The Bayview Hunters Point has in recent decades been preyed by outsiders - they pretend they are from the community - but they are not. Most of them arrogant and ignorant. Lying comes to them naturally - these crooks are NOT to be trusted.
One of them is Dwayne Jones and their other Shaman Walton - who recently won his seat - the SF District 10 Supervisor. Prior to that we had Malia Cohen who hailed from Atherton - near Palo Alto.
Shamann Walton has a rap sheet - he has been to jail - and while - many of advocates have taken a position - to give the many " jail birds " - a second chance - more to serve the people - to make amends - this pass - does not meet the smelt test - when it comes to - Shamann Walton.
As President of the San Francisco Unified School District which come under the State of California - Blacks students did miserable - F -. In fact Black students - in Special Education classes did better - not a word about this situation at hand - and Shamann Walton - did not give a damn - much as he knows nothing much about Bayview Hunters Point area - more on Transportation, Planning, Safety, Housing, Heatlh issues - and of course Education.
Anyone can spew hot air - diatribe - he has NOT a single Blue Print on the above issues - complete with time lines and goals. How can this idiot even think of running for District 10 - the other candidates had a better fit - but the constituents chose a crook and have to live with a corrupt, crook.
You folks made the bed - now, sleep in it.
Shaman Walton is arrogant and ignorant - and thinks that he will be given a pass - this time around - he is sadly mistaken.
Again and again we have the empirical data - but these vermin - refuse to study the empirical data - and have no experience when it comes to the environment, history, sociology, logistic - he talks from both sides of his mouth.
Let us start with some empirical data - life is not about hoodwinking - but about reality - we must speak - truth to power - and from " truth to power " - comes good actions.

The above document was created way back in 2006 and here we are in 2018 - and I bet Shamann Walton has not read the report. Malia Cohen has gone ahead with other crooks Aureoles Walker, the Mayor's office of Economic Development,
others too many to name - to building high density housing at Alice Griffith - on land prone to liquefaction and flooding.
Shamann Walton endorses the above - and therein lies the crux of the problem. Shamann Walton will NOT live in or near land that is prone to liquefaction or flooding.
Shamann Walton backs a " rogue developer " Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holding LLS - same snake different head - has taken over $10 million - and when he was exposed by Theo Ellington - had nothing much to say.
Shamann Walton is a House Negro that cannot be trusted.
It is not as if we have not had corrupt and crooked District 10 Supervisors before - we have two singular ones - Sophie Maxwell and then following her Malia Cohen.
Both - Black women who turned their backs on the people of Bayview Hunters Point. Both had disdain - for the poor - even though both were poor once - and used politics to amass great wealth - and now think their shit don't stink.
Brother and Sisters - you all have been fast asleep at the cockpit - and more act like zombies - because you all are not educated on issues - you listen to what others say - wear T-shirt that are given - a piece of pizza, other mundane things - and you all get riled up - to bark up the wrong tree.
In the Bayview Hunters Point area thousands of infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders - those with comprise health and more Mentally and Physically Challenged have died - many could have been saved - but as I have said - many times - many died and more are slowly dying today.
Just because these segment of the population are people of color does not mean they must die - we have a few Brothers and Sisters - who speak Truth to Power - time to unite and take out the trash - Veronica Hunnicutt, Linda Richardson, Dwayne Jones, Oscar James, Eloise Patton, Toye Moses, Rodney Hampton - these folks take money and on some one's pay roll - they serve mammon not God.
The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site - and someone like Shamann Walton - has no clue that "Depleted Uranium" was tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
He has no clue that 80 ships - that took part in the Atomic Bomb experiment - at Bikini Islands - were towed to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - sand blasted and the contaminated materials sandblasted -randomly dumped - all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Shamann Walton - ignorant as he is - has no clue large animals - that took part in the Atomic Bomb experiments - at Bikini Islands - were buried all over the place at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Those who buried these radioactive elements - were given bonus money - to do the dirty jobs.
Shamann Walton has taken large amounts of money from Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holdings LLC - rogue developers - both will fall flat on their face - both with intent - want to built homes and other buildings - on very contaminated ground - more prone to liquefaction and flooding.
I watched Shamann Walton answer questions - at the many District 10 Electoral Candidates meetings - he failed to speak - " truth to power " - he is a weasel and he knows it.
No one can fool all the people all the time.
But let us let real - does Shamann Walton have a Blue Print - complete with timelines and goals - to address the health problems that we have in District 10?
What is he going to do about respiratory diseases - in fact what does he know about chronic respiratory diseases - and the very high percentage registered by the SF Health Department and other studies done by University of California San Francisco ?
What is he going to do about the very high percentage of cancer - all sorts of cancer ailments - found in District 10?
Now, what does Shamann Walton know about the wide disparity - between the rich and the poor - that exists more in the Bayview Hunters Point area - wide disparity compared to the Rwanda - a third world nation - in Central Africa.
Does Shamann Walton know that the life expectancy for Blacks in District - compared to other ethic groups - is pathetic?
I believe Shamann Walton is some type of Nutritionist - and must at least have a clue - about what I am talking about?
As the Director of Young Community Developers - Shamann Walton had access to millions of dollars - clearly $4 million dollars plus every year - for the last two years. Can we have a report - how many Career Jobs - resulted from his fake Work Force Programs?
Dwayne Jones -
he is behind many nefarious activities -
has hundreds of folks on his pay roll -
funded by tax payers - Community Benefits -
linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project.
Dwayne Jones is a Board Member on the Young Community Developers current operation - and funnels millions to YCD - as he is also in charge of Community Benefits linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - and is being investigated for all his nefarious activities. Conflict of Interest?
The City Attorney Dennis Herrera, the District Attorney George Gascon, the many Law Enforcement Agencies - Local, State, and Federal authorities - have access to the RAP Sheet - linked to Dwayne Jones.
Dwayne Jones has single handedly - created divisiveness - using tax payers money - millions of dollars - to lie, cheat, and hoodwink all - in broad daylight.

Dwayne Jones the President of Rudolf Dwayne Jones (RDJ) Enterprises, LLC - purports he has to review the technical documents - and for all this and more to happen - he needs - funding - putting a gun to the head of the Contract or Prime.
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission has known the nefarious activities of Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones.
Juliet Ellis handles outreach and Dwayne Jones - workforce - doling out money willy nilly - from the millions linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - Community Benefits - all tax payers, money.
It is a shame that advocates who work hard - cannot get funding - but crooks get money.
Tax payers money is spent to buy the crooks T-shirts that they wear - come to City Hall and lie - bark up the wrong tree - most ignorant and have no clue what they are talking about.
These idiots are paid and read out statements that they cannot read - making mistakes - they offer to give some fake support to Projects - case in point the 1550 Evans Project.
If the 1550 Evans Street Project comes about - all the Community Benefits tied to 1800 Oakdale - the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - will be null and void. None of these idiots comprehend what I have written and therein lies the crux of the problem.
Ignorant mostly Blacks - barking up the wrong tree - who are leaving out Latinos, Asians, Whites, Native Americans, others that matter - from the Bayview Hunters Point Area. We must realize that leaving out large segments of the population - is not democracy.
You idiots do not want to follow Whites who left out Blacks for ages - only for Dr Martin King Luther Jr. and other to die to bring about - fair play and justice - only for some idiotic Blacks to think they can shout and scream - and will get something - and they have NOTHING - what so ever.
For Malia Cohen to endorse such blatant behavior - listening to a segment of the population of Hunterview - trying to represent all of the the Bayview Hunters Point, Little Hollywood, Silver Terrace, Oakdale, and Visitation Valley - failed to represent all - fairly - is a disgrace and pathetic.

We look forward to Malia Cohen being termed out soon - good riddance of very bad rubbish - no more enduring the stench of Sulphur. She has divided the community at large - and fostered the worst type of corruption - ever seen in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.
Shamann Walton is a leech - he only purpose running for District 10 Supervisor - is money - more - " dark money ".
I challenged him to a one on one debate - any time, any place, any date - in fact he can have two more lackeys with him - and leave me alone to address Quality of Life issues - in District 10 in San Francisco.
