our software and hardware experts in California. After all we know about computers, programs and how they work.

The White House chose to go to Canada with some "open ended" shenanigans - other ploys - decided to hire idiots - and shamed our Nation. We became the laughing stock of the world.

Most of the people I talk to are not satisfied with our Health Policies at all.

It does not help that Congress and others who we deem as their partners in crime - have superior health plans and pay less. This type of mentality and behavior - must not be tolerated at all.

Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein have not served us well.

The time has come to booth these two out - lock, stock and barrel.

Diane Feinstien's husband Richard Blue - continues to have access to anything he wants - including selling of  the many landmark Post Offices - Nationwide.

Trying to take over the property that is now SF City College - for his real estate needs and blatant - greed.

This recent agreement to have a "balanced budget" is a step in the right direction - mainly because hopefully our Veterans, our children, our Seniors can get the basic needs met.

We simply as a Nation cannot let down those that need help most.

We still have to reconcile and find out if cutting Food Stamps is something we can deal with and not blunt our moral compass.

Seeing to the educational needs of children and youth; that it is  met with standards.

Especially those folks who are are challenged - cutting funds across the board is fine to say - but practically speaking it does not work.

The many committees Congress has working on the many cuts to balance the budget - is not fair - simply because the mentality of these Congress persons and Senators - is shallow and lacks ethics.

For too long have these rascals - wallowed themselves in the muck - with their pork barrel programs. They know it but they will not admit to it.

The "Balanced Budget" - and the required payments that are to be implemented are but the tip of the iceberg.

Daily we have to repay China millions of dollars  - to just keep our ratings in place.

We just went over board with sole sourcing, giving large companies incentives to take their business overseas, giving large crooked companies tax cuts - while shafting the constituents at home.

Every where you go your see - inferior goods Made in China.

When is the last time you picked ten items - and saw two or three Made in the USA. Why?

Why can we - with stellar constituents - hard workers - not make shoes in abundance - with a label - "Made in U.S.A." - as we did before?  We must buy our own products and shun the shabby product that come from some where else.

Why can we not produce our flags, other sacred memorabilia - and stop imports of cheap craftsmanship from other countries - foremost China - why?

The Germans for example invest in their industries and are proud of their work.

We seem to have given up hope - with our Congress persons and Senators - talking the talk but failing - each and every time to walk the walk.

On every major front be it education, be it our failing infrastructure, be it safety, be is health, be it ethics and standards - these good for nothing - so called "representatives" have failed us.

On the International level - countries and citizens of other countries are laughing at our Representatives - like the time they shut down our Government - and wasted $24 Billion plus.

The Sequestration has been put on the back burner - we still must pay our, lingering - "debt".

We still must deal with the cuts - as often happen the rich will go laughing to the bank - the poor - those many and in the majority - live pay check to pay check.

It does not help that in San Francisco - gentrification is spreading like wild fire.

No one can afford the rents - one bed room for $2000 - two bed rooms for $3000 - three for $4500 on an average.

We have they say 38 cranes in the air - 38 large developments - most of them linked with money from China - communist China.

We must NOT trust any entity whatsoever that does not share our values - freedom and the ability to nurture and expand our creative - without any hurdles.

Our Sacred Constitution the best in the world. Our Constitution that our so called Representatives have failed to abide - and let us down.

These Chinese are trained to take us for a ride - they have NO values - less believe in human rights - they will invest one dollar and see a hundred - of not, more.

They will milk a stone - super dry - and seek more.

The artificial Wall Street is heading for a crash. The experts say in nine months - we all will face with a reality check.

In recent months people are not spending as they did before.

Many do not have the benefit of permanent jobs.

People work two and three jobs - while the politicians do not work for the people, do not represent - those in need.

The scum of the Earth - the politicians are busy raking in the money. Working with corrupt lobbyists - who have created all this mess - the spiraling of our economy.

Here is San Francisco the "techies" are all over - they have no culture - they have nothing to offer but - FLUFF.

San Francisco the City that knows - now, is reeling with bad publicity, a great divide - the rich and those that are very poor.

Advocates are fed up - how long can we endure the may injustices. Many non-profit have been forced to close shop - no one can afford the rents.

Our leaders talk a lot - especially our SF Board of Supervisors - who have all been asleep at the wheel.

The SF Board of Supervisors - let things get worse - and then have hearings.

People affected to - vent a lot - get nothing in return. This charades are now coming to haunt the San Francisco Supervisors - and soon you will witness - pandemonium.

Hearings that are continued to the will of the Chair by the SF Board of Supervisors.

The Chairs who are mostly "idiots" - more buffoons that want to represent - but are not educated on issues.

Less have ethics, morals, can adhere to any standards - worth the salt.

Who will step up in light of the present economy and do right?

For many there are no places to rent that are affordable.

For many this City is too expensive.

For many they have thrown in the towel and moved out of our great - San Francisco.

When these families move in the thousands - a vacuum is created.

A vacuum - that will never be filled with decency, the old San Francisco way, hospitality and kindness - that was before but now is shattered.

Who will pick up the pieces?

Who will take a stand?

 Who will lead?

For sure - not the buffoons we have today - who are picking their noses! Their fingers stuck elsewhere.

50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE INDEPENDENCE OF KENYA - THE LAND THAT HAS GIVEN SO MUCH TO HUMANITY.

In the year 1963 Kenya received its independence from the British. The day was December 12, 1963.

This year Kenya celebrates its 50th anniversary.

I am proud to have been born in Nairobi, Kenya.

Kenya the land of the Mau Mau - for those that do not know about that movement - read about it - and learn well - that to struggle is not easy.

Even as we all celebrate the great things and the legacy of Nelson Mandela - who achieved  much in his life time. We must acknowledge the great Kenyan leaders like Jomo Kenyatta, Tom Mboya and others.

Here are the words of the National Anthem of Kenya in English:

Oh God of all creation
Bless this our land and nation
Justice be our shield and defender
May we dwell in unity
Peace and liberty
Plenty within our borders

Let one and all arise
With hearts both strong and true
Service be our earnest endeavour
And our homeland of Kenya
Heritage of splendour
Firm may we stand to defend

Let all with one accord
In common bond unite
Build the glory of Kenya
The fruit of our labour
Fill every heart with thansgiving

TATA MADIBA NELSON ROLIHLAHLA MANDELA

Tata Madiba
Rolihlahla
The Shaker of Trees
Trouble Maker
Nelson Mandela
The closing of the eyes
The passing of the spirit
One journey ends
The eternal one begins
You live in our hearts and minds
Forever

The determination and fortitude
The simplicity and truthfulness
Is not for the faint of heart
For those that are fake
Cannot stand their ground ever

The 27 years in prison
The many inroads before that
In the movement and liberation
The court hearings and prompt up
Charges of the past

Bear witness to stellar determination
To represent and serve the people
This journey has just begun
For those that know better
Leaders of today passed on from
A leader - the home of humanity
A F R I C A

There is a light
That still shines
For those that bear
Scars and trauma
Of yesterday's woes
A P A R T H E I D
And survived

There is freedom
And there is license
Abuse of freedom
Is license

Practiced in many nations
Linked to discrimination
Segregation of
Blatant horrors and torture
Seen in our jails
And in our Reservations
For all the vain talk
The reality stares us in the face

Here at home
The Native American
Whose home we have tarnished
With greed, stealing, and rape
Bit the hand that fed us
And still we think
We are right when we are damn
W R O N G

Africa has produced leaders
Yes, the home of all mankind
Tata Madiba
Embraced all
As any stellar human being would
The process was not easy
But his posture was meant to be

He tried to be a Saint
Admitting openly that he was
A Sinner
Rolihlahla
The shaker of trees
Trouble Maker
For good
Bringing Solace To Millions
The world over
The light here has gone
To shine the world over
Forever

HARD WORKING FAMILIES IN THE MISSION, IN THE BAYVIEW, IN THE SOUTH OF MARKET AREA, IN THE SUNSET, IN THE FILLMORE - ALL OVER SAN FRANCISCO SUFFERING - DEPRIVED OF QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES.

In the last 40 years for sure the changes in the many neighborhoods have been drastic.

Where once people gathered - where there were Block Parties, where like and kind minded folks from all over compete in sports - and showed off their cars - where dances were held and memories held; to be etched in our minds and hearts - for years to come.

Where friends meant something, where families came together. When there there was a funeral  and some dear one passed away - most anyone that had compassion was affected. Those funerals brought to fore - what life was all about - and gave deep meaning to our very existence.

When there was a new born - the joy was supreme and overwhelming.

Even though you were just a friend you rejoiced at life - and you saw it just like your good friend - his wife and his family - and as the child grew up - you participated - and you were part of that village.

When the plague of the dot.com visited the neighborhoods - we saw how money could wipe out an entire segment of the population.

No one ever thought - just like that thousands of artists could be displaced but they were.

I saved a coupe of hundred at the Presidio of San Francisco - giving them an opportunity to survive and aiding them with what I could.

At least they had a roof over their head - and in some of our larger warehouses - they could ply their trade.

The times were difficult - but we somehow - were resilient to hurdles, the many obstacles - and carved out - our artistic jurisdiction - and with artistic freedom - helped create a niche of kind.

That was in the late 1990s  to the mid-2003 - and then that bubble burst. The dot.com vanished just like that - and with that phase - all the bad stuff those greed - good for nothing - jerks, brought to the fore.

In the 2008 we had the economic spiraling of our economy - which really started in 2007 with sub-prime loans, derivatives, other shenanigans.

People buying stuff they could not afford - you asked the bank for $100,000 and they would loan you $800,000. Some could not afford one home - but they bought two - only to lose everything and more and declare - bankruptcy.

We are now in the year 2013 and the new scourge for the last four years - gradually impacting - hard working families the "techies".

That scourge from the past is visiting us again.

These folks - nonchalant, shallow, their focus on things mundane and on apps that they value much - for one purpose and one purpose only - money.

Lacking spirituality they are worthless - much like the politicians that look you in the eye and lie. Good for nothing - not worth the salt. As far as culture is concerned - this folks have nothing to offer in terms of food, dance, music, spirituality, they are blend  as blend - as cardboard.

In the Mission, in the Sunset, in the Fillmore, in the Bayview, in the South of Market Area, Middle Market - where TWITTER and others - have invaded.

They are all over the place - like the proverbial "locust ".

The folks from India - who make good money -but culturally have no clue - how to interact with the populace. They will pay for luxuries, for sex, for anything that gives them temporary satisfaction. They work to spend and spend to work.

I talk to them and all they want is to get a Green Card once their work visa expires.

There are all sort of crooked agents - raking in thousands - promising these workers - who are here on their " Work Visas" the world - and most of the time - they are taken for a ride.

TWITTER, ZINGA, SALESFORCE, others who purport to do our economy good - do not employ too many people from the local community.

These vermin - they rake in the millions - on Wall Street and on other places - and that money is not real money as we have come to know it.

Twitter has never made a profit - but those in the 1% circle - can buy shares - and Twitter can boast that some in their inner circle - have acquired thousands have shares.

They may have bought them for little - but now - those same shares - have been inflated - and suddenly Twitter as did FaceBook - have folks with shares - worth - millions.

Most hard working families have no time to engage in shares and stocks - they are focused on paying their rent.

Making ends meet - feed their families - caring for the loved ones, praying to God that those that are Greedy - may not adversely impact them.

One bed room in San Francisco going for $2000 - two bed rooms for $3500 - three bed rooms for $5000.

Those fortunate to have rents under the San Francisco City's rent control - and now targeted by Ellis Evictions.

All sorts of ploys and machinations. It is not uncommon for 10 to 15 people to live in a two bed room unit - with Quality of Life issues - thrown - asunder.

Of course we know that the Stock Market and Wall Street will take a fall - of course we know that the Federal Sequestration - is sending chills to the Banks and other large Financial Institution.

We would be crazy NOT to know that we owe China - Trillions - and that we are paying them - just the interest - on what we owe them.

Just like your Credit Card tells you - if you pay just the minimum it will take you - 50 years.

And you know that you have only 30 years to live. Human have some fear - and they pay up. Government could not care less - if future generations have a good life or not.

President George W Bush Jr screwed up - and this present President for all his talk - did the same - our Representatives Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi - part of the corruption - yet the idiots vote them in - every single time. One worst than the other.

Both have big mansions in San Francisco - Diane has two - and Nancy has large estate in the Napa Valley.

Why cannot we take control of our own destiny - and vote in - the kind of people who will represent us.

For one reason - and that reason is simple and evident - the ones that know us - know who we are, they know what we want - they are human being like us - and will feel our joy and pain.

Just look at Diane Feinstein and her husband Richard Blum - Nancy Pelosi and her husband Paul Pelosi - with all the face lifts - they look from other planet.

That skin pulled so light - Nancy cannot even speak right - that twinge of the skin - makes her speaking sound - funny!

Well, they say with time comes change. That may be right. I hope change for the better - with better Representation.

Not like the jerks we have at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. I am not going to name them - it would tarnish the contents of this article.

As to all of the above - think about it - dwell on it - and try to make your block and steadily your entire neighborhood - a place to live, better.

Share joy- bring some dignity that we all San Franciscans enjoy.
Fight for families - not the single living type of shenanigans - where most like to shack with the dog - in units that are 100 square feet - that is not Quality of Life living.

To the greedy landlords - take care of those that took care of you - do not play with fire.

If you do - sooner not latter - that fire will turn on you and consume you. Aho.

NELSON MANDELA (ROLIHLAHLA) - THE SHAKER OF TREES - A LEGACY FOR ALL AFRICA AND THE WORLD - FROM THE DAYS OF HANNIBAL TO TODAY - AFRICA RULES.

In the passing of Nelson Mandela the entire world has found more about Africa - learned more in the days leading the great Memorial Event and Nelson Mandela Resting Place here on Earth.

This, even thought most do not know a lot about Africa and the 53 Independent Countries - 61 if you count the territories and the smaller islands.

You hear people say; I went to Africa. It would sound funny if you said I went to America - when you just visited New York City. In my life time I have visited many African countries - and what I saw with my eyes - I will treasure for ever.

Africa has produce many great leaders from the days of Hannibal before and after - and in the last 60 years during my life time - leading to a great man - born in South Africa - Nelson Mandela - Rolihlahla.

Nelson Mandela took up arms to fight the "apartheid regime" of the all White South Africans (Afrikaner).

Nelson Mandela fled to the neighboring African countries - going so far into then Tanganika - now known as Tanzania - meeting with other African leaders - making many inroads during the liberation struggle - until he was captured and jailed for 27 years.

27 years may have mellowed this boxer; with a stature tall and dignified.

First and foremost he was a fighter for justice and maintained that all through his life. His name in the Xhosa language - was "Shaker of Trees" - meaning "Trouble Maker". A trouble maker for good.

The United States of America - had him listed as a "terrorist" on their list - had him removed from that list in 2008 - through the efforts of President George W. Bush Jr - who together with President Barack Hussein Obama will be attending the memorial services for Nelson Mandela in Cape Town and his village and resting place.

Bestowed the Nobel Prize to Nelson Mandela - other treasured honorary titles, respected and given a place of great respect by various people and of sorts of dignitaries, film stars and pop stars, sports men, women and children - Nelson Mandela was everything to everyone - humanity.

To understand Nelson Mandela - it is best to be African.

Not African- American which has nothing of importance to do with Africa.

Black suits the best description of Blacks in America. So many Blacks in America will say - whatever they want to say - but only an African comprehends best - what has to be said - and this may be - not a word.

Recently "Kanye" stated in his stupidity that he would be much more famous than Nelson Mandela.

Kanye - Kardashian fame thinks his music and his his affairs with women and whatever - does him fame. His uttering such nonsense - betrays his ignorance and that of those absorbed in - "BLINK" - and mundane stuff. Typical of those who are full of it.

Leaders like Nelson Mandela other African leaders - Kwame Nkrumah, Julius Nyerere, Jomo Kenyatta, Abdul Nasser are one of a kind - and their make up and rise to power are unique to the Africa and African context.

This is difficult for Blacks in America to comprehend - and so you will hear the many funny speeches made.

These Blacks want to say something - but they lack the very essence to approach greatness - so they mutter and in muttering - they betray their shallow - ignorance.

Our local Black leaders - those shallow, spineless, and very corrupt and right or wrongly say what they please about Nelson Mandela. As I said - it will be fluff - because they have no clue what the man went through - and what this legend - really stood for.

How can folks stand by to legacy - when they are but peons - caught up in dirty politics, corruption, and fail to represent.

I could name them - you know them - if I did - this entire article would be tainted and tarnished.

It must be noted though in the early 1960s until the release of Nelson Mandela - stellar Blacks from America - more in Washington DC - initiated the boycott of trade with South Africa, boycott of investments in South Africa - other sanctions.

Mr. Robinson and others were instrumental - one thing led to the other - and Nelson Mandela was released. In this effort it must noted - people of all races joined together to protest - the times were good and the people - sincere. God Bless those and their families who took the stand - that led to the release of Nelson Mandela.

Nelson Mandela had a soft corner for Americans, the Native Americans foremost - he understood wrong - you cannot and must not segregate the people that were first here in America.

The Native Americans and put them on Reservations - with little or nothing and expect them to survive. This is glaring crime - a crime crying to heaven aloud - for justice. Wake up America.

Much like we must feel for the thousands of Syrians in refugee camps, those refugees from Sudan in Kenya, others fleeing from dictators and corrupt regimes to live a life of despair.

We pray to God for justice -but as humans with compassion and a heart - we must do right - and lend a helping hand. Speak out aloud and do not permit the crooks and the corrupt to intimidate you.

In normal circumstances Nelson Mandela should have come out of Robben Island a bitter man.

You must remember he had his companions - he had to lead - and he had to be a good leader - and all those incarcerated with tell you - he did that - the entire 27 years plus.

In Nelson Mandela's stature those incarcerated saw hope. In his talk and sayings they saw and felt comfort. As long as he was alive - they envisioned - liberation.

At first all those incarcerated experienced horrible conditions - a blanket, on the cold ground, a bucket to defecate.

Bearing the inclement weather - never given an opportunity to feel the cool breeze - nor gaze into the sky and see the stars.

Then one day after years - 6 years or more - they were given this opportunity - to come out in the open and gaze at the stars, feel the breeze and the sun - what we all take for granted.

When they were given this opportunity - they all knew - this one change - would bring other - changes. And that happened.

Imagine looking toward Cape Town and seeing it all and hoping against hope - that one day freedom would be delivered.

That day came - and it was - and in a way - it started in America. In America with the good , the bad and the ugly.

Closer to home imagine being incarcerated on Alcatraz - and every day you see San Francisco - the lights and all - and that is all. Year after year for years - 27 years. Then one day - from the days of despair, destitution, horror - you are a free - person. Land in San Francisco and shout for joy.

To the readers I say we must not listen much to the Main Media or to the lying politicians.

These entities are Not to be trusted. They will say - what they want you all to hear.

Hear them - and analyse their words, discern, see if they can back up their words with action. If there is some action - however small - then they are worth the salt. If not they are the scum of the Earth - which they are - most of them.

I was born in Nairobi, Kenya and always proud of that fact.

I have been blessed to travel the world and see things for myself.

Here in San Francisco I have access to anyone worth the salt - they know me and I know them.

It does not matter if it is the Mayor Edwin Lee.

The City Administrator Naomi Kelly.

The Controller Ben Rosenfield.

The head of  the Department of Public Works Mohammed Nuru, his Deputy Chief Fuad Sweiss.

The City Attorney Dennis Herrera, the Chief of San Francisco Police Department - Gregory Suhr, one of his Deputy Chiefs - Cashman.

The General Manager Harlan Kelly - Trent Rhorer and Bevan Dufty who help the poor and indigent -- others too many to mention - you get the drift - the bottom line we must do - right.

Truly speaking our San Francisco Supervisors act after the fact - long after the fact - they do not have the vision and so cannot represent as true leaders.

They play it safe - so that they continue to rake in the thousands if not millions.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone on matters of Infrastructure and Base Closer - and that is why I take more pride in San Francisco.

The Muwekma Ohlone  are the indigenous people of San Francisco.

In the living room of Nelson Mandela he had a wooden carving made of redwood - from San Franciscans to him - presented to him by the Mayor of Soweto - who visited San Francisco in 1999.

His note to me - made all the difference - calling me a friend and thanking me. A small connection but a bigger one - spurring kindness and goodness - and standing tall to do - right.

When some legend passes away - she or he does not really - fade away - if they lived a life pleasing to all - then they live in our hearts for ever.

In San Francisco I have been blessed to know so many - and to be supported by so many - the Blacks, the Latinos, the Polynesians, the Asians, the Whites.

Most of all the indigenous people - the Native Americans - others too. What else can I wish.

My pray to God - give me good health and peace of mind. Aho.

A legend Nelson Mandela has passed away - but as I said - he will live forever, for those that comprehend, live forever in our hearts and mind. Aho.
