OUR CLEAN DRINKING WATER IN PERIL - MIXED WITH SORDID GROUND WATER - SAN FRANCISCANS CHARGED MORE -THE SFPUC HAS LOST ITS MIND.

The Ohlone have been here in San Francisco for thousands of years - more than 13,000 years.

Many experts based on carbon dating - vouch as many as 15,000 years.

As with other essential elements needed to survive - food, air, water was always in abundance for thousands of years - all over California.

Clean drinking water was everywhere - pristine streams like the Lobos Creek that one can even witness flowing - today by 15th Avenue with the jurisdiction of the Presidio of San Francisco.

A river ran from Twin Peaks - through the Mission by Mission Dolores all the way to Army Street - to what is now Islais Landing. You can hear the water flow - if you go to the basements of some of the bigger institutions near by.

The strangers came some two hundred and polluted most of what was pristine. 

Often covering the streams and rivers - polluting the lakes like Mountain Lake and Lake Merced.

In 1860 the population of San Francisco was 78,000 today in the year 2015 it is close to 820,000 - this population increases to over a million and on occasion when there are games and convention to a million and a half.

All these people need water to quench their thirst and flush the toilets, wash their hands, bathe and more.

All through the late 1880s San Franciscans debated about the use of our water - would it suffice for all our growing needs?

When the Big One hit us in 1906 - finally - everyone came to a quick realization - that we need a  stable source for our clean drinking water needs. But more put out a fire - like the once that occurred in 1906.

San Francisco had powerful  Congress persons and Senators in Washington DC - and in 1913 - the Raker Act was passed.

Plans were set afoot to tap into the near rivers and create a dam by flood the most beautiful valley in the world - the Hetch Hetchy valley.

John Muir stood up for the valley - and did not want it immersed under water.

The forces that be did not listen to him - and he died - despondent. 

We fail to recognize this great man - folks who are are spiritual bankrupt - rarely appreciate -  goodness steeped in their evil - deeds.

San Francisco took control of the Spring Valley Water which the San Francisco and paid for in 1930 - for a sum of $39,962,606.51.

Often times we talk about the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - leaving out the key role the Spring Valley Water Company played in financing, creating the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir - in short playing an important role in providing us San Franciscans with  clean drinking water.

The history is well documented - it is worth delving into this history - for soon the quality of our clean drinking water will be tarnished - when contaminated ground water will be added.

We often forget the role the San Francisco Water Department played and plays to this day.

The history of the many entities involved in the creation of the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir, the amounts of water that can be tapped into, the many agreements - and how San Francisco plays a role controlling the electricity and water in the neighboring area - around Yosemite - are all well - documented.

Up until very recent - and we have had severe droughts.

In recent times in the 1970s - from 1987-1993 - and the one which we are experiencing now - going on on our sixth year since 2000.

In all of our deliberations large tracts of land have been preserved.

The land above our watersheds - resulting in protecting wild life - and of course the watershed - retains a certain balance - very complicated - but all the same critical to retaining some balance when it comes to water in general - and more clean drinking water in particular.

Our main source of water from the snow has been reduced with all the factors that adversely impact the falling of the snow with less water content - due to climate change.

For over hundred years the experts have maintained records of our snow and the water content.

In recent years - the records stunningly do not favor water content - forcing us as human beings to look for water - elsewhere.

The lack of rains has affected our lakes, our streams, our rivers, and of course our watershed.

In the Central Valley the drought has impacted the farmers so bad - that this year - they will not be allowed to access any water - leased to them by the Federal authorities.

The State of California and Governor Jerry Brown has declared an emergency and mandated - conservation.

No detail study has been made how many millions of gallons of water leech into the ground - from the clean water drinking pipes.

Many over 95 years old. We know about this - but we do not care to do anything - because of lack of leadership.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee know about this - he has read my article - which he deems are tirades - but these tirades will bring him to his knees - more when he leaves no - legacy.

The SFPUC has been known for not being open with the the Public at large.

Recently at one meeting I found out the SFPUC - planning to tap into ground water - and introduce the ground water - further South of San Francisco - by Crystal Springs.

More - to revamp our clean water coming all the way from Hetch Hetchy Reservoir some 160 miles plus.

The ground water is contaminated with very toxic chemicals from the near by computer firms - that havoc played havoc with the ground water and the watershed.

Water  travels and travels long distances - be it over ground or under ground - by the idiots who make these decisions - would not know it - because they are NOT educated on issues.

This will be the first time - ground water - will be introduced into the dams and reservoirs.

The many treatment plants will deal with the purification of the water - but with the introduction of the ground water - comes serious issues - that the hydrologist and the biogeochemists will have to deal with.

We need them to guide us - and not presuppose - anything.

For example serpentine rock releases Asbestos, there are other very toxic contaminants - Anthrax and so on found naturally on land - that can permeate underground.

There must be a discussion - some valid dialog - if we want transparency and accountability that the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - is known to avoid.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee brags about the 80 or so cranes involved in the many high rises - thousands of housing units built for the rich.

Where will we get the clean drinking water and where will all the waste water go.

In the interim all the new buildings can be mandate to use grey water.

This has not be done - because it will save money - but the developers have to spend more.

The developers are greedy bastards - and take short cuts in San Francisco - one of them is a rogue developer - Lennar Urban.

It is a shame - because of lack of leadership, morals, and being spiritually bankrupt - we use clean drinking water to flush our toilets in the year 2015.

Every time I go to Miraposa - closer to Yosemite - and meet the Native Americans - the Miwoks and the Piutes - they always offer me - the Sacred Water.

This water they gather - where the water converges - and where from time immemorial - the tribes have been told to respect the water - the source of all life.

No indigenous human being acts like the strangers - we know this from their sordid actions. Aho.

PUBLIC TRUST LAND AND FEDERAL LANDS - PUBLIC HOUSING ALL OVER THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO - PUBLIC TRUST LAND AT MISSION BAY - THE 7.5 MILE SF PORT AUTHORITY PROPERTY AND MORE.

Public Trust Land - all of it belongs to all Californians.

We all have a right to care for this land, protect it, and use it for those means and ways - laid down by law - few of us know our rights. Read your rights - it is all there on the Internet.

The digital world permits you to take the best information out there and educated yourself. All you need is a little determination and fortitude.

The 7.5 miles Public Trust Land that is the SF Port Authority land from Lower Fort Mason all the way to pier 98 - is all Public Trust Land.

That includes AT&T  Park - most San Franciscans - have no idea what I am talking about.

Millions of dollars are wasted by the authorities - letting our Piers fall in disrepair - hiking up rent - on those businesses who have been there for a long, long time - on SF Port Property.

Failing to abate and mitigate - forcing innocent people to sue the SF Port Authority - as did the Alioto-Lazio Fish Company.

Even though the SF Port Authority is mandated to conduct business and lease business in keeping with Maritime Uses - again and again when caught with their hand in the cookie jar - they have no excuses.

I was involved with Pier 92 and that clean up lead, mercury, all sorts of contaminated soil, PCBs were carted from all over and piled on Pier 92.

The Department of Toxic and Substances Control fined the SF Port Authority and the SF Department of Public Works of a little less than a million dollars - abate the area.

Attorneys and weasels will go Sacramento to create legislation and pass legislation - as did the the SF Port Authority with AT&T Park.

They do this when they want to build on Public Trust Land with excuses that they deem necessary but in fact have a hidden agenda. Money is what they need - avoiding deliberation with the community, the neighborhoods, the constituents, the tax payers.

 In recent months - Pier 70 - that is contaminated - a former site where the United States Navy -built ships - during World War II - has been slated to be developed - they want to build housing.

Mixed housing they say - with shopping malls - on water front property that is contaminated - and no one in their right mind should be living there.

The SF Port Authority has failed miserably in recent years - to mitigate and abate - sugar coating deals - and exposing millions of innocent people to contaminated sites. Time will tell.

It is the same with Mission Bay that once was given to the Railways - the Santa Fe operations. Public Trust Land - that belongs to all of us Californians.

The Santa Fe operations were taken over by Southern Pacific - and then came Catellus Corporation - that divided the land - called Land Banking - and sold the land to the highest bidder.

The land still belong to the people of California - was not abated and mitigated. 

We have manifests that state that the soil was contaminated - contaminated soil taken from the high ground - and taken to the low ground - to be exact the brand new San Francisco  University of California  (UCSF) building.

Today if you go to the basements at UCSF - the basements are off limits.

Strange smells, mildew, some fungi - that is hazardous - and adversely impacts those that stay in the basements - for a longer - duration.

It is the same at Pier 70 which the ignorant constituents of San Francisco voted on - looking at the sleek posters and other printed materials that was sent them in the mail. 

Notice - everything is quiet on the western front at Pier 70.

It is contaminated with over 1 million tons of coal tar - who will remove this large amount of "coal tar" - and at what expense.

Two large sites contaminated by Ammonia spills - this happened when the United States that jurisdiction of the area - during World War II.

They now defunct Mirant Power Plant for years spewed dangerous particulates, mercury and lead - and none of this very contaminated stuff - has been mitigated and abated.

Sleek printed materials were sent - complete with fake grass, and people recreating - when no one should be in that area - in the first, place.

NOT - unless the remediation, the abatement, and clean up is done to the highest levels - more to residential - standards.

Where is the Federal Bureau of Investigation on this one - they have a Division on the Environment.

The RICO Act must be invoked and those responsible sent to jail for a long, long time.

In San Francisco we have astute people - at Mission Bay we have so called Scientists - but few of them have been given the details - told about the contamination.

The San Francisco Police Department has moved to the area - have a brand new Police Station - surrounded by contamination and pollution. 

Dangerous particulates from the millions of vehicles that spew dangerous - particulates and there is more.

Methane gas spews into the air - from combustion linked to the poor landfill and vegetation - that creates the Methane Gas - one ton of Methane Gas - equals - twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide.

The land is all, what once was the Bay - water.

The land was created with the worst type of infill - chrome waste, worn out tires, lead, mercury, poor contaminated de-construction material - contaminated with Asbestos - all sorts of paint thinners and so on and so  forth.

Up until the late 1980s - no one wanted that land - that is until the developers started selling - "snake oil".

Typical of the "strangers" that stole this land. Have no respect for themselves - how can they treat others with - RESPECT.

 Ohlone Land - the Ohlone have been here for - over 15,000 years - Carbon dated artifacts and remains - are evidence of the fact.

The land and the Bay was pristine - but then as I said came the crooks, the corrupt, the strangers - who call themselves "natives" - after living here for a few years.

The thieves that stole the land - are now into building skyscrapers - changing the skyline of San Francisco - forever. That is till that day comes - and these tall skyscrapers - come toppling - down.

Corrupt and evil developers who worship "GREED" and do not have their hearts in the right place.

Public Trust Land and Public Housing - Federal Lands all belong to the people at large - by law.

Developers with the aid of the City and County have doled out large tracts of land - once Public Housing - to Bridge Developers at Potrero Hill.

The very corrupt John Stewart Company at Hunters Point, and Mercy Housing at Sunnydale.

Public Housing is meant for those that need help and need housing.

Plans are afoot to remove large segments of the population - in fact they are already afoot - it is called - blatant discrimination and  G E N T R I F I C A T I O N.

HOW THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO IS HOODWINKING THE CONSTITUENTS OF SAN FRANCISCO - WAKE UP SAN FRANCISCO.

All of the land in San Francisco was stolen from the Muwekma Ohlone the First People of San Francisco.

This stolen land belongs to all of us that have our heart in the right place.

Crooks, developers who want to make millions on the back of the poor - have no place - in staying in San Francisco and bragging about anything at all. They contribute nothing to Quality of Life issues.

The rapid and poor planning have destroyed the character of our neighborhoods - we have allowed too many outsiders - with no roots and lacking history of San Francisco - to come here and do as they please - all in the name of the Almighty Dollar.

Large tracts of land without any meaningful dialog are being transferred to large property managers, so call non-profits like Mercy Housing, crooked developers like the John Stewart Company - Bridge Developers - who all think about their bottom line - and to hell - with those that truly - need help.

If you as a poor person, an indigent person, some person, some human being who has fallen on bad times - woe to you if you - want housing - that should be given to you if you qualify - without going through hoops - but that is what they these organizations do.

Every opportunity is made to teach you a lesson and bring you to your knees.

Brain wash you to understand - untested principles - where you are exposed before groups - pitting yourself - and accepting some shallow talk - about how you can - pull yourself up - while all the while being made aware that you are responsible for getting where you are - with no positive, no empowering models - put before you.

All the time - under the control of those - that want to control your mind - sordid folks have got the land for free, want to build high density homes on that land and make huge sums of profit - building poor housing and high density.

These same crooks work with the City - more with Olson Lee and the Mayor's Office of Housing.

Are given the inside scoop to access and money be it State, Federal and Local.

The City and County of San Francisco will these name entities tax breaks to top it all - to make more, money - all on the backs of poor people - people who live pay check to pay check - people who are San Franciscans - more families with children who are in need of help.

We have a very narrow window of opportunity - and we must now participate and have a piece of the pie - to help the community.

We the people united can do that - find out who really is behind - all the federal land grab - that legally cannot be owned by private entities and belongs to the people.

Not even the City and County of San Francisco can own the land - there are detail prohibitions on owning Federal Land - when there are laws that state - access land can and should be given to those that are in need of land

All Housing and Urban Development land - should be leased to any entity - any non-profit entity - and more so now -  we the people can build and be in charge of our own destiny.

This was already on the books - but recently - the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced this know fact - but only after leasing the largest tracts of land - to Bridge Developers, the John Stewart Company, and Mercy Housing.

Who is fooling whom - and who are these outsiders - who can come into our back yard - enter our living rooms - and without permission - re-arrange our furniture.

I once worked at the Presidio of San Francisco and saw for myself - now powerful crooks took control of all the Presidio Housing.

I had control of the keys and had the inventory of the entire housing stock.

Today on Simmonds Loop homes that once rent for $800 and tops $1200 when the Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco had jurisdiction - today rent for over $8000 a month.

Units at Baker Beach that rent for $400 now rent for $2500 a single bed room - $3500 for a two bed room.

The paradox all these homes were paid for a hundred time over - built by Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco - maintained - and when the time came - handed it over to the National Park Service who handed it to the Presidio Trust.

Suddenly out of the blues the Presidio Trust was created. Nancy Pelosi was behind this "ploy and machination".

Creating a quasi-government agency called the Presidio Trust that was funded by Congress from the year 2001 to 2013.

Initially given $150 million and then every year about $30 million every year - while all the buildings and homes - were leased to Property Managers.

Again the John Stewart company was leased all the housing units on the Presidio of San Francisco. Why? Sordid, connections.

Why is it that the John Stewart Company is all over the Presidio of San Francisco. On Treasure Island. All over the Tenderloin. On Hunterview and already has control of NorthRidge Housing every near Hunterview, soon will control all the brand new homes - part of Phase II and Phase III.

Why is this one sordid given all the control to have jurisdiction over such a large area - and control the lives of so many people. 

In time thousands of people will speak of a time where they lived - when most of them are already driven out - we call is gentrification.

John Stewart himself was fired from Fanny Mae a long time ago.

He understands how to get money - and he is in bed with Nancy Pelosi - whose connection with the John Stewart Company - goes to the Heroin bust - a billion dollar bust - way back when in the 2000 - at a Hayward Warehouse.

Her name and that of John Stewart made the manifest linked to this bust  - and that says it all.

It is the same with all these Property Managers - who meet behind close doors months before any Request of Proposal is put forth. They get the scoop and the rest is history.

If we did not have the spiraling of the economy starting in 2006 all the way to 2011 - by now all of Potrero Hill, Hunters Point, Oakdale, Sunnydale - would have been fully developed.

San Franciscans those that have heart - have this one great opportunity - using the "digital world" to tap into the information available and get a piece of the pie.

The Mayor of San Francisco right now is moving from plan to plan - with his head in the sand - much like an ostrich - trying to make up - for that lack of caring and compassion to the homeless population and the recent explosion of  - "homeless " - who are camping all over San Francisco.

Thousands sleep in vacant buildings, in cars, any place where they can lay their head.

Where is the Quality of Life in San Francisco? The land belongs to the Ohlone and someone stole it!

QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES AND HOW OUR CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO - LACKS BEHIND - TOO MUCH TALK AND TOO LITTLE - WALK.

If we as a City do not accept this fact - then whatever we do - however we act - means nothing at all.

There is no one single document that this City and  County can produce -  that state in legal terms - that this land was bought from the Ohlone.

In the case of San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone.

All the land in San Francisco was robbed for sure.

All the land in San Francisco was stolen for sure.

The Ohlone killed - just because the strangers had arms and weapons - more superior - this land was stolen.

Now we have robbers, thieves, crooks of the highest order - pretending they are decent - that they have the best interests of the people. Pure BS - they have BLOOD on their hands.

We simply cannot permit our Seniors, our infants, our children, our youth and young adults to suffer - when we have so much money - and those in power take our tax payers money - and keep a lot of it for themselves. 

Cap the salaries to $100,000 and see what happens.

Now, let us truly talk about Quality of Life Issues.

We all know that if you are poor - that even if you are middle class and have children - it is difficult to rent a one bed room in a decent location. 

Right now the  going rate is $3500 for a single bed room.

$5000 or more for a two bed room in a decent location.

We have the filthy rich - plenty of them - and they do not care about the poor and the indigent.

Those that have fallen on bad times - for one simple reason - their heart in not in the right - place.

Spiritually speaking they are spiritually - bankrupt.

Our education in the  San Francisco Public Schools is a joke. 

The paradox the SF Unified School District Board - just gave the Superintendent a raise - a $60,000 raise. This says it all.

In recent months some private corporations have donated large amounts of money to the Public Schools.

Others want to invest in our Public Schools - the missing equation - how well are our teachers trained?

Why have so many families and students left - San Francisco?

For sure we need the children - but no one is addressing the above two questions and there are more.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee has just figured out - so he thinks - with Bevan Dufty the Homeless Czar - whatever that means - how to make some vain attempt in the year 2015 - to help homeless families and those who have simply fallen on bad times.

We have so many vacant units - for the filthy rich - condominiums in the price range of $1 million to $3 million.

The GREED knows no bounds - and the Ohlone were and are NOT about GREED.

Those who have no standards, less ethics, even less morals - talk the talk but will NOT walk the walk.

It is sad to see so many families fallen on bad times.

If you live in a home or rent in some building - and if that house or building catches on fire - you are doomed.

The Red Cross can take care of you for only so many days.

I know when I worked at the Presidio of San Francisco - how many times - we came to the rescue of the City and County of San Francisco, the State University, other entities outside the Presidio of San Francisco.

When others experienced hardship - during the dot.com era and during the 1989 Earthquake.

Of course the City officials know something about this - but right now - in this sordid climate - none of them truly care about the poor and those that have fallen on bad times - because of the City's failed - policies.

Most of them are busy attending ceremonies - cutting ribbons - and patting their fat behinds. Pathetic. 

Stay in your offices - and fucking do the work - you are paid to do.

The City Officials who rake in the thousands - only care about their fat salaries - especially those making above $250,000 and above - our tax payers money.

The salaries must be capped to $100,000 - and then you will see how - these scumbags behave.

Today - they do not give a rat's ass - because there is no - accountability and less transparency. The constituents and the tax payers go with the flow.

Truly speak some of public punishment should be in place.

We once did enjoy Quality of Life is San Francisco.

No more - today, as I said - it is all talk and less walk.

Morons have created a cesspool of our City - congestion on our roads, air that is polluted.

Soon the water from Hetch Hetchy which was stolen - will have poor quality - inferior water added - all this without any meaningful meetings - with the public at large.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is the most corrupt and crooked City agency - though an Enterprise Agency - in San Francisco.

Take a look at how indigent patients are treated at our Public Hospitals?

Take a look at our education in Public Schools. Look at the truancy rate.

Some of these sordid politicians just realized that children had to skip school - just because they were poor and homeless.

Have to stand in line with the siblings and parents - to get a spot - in a shelter. That has been address just in the last two days - in the year 2015.

These politicians are pathetic - to say the least.

When you speak to the TRUTH - there is one person with a moustache - he calls the TRUTH - tirades. He is a JOKER.

The recent killings and shootings in San Francisco - are only going to get worse.

There is NO blue print - and a recent audit - has revealed too many loop holes.

It is not because there is NO Blue Print - we have had one from the year 2004.

We have NO leadership - we have people in positions - who know little about - pertinent issues.

They are not educated on issues - have no experience - and most of all their HEART is not in the right - place.

They are the LIVING DEAD - and they just happen to be in power - making idiotic decisions - because they say they represent - they are NOT fit to represent.

LENNAR URBAN DE-CONSTRUCTION STALLED AT CANDLESTICK STADIUM NOT A WHIMPER FROM THE MAIN MEDIA - AND THOSE IN AUTHORITY WHO SHOULD CARE ABOUT QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES.

Lennar Urban's de-construction project has been stalled at Candlestick Stadium - not a whimper from the Main Media.

Those in authority who should care about Quality of Life issues in San Francisco - and were prepared to "implode" Candlestick Stadium - thinking that the public at large - were fast asleep at the wheel.

Lennar Urban is a rogue developer which was never invited to Bayview Hunters Point area - District 10. 

I remember when Roy Willis was sent to do Lennar Urban's dirty work - way back in 2002 - how some Blacks were on Lennar Urban's payroll - and decided to created divisiveness - in the community.

Many of them are dead and gone - others suffering from the adverse impacts of very bad - KARMA.

Today Lennar Urban is reeling from three major defeats - it had to spend over $10 millions dollars to prop up the fake Proposition G.

Proposition F which opposed Proposition G and Lennar Urban - spetd a measly $5 thousand. I know that because I was the proponent of Proposition F. This was defeat number one - that Lennar Urban will remember for a long, long time.

The Bay Area Air Quality fined Lennar Urban for contaminating a large area - in and around Parcel A with Asbestos structures.

Crushing Serpentine Rock - when crushed in its natural form - the Asbestos Structures are released. Reading as high as 200,000 structures were recorded  - Asbestos structures per cubic meter.

Millions of gallons of water are required to keep the structures - down to the ground - and away from getting into the air and taken across miles away by the wind.

Wind gust ranging from 40 miles per hour to 60 miles per hour - constantly are present - and created havoc when it comes to spreading - contamination and pollution. 


Win number two - when Lennar Urban was fined $515,000 the largest fine every - that Lennar Urban paid to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD).

Recently Lennar Urban a rogue developer and the equally crooked Prime Company - Silverado - was issued a Notice of Violation - for over two weeks now the de-construction at Candlestick Stadium has been stalled.

This is a clarion call to Macerice some shopping mall developer - that has no history of the Ohlone the First People of San Francisco. 

Less about the history of the Southeast Sector. Even less of San Franciscans - who are astute and will not tolerate - utter and abject - nonsense.

I sounded the clarion call on two pertinent issues - the rampant contamination in the Southeast Sector and the issues when documents are needed and requested - linked to Sunshine - and are NOT provide in a qualified manner.

Right now the San Francisco Health Commission is wallowing and salivating - having received the largest donation in the millions - some $700 million plus - from FACEBOOK - well, that is well and good.

However, why is it this City and County of San Francisco does not have a Toxicologist.

Both areas Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point - are prone to liquefaction and severe flooding. 

Both areas were once the Bay - poor infill was used to fill in the Bay - and when it rains  - the entire area - has severe - flooding.

We do not need any housing on contaminated land that may be close to the Bay - and touted to innocent home owners - mostly Chinese from Mainland China - as waterfront property - but as I have stated contaminated - more by radiological elements - present at very high - levels.

EB-5 visas sold for $500,000 a pop - with a "former thug Mayor" - Willie L. Brown Jr. raking in the millions - using his nefarious power to create division, divisiveness, and favor the evil and very corrupt - mostly crooks from out of down.

Local Blacks most of them on the take - are now bothered that the stalling of Candlestick Stadium may totally wipe their illegal profits,  hinder their ploys and machinations - in the end the TRUTH always prevails.

Decent folks must take a stand and do what is right - if you do not - the nefarious, the crooks, the corrupt, the evil - will have their way - of course the path of TRUTH is difficult,  full of hurdles, trials and tribulations. 

Victory is sweet when you see the evil - reeling -huffing and puffing - fleeing - and mandated to follow the law.

The BAAQMD is headed by Mr Jack Broadbent who understands our community and is in constant touch with me.

So is Mayor Edwin M. Lee, the City Attorney, the City Engineer, the City Controller, the City Director of Planning - those in authority who must do right - and often look the other - way.

Lennar Urban is a rogue developer - that this community has not invited to our community.

This land - every square inch belongs to the Ohlone - more the Muwekma Ohlone. I represent them more on Base Closure issues, infrastructure, contamination and pollution issues - in short Quality of Life - issues.

Candlestick Stadium has been desecrated - with remains of the Ohlone spread as infill. This crime cries to heaven for - justice. Aho.

THE BAYVIEW HILL IN THE BAYVIEW - IS NOT FOR SALE - NOR TO BE DESECRATED BY STRANGERS - WHO ARE GREEDY, LACK MORALS, AND LESS HAVE ETHICS.

The Bayview Hill  in San Francisco - by Candlestick Stadium - is NOT for sale and while under the jurisdiction of the SF Recreation and Park - should not be desecrated.

The trees that stand tall should not be cut - and the SF Recreation and Park is put on notice. Desecrate the Sacred Hill and the consequences - will be over bearing. You Phil Ginsburg are warned - you and your minions.

At one time plans were afoot to develop the Bayview Hill that belonged to a private owner - on the Jamestown Street side - suffice to say when he was told that Sacred Remains - were buried on the Bayview Hill - he was slow to accept the fact.  He initiated a deal - but death met him squarely - deprive him from completing any deal.

A similar fate met the Real Estate company that initiated the deal in the first place.

The advocates who fought to keep the Bayview are still alive - and often reminisce - circling the SF Bayview Hill -  in the presence of the Muwekma Ohlone representative -  performing the necessary rituals to appease the ancestors.

Some stellar advocates - who history will remember - who will be blessed.

Not far from this SF Bayview Hill - one of 54 hills that once doted San Francisco - on each of these hills - were Shell Mounds - Sacred Burial Sites of the Ohlone.

Clans of 40 to 100 Ohlone - made their abode - on this hills - from the Presidio of San Francisco to the present San Bruno Mountains - and beyond.

Their Patrimonial jurisdiction was wide and open - and they knew what they were doing - in preserving the land and all that was surrounding the land.

The wide Bay three quarters of it filled in, the Air, the birds, the animals, the forest, the lakes and so on and so forth. All of which today is contaminated.

In the last 200 years - a concrete jungle has been created by folks who have only one goal - GREED.

In San Francisco - Mayor Edwin M. Lee will leave a legacy - as one who without thought - permitted "greedy evil developers" to contaminate the land, our waters, our watershed, and all that was once wholesome and good.

We have ignorant and arrogant Commissioners - who know nothing about Mother Earth and less about the Ohlone - and less even less - about the Muwekma Ohlone.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is 98% landfill. 

Once there stood two hills by the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Below the hills was the Bay. On these two hills - hundreds of remains of the Ohlone - all documented - but the ignorant and the arrogant know little about these important historical - facts.

You cannot blame them because the wallow in their ignorance, buffoons - who live each day - fostering evil and greed.

The United States Navy decided to demolish the hills - spread the remains of the Ohlone together with the crushed "Serpentine Rock" - crushed Serpentine Rock - end product is Asbestos.

If you breathe the Asbestos Structures - in years to come - one can come down with Mesothelioma - a disease that is so painful that you would not wish it on your worst - enemy.

Today in San Francisco - even though we call it the City of Hills - most of our hills - have been demolished. 

The few silent hills - we admire -  Twin Peaks stands out - the Bayview Hill too - the other hills like Russian Hill, Telegraph Hill, the hills by Sutro Baths - all covered with development on some kind - are all known to us - minus the true history.

On each of these hills the Ohlone camped - and close by the Bay provided them with all kinds of fish - mostly importantly Abolone - which the strangers - harvested - until there was no more - left.

Much as the strangers killed thousands of Buffalo for their skin and left the skinned Buffalo - lying in the open - to rot - the stench could be sniffed from miles and miles away.

Much as the greedy strangers clear cut the Redwood trees - without asking themselves - why cut so many Redwood trees - such majestic trees - found no where else in the world.

There are folks eying the SF Bayview Hill - but it will be difficult to develop it - the Serpertine Rock will pose a problem.

The Main Media has not reported that the deconstruction at the Candlestick Stadium  that - has been STOPPED.

Two rogue entities Lennar Urban and Silverado challenged the community.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District - issued a Notice of Violation. No plan was in place - to monitor the Asbestos Structures - and less the monitoring crew who were qualified.

It has been two weeks now - and the Main Media has been silent.

The mostly House Negroes who are on the pay roll - selling out the community - are aghast - and their time is coming.

 In the early 1960s - one side of SF Bayview hill - had the earth craved out of the hill.

That dirt was used as infill at Candlestick Stadium - with the dirt were the remains of the Ohlone.

EVERY YEAR THE NON-PROFITS - COME TO THE SF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - BEGGING FOR FUNDING - WHILE ALL THE TIME - BEING ON THE FRONT LINE AND HELPING THIS FILTHY RICH - CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO.

San Francisco all of it belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone.

The land we now called San Francisco - was pristine - until some strangers came and - contaminated - all that was once - good and clean.

In a span of two hundred years - a concrete jungle has been built.

The Earth is San Francisco - stifled - little open space to breathe - the people live and breathe the filth - and the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee thinks nothing of it.

The Bay polluted - the watershed polluted - and the air is full of particulates and dangerous pollutants - in some places Asbestos particulates - bombard some innocent - constituents- and this City and County of San Francisco - could not care less.

You would think the Mayor, the City Administrator, the Controller, the City Attorney, the District Attorney, the Director Health - others too many to mention - would do the right thing - the fact is they all look the other way - with disdain.

The poor, the indigent, are on the increase and now it is common to see camps - reeking with filth and stench - not only in our neighborhoods - on many once clean - open spaces.

Under the many San Francisco bridges, the bushes - but openly on the streets - all this in our City and County - that has a budget of over $9 Billion dollars.

The City employees and more those in Management have given themselves a 3.4% increase - and some SF Board of Supervisors - are on the take - and it just a matter of them - when these facts will be revealed. The RICO act applied and the awe and shock will be felt - Citywide.

The increase and inordinate units that cater to the filthy rich is simply mind boggling.

Units selling for $2 and $3 million high end - and on an average $1.75 million. On the very high end over $10 million.

At the other end - for the poor those that live pay check to check - a one bed room now fetches $3500 a month. Some twenty years ago - one could rent a one bed room for $300.

In our schools we have young children - who have no sense what is happening - and they are confused and traumatized.

More our immigrant children - who already suffer the scars they endured directly and indirectly - from untold atrocities.

Many of them go to school to have their first meal - breakfast. I know what I am speaking off - because I am close to the children, the youth - and they tell me what they feel - and have no way - to bring about some change.

Their family members - work two and three jobs - temporary jobs - that offer NO health benefit - no other benefits - they work to live - each and every day. 

They work so that their children will go to school and better their lives. Only for most of them to be fooled - when their children are put in classed and designated as students - fit only for " Special Education". 

Special Education - is keeping the children in the class - without teaching them much - herding the children in the classroom - and promoting them - when they have learned, nothing much. 

We are a land of immigrants - who came here to the land of the Ohlone.

What we saw a long time ago - was good - and then just like that - those first strangers - turned their backs and bit the hand that fed them.

We have non-profits - who come each year - and beg for money - to Room 250, which is where the SF Board of Supervisors - deliberate.

The Non-Profits beg for money for rent, money to provide benefits to their employees, money for insurance, and the list goes on and on. It happens each and every years - washing dirty linen in the public.

The SF Board of Supervisors pretend that they comprehend they understand the problems, the hurt feelings - pretend they know - how deep - the concerns of the non-profits are and what they will endure in the future.

They listen and do little. They spew hot air - and the same dog and pony show is repeated - year after year. 

How about booting the folks that are in charge of the budget - and elect others who care? Do not throw pearls before some hogs - dirty, stinking hogs - wallowing in the cesspool of their own - creation.

The bottom line - our Mayor Edwin M. Lee is living in an unreal world.

He wants to rub shoulders with the likes of those that are Billionaires, millionaires, and seeks to do business with them - always receiving benefits for such sordid, deals.

He suffers from what is known at the "Napoleonic  Complex " - such folks are as frail - as the reed - that blows any which way. Pathetic. 

Cliches such as "shared equity' does not exist among those that steal, rob, plunder - more adversely impacting the poor and those that cannot defend themselves.

Crooks who are corrupt and seek opportunities where they can rake in the millions.

Any one who produces something for a dollar and sells it for hundred or two hundreds dollars - is a thief.

Yet this City and County of San Francisco sees nothing wrong in giving TWITTER, SALESFORCE, AIRB&B, others - large tax breaks.

For years we had the opportunity to improve our infrastructure we have not. Today, we just talk.

For years we had the opportunity to own our own Internet - the structure - the cable - the fiber - this Nation is ranked 27th in the world - yes, 27th in the world.

We, in San Francisco could easily have had a first class infrastructure - but we do not.

Our aging clean water and sewer pipes are over 90 years old. Water and Sewer leeching into the ground and adversely impacting our watershed. Fools do not comprehend this - more, when they get  their water from Hetch Hetchy.

The land and the water was stolen from the Miwoks and the Piutes.

For the last 35 years I have monitored the more pertinent elements of our City of San Francisco's - infrastructure, health, safety, education, childcare, environment, economy and progress.

Attending meetings that total in the thousands. I know these scum bags - and the scum bags know me. 

Each and every time the rich get all the support by wheeling and dealing - making deals in Room 200.

Using consultants like Platinum and a former "thug Mayor" Willie L. Brown Jr - to cut deals and offer projects - to them on a platter. Dwayne Jones who is a runner and does the dirty work.

Lennar Urban is not welcome to the City and County of San Francisco. 

he sooner Lennar Urban leaves San Francisco the better.

The future for Lennar Urban - as I predicted many times is one of trials and tribulations.

Lennar Urban will fail - will fall flat on its face - and drown in the cesspool of its own creation.

Much was made about the demolishing of Candlestick Stadium.

The City and County of San Francisco, the District 10 Supervisor Malia Cohen, other mostly Blacks and on the take - wanted to "implode" Candlestick Stadium.

I wrote and informed the public - this would never happen.

People defied me that it would - but I learned a lot from the happenings in 2004.

Where Lennar Urban bombarded - a large area -  adversely impacting - thousands of innocent people.

Spreading Asbestos Structures - thousands of Asbestos Structures per cubic meter.

Stop Lennar Action Movement took Lennar Urban to task - and exposed the many Notice of Violations - before the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD).

BAAQMD - fined Lennar Urban $500,000 - the people won - but not everyone supported us - now they comprehend at this late hour - because the issue is in their back yard.

Right now - at Candlestick Stadium the work that began has STOPPED is has been over a week - since the work has stopped.

The deconstruction - piece by piece - initiated without a Blue Print to address the containment of the dust - more Asbestos Structures.

When the wind picked up - the 50 and 60 miles per hour wind - the dust spread far and wide.

The Regulatory Agencies were informed - and when they checked on the Plan that had not been in place - there was nothing to found  a Notice of Violation was issues - and Silverdo the company that defied the community - is being monitored, very carefully.

Silverado and the minions that support Silverado are enemies of the constituents - the people that live in and around Candlestick Stadium. Mostly outsiders who heart in not in the right place. You can go make money elsewhere - you all are put on notice.

The Notice of Violation at Candlestick Stadium - has been issued - and Lennar Urban and its proxy the Prime, Silverado who has been challenging the community - were mandated to stop working.

The world realized - not for the first time - that speaking to the "truth" and fighting for the "truth" is a long journey - with trials and tribulation - but in the end - good comes.

Macerice may brag that it will build a Shopping Mall.

Already it has seen the writing on the wall.

The economy worldwide does not favor malls, and wasting money as before.

In China large malls and brand new buildings having a radius of ten miles - sit vacant - with empty units in the thousand - , and fancy shops with fancy names - trying to vie the people - in a ghost City - cities  " Waiting For Godot " .

As I said this is San Francisco and we have always embraced the poor and still do.

You have just to visit Martin de Pores, Saint Anthony's, Glide, and many other smaller and better non-profits that do very good work.

The poor we always will have - and the poor have to be treated like human beings - treated with respect and dignity.

Today, what we see on the streets of San Francisco is unacceptable.

The San Francisco Health Commission and the Director of Health must enforce the laws of the land.

Those now facing the inclement weather - must be give some shelter, a roof, and amenities - to the deserving, more families with children. We must embrace and treat the  poor and indigent with dignity and respect.

We once had the Armory on Mission Street - which this City chose to sell to a person - so that it could be used as a den for all sorts of pornographic videos, S&M, and all sorts of lustful designs - far removed from using the Armory as it was used so many times - to shelter the poor in need.

It is amazing to hear the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee speak from both sides of his mouth.

Notice no one goes to the SF Board meetings to speak at Public Comment time - no one worth the salt.

The present SF Board of Supervisors - fail to work and less represent the people.

AirB&B, the shuttles, the ploys and machinations linked to the Municipal Transportation Agency, the many skyscrapers, the congestion on the roads - all astound those that are law abiding - but not those corrupt politicians - the scum of the earth.

The Non-Profits try to survive; begging for money to stay alive and afloat - but one cannot undo the evil designs of those who do not care - who do not have their heart in the right place.
