ENTIRE FAMILIES IN SAN FRANCISCO FORCED TO FACE INCLEMENT WEATHER - WHILE THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO PANDERS - BRAGGING ABOUT HIGH RISE BUILDINGS FOR THE RICH - THE POOR LIVING IN SHELTERS.

The budget sessions are over - the poor and those needing assistance - came before the San Francisco Budget Committee - begging for assistance - some got it - but many did not.

Our City and County of San Francisco has a $8.9 Billion budget.

Brags that it is a booming City - meaning that "developers" - the hotel industry, tourism, our many restaurants are doing well - the City is raking in with millions - from all of the above.

The City's Treasury is raking in the millions - but has failed, miserably to provide those that most need help - any succor.

Of the entire amount that the City spends from its General fund - a measly two percent is spent on the homeless. This is a crying shame.

Our non-profits are hurting - those on the front-line dealing with abject poverty, hunger, people so ill that it is difficult for the non-profits to find a solution.

Our City named after Saint Francis Assisi is known for its compassion, embracing all - yet, somehow in recent years - the City in general and more City Hall and Room 250 - where the sordid deliberations are held - has turned its back - on those that most need - help.

Gentrification is affecting all in San Francisco - like a Tsunami - it catches one when they least expect to be hit and wiped out.

Soon you are desperate, homeless, evicted - and there is no one to help you. The number of decent people who were once middle class - and now on the streets. It affect all - and when it affect those that you know - it is unbearable.

In San Francisco by the "DAY" the middle class is being wiped out. The politicians brag - and we must NOT continue to tolerate their - nonsense.

Single mothers call me - "my babies need help - and no one want to help me". These are pangs crying to heaven for help - and our City continues to give tax breaks to TWITTER and other such corporation that have failed to give - back.

Others show up at my office with all sorts of complaints - some we resolve - in our own way -spending our own money.

Others - we contact City Departments - and it is very difficult - to find solutions. Many City Department have to prepare their budgets - paring their budgets by ten percent - and those who come out with such policies  - must be crazy.

Our City Pension System must be reformed - it is simply not acceptable - that those who retire - those making over $200,000 with benefits - retire earning 90% of their salary. All at tax payers - expense.

We have at this time 26,000 City workers - most of them do not live in our City. All of them make good money.

We have a population of about 805,000 in San Francisco - so you do the math. We do not need one City employee for every nine constituents.

Our City right now is bragging about having 58 cranes in the air - building high rise building with condominiums that go for millions of dollars. Most market rate units.

Our Housing Element that is created every five years - mandates - "affordable housing" - yet those making $40,000 a year - cannot afford owing a home. Our last four Housing Elements have gone to Court - as fake projections - have been incorporated into the document - all the more revealing the corruption at SF Planning Department - and City policy makers.

No one is paying attention to the congestion on the streets of San Francisco. Take 45 minutes to cross ten blocks - where once you could in ten minutes. Back to back traffic during Peak Hours - is now compared to that of Los Angeles.

Our City's infrastructure is falling apart - the over 1200 miles of clean drinking water - most over 85 years old.

The over 100 miles of sewer pipes - also over 85 years old.

Waste water leaching into our Water Shed and creating problems. There is a lot of talk at the SF Public Utilities Commission - hot air - that goes no where.

In the Southeast Sector our children are suffering - they talk to me - and tell me everything.

Our SF Health Department and Barbara Gracia must step up when it comes to our children.

She must also step up when it comes to Violence Prevention and Intervention.

It is the same with the San Francisco Police Department and the Command Officers.

We must step up and address Quality of Life issues.

Much like I did when SF Police Officers were stationed at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - on very contaminated land.

We had to speak up for everyone and we spoke up for our SF Police Department. Some changes were made - quickly.

It cost us the tax payers over a million to train one single SF Police Officer - during a ten year period.

We have lost many to cancer, others to chronic diseases - because someone wanted to save some money on rent - and put them - in harms way - in close proximity to contaminated land.

It is the same with our Fire Fighters - many have been put in harm way. The system taking their sweet time - to offer succor - and workers' compensation.

The City has been slow to understand contamination and toxicity at high levels. Dangerous  particulates that create toxic hot spots over 5000 in our City.

The Precautionary Principle, the Meher Ordinance are NOT implemented.

The time has come to implement these Ordinances - and silence those who are corrupt and need to be removed from office.

Our children, our seniors, our physically challenged, our mentally challenged - must not be put on the streets of San Francisco.

These vulnerable segments of our population -  forced to deal with inclement weather - and more put in harms way.

It is the right of every single person to have a roof. To have some basic health services. To have a right to sound education and safety.

To live we must have good jobs, with good pay, more career jobs - and San Francisco must lead the way. Should have - it is already late - as many have taken flight - and left San Francisco.

Among them our Artists, our blue collar workers, those many that clean our homes and work in the hotel industry. Now forced to leave across the Bay - and commute and stress themselves.

Families have been separated - children forced to live a life of despair - it is not easy to hear the plight of those that come for help - after trying to fend for themselves. Some of us have tried our best - at peril to ourselves and our operations - dipping into our savings. What does the City think? And when will there be a change?

Our United States Constitution gives us those rights that the world admires. We call our selves a Super Power? All this in the land of the Native American.

The United Nations lays out in detail Human Rights. Our Founding Fathers fought hard to give us - more American citizens these - rights.

Let us as San Franciscans think hard if our Representatives - the ones representing us in Congress Nancy Pelosi - and our Senator Diane Feinstein are worth the salt.

The time has come to remove these Representatives from office.

Send them packing - they have been in office for one sole purpose - fill their campaign coffers - and accumulate inordinate - wealth.

In Europe today those parties that once wielded power no longer do.

In the United States those Independent Voters - must do something about our cumulative power - for good - select, empower, unite behind - and remove the corrupt ones that now pander - force them out from office.

We can do it in San Francisco - and the time is now.

We should allow no politician to harm our children, our single mothers, our seniors, and those that have challenges  -the physically and mentally challenged.

We San Franciscans have been very, very patient.

Now is the time - before it is too late - to plan on a clean sweep - remove the cob webs, and have a clean slate. Out with the corrupt, the crooked, those that have no conscience.  Aho.

NEYMAR DA SILVA REPRESENTED BRAZIL AS BEST HE COULD - HIS INJURY WILL KEEP HIM OUT OF ANY FUTURE GAMES - HE WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR HIS ARDENT CONTRIBUTION.

All over the world - soccer enthusiasts - are sadden - the spinal injury that will keep Neymar - out of the World Cup.

More - as Brazil looks forward without Neymar - to face the future in this World Cup now that Brazil - has reached the semi-finals.

Brazil is now poised to meet Germany without Neymar. Without Neymar die hard soccer fans - are still rooting for Brazil. The betting czars have changed betting odds and now favor - the Germans. Time will tell.

Thousands of Brazilians who wear the Number 10 Brazilian shirt - Neymar's number - are in shock - as are millions the world over - what will happen? We must think positive - the results will favor Brazil.

The spirit of Neymar will be there - and the better team will win - I favor Brazil.

Two young men - both 22 years Neymar da Silva from Brazil and James Rodrigues from Colombia.

Both, young men with a heavy burden to represent their country. Both have done us soccer fans proud - in many ways.

Both men gracious - both having an extraordinary talent at age 22 years - and both have entertained us - soccer fans the world over. Brought humanity closer - and touched so many hearts - in so many kind ways.

In this World Cup Neymar scored 5 goals - James Rodrigues 6 goals.

At age 22 - both have been compared to Pele - a phenomenon in soccer - Pele from Brazil - now, the world over its Neymar da Silva and James Rodrigues that have so many fans and friends.

The game between Brazil and Colombia had 54 fouls called out - Velasco Carballo the referee - failed to regulate the game. Often over looking the fouls - and not issuing the "yellow card".

Soccer, is a very physical game - and these two teams played a good game.

It was just a matter of time that some incident would take place. When Neymar came down - a heavy fall from the air - our hearts became heavy and those of us that respect him - pray that all will be well.

"Let there be no animosity - let fair play reign supreme."

To be fair - many attempts were made to foul James Rodrigues - the gods saved him from some serious injury - James - did get beaten up - but survived to tell the tale and walk off the field - unhurt.

When Colombian defender Juan Camilo Zuniga drove his knee in the air impacting Neymar into his lower back. There was a dead silence - we all know something was amiss.

I immediately knew this injury was serious. Grimacing in excruciating pain - Neymar was lifted with care put on to a stretcher - and carried away to the hospital.

There was a deep silence at Estadio Castelao.

As all ardent and decent soccer fans do - we stand united, put away our differences - pray and wish the best for those we revere and for those we care.

Soccer brings people together - Soccer is revered all over the world.

The ability to control your body, the ability to control the ball - the ability to create a goal - can bring you to the World Cup - expose your talents for all the world to see - and make your dreams come true.

At this stadium called Estadio Castelao - David Luiz another Brazilian player who scored a goal from 30 yards out - had a role to play.

David Luiz scored Brazil's second goal - in the 2-1 Brazilian victory - at the end of the game - David went over to James Rodrigues.

James Rodrigues just 22 years old was crying bitterly - and here was David Luis a veteran soccer player -calming James down.

One a Brazilian the other a Colombian. The world was watching - and I was watching - will he do it or will he not?

Then just as David Luis calmed down James Rodrigues -David removed his soccer shirt - drenched in sweat - off his back and gave it to James Rodrigues.

In like manner James Rodrigues did the same.

This moment will be recorded in history - and everyone felt the "spirit of Neymar".

Again and again both players Neymar and Rodrigues - showed mutual respect - mutual kindness - and those of us that notice - watched it. Neymar was not there - but David represented Neymar and all of us - soccer enthusiasts.

Both Colombian coach Jose Pekerman and Bralizian coach Luiz Felipe Scolari - have our respect.

Even though these gladiators played hard - with 54 fouls in the game - the referee Velasco Carballo - letting his guard down - both teams in the given circumstances - played an extraordinary game.

Neymar da Silva will go down in history - there is no doubt about it.

Four years from now both Brazil and Colombia will have two players facing each other - they will be 26 years. Age and experience will make them better players.

I will cross 70 years - and will be there to watch them - God willing.

EVERY LIFE IS PRECIOUS AND MORE IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTOR WHERE WE HAVE MORE CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT TREATED EQUALLY AND DEPRIVED OF AMENITIES OTHER CHILDREN GET ON A PLATTER.

When you get the worst type of representation in the Southeast Sector - more Potrero Hill, Bayview Hunters Point, Little Hollywood, Sunnydale, Visitation Valley, Silver Terrace - in short District 10.

Something must be done - and it must be done - now.

Our children treated with disdain.

Our youth and young adults given second hand - hand downs. When such nonsense is taken for granted - you know something has to be done on a war footing. Some drastic change called for.

Recreation and Park cares less to fix the Dr Martin Luther King play ground - the play ground by Candlestick Stadium - Gilman play ground- gofers rule the roost. This nonsense has been going on for over forty years.

All of sudden - it fine when - children, people of color play on such ill maintained grounds -  in District 10. Not so for children in other areas - who are deemed - richer. Children and children and must be treated - equally.

While, hastily a BOND MEASURE is needed to cater to those - that want - so called - the best of soccer fields - closer to Ocean Beach - Beach Chalet. Tax payers money - to aid and abet a few who have no clue - about artificial turf and the harm it can do.

It is rude and not whole some - outright lacking decency - when only some people rally - do not have a holistic approach - and think - that all is fine - to seek amenities for a certain segment of the population and their children.

All is not fine. First it was fine to take our children - all children - and allow the children to be exposed to contamination.

Taking them all the way to Treasure Island - and allowing them to play on very contaminated Soccer fields. Now, suddenly that is NOT fine. Why the change of heart - after all these years?

So, who is responsible for making the crooked decisions and putting so many children in harms way?

From where comes the authority - the full authority - to vouch for young children and youth to play - on artificial turf.

Laden with contaminants - well known and one of them is lead. Rubber laden product that emit all sorts of harmful - chemicals.

The world knows about this - but not San Francisco - with all the Environmental Foundations - and so called Environmentalists that will not defend our children - and less embrace them - and keep them from harms way.

First comes the health of our children - and then all the other "rubbish" the adults speak off - from both sides of their mouth.

Let the children speak for themselves - more those that have come down will illnesses. We have the empirical data - for all to see.

Dog feces and other dirt is hard to  deal with and remove from - the artificial turf - that look fancy as "soccer fields".

After some years - those that put it in - all the artificial stuff - must remove it and replace it.

No one talks about long range - maintenance. More about the health and safety of those that play on these contaminated fields - more adversely impacting our children, our youth, and young adults.

The crooks working hand in glove with Recreation and Park and one Phil Ginsburg - has invaded play fields and grounds - at Silver Terrace, Garfield .

Where entities from outside use the facilities more - and those living in the neighborhood are by standers.  Where some private investors and raking in the money.

It takes money to reserve the grounds - in the old days - you could play for free on your neighborhood play ground. Now, you go to the play ground and the paid security and others - look at you, strange - and at times the security will ask you questions - and keep you at bay.

Public grounds now controlled by divisive private entities. Some times with private guards - telling the locals who can enter the play grounds and who cannot. Too much.

At one time - who those that have memories pf yore - children were treated like children - and it was common to go to play grounds and stadiums all over our City of San Francisco.

Kaser Stadium, McAteer High School, Burton High, Balboa - where all sorts of athletic events, football, rugby, and other sporting events - were held. No more.

Why did this all stop? These events brought families and neighborhoods together - we all miss those days - and in missing them we forget - that we must not let down - the neighborhood character - unique in San Francisco.

And what about the local gatherings in the neighborhood - small and quaint - where most who came - felt at home.

I remember them - but may be I am one of those in the minority.

Our children must come foremost - and given the best.

Those that care for our children - must stand up and speak up.

I paid my dues when I contributed what I could - learning much by working with coaches at Mission High - doing what I could with the Brown Bombers.

Helping youth and children - with their concerns. Learning first hand - and always listening to the youth and young adults.

While there are many like me who care and do what they do well - the City and County of San Francisco and Recreation and Park - has failed many neighborhoods - more those in District 10.

Of course Malia Cohen is busy trying to give the employees who once worked for the SF Redevelopment Agency - their benefits.
She has less time to address Violence, even less time to address transportation issues, has no clue about the health of the constituents in District 10.

Crime, more petty crime is on the increase. Break ins when it comes to cars and home - and now on the increase impact a large area - and over flowing from District 10 to District 9.

We find Malia Cohen pandering - to her one aide that once worked for the SF Redevelopment Agency - who is as "evil" as Malia Cohen.

This one aide  - who works for Malia Cohen - formerly an  employee - of the SF Redevelopment Agency was there in the Board Chambers in Room 250.

This aide was coaching Malia Cohen what to say - when fundamentally her amendment - needed revision of a kind - that failed to be executed - because Malia Cohen fails to do her home work. Time will tell.

Coaching Malia Cohen - what to say. The amendment wants to make changes to the Charter - but, was continued as one can see - there you go again - Malia Cohen creating a turbulence in a tea cup.

Of late we have been talking about Violence Prevention - the so called experts and those who created - the Police Executive Research Forum ( PERF). Costing us tax payers - thousands of dollars: http://sf-police.org/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=14694

Others. all paid consultants in the thousands - have the reports in, the plans in - but they are all gathering dust on the shelves.

In the last 20 years - each and every year - money for Violence Prevention has been reduced.

We do have a $8.6 billion dollar budget - the developers and "techies" are given tax cuts and opportunities.

Resources to address Quality of Life issues put on the back burner. One of them Violence Prevention - the other Violence Intervention.

When it comes to Quality of Life issues - affordable housing - childcare facilities, Recreational Facilities as opposed to Open Space.

Facilities that contributed to Quality of Life - the City and County  looks away - more in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

At the SF Planning Commission there is lots of talk.

Malia Cohen will introduce legislation to re-zone twelve to fifteen block to put in a Wellness Center - and it goes through.

Children and youth -  are taken to a Wellness Center - at one of the most contaminated sites - 3450 Third Street.

Millions of vehicles plying, the stench of the near by Phelps Raw Sewage Treating Plant - a Wellness Center run by Nadine Burke with the help of Malia Cohen at 3450 Third in District 10 by Cargo Way.

How can anyone normal, decent, anyone having an iota of decency - chose such sordid site?

No one cares about the youth- and we can address the situation by having a forum.

Right now Summer Time is the best time - a little late - but we can have a forum with Mayor Edwin Lee and Malia Cohen - among others present.

More - to discuss the Violence, the Safety, the transportation issues, the health issues, the prevalence of Sexually Transmitted Diseases, AIDS, and other chronic diseases - mainly respiratory.

All affect the children, youth, and young adults. Our seniors and those who health has been compromised - from the lack of health care - and exposure to contaminants that adverse impact - all life.

No one is paying attention to the Meher Ordinance and no one is paying attention to the Precautionary Principle. Time for those environmentalists - who are many in our City and County of San Francisco and fast asleep - to wake up and do the needful.

The City and County of San Francisco must learn to respect the youth and young adults.

We as a City and more the fake representatives - Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, those in Sacramento, those at City Hall - will come to ribbon cutting events in District 10 and all over San Francisco - spew hot air - and leave.

They cut the ribbons, leave their stench - and that has become the order of the day.

Enough is enough and the time has come for concrete actions.

Totally left out the Polynesian population that at one time made up forty percent of those living in Public Housing in District 10.

Many living all over District 10. Now, leaving for other areas - prone to evictions and other adverse impacts - brought about by those that have a vested interest.

Making room for developers - Lennar a Rogue Developer. Property Managers such as Mercy Housing, the John Stewart Company who are raking in the millions.

The City has chosen to work with crooks - those that are not respected - to interact at times with the Polynesian community - that once made up a large segment of the District 10 population - now, no more.

Corrupt entities seek the Polynesian Community  only when there is an emergency or when the help of the Polynesian community is needed.

Once they get the help - the rest is history. This happens - again and again. And for those that have encountered such actions - now is the time to speak out.

The City and County of San Francisco has failed to invest in the Polynesian Community.

The increase in incarceration - is very high - and at times at Juvenile Center - over forty percent of those incarcerated are Polynesian - youth.

Why? The City and County has failed to do its duty and meet its obligation.

The Polynesians have given more to our Nation - then any other segment of our population. The recent wars have taken a heavy toll - some know about this but others are oblivious.

The Polynesian youth and young adults are now getting smarter, learning the in and outs - and some are with the District Attorneys Office, others with Non-Profit organizations, holding positions with the City and County of San Francisco.

At some Universities learning more to help and address the concerns of the Polynesians community.

Understanding full now - what I have been saying of decades.

The sellout Polynesian are handful - but the the damage done immense. I can name them - but that would tarnish their image forever.

We have a very narrow window of opportunity - and so as long as Simi Iulio and his sister Nana Iulio, John Nauer and his niece Gaynor Siataga, Elder Joseph Kaulave, all those that know "Jungle" - and can make the connection - we still have HOPE.

We all can make strides - and neutralize the deeds of the sell outs. It is not easy - but we can do it.

Our Polynesian youth - more than any other youth need help.

On many fronts - those that care for them - pull their resources and do what they can - without help from our City and County of San Francisco.

Truly speaking we need a Polynesian Center - where the Polynesian culture - can be kept true - and here in San Francisco - we all have failed to do so.

Malia Cohen is as fake as the come - she has vested herself with the developers taking short cuts. Pandering to sell outs like Aurelous Walker, Calvin Jones, Sophie Maxwell - trying to play one entity against the other. All this and more will come to a standstill.

No one can fool - all the people - all the time.

Come this election - she will be out and about. A non-entity that should have stayed out and remain out.

Malia Cohen has failed to REPRESENT - the youth and young adults - and more the minority youth. Aho.

SUMMER IS HERE - OUR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS - MORE IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTOR OF SAN FRANCISCO - MUST BE KEPT OCCUPIED - MOVING FORWARD, MAKING PROGRESS.

The politicians in our City and County of San Francisco love to pat themselves on the back - doing the minimal for our youth and young adults.

When our City and County of San Francisco uses some Stimulus Money - or some little donation from those that rake in millions in profits. The meager stipends they dole out - is big news - as if that warrants - anything much.

This is the digital world and our youth and young adults - must not be treated like - "chaff". Our youth need to be challenged.

Much as our adults must be duly challenged - moving from the old times into the - "digital world" and beyond.

It is best that the adults take the time to speak to the youth and young adults. Probe a little to find out what is it that challenges the youth and young adults.

If the youth and young adults have question - some effort must be made to address them. The dialog has to be a two way effort - the more the better - and focused. Laser beam focused.

Right now dabbling with "computer code writing" seems to be making waves.

Soon it will be something - similar.

What is important to note - is that if the major "tech companies" - set aside some space for education and employment - strides can be made. There must be a Blue Print - vetted by the young and young adults.

We must learn to treat our youth and young adults with respect.

You respect the youth and young adults - and they will respect you.

Many of our youth and young adults - want an "opportunity" - an opportunity to get a good career - job.

It is not too much for Mayor Edwin Lee to set some goals - where one thousands youth and young adults - starting from 'Middle School" - leading to "High School" and into "Junior College" are enrolled - to aim for a "career" - in things that deal with - "technology" and the future careers that need training.

The empirical data is there - what is lacking - it the best from our so called experts to analyze the empirical data - and implement some viable and sustainable - program.

Technology encompasses many aspects of most field -  there is always change - the home of the "computer chip" and of the Cloud.

The Internet and related technology can be used  - to  better "Computer Aided Design" - to " creating Aps" - to engineering to aid and curtail in our Carbon Footprint.

The millions of tons of concrete, the millions of dangerous particulates spewing in our air, the thousands of methane gas from the many landfills - one ton of methane gas equals twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide - all are starring us in the face.

Our youth and young adults must be trained to reveal the truth - and help heal our Earth - Mother Earth.

Our Earth need some compassion - and that compassion is found more among our youth and young adult. Our children who see it all and cannot understand the folly - of the adults.

Our adult policy makers - who play with fire - wasting millions of tax payers money - on mundane projects - while not facing the facts - addressing major projects - that adversely impact - all life.

The City of San Francisco - does NOT pay attention to the Maher Ordinance which is law - which deal with landfill - liquefaction and flooding. Hazardous materials in the soil.

We have the Precautionary Principle - that states - if any project in any way impacts all life - we must stop the project - and address the consequences.

Technology can be used to address crime and safety issues - to deal with our clean and waste water pipes.

Creating programs to address - "real time leakages" - millions of clean drinking water leak into the soil - and so, also sewage pipes - our aging pipes. Many of them over 80 years plus - need replacing and the Sewer System Improvement Project is moving - at a snail pace.

Our youth more those that make the grade - must be trained now - so that when the time comes to understand and operate our $2.6 Billion upgrade and rebuilt of the Digesters - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - we have the youth and young adults on board.

The many falling in disrepair WEIRS - that hold millions of gallons of secondary effluents - treated sewage.

The  very many issues we have with - liquefaction and flooding. Our youth and young adult can step up and do a good job.

Right now some organizations and working with some Primes - with some youth learning "fluff".

This bluffing can go on for some time - but, will fail - and these organizations who are wasting tax payers money - will be exposed.

Our City and Count of San Francisco has a budget of over $8.6
billion - yes BILLION.

We must do better - but as usual - it takes guts - to find and execute new paths.

Innovation if not for the fools - and the fools we have a many - wasting our precious money - all paid by our tax payers.

Summer is here already - and it a crime when the youth and young adults - are whiling their time.

Nothing will come to anyone on a platter - we must strive and work hard.

One single sound opportunity and some youth, some young adult - will shine - and make this world a better place. Aho.

MR DIPSTICK - GAVIN NEWSOM - THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION - APPOINTED CROOKS - CORRUPT TO THE CORE - WHO CONTINUE TO FOSTER CORRUPTION.

Can you imagine Mr Dipstick aka Gavin Newsom - running California for a second - as the Governor of California. To day he is the side kick of Governor Jerry Brown - trying to move forward - but always falling backward in disgrace.

Many of us take it for granted - and have no clue that Mr Dipstick had to jump ship - and declare that he was no long running for Governor. Few to this day - do not know who was behind the plan - to bring about - results. It did come about - and there is more.

The many appointees that Mr Dipstick made when he was Mayor of San Francisco - each and everyone of them - crooked. Leading the pack Juliet Ellis.

Gavin Newsom better known in some circles as Mr Dipstick - was behind the "Gang Injunctions" - in San Francisco.

Never mind that if he was really investigated - he would put those that are termed as belonging to a gang - to shame.

Gavin Newsom will smile at your face and stab you in the back.

If you think back who was the main person to convey Parcel A - where Lennar Urban - a rough developer - makes its abode - the front person was Gavin Newsom.

Willie L. Brown Jr, Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, Diane Feinstein - all rallied around Mr Dipstick - for a cause that is already - lost.

There is a fascination in our City today - to build cheap and inferior homes on toxic ground.

More, contaminated ground - that are called Superfund Sites - only the worst contaminated sites - are put on the Superfund List.

One of them is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Where once the San Francisco Police Department - was given a ware house - to establish a crime laboratory. Where other SF Police Department personnel worked - where the SWAT team conducted their operations.

All by Parcel E2 - one of the worst contaminated parcels on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. More contaminated with radioactive elements -  registering at very high levels.

Many of the SF Police Officer - came down with cancer and other chronic diseases - but do you think anyone cares? Do you think our San Francisco Health Department cares?

Now, that those operations have been moved to another area - Closer to Potrero Hill - everyone in the SF Police Department are breathing a sigh of relief.

In the interim those that got cancer, those that are suffering, the families and loved ones - have to bear the load of the on going suffering.

I know of at least 6 SF Police Officer who came down with cancer - working at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that the U.S. Navy pretends it can clean - but never, ever - will.

Mr Dipstick is busy thrown arrows in the air. Writing books - creation conceptual plans - ideas that he thinks will work - when throughout his life - on the personal level - and in whatever he does - Gavin Newsom has been an utter - failure.

Gavin Newsom played with the lives of the poor and the indigent - and what you see today - the chronic situation - where thousands have resorted to living and sleeping on our streets - is a crying shame.

Care not Cash sounded good - but has left a hole - that is difficult to address - more hard fill - and thousands of homeless people are suffering - hundreds have died - on our streets. Our City names after Saint Francis of Assisi. A compassionate saint - while our core policy makers have hardened their - hearts.

Our SF Supervisors are busy cutting ribbons - more in District 8, 6, and 10. Catering to developers - and in District 8 - now dog homes will become fashionable - one hundred seventy six square feet - box homes- much like the size of a large shipping container box.  Behind this scheme - Scott Wiener a transplant and a Zionist from New York.

This is Ohlone land and Mayor Edwin Lee know about it. Yet he too has joined the developers and the crooks to build excess Market Price homes - and less so called home for those that low income and no income. Time will tell.

Mayor Edwin Lee's proxies the many sellouts in the Bayview are looking forward to living on toxic land - on Parcel A - but no one in the right mind - will live on this land.  Contaminated and more with high levels of radioactive elements.

People who do not live on the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - but live outside the Hunter Point Naval Shipyard are suffering from cancer and other chronic respiratory diseases.

Now you can imagine if you live on Hunters Point Shipyard - or in close proximity - what the result will be.

The contamination coming from the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - has affected hundreds - with skin rashes, migraine headaches, lingering sore throat, bloodied eyes - falling hair - and those suffering the most our seniors and our children.

Gavin Newsom left a legacy that of a corrupt person - lack morals, less ethics, no standards - a lot mouthed son of gun - worthless - and a disgrace to the human - race.

ALLEN CALLOWAY A YOUNG ADULT WHO WANTED TO CHANGE HIS LIFE - WAS KILLED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT - IN FRONT OF 60 CHILDREN - INCLUDING HIS SON - BY A KILLER WHO IS STILL ON THE LOOSE.

Friday afternoon. June 27, 2014 - this shocking news came to my attention - I was slow to receive it - because in recent weeks - the killings and shootings have increased.

This one incident is horrendous - because the killer - walked right into the  Hers Playground - where, Allen Calloway - a senior outreach counselor was playing dodge ball with the children.

Some playing with Allen Calloway - others watching -  the killer approached the victim - Allen Calloway - to death at point blank range.

About two and half years ago Allen made up his mind - as did many others who were put on some ill planned "Gang Injunction" list.

Many of these youth - were labelled "gang members" - put on a Gang Injunction list - and debarred from entering many jurisdictions - closer to where they lived.

Our City Attorney Dennis Herrera was quick to listen to the then Mayor Gavin Newsom, others; mostly developers - to quickly remove some "sets" or "gangs" - from the various neighborhood - more Public Housing.

Smaller groups or sets of men and some women - having nothing to do - no jobs. Engaged in selling drugs - and from time to time - resorting to violence. A way of life that is well know to many - and has been handed down from generation to generation.

You really want to see and witness gangs go to Chicago, go to Compton, go to places - where real gangs - create havoc.

To really put things in perspective - the first Gang Injunction was announced with much fun far - a less than one square block - the Oakdale Housing area.

Many of us witnessed the discrimination and the adverse affects - few wanted to speak up. And now after years - some experts, other authors - are trying to go back and write about a time - that has tarnished the name of San Francisco. Revealing - what I said then - that now - many are surprised - we have some "evil" people - who truly do not have the best interests of the constituents of San Francisco.

Less our children - and I will explain.

Most do not comprehend what has been happening in Southern California, New Orleans, Chicago - you have to see to believe - how real gangs create - real, havoc.

The Community Response Network and other Community Based Organizations - were formed -  in San Francisco -with hardly any stellar orientation, less education - and thrown into the fray - to stop the killings and shootings.

" Go and stop the violence" ordered those that had done no study, most of them having no clue about dysfunctional families, lack of opportunities - cultural competency - and so on and so forth.

Mayor Gavin Newsom had no clue  about what was happening - and much like his Care not Cash with the homeless - his intention to stop the violence - was an utter and abject - failure.

From the year 2004 to the year 2014 - really 2002 - has been a long, long time. And over all these years more than  340 youth and young adults have died others - alive but living a dejected, life. Many maimed for life.

Today, all over the Nation there have been fewer killings and shootings.

The same holds good for San Francisco. But, this is not because some extra effort has been made - or that some extra ordinary solutions have been found.

It is what it is. And if have fewer shootings and killings it bodes well for the constituents of San Francisco. What is perturbing is the increase in Black on Black - killing.

Not too long ago - a young Black man stepped out of a Public Housing unit at Potrero Hill - in minutes a killer was waiting for him.

Gave the victim no chance - pumped a couple of bullets - into his dead. When Law Enforcement came - the victim was pronounced - dead.

This tit for tat in the streets and hoods is not something some of us do not know about.

What is of paramount importance - among those of us who pretend to know some - what can we practically do - and who is there to listen to us - and more to back us up.

Who truly has a plan that is holistic? Do we really want to STOP this violence, these killings - this confusion and pandemonium that can be stopped - but, what we have to offer - are band-aid - solutions.

Without pretending to be pompous - I have attended numerous Safety Meetings - in recent years they have been watered down - not to reveal to the public at large - incidents covering a gamut of crimes - Class I and Class II.

Who is fooling whom? And do you think some Supervisors - and in the case of  the District 10 - Malia Cohen  who has NO clue how to stop crime and violence?

She dares and wants to run for another term? WOW!

Less do you think she cares deeply for our children? Malia Cohen has been a fake - that has done nothing for our - children.

Have you heard Malia Cohen make any statement worth the salt - linked to Quality of Life issues?

So, now we have over 60 children - who witnessed this crime, knew the victim - and we have heard of NO plan in detail.

More, to counsel the children - provide the children and the families some succor - some help - some short time help and of course long time - psychological monitoring.

Right now I am involved in directly affording some space - to address Violence Prevention and Intervention. With little or NO substantial help from any entity that we purport to help.

We offer furnished office space - and the Chief of Police, Gregory Suhr and the Mayor Edwin Lee has been to my office.

What is it - that we need to do - beg, beg, beg, - we are NOT going to do that.

The type of work we do is unique and those that do it - must have good facilities.

After dealing with violence, dysfunctional families, every sort of hostility, day in and day out - putting themselves in harms - way.
The women and men - need some space that is wholesome - not - some sordid surroundings - that can physically and psychologically cause - permanent - damage.

The least of our problems - should be - not being able to offer these workers - acknowledged by the Mayor, Edwin Lee, the Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr - both of them know me - well enough - to visit me anytime.

So what is happening - when resources that are not there - and have to be there.

We must not be forced to wheel and deal - putting those that care and have cared - in harms way - adversely impacting them in many ways.

All all times - any area where our children are in danger - they must be protected.

At all times - we need monitors - especially now during Summer Time.

Please do not put our children in harms way - and this incident - at the Herz Playground - with a senior counselor - who belonged to Together United Recommitted Forever (TURF) - did not have to happen.

Subjectively speaking I was extremely angry - and so on Sunday and yesterday, Monday - I called some of those I trust and had a talk.

We need space paid for by the City to do what we do best - that others take  granted and credit for.

I can write about those that talk the talk but do not have the balls to walk the walk. That is not what I am about.

I love this City and have used my own hard earned money - to make good things happen in the Southeast Sector.

For months much before this Summer - we have been pleading for resources - no one listens.

Now this killing - and what are we doing to do- I mean - practically address the situation - and here our hands are tied.

Our Mayor, Edwin Lee must step up - not by listening to those that do not have the pulse of the community. The Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr must step up - and reach out to those that have been doing a lot for this City. The time is now.

In the interim - the best resources must be put in place - on a War Footing to help the children - adversely impacted - their parents - and those entities impacted.

Malia Cohen has failed again - miserably - you may not like what I say.

But, for all your faking -  Malia makes the situation - that is bad - worse.

We have to live with the adverse impacts - while you, Malia Cohen - pussyfoot in the Potrero - where you make your - abode.
