HOW POLITICIANS IN SAN FRANCISCO HAVE FAILED TO REPRESENT THE CONSTITUENTS.

Representation does not come easily - more so when you have San Francisco Supervisors the likes of Malia Cohen who has failed this City and County of San Francisco. Her side kick Scott Wiener - who has dared take on the Sunshine Task Force - and tried to stall - transparency and accountability.


In recent months; we all in this City were shocked to see our elected Sheriff - put on trial - for a minor family squabble that some dared - declare "battering".


Took the elected Sheriff of our City to task - forced him to plead to charges - spread disparaging ideas and false rumors - all to put the Sheriff down - adversely impacting his family - his dear wife Eliana Lopez and his young son - Theo.


All the above goes to the day when the so called "liberals" or progressives - did not have a plan - and brought in the obvious - to the detriment of our City's local governance - remember the twenty minutes break. The time we wanted an Interim Mayor - the ploys and machination of that drab, shallow, corrupt, immoral person - Mr. Diptick - Mayor Gavin Newsom.


That memorable day when we had to elected an Interim Mayor and could not come to a consenus - and the Judas Bevan Dufty and his side kick Sophina Maxwell - decided to buy time - postponed the choice and the election of an interim - Mayor.


The above betrayers - brought in an entirely new element to the fore - and one thing led to the other - until we had the anointing and finally the election of Mayor Ed Lee. Time will tell.


Ross Mirakimi could have easily have won that day - but the leader of the game; more of the pack - decided to play the "donkey game".


David Chiu forgot the day he was given a chance - and made the President of the SF Board of Supervisors. He must now pick the very seeds he planted. The Progressives had their day - and blew it with their "donkey games" and machinations.


Now, Ross Mirkarimi was forced to look at politics another way - run for something that he had good knowledge of - and could handle - but in the light of all things being equal.


Sans the poor unity and leadership of the "Progressives" - under Caligula - Ross could have easily been the new interim President of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Then easily earned the title of Mayor - in a fair election.


Secondly as already has been proved - Ross Mirkarimi would have got the highest number of votes - and become of Mayor by his own right. All that did not happen because the Progressives - failed to be United and handed the reign to those that have brought about this - blatant - disgrace on our fair City of San Francisco.


The Ross Mirkarmi case is slowly moving in the right direction.


People have perjured but the Ethics Commission - which is not a Court - has no precedence - handling a case - such as the Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi case.


Now perjury is a hanging cloud - full of lies and diabolic plots - over this case. People take the stand, they swear - and they LIE.

This case linked with our Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - cannot be adjudicated fairly - Not with the amendments made to the SF City Charter - and not when it comes to some elected official - such as the Sheriff - there is no precedence.


If there is let some one who is sane - point to me the direction.


In my subjective opinion - with the evidence provided by Eliana Lopez - there is NO evidence what so ever - that Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi battered his wife. Throwing out any signs of true Domestic Violence allegations.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi grabbed his wife's arm for a brief second - while his wife - pulled and slightly bruised her arm - saying the word "STOP".

There was NO laceration, no bleeding, no swelling, no pain that could not be endured, no one went to the Emergency Room - nothing of that sort. Eliana Lopez felt hurt and rightly so - Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi felt sorry and rightly so - and both love each other and want to go forward - end of the story.

All this nonsense could have been "stopped" - a long time ago - if the Progressives had unity - sound leadership - and not got us into this debacle.


Can Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi get the required 9 votes when these trumped up case - full of loop holes - with fabrication - and folks like Madison - the MACHINE with Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris and more - all bent to run the political career of our elected Sheriff - come before the SF Supervisors?


Like I stated at the very first trial meeting - before the  doomed Ethic Commission. First of all - the Ethics Commission is not capable to adjudicate this unique - case.


The voters of San Francisco truly chose this method - to permit the Ethics Commission to adjudicate cases of Official Misconduct - but by default the Grand Jury has stated - the Ethics Commission is not capable of such a task.


This is very important to note, ponder, and keep in mind at all times. How can this dilemma be adjudicated?


 Secondly, as I stated at that first trial of this case before the Ethics Commission - I, Francisco Da Costa - do not cast my precious vote lightly.


It is a fact that Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi was elected by all the constituents who cast their vote for our Sheriff - our Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - got more votes than our Mayor Ed Lee - the last elections. This empirical fact must be noted at all times.


In this contest these trumped up charges and all those behind this ganging up against our Sheriff - has to taken - very seriously.


Now, let us reveal to the many that want to use of City Charter - as a tool - the City Charter does not clearly specify "Official Misconduct " - in other words it is very vague.


It does give some lee way to the Mayor to bring these charges - but, in this case - there was "no battering" - there was NO clear, and sound elements - of abuse, continued patterns, intent to harm, intent to torture, intent to imprison for long periods, continued; mental and physical abuse - none of these - took place.


When Eliana Lopez was called upon to testify - I was present - sitting one row behind Sheriff Ross and in close proximity of Eliana Lopez. We made eye contact from time to time - she saw me and I saw her. Her testimony was excellent - she was very sincere - and what is most important - she shed light where there was utter, abject - darkness.


Eliana Lopes clearly stated that her husband did not mistreat her warranting - the label of Domestic Violence.


On that day - the two to them had an argument - that most of us who are married have; from time to time.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi grabbed Eliana Lopez's arm - for a brief second - Eliana herself; decided to pull her arm away - thus causing the bruise.


At No time did Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi strike his wife - abuse her - and had no intention what so ever to harm her.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - knew fully well that his son - whom he loves was close by in the back of the car - in the baby seat fast asleep.


Eliana stated these facts - and since only she was fully awake and cognizant of the facts.


His wife; Eliana Lopez's statements - are the only statements - statements she gave under oath that truly count - and stated her case very clearly - even though English is her second language. Spanish is her first.


The two City attorneys badgered her with questions that were not warranted. They did this to intimate Eliana Lopez - they would not have done this - if Eliana Lopez was a White person. Blatant discrimination - that we must keep in mind - election time.


The City Attorney - Dennis Herrera lost the last Mayoral race to Mayor Ed Lee.


But, Dennis Herrera is constantly - trying to portray himself as a winner - taking some business to court and imposing fines for selling alcohol to minors. Charging some landlord for not caring for his tenants - imposing millions of dollars in fines.


Trying to win points - for his second run as Mayor. That run may happen - but the man will not win.


The City Attorney could have stopped this case from going forward - but chose with intent - to create divisiveness.


Typical of a LOSER - typical of a man who has no standards.


The two attorneys the bovine and the wolf - sent to badger the victim - Eliana Lopez - must be ashamed of themselves. Trying to put words in Eliana Lopez's mouth - that Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi was power hungry, intimidated his wife - and other unruly statement not becoming of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi.


This case must be tossed out - it has no merit - what so ever.


Why did someone advice Mayor Ed Lee to suspend Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi without pay? Adversely impacting his son and wife?


What City worth the salt does this?


Whoever advised the Mayor on the suspension without pay - must be ashamed of herself or himself and when Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi wins this case - must be fired.


The world is laughing at us - this case is now gone viral - hundreds asking me what is happening to San Francisco?


Could I forward the emails I get to the Mayor Office? You idiots must think hard - before you leap from the frying pan to the fire.


We have Representatives and City Officials - who have no morals, no ethics, no standards, and hence their mentality and behavior is patently - tarnished.


Most people in San Francisco - voted in favor of our Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - Ross Mirkarimi got MORE votes than Mayor Ed Lee.This is a fact - starring in our faces - those that have sense, morals, standards, are worth the salt.


Before Ross Mirkarimi left the Chambers - his final day relinquishing his District 5 Supervisor's seat - most of the current sitting Supervisors - praised Ross Mirkarimi - I was present and these Supervisors know me - I pay attention.


Our City is at a cross roads - we must do what is right.


We must not permit folks outside the current sitting government to pull strings - as was done to bring Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi down - when this case was initiated.


The time is now - and the window of opportunity very narrow - the world is watching.


The man dedicated his life for over 35 years - an advocate in the Bayview Hunters Point Area - in the Western Addition, all over San Francisco.


Ross Mirkarimi - was  fighting contamination, putting legislation in place to stop the sale of plastic grocery bags, empowering Safety programs with concept and ideas learned as an attorney and more as President of his class at the Police Academy. 


Served at the Chair of LAFCO can pushed for all sorts of Clean Energy.


As Supervisor of District 5 - stemming gun violence and personally going to the sites of the killings and shootings, bringing forth the most legislation while he was the sitting Supervisor of District 5 - in Room 250.


For heaven's sake Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi garnered most votes than Mayor Ed Lee - what does that say?


His wife; Eliana Lopez wants the family to heal and go forward.


Is this City in the business of splitting families?


Depriving a citizen who has given so much of his life to San Francisco and San Franciscans - more than any politician in recent years in San Francisco - on many levels - with empirical data starring in our faces. 


The time has come for those decent, courageous, with fortitude; forthright, to speak up - and do the right thing. Now.


We must fight the forces of EVIL.


I have pointed in the past in my articles who they are.


We must NOT permit the forces of EVIL to - divide San Franciscans and deprive us of our elected Sheriff - our votes put him there.


Our votes matter - and our voice must be heard - loud and clear.

ELIANA LOPEZ - SHERIFF ROSS MIRKARIMI CASE - LET LIGHT SHINE WHERE THERE IS ABJECT - DARKNESS.

No sound democracy can work without accountability and transparency.


It is critically important; that those politicians in San Francisco - do not target those that are better educated, work harder, and who have the best interests of the constituents of San Francisco -  are sound politicians or public servants - with disdain.


You did that with elected Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - and it has back fired. Shame of you all.


All those that had a hand from the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch - the SF District Attorney's Office - the SF City Attorney's, and sad to say the SF Police Department - those investigators that were not sensitive to the parties that were vulnerable - one witness who was pregnant and yet was - hounded.


Two individuals who have done well in their respective fields - Ross Mirkarimi our Sheriff in San Francisco - and his wife Eliana Lopez - who is an actress and well educated - were targeted by some mean spirited folks - and the on going trial before the Ethics Commission - have revealed their names.


It is a crying shame - that some very evil politicians - chose to target Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - who once was with the Green Party as a founding member - but a few years ago - chose to be a Democrat.


The paradox is that Democrats like Kamala Harris, Willie L. Brown Jr., Gavin Newsom - others too many to mention - think they can influence local direct governance - by intimating people - and from time to time - targeting those individuals - who can hold their ground - some one like Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi -surely comes to mind.


At any time - on any subject - Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi can debate a host of Democrats - some; that I have mentioned above - to a debate - in a public forum setting - and win hands down.


The reason is simple - Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi is educated on issues - the others talk a good talk - but cannot walk the walk.


They others - they all suffer from some deep - inferiority complex. More they are dysfunctional - as are many of the politicians that follow a life style - that does not favor decent families with children.


30,000 families with children have left San Francisco - because they are NOT comfortable with polices that hurt children and families. This City calls it " family flight " - but can do nothing about it - but; spew diatribe and hot air.


I am setting the above scene to introduce Eliana Lopez a well known citizen from prominent South American nation. In her own right - she a well known actor - comes from a decent family; is well educated - and very proud of her native - heritage.


This January, 2012 Eliana just received a Green Card - which entitles her to stay legally in the United States - but does not protect her from the many rights - that American Citizens - enjoy.


This sordid incident - disturbed Eliana Lopez so much - that she feared her only son Theo - could be taken away from her. Eliana Lopez is a good wife and more a good mother to her son - Theo.


Right at this time - Eliana's father that Eliana Lopez loves so much is enduring some serious health problems and is in hospital. This has forced Eliana Lopez - from time to time to go back to her home town abroad to visit her dear - father.


This one issue - among others - prompted both Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi and Eliana Lopez - to have some minor family squabbles - much like all of us have - I have for sure.


Imagine some neighbor calling the police every time some raises their voice - presumes that these so called neighbors can take it upon themselves to initiate some Domestic Violence - Incident Report without sound - justification.


Neighbors help one another - they do not put those that they know and care - in harm's way.


On one single occasion Eliana Lopez and Sheriff were arguing - about Eliana Lopez and her young son Theo - visiting Eliana's ailing father. One thing led to another and Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi grabbed Eliana hand - and it took but one second - according to Eliana - as she pushed her hand - to suffer a minor bruise. Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi did not strike her - and when he was the bruise - he was profusely - sorry and is to this day.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - did not want Eliana to be away from him just prior to Ross being sworn in as elected Sheriff of San Francisco. Being; just sworn in - Ross wanted Eliana Lopez to support him at home and in general - as he assumed his new responsibilities - as an elected Sheriff of San Francisco - a very difficult - job.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - having won more votes - than San Francisco - Mayor Ed Lee - in the last elections. San Franciscans have hinted they wanted Ross Mirkarimi next as their next Mayor.


His enemies fear this - and have now decided to target elected -  Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi.

The Sheriff election was a clear one - with one candidate - having better experience in the sense about contemporary models - dealing with incarceration, operations, local government.


Realignment  programs; that embraces those incarcerated and released - actual experience having been the President of the SF Police Academy, working for the District Attorney office - and of course being the Supervisor of District 5 - Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi has contributed so much - to Society and San Francisco.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi with the loving support of his wife Eliana Lopez and Theo his young born son - was all set to put his best foot forward - and serve our City and County of San Francisco - as best he could.


His enemies did not want this to happen. Shame on them.


I know what I am talking about because I attend the key meetings at SF City Hall and have known Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - who before being elected Sheriff - was the Supervisor of District                    5 - and served his constituents and San Francisco - as best he could.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi was and is one stellar politician - who has the best interests of the public at large.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi works very hard - perhaps so hard and for long hours - that this incident took a wrong turn. This should be a wake up call to others - and be aware of neighbors - who you make go for succor and end up in jail.


As his wife Eliana Lopez stated - Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi must make time - for his family - and I am sure he will do this to better his family life - and cater as best as he can with Quality Time - to those aspirations and needs of his - wife - Eliana Lopez.


A neighbor Maddison - without Eliana Lopez permission called the police after Eliana had confided in her - on condition that she not divulge the contents.


This neighbor called the SF Police Department - and had Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi arrested on a Domestic Violence  issue- over a minor incident - blowing it beyond proportion - calling it Domestic Violence and causing the entire family - hardships and many on going - problems.


Many women - more feminists - protested on the steps of City Hall - calling for Sheriff's Ross Mirkarimi - removal from office.


As I said blowing this one single incident - causing a major storm of sorts - without any justification.


These women have now stopped showing their faces in public.


I know for a fact - many men will NOT be support the causes these vicious feminists purport to serve - but, have by their putrid actions - brought shame on themselves and the general cause of Domestic Violence.


The San Francisco Police Department has been very slow to address real Domestic Violence in San Francisco before and now.


I know this for a fact. The SF Police Department - ventured to teach Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi a lesson and this has - back fired.


The District Attorney also joined the fray by his actions - more leaking information to the Main Media - which has back fired. Time will tell.


The State Attorney General joined the fray - and we all heard from the testimony of Eliana Lopez and the remarks of Madison the neighbor.


These actions - however small - are a crying shame.


Kamala Harris does not have a good track record - she is known for pandering and was propped up by Willie L. Brown  Jr., and those in the know; have knowledge about her and her many ploys and machinations - the intimated relations these two corrupt individuals - Kamala Harris and Willie L. Brown Jr., - have had - over many years. Despicable.


Former Mayor Gavin Newsom - had several affairs - one with his best friends wife's in Room 200 - right in City Hall.


 The same with Willie L. Brown Jr., - who has an affinity for young women - more oriental women - this  is well known.


As Mayor he had a child out of wedlock. Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. has not divorced his first wife. As I have mentioned - even now at an old age - his affinity for women -knows no bounds.


No City Attorney, no District Attorney, No SF Chief of Police - did anything to charge Mayor Willie L Brown Jr., and Mayor Gavin Newsom - both having vociferous appetite for - sex -outside marriage. Public officials disgracing their office in recent years - all steeped in - sodomy.


In they past - the above stated actions when conducted - though inappropriate and illegal - this City seemed to accept such sordid actions - and look the other way.


But, if one is married - and there is minor squabble - this one incident - is blown beyond anything I have seen - in recent history. Destroying the lives of Ross, Eliana, and Theo.


Millions of dollars have been spent on investigations, shabby City lawyers, covering up perjury, blatant lying, badgering the victims for no reason what so ever.




City Attorneys conducting themselves - in a manner that defies - fair play and justice.


No citizen of these the United States can be presumed guilty and treated with disdain - unless given the proper means to defend oneself - and tried in the Court of Law.


Not a body that has been found wanting - like the Ethics Commission - more - by the San Francisco - Grand Jury.


It is a shame that the SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera advised e Mayor Ed Lee - to suspend Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi without pay. This is unheard of in any civilized society.


If the City Attorney backed up the District Attorney - with help from the SF Police Department - and thinks for a second that these actions are right - let me tell you - you all have shamed this City of San Francisco and are the laughing stock of the entire world.


Since March - the Sheriff has been deprived of his pay check.


The City must pay him nothing less than $20 million - as punitive damages - to teach those who think they are in power and act like buffoons - that San Franciscans - do not tolerate such sordid and putrid - actions. Make no bones about it.


I attended the first trial that put Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi in this predicament before the Ethics Commission- saw the remaining on SFGOVTV - and attended the last trial on July 19, 2012 - which ended a little before 11 pm. I sat on the second row - just behind Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi.


I admire Eliana Lopez who defended her husband in an extraordinary manner, shinning light where there was darkness - standing up to the evil City attorneys - badgering her with questions - without cause.


The City attorneys - fell on their faces in utter - disgrace.


We San Franciscans - will NOT tolerate such nonsense.


We San Franciscans do not believe in badgering the innocent.


Those who have participated in these shenanigans - must learn for this experience - especially the SF District Attorney office - who leaked out facts about this case - murking the waters - and adversely impacting the victims in this - trumped up case of sorts.


Few San Francisco had the guts to stand up to the forces of evil - from the inception - I did - and I am proud to have done so.


We see that straight married couples are now in jeopardy.


More because of those who prefer another type of life style that does not favor children.


In all the deliberations - Theo the young child was traumatized. 


This City and County of San Francisco with a budget of over $7.6 billion - chose to deprive Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - from being paid.


Adversely impact his wife Eliana Lopez and more their son, Theo - who a few years from now - will hear and will be told about this sordid - episode.


History must record the villains - expose them for what they are - the San Francisco City Attorney and the San Francisco District Attorney for sure. Both institutions have marred the good name of our City and County of San Francisco.


San Franciscans thank Eliana Lopez - for shedding light where there was darkness.


Shaming the villains. We wish her, her son Theo and our elected Sheriff - the best - and we support you all - one million percent.

ELIANA LOPEZ SETS THE TONE - SF CITY ATTORNEYS FAIL TO MAKE A CASE - DISGRACE OUR CITY'S GOOD NAME.

San Francisco has always been known to be very fair, compassionate, the City that knows they say - and willing to compromise - to take one to a better place.


San Francisco has never been known to badger people; bully people - destroy the lives of innocent people - and do all this in a nonchalant - manner.


In recent years - the City that was named after Saint Francis Assisi prefers to be rude, and more in recent years - taken the good name of our City and County of San Francisco - and dumped it - in the putrid - cesspool.  These sordid actions by a few - who are linked to the MACHINE.


Eliana Lopez - the wife of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi took the stand - in the Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi trumped up charges linked to so called Domestic Violence- and answered the many dubious questions poised to Eliana Lopez - who first language in Spanish and second English - our two City Attorneys - one worse than the other bullied her as best they could - and lost hands down.


Eliana Lopez was forthright in revealing how folks like Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom and others - tried to gang up against Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - just because they wanted to - like some gangsters.


This so called members of the elite Democratic Party have and are setting a very bad example. Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi use to belong to the Green Party - switched to the SF Democratic Party - has always be know to be a Progressive - but never, ever a sell out.


Those that tried to gang up against him - and still are - are despicable, pathetic, and need to take up on these charges - before a decent Court not a kangaroo court - like the Ethic's Commission.


There has been no such case adjudicated before the Ethics Commission - the last one any one can remember the Mazolla Case from the Plumbers' Union - and that too went to the Courts and was thrown out.


There use to be a time - when all San Franciscans  believed in fair play and decency - no more.


The case of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi is a case in point.


The fair name of our Great City San Francisco has been tarnished - no one dares drag a man who has served our City well as an advocate - and drag him through the gutters with glee - pathetic morons - your day has come.


Wasting millions in tax payers money - while all the time - dividing the City and pitting one segment of the population against the others.

The authorities that govern this once Great City have chosen to destroy - an elected official who received more votes than Mayor Ed Lee in the last - election.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi, his wife Eliana Lopez and Theo their son - have all been put through hell. Why?


Is it because - some corrupt politicians with intent are afraid of him - afraid that he may be the next Mayor - afraid that they cannot debate him - afraid that they cannot stand up to his stellar track record compared to their pathetic public record?


Does it take some call from the outside - some very corrupt folks the likes that I mentioned above - consulting folks like Willie L. Brown Jr and Rose Pak - all part of  the MACHINE who are focused on wanting - to destroy Ross Mirkarimi, his wife Eliana Lopez and their only son Theo - just because they feel to do so - being evil to the core.


What has become of San Francisco? Why is there no hue and cry? Why are so many afraid of whom - and why are will not standing up - for the truth now and now after the sordid acts have been adjudicated?


Today was the second day in a row that Eliana Lopez took the stand. Judging from the answers she gave - our two City attorneys who were cross examining Eliana Lopez - should be ashamed of themselves and will fail miserably - as many of you will see presently.


This City will fall flat on its face - in total disgrace - as this case proceeds and those that ganged up against Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - one by one - will fall by the way side. Karma.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi now stands a good chance to get back his job.


Of course Mayor Ed Lee might not want that to happen - but, as I said before he asked for it -pandering to some corrupt folks that I have mentioned before.


These long sessions more hearings - by the Ethics Commission are a joke. Pretending to be some court when they have none of those powers. The Ethics Commission is charting through some choppy waters - and mostly finding it difficult - to stay afloat.


Waste of tax payers money. There is no logic to this on going saga and madness - and it does not bear well for San Francisco - when we are made the laughing stock - for all over the world to see.


This Madison woman; who started this pandemonium - calling the police with ulterior motives in mind - will have her day in court.


Judging from what we know she said and did - her fate in near and clear - she will have to bear some severe - consequences- in future and she has tarnished her name - the little she had forever.


Madison called the police on Eliana Lopez - after Eliana Lopez confided in Madison who is  a non-practicing attorney; about a family incident that did not come anyway near Domestic Violence - but this Madison woman called the police and her statements the written ones - point to fabrication and more blatant - lies.


This on going charade by the Ethics Commission will soon go before the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - for some inept and shallow - adjudication.


How that will fare - is already known - the evidence clearly points in favor of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi.


Early today - July 20, 2012 - Eliana Lopez was permitted to speak and be with Ross Mirkarimi. This is good news. The happened at the Criminal Courts at 850 Bryant Street.


The judge; Judge Garrett  Wong lifted the stay away order - uniting Sheriff  Ross Mirkarimi, his wife Eliana Lopez and son Theo.

THE TRIAL OF ROSS MIRKARIMI BEFORE THE ETHICS COMMISSION LEAVES MUCH TO DESIRE - A DEEP SCAR ON THE CITY'S CONSCIENCE.

This City did not discern well - when for whatever reason - someone decided to put Ross Mirkarimi on trial - before the failed, stumbling, floundering - Ethics Commission.


Even the Grand Jury condemned the Ethics Commission for not doing due diligence - and throwing out cases - brought before them and sent by the Sunshine Task Force who had done due diligence and heard the many cases that had to be - adjudicated by the Ethics Commission.


It is disgrace to this fair City of San Francisco -  and even more - a far greater mistake - to bring the cooked up deliberations before the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - when the Ethics Commission - passes the cooked up recommendations - from this hearing by the Ethics Commission - linked to Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi. 


The paradox is that over half of the SF Board of Supervisors - themselves have already been tainted by the Notices of Violations - in recent months - sent to them by the Ethics Commission.


How do we the constituents - expect the sordid, nefarious - SF Board of Supervisors - suddenly to cleanse themselves from their putrid ways and selves - and adjudicate fairly.


Ross Mirkarimi; once a SF Board of Supervisor - now an elected Sheriff - who received the highest number of votes - in the last Elections - should be given back his job as Sheriff and all the prompt up charges - completely dropped.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi received far more votes than did Mayor Ed Lee - who has been drawn into this mess - and should have used his Mayoral Powers - to stay out of this family squabble of sorts.  A huge storm has been created in a tiny - tea cup.


Willie L. Brown Jr., Hognisto, Gavin Newsom, Fagan, Peskin, Daly - and a host of others - so called politicians - have stumbled for a brief moment and made mistakes; some in large measure Willie L. Brown Jr., and Gavin Newsom - and nothing much came from their charades and blunders.


The two City Attorneys prosecuting Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi are  a joke .


That is not how you treat a woman witness who has just delivered a baby. That is not how you treat a decent woman - who is not familiar with English - talk slow and to the point and please do not be disparaging.


As much as the two City attorneys tried to tarnish the name of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - they failed miserably. All the learning in Law School - went down the gutter - utter failure.


Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi's wife stood her ground - and while she stood for family values - good for her - the two City Attorney -  blood hounds - the obese one, and the man with fox like features - failed miserably. Typically of their ilk.


There was a clash of cultures - families values - the two Attorneys the product of shallow, stale, mundane culture that seeks to target the worst that human have to offer - fostering greed.


Eliana Lopez; Ross Mirkarimi's wife stood her ground - and turned the tables around. Upheld family values - stood by Ross and Theo - and shamed this City - once an for all. What else do you morons need? More shedding of blood?


Americans value fair play and justice - in fact most Americans will back up the under dog - anyone that we see is being targeted by the bullies - that are using their fake power - and seeking revenge.


We the constituents see this clearly in this case trumped up to target an innocent man - with far greater charges than can be imagined.


Our judicial system in recent years - has been thrown to the wind. In fact the performance of these two spineless City Attorney was so poor - that they should go back to school - if no dismissed from serving the best needs of our City - we tax payers - pay their salaries.


At one point the City Attorney purported that he was going to read a statement - when in fact he should have shown the script to Elena - have her glance and understand the contents - before opening his wide mouth and shoving his dirty foot in.


Some one reminded him about that - the City attorney was not acting properly and how he should act. The Chair of the Ethics Commission agreed.


It is such blatant disregard for the law, more how Eliana Lopez was grilled harshly - that tarnishes the fair name of our City - and as I said in my first article on this topic:


THE CITY WILL FALL FLAT ON ITS FACE AND ROSS MIRKARIMI WILL BE EXONERATED. 


In all these deliberations, fake processes, remember a precedence has been set by the Ethics Commission - with no clear directions in the City's Charter - governing such matters.


For the SF Board - inept and shallow as the are - many tainted - given the opportunity to adjudicate this case - following some rulings that so far have not impressed those who can discern - and more those who comprehend the law.


Such buffoonery - such a circus - if ever taken serious by this City and County of San Francisco - will lead us San Franciscans down a path of no return.


For God's sake weekly - only from the Queer population we have 
instances of domestic violence - and only but a handful - are charged - from the hundreds of domestic violence incident cases reported.


I am talking battering, assaults, injuries inflicted - in many cases stabbings.


The same is true for the straight population - and no one is looking at the daily and weekly statistics.


Domestic Violence are the signs of the times - and mostly stems from dysfunctional ways of living, lack of spirituality, lack of ethics, lack of education, poverty and so on.


Ross Mirkarimi is NOT a batterer.


Ross Mirkarimi did not intent to harm his wife. 


Ross Mirkarimi loves his wife and his son. Eliana Lopez his wife know too well about family values and shamed the two City Attorneys trying to persecute - Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi in public.


The two City Attorney I challenge you would not know - how a straight family lives - not if they are deeply tainted with a Queer mentality - that leads them to ask sordid questions - devoid of decency,  fair play - and take our proven justice system - and throw in the putrid - cesspool.


Right off the bat - I will tell you - the other witnesses - including the Mayor will be asked straight questions - and some one will take the FIFTH.


Mark my words - and with that this case will - collapse - distorted and contorted - cantankerous type of questioning bring utter disdain and shame - to anything remotely - decent.


Never, ever does this City need its fair name to be tarnished by forces like Willie L. Brown Jr. - Rose Pak - the Pacific Heights Mafia - and those who we know do not have the best interests of our City.


Ross Mirkarim may be brash, slightly argumentative - but not one that should bear the title of being abusive - I know the man for a long time. I have praised him in the Chambers for his long standing and accepted work as an advocate.


He is known for his due diligence and very hard work that as we see might have come in the way of his personal family communications - work leaving little quality time for the family.


Ross Mirkarimi loves his son Theo - so where is Theo is all of this? Who in the City cares to keep the family united?


Is this a message to target a family much as our City values have been targeted by those that do not want children and see striving families in San Francisco? We have lost 30,000 families in the last 5 years - for sure.


Ross Mirkarimi must be given his job back - complete with back pay - and at least $20 million in punitive damages - so that such nonsense in never, ever repeated.

STOP AND FRISK IS NOT FOR SAN FRANCISCO - AND LET US NOT POUND ON MAYOR ED LEE - FOR NOTHING.

When you witness - what I have witnessed.


When you go the aid of those victims - who have fallen prey to gun violence.


Black on Black killings - in the hundreds - has happened so often - that most people are nonchalant - immune to such violence - and when you state such fact - for most - it is a matter of fact. 


How did this all come about? Who brought about such a state of affairs on the Black community? Was it the Latino, the Asian, the White - or rather the Black who has not learned to love his or her own?


When we read about Fredrick Douglas - when we hear the speeches of Dr. Martin Luther King - when we study our Black leaders - there is no doubt that many Black laid their lives - for all Americans.


In recent years - we all are forgetting about the history - and the noble lives led by many Blacks - the courage the man Blacks had to march - set upon by dogs - who challenged those that adversely impacted them - and won.


When we see the courage of those people of those time all Black - we see they were steeped in spirituality - and feared nothing. When these women, children, and men sang: " We shall overcome - we saw in them warriors - women warriors and men warriors - and we remember them - and must remember them - for all times - and praise God that we had such women, children and men - who shed light where there was darkness". They indeed took a stand.


"Stop and Frisk" as is done in New York - will never, ever be done in San Francisco.


Our Police Chief - Gregory Suhr; would not permit that - that I know for certain. Our Mayor - Ed Lee would not want to infringe on the Civil Rights of everyone - as "Stop and Frisk" does - so, let us give him a break.


Now having said that - let us all contribute to stopping Black on Black violence.


Let us stop some knuckle heads - shooting a gun - side ways - with bullet flying off target - ricocheting and hitting innocent children and others. Happens all the time.


This madness that you can settle a score - by killing must stop.


This madness when you carry a gun - to defend yourself - mostly against those that you do not like or have a beef - mostly Black must - stop.


This madness when you are angry - and lost a round - in a debate or argument of sorts - when some one had the better of you - that you go reach for a gun - and bring a sister or brother down - and think - you are something - is far from the truth - you are a "coward".


A life is precious. Just like the saying goes - a mind is a precious thing to waste. Ask a mother what a life is - and when you fathom that - some sanity will hit you - where now you are numb and killing and taking a life means - nothing. This nonsense must stop.


It is best when you go visit such fools in jail - they took a life and now no one else wants to visit them - and the brother says to you: " I lost it".


Well, you would not have lost it - if you listened to your Father and your Mother. 


You would not have lost it - if you had some sound - education.


You would not have lost it  - if you learned to pray - and had some spirituality to help you - over come.


You would not have lost it - if you had a job - and learned to work as a team - learned to socialize and made something of yourself.


You would not have lost it - if you eaten right, kept the right company, and learned to get along - with your sisters and brothers. Done less of drugs - even if it means a puff from some roach - or popping those pills that give you a high - more mixed with alcohol - and you think it is cool - when it truly land you in the cesspool of your own - creation.


Often times - I am on the MUNI bus 9 - the Third Street Lightrail   - and some youth - loud mouth will start trouble. I go and stand up - and look at them - and there is silence. And people are surprised. Why?


When these youth were very young - I took care of them. More, when we had the Boys and Girls Club on San Bruno. More when I use to help the Brown Bombers and other youth programs. They know me - so all they need is for me to stand up - and be a witness to their - foolishness.


Our youth lack discipline - because few say they love them.


Hold them and ask them - what is going on - in their lives.


Listen to them and hear their aspirations. Life is for the living not the living dead.


We must take control of our lives - and we must do better.


It is a joke to see some sit at Third and Palou - from 8 am to 8 pm - just whiling away their time. It is sad - when they talk trash to some young mother with children, our sisters - and yet think they are some man.


When will young men learn to be educated and excel in school.


Learn to work - and not while away their time.


Learn not to use the B word, and the F word and N - word - just because - they want to use it. Such words bring no reward to anyone, it does not enrich, it does not take you to a better place.


I have attended more than 240 funerals - seen it all - since 1999.


How much more can any decent human being take - so let us put this vain talk - that some one did this and some did that - and STOP and ASK - what are we really doing to better - ourselves?


People rally for all wrong reasons - and you can do it in America - and we should do it - when it warrants a good cause.


Find out who first reported in detail about Oscar Grant?


Find out really - who were the first to go to Oakland - and rally the sisters and brothers there?


Find out who stood for Community Policing in San Francisco - complete with a plan to empower our people?


The ones that are true leaders, the ones that have God in their heart, the ones that treat our Sisters and Brothers, our Elders, our little children with utmost respect - I said utmost respect - know who the true leaders in our community are.


The Black community has reached the cross roads.


We see so many living dead - crack cocaine - other drugs have the better of them. No one is taking the lead - to stop the drugs - and with all the divisiveness going on - daily the sale of drugs - increases.


The time of platitudes and blaming Mayor Ed Lee for what he may have said - more to stop the Black and Black killing in frustration - does not warrant protest and throwing arrows in the air. Nothing much will happen - with such out bursts.


Do not get me wrong - bad things happen - and we must get to the bottom of it - in a rationalistic manner.


Study every aspect of the issue - we fail to do this - only looking at some end result - without studying the circumstances that led to this very sad - episode. 


The larger cities have millions of Black - millions more of people of color - and things happen there - and will happen in New York for many other - reasons.


San Francisco is not New York - and San Francisco has led the Nation - many, many, times taking the lead and doing things, better.


Today the Nation is proud of San Francisco - and more of San Franciscans - and its many - contributions.


It is sad when we do not have a strong, educated on issues Representative at City Hall from District 10.


You have just to read the incident reports - emitting from the Bayview Police Station - no sound leadership.


What is more Quality of Life Issues are compromised. Such a shallow and spineless - Representative must be questioned - not the Mayor to whom - hundreds often call  - calls made in desperation - when tragedy - strikes.


Talk to the Community Response Network - the Community Based Organization that do Case Management - and have them address the rallies.


Rather then those - that have no clue - bark and shout and no one worth the salt will listen to them. Where spineless speakers -  spew diatribe - and do not know what the hell - in really happening in San Francisco.


We must take care of our own - love our own - and not elect leaders who have no morals, less ethics - shallow, spineless, and very corrupt.


Now throwing stones on our Mayor, Ed Lee - who may have stated something, fed up of killings and shootings in fraustration -  stating something but NOT meaning to execute such nonsense.


Having no intention of depriving us all San Franciscans - of our Freedom and less of Human Right and Civil Rights. Go figure.

THE SUNSHINE TASK FORCE AND SAN FRANCISCO.

The Sunshine Task Force may not be prefect; but it has been one body that has been able to bring about some adjudication, some clarity in everyday - governance. Setting some standard - where there has been none.


Often times some SF Board of Supervisor, some Commissioner, some body that must act right - acts wrong, breaks a law, an ordinance, does injustice to an constituent -  the SF Sunshine Task Force - has provided some avenue to bring about some redress and prompt - adjudication.


This has happened - time and time again - and on several occasion throughout the many years - I have used this powerful - tool.


In recent years we have had some Supervisors and among them leading this group on the forefront - Scott Wiener - who thinks his opinion really counts in all matters.


Well, it counts to him for sure and it should stay there - when it infringes the right of  others - that Scott Wiener fails to take into consideration. Another Supervisor gaining ground - in this important matter - adversely impacting others - is Malia Cohen - and her fall is imminent. 


Scott Wiener may mean well - but, for him to target Bruce Wolfe - who had contributed to the Sunshine Task Force - and deprive Bruce Wolfe from being on the Sunshine Task Force is a crime.


Bruce Wolfe who is physically challenged, and who will continue to shed light where there is darkness - which has been his forte - his mission - has the support of thousands. I have known him for many years - and we have been very good friends.


The Sunshine Task Force must be restored and those who have stalled it for some weeks now - must be brought to book.


Among them Supervisor Scott Wiener who purports to represent District 8 - and is doing a lousy job - messing in the affairs of most everyone in San Francisco - that is decent and matters.


In recent years again and again at the Public Forums - we have seen some SF Board of Supervisors - act as if they have all the powers of a unruly - dictator.


Failing to abide by the Brown Act - failing to respect the constituents who are the tax payers, who pay the salaries of the SF Board of Supervisors - which has risen from a measly $38,000 part time - to over $120,000 now with benefits.


Many of these inept, shallow, spineless SF Board of Supervisors and one of them is Malia Cohen - have hired corrupt aides - some from the former - SF Redevelopment Agency. These Supervisors - always - looking for projects to - rake in the money. Malia Cohen is all about the money - and less about - sound, decent - representation.


Malia Cohen and Scott Wiener were called upon by the Ethics Commission and served a Notice of Violation - when they broke the law.


These two were reprimanded by the San Francisco Ethics Commission - but not before the Ethics Commission had several other - infringements brought before the Ethics Commission.


Once the Sunshine Task Force is in place - many of us plan to file several very serious infringement against - Malia Cohen and of course Scott Wiener. One worse than the other.


The two not only broke the law - the adversely impacted thousands of innocent renters - living in the Park Merced Rental Housing Complex - some 1500.


With intent these two participated and more illegally participated  and conducted illegal actions linked to the Parkmerced Project - and this matter has been taken to court -by Pastor Gavin - who is out to seek justice and will get it.


Malia Cohen still thinks she works for Mayor Gavin Newsom - the same Mayor who slept with his best friend's wife - and apologized for it - profusely - to the Public at Large.


Gavin Newsom has also been known for participating in other kinky acts - well known in many circles - as Mr. Dipstick.


Malia Cohen was part of Gavin Newsom's team - when all hell broke loose and Gavin Newsom was the Mayor. He in now the Lt. Governor of California - he did run for Governor but withdrew when things got too hot in the kitchen.


Malia Cohen worked for Gavin Newsom - in Room 200 at SF City Hall - and many folks have NOT appreciated the way she treated people then as she does - now.


When Malia Cohen wants something she must get it - never mind if it is not be fair game.


That may work in the uncompromising situations - in the arena of sordid behavior in the sodomite realm of things - but that will not work with decent folks - straight folks, ethical folks, folks that have standards - more law abiding folks - who are decent Citizens of the United States of America.


District 10 in San Francisco has so much crime - that it makes one puke - reading the weekly crime report sent out  from the Bayview Station. The district 10 that Malia Cohen - is suppose to represent. Since becoming the District 10 Supervisor - Quality of Life Issues in District 10 - have gone to the dogs.


I wonder if Malia Cohen - reads the Incident Reports - because if she did - she should have resigned - a long time ago.


The woman is a "closet lesbian" - pretending to be straight. It is this dark closeted mentality - that makes this QUEER woman - and all her actions - diabolically suspect.


The Sunshine Task Force cannot now investigate many of our concerns - many of them - that we would like to file against  Supervisor Malia Cohen. She will be in for a great - surprise.


Malia Cohen in recent weeks is acting cocky - and one of the reasons being - she knows NO one can file complaints with the Sunshine Task Force.


No one can immediately notice her and bring her before the Sunshine Task Force - leading to bringing her before the Ethics Commission. We can take her to court - as has Pastor Galvin.


It is the same with Scott Wiener - who continues to act like a dictator - presupposing that most decent people - agree with his warped logic, his circular manner arguing a simple idea - and his general convoluted mentality stemming - from his dysfunctional - up bringing in New York.


San Franciscans will embrace everyone - but not those that enter politics to serve - and then decided to abuse their power.


Scott Wiener and Malia Cohen are two individuals - who put themselves first - at the front - their warped sense of looking at things - shadowing everything - both are QUEER - defensive - and diabolical in nature.


We know how you talk about straight people behind close doors - when you bring out the "whip cream" - and clown around - but now you know in public - how decent straight folks think about you.


Not to be mistaken I have many Queer friends and many of them receive my articles. Many of them meet me, debate me, and we do things and conduct ourselves in all manner - and have for for over 40 years.


All of them know I know they are QUEER - all of them openly declare they are - and most all of them are fair minded and work for fair play and justice for all.


In fact at City Hall - in Room 250 - the leading advocates that voice their opinions on matter of Sunshine, the Brown Act, who stand shoulder to shoulder with me - are QUEER - and we have a strong bond to represent and do right.


Malia Cohen and Scott Wiener hide behind their QUEERNESS - to seek opportunities to feign sympathy, act as if they are vulnerable, and when given opportunities - stab you in the back.


Sometimes they lose themselves - even when they are recorded on camera - breaking the law - and defying plain decency. 


During Public Comment the public can say speak up and address anyone - under our First Amendment Rights.


The State of California has the Brown Act in place that further respects those mandatory rights.


Again and again the SF Board of Supervisor and leading this group Scott Wiener and Malia Cohen - will confront those that speak up - after the comment is made. The Brown Act forbids such dialog - these two morons - must be made aware of this fact.


Many a times not comprehending the statements - Scott and Malia - take them personal - when they are general in nature - revealing their inability to reason, less to comprehend.


That salient wackiness that is inherent in folks who are reared wrong, are dysfunctional and bring this mentality - to represent the public and do injustice to sound governance and democracy that our Nation - upholds.


The majority of San Franciscans are straight.


We have eleven districts and each has a representative.


Of the eleven representatives - five for sure are - Queer. Some say six are - we will find that out soon.


Some are openly queer and this is fine - we want to know why is Malia Cohen not out of the closet- yet?


Most folks in District 10 want to know that - because it matters to them.


Some one may be a politician - but with it comes morals, ethics, standards, being educated on issues - all of which are lacking with Malia Cohen - it begs the question.


Again and again she will open her mouth - and shove her big foot it.


Yesterday, June 17, 2012 she made a fool of herself - asking silly questions - not one question was original and to the point.


When Malia Cohen asks a question - it is in a round about way - typical of those who cannot think straight. 


She says she understands Rank Choice Voting. She understands all the sordid methods of winning - she had campaign posters in English and Chinese - during the last Supervisorial Elections - requesting her voters - to Vote Second Place for her - only Rank Choice Voting - permits such nonsense. Malia Cohen endorses such morbid practices. She has no standards and less leadership.


You would not dare requests anyone to vote second place in a straight - one for one vote - run - that most elections are conducted.


Malia Cohen won by a few hundred votes - over 23 candidates participated in that divisive election - with her - dividing the voters - and bring our in the most convoluted manner - one of the worse candidates. 


The result is - we got is CRAP - someone that is inept, spineless, and very corrupt. For sure is NOT a leader.


Such people are not worth the salt - and should be shunned.
