THE SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY FACILITY COMMISSION - HAS SOLD OUT THE COMMUNITY - LOCK, STOCK AND BARREL - THE CHAIR HAS NO CLUE HOW TO CONDUCT A MEETING.

The Southeast Community Facility Commission - that conducts its affairs - at 1800 Oakdale - keeps rubber stamping  corruption of the worse order  -  adversely impacting the community at large.

Again and again the corruption at all levels stinks to high heaven.

On December 6, 2018 a meeting was called - and the meeting conducted by the Chair who works for  Five Keys Charter  - at his conference room. The Chair Steve Good who is connected as I said to Five Keys Charter School - failed to inform us present at this meeting - how much time each person was allocated time - for public comment.

Constantly interrupting me - having NO manners what so ever.

After the public comments were given by Derick Toliver and I - the Chair had the audacity to make some statements - about how the search for a candidate to fill the position of Director of Southeast Community Facility Commission - was conducted.

The matter was not on the agenda - he continued to make many statements - none of the statements - was truthful.

When I interjected - and told Steve Good who is bad - that at the SF City Hall - this exact matter was discussed.

More how Blacks - were treated with disdain - when it came to apply for jobs - more jobs that they were qualified for - such case are common - because of folks like Steve Good and his Commissioners - who may be Black - are sell out and rubber stamp.

Diane Gray, Gina Fromer, LaVaughan King, and the Chair sat down and listened to what Derick had to say - I know that Eddy Zheng and Karen Chung both Commissioners were NOT present.

Derick Toliver is from the community - graduated from Stanford - and wanted to serve his community - but was denied the opportunity - with intent - to make an example to other candidates from the Bayview Hunters Point who have applied - and denied access to the job of Director to the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building.

On the agenda was one - single topic and that was at Number 4 which stated what I have written bellow  :

  4. Closed Session Pursuant to California Government Code Sec. 54957 (b) and San Francisco Administrative Code Sec. 67.10 (b). Public Employee Appointment/Hiring.

The first part of what I have written above pertains to disciplinary actions - and why this was quoted is beyond any comprehension. I am talking California Government Code Sec. 54957 (b).

I know the SF Police Department and other use this - and we know the issues concerned may be sensitive - but in this case - I guess they quoted the wrong section - makes NO sense - what so ever.

These buffoons just quote nonsense and expect the community - mostly lay persons - to presuppose and think that some important subject or issue - is being discussed - and in this case - utter nonsense.

San Francisco Administrative Code Sec. 67.10 (b). Public Employee Appointment/Hiring.

I have been before the Sunshine Task Force many times - and often times when referring to San Francisco Administrative Code Sec, 67.10 (b) - it permits the Commission to go in close session - when the selection of the person " anointed " - could be revealed - but they prefer to keep the contents - close door.

It is becoming customary to states some ordinance - that has nothing to do with the subject matter - the City Attorney present - failing to advice a dumb, stupid, inept Chairperson - here are the actions that can be taken under San Francisco Administrative Code Sec. 67.12 (a) - that had nothing to do with the action - which zeroed in anointing someone - without due process - the position Director of the Southeast Community Facility Commission  - once held by Toye Moses - and since he left held briefly by three others in a span of two years.

Here is what the above quoted ordinance states SF Administrative Code Sec, 67.12 (a) :

https://sfgov.org/sunshine/provisions-sunshine-ordinance-section-67#67.12

I said " anointed " not selected - and if the matter was held in public - those public astute and stellar would state what I have stated. We need the selection of some one like the Director - to be public - more with transparency and accountability. Go Figure!

At some point after Public Comment was complete - the Chair, Steve Good - was talking nonsense.

According to  - him due diligence was done - in the process of selecting an individual - for the position of Director of 1800 Oakdale - the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - the matter of fact is - this is NOT the case.

Some crony - some lackey, some good for nothing - piece of *hit has been hand picked - never mind if it is a House Negro.

Sitting with his back - the eye of the camera - in this picture -
is David Gray a weasel from Oakland.

Then David Gray - some one from Oakland - who has been dividing the community - and purports to be SFPUC Leadership Team Manager  stated something about the Brown Act.

The man is crazy.  Stating that the Brown Act - does not permit to divulge information - that is of a higher level. I have never, ever heard such stupid statements - in my life.

At this Commission meeting all the Commissioners were Black - the City Attorney was White - and the Chair of the Commission - Steve Good was White.

Blacks must remember and pay attention - the demographic of the Bayview Hunters Point has changed dramatically - what about fair representation - Latinos, Whites, Native Americans, Asians - others - some Blacks keep thinking this is the late 1970s and early 1980s - no more.

Of late the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - with the permission and supervision - of Manager Harlan Kelly - has been deep into nefarious activities.

David Cray is connected with Community Benefits - and so is Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis - some others too - and all of them - are involved in nefarious activities. Wasting millions in dollars - all tax payers money.

The Controller Office has been notified - and is in the process bring justice to the fore - but these charlatans continue to belittle the community at large - " anointing " those they please - and making a mockery of our democracy.

After Toye Moses - retired from the position of the Director of the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - we have had three persons - come and leave.

One went on to the Police Commission, the other become an aide to the Supervisor of District 5 - one just went back to deal with her Real Estate business.

All Blacks one worse than the other.

In the Bayview Hunters Point - it is customary now - for Blacks to go to City Hall - wearing T-shirts paid from Community Benefits money.

Ignorant -Blacks barking up the wrong tree. At one meeting David Gray was leading the pack - having made so many introductory remarks - despicable.

At 1550 Evan Street - an area prone to severe liquefaction and flooding - high density housing is planned.

In the interim as a cover up - a Recreational Facility is planned - why build anything decent - where the air, land, and water is contaminated. Why build on contaminated land that is designated as a " toxic hot spot ".

That area in and around 1550 Evans is constantly  bombarded with the stench emitting from the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - it seem the ignorant and arrogant - gravitate to this smell - may be a smell that trigger their madness and being dysfunctional.

1800 Oakdale is tied to Community Benefits - if 1800 is demolished and the SF Public Utilities Commission move to 1550 Evans - all the Community Benefits tied to 1800 Oakdale - will cease to exist.

This singular fact is not understood by those barking up the wrong tree - mostly Black paid for - we have a name for them - sell outs.
