WE MUST RESPECT OUR ELDERS - RESPECT MOTHER EARTH - OUR SOJOURN ON THIS EARTH - IS SHORT LIVED - WE CANNOT ABUSE MOTHER EARTH - AND THINK ALL WILL BE WELL.

Chief Sitting Bull -
he united the Lakota Nation -
even today mention his name
and it bring memories of a time - renowned leaders
respect for the Elders.

We must respect our Elders - for in our Elders lies the Wisdom - the Wisdom - passed down for thousands of years - an evolution that cannot be studies and experience - unless some one is spiritually ground - their heart in the right place - built by years of tenacity and fortitude.

We are living in difficult times - and indigenous people all over the world - are facing difficulties - their very ability to live on this Earth - is threatened.

Once these indigenous people - cared for Mother Earth - took little - wasted little - the rivers and lakes were pristine, the air clean, the watershed untouched by pollution.

The forest green and healthy, the glaciers covered huge amount of lands - and it was all good.

Here in California the many indigenous tribes - kept the land all that I have mentioned above - in good shape - that is until the strangers came and screwed it up. The Butte fires and before that the huge fires in Napa and Southern California - are an eye opener.

Those who intruded the land - disrespecting Mother Earth - more the forests, lakes, rivers - nature at its best and pristine - the breathing lungs that keep our air clean and so on - are playing with fire.

Then - when a saturation point arose - all hell broke loose - and we saw an inferno - and we also more infernos, and will continue to see more - never ever experience before.

Read the message of Quanah Parker Comanche -
we do not have leaders like that anymore -
we have those that pander -
accept Commendations and Proclamations -
money as bribes - and think all is well -
if you are indigenous you do not surrender
the deep values - handed down for thousands of years. Aho.
