Again and again as the last resort - matters that should be adjudicated at the SF Planning Commission - at the Land Use Committee - other important committees - come before the SF Board of Supervisors - as part of the Appeals Process.
Only for the SF Board of Supervisor to rubber stamp the issue - fail the constituents, the tax payers, decent San Francisco and side with the corrupt - in this case rogue developers - like Lennar Urban aka 5 Point Holdings LLP - same snake different head.
Health comes first - not jobs and fostering greed.
In and around Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - thousands have died - a slow death - living in close proximity of a Superfund Site - that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - where depleted uranium was tested.
It is time the Developers who keep bribing the SF Board of Supervisors and other Heads of Department - STOP.
At this late date - many other bodies are now coming to the fore - but few paid attention when years ago - 20 years ago - I pointed out the details of the contamination and radioactive elements - registered in very high - levels.
Only when Whites folks are harmed - get cancer, other chronic diseases - all hell breaks lose.
One person that is responsible for all these nonsense Malia Cohen - she knew about the pollution and contamination, was on the take - and now has been caught red handed - with her hand in the cookie jar.
All those who have taken money from Lennar Urban - they are many and if one or two are taken to task by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the SF Controller Office - it will lead to hundreds - all of whom with intent - allowed this rampant corruption to on.
Our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, those with compromised health - our Senior mostly - have all been exposed to the worst type of corruption. More when it comes to very high registration - of radioactive elements.
The SF Controller's Office knows about this - but has not actively pursued the issue at hand - the nonsense happening at the SF Board of Supervisors must STOP.
When any Appeal is heard - at the SF Board of Supervisors - the SF Broad of Supervisor must - take an oath.
If this is done - most of the crooked SF BOS will go to jail - if that matter is taken to Court.

Recently the SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) heard the appeal on the Central South of Market Area - heard hundreds - suffering and worried - to speak against the high-rise and more building homes on land prone to liquefaction and flooding.
Issues linked to eviction - and lack of cultural competence - blatant discrimination - by this City and County of San Francisco.
The people united - will never, ever be defeated.
Most of those who will be adversely impacted - people of color - the Filipinos foremost - this is fourth time - they have been pushed from a location - first the Chinatown area, then Market Street and the Tenderloin, then Yerba Buena, and now Central South of Market Area - if the plan goes through.
The prospects of thousands being evicted - and new leases given that could evict anyone of those accommodated in the newer units - at will - is mind blogging.
More - without the protection now given to renters - Rent Control mandates in place in San Francisco - those units that come under Rent Control - built before 1976 or so.
The last resort poor people have - more those that are evicted - and cannot live in San Francisco - is fight for their rights. Do whatever is possible to STOP the gentrification.
The SF BOS heard another appeal - worse than the Central South of Market Area appeal - in this case some very corrupt developer - wanting to build at 700 and 900 Innes St a toxic dump - land created with poor infill.
The developers - have hoodwinked some ignorant local Non-Profits in the Bayview Hunters Point,
Corralled other corrupt mostly Blacks - to back a developer - to favor building homes on land that is contaminated - more prone to severe flood, liquefaction - and sea level rise.
Some of the idiots - want some open space - open space that is prone to foul smell, liquefaction, and of course sea level rise.
Within a few years - most of the open space and the buildings - however tall will be wiped out and more leveled out. Much like a Tsunami does.

Bribing people to partake in these shenanigans, ploys, and machinations - is nauseating to say the least. Some of these folks pretending to represent the local population - live outside San Francisco.
These corrupt folks - come to the City to participate in nefarious activities - under the pretext that they favor workforce, open space, and other dubious concepts - none of which should supersede - HEALTH issues.
The issues of health - has not been paramount - with our SF Health Department.
The many chronic respiratory cases - in the thousands, those suffering from tumors, all sorts of hear problems - other chronic diseases.

The many infirmities - does not deter the corrupt and greedy - and it is disgusting - to see these jackasses - come to SF City Hall - ignorant to the core - with no spiritual values - to represent concepts - and more the constituents are large - without their permission - of which they have NO clear comprehension.
They have BLOOD on their hands - and they will never enjoy good health - and what is more peace of mind and good health. Karma will stalk them for the rest of their lives.
The project at 700 and 900 Innes Street - has long been known to me - the land was created by - placing mostly dredge material.
Then in course of some years from the 1960s to 1980s - dirt from nearby areas - including Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - was added - fill-in to grade some of the land - more to place large pieces of junk - other stuff - that could be recycled.
On the artificial land created two brothers - operated a company - where of years - they repair small boats.
I knew them and the area well.
I was also involved with the so called ShipWright's outhouse - a shack - that was proudly called a building that was built - by a Shipwright.
Professional Shipwrights who built ships - do not build nor will they live in shacks.
I inspected the shack and have written several article about the shack.
The shack did not have a sound flooring - I removed some plywood - and lo and behold - saw dirt.
Such nonsense when those who desire to steal and hoodwink - will lie - just to acquire land - so called open space - and put our infants, children, others - who are innocent - in harms way.
Another entity - well known to me - tried to do some clean up - and capped some of the area.
Today - that piece of land by 700 and 900 Innes - is very contaminated and polluted. Those who choose to do evil - will suffer - it is as simple as that. This project at 700 and 900 Innes will fail - the reason is simple - it simply does not meet the required standards.
I know the matter will do go court - and many will testify against it.
At one time - that land was reserved for BAYCAT to build - as soon as they realized how contained the land was - they took the grant that was promised them by the SF City and County of San Francisco.
Other money raised - and now have their studios - further down on Third Street close to Dog Patch - our youth force to go out of Bayview Hunters Point to the studios run by BAYCAT. Nefarious entities always taking advantage of our children, youth, and young adults.
It is amazing how people fail to do their homework - and do not listen to those that know better

These " idiots " - did not pay attention.
Only when White folks suffer - the Black sell outs and folks like Malia Cohen and London Breed react - shameless - good for nothing - jackasses.
Now that White folks are affected - the entire area that is contaminated - suddenly becomes a priority for clean up. I do not think so.
If they knew better they would not go there - at all. Much as the other areas too are very contaminated. No one should be living near Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
We must remember that entire entire some 2000 acres - was once a declared a Superfund Site - not Brown Fields as it is termed now.
Only the most contaminated sites are put on the Superfund List.
In recent months when some marker was discovered - containing - registering a small amount of radioactive elements - was found - all hell broke loose.

Recently, a vote was taken by all the SF Broad of Supervisors to provide housing for the most vulnerable - our seniors, other that needed housing.
There was no much concern on this matter shown by Malia Cohen - who is the President of the BOS - and a lousy one at that - opens her mouth and shoves her foot inside - each and every time.
Another vote was taken by the full SF Board of Supervisor to increase the minimum wage to those that sacrifice and work very hard - to $18 - in Home Supportive Services (IHSS).
In Home Supportive Service (IHSS) - who look after those are disabled and very sick - our Elders, those with compromised health. I know many of them - they love their work - those that they care for love the workers.
However many of them cannot live in San Francisco - and are forced to move outside.
The paradox is soon more than 50% of our population will belong to the ever increasing Senior Population - over 65 years.
There will be no help for them - as the meagre salaries now provided - will not be taken by anyone.
Another factor the younger generation - do not gravitate to the work done by the In Home Supportive Service workers.
I know this for a fact - again and again it is next to impossible to find someone caring and loving - to take care of our Elders, disabled and those with compromised health. Go Figure!
The slight increase in salary - pro-rated - from $15 to $18 per hour - will bring some succor to those that need some money to survive.
Right now some of them have a second job - and when they get home - are tired - adversely impacting their health.
The legislation was introduced by Supervisor Jane Kim, Hillary Ronnen, and Sandra Fewer - all of the SF BOS voted in favor - except Malia Cohen.
Why is this woman behaving is such a manner - she is an idiot - we all know that - but this idiot needs all the fucking attention she can get. Little does she know that no one -worth the salt cares for Malia Cohen - a very corrupt person.
Just tell her to wipe her make up and you will see the real - Malia Cohen - ugly to the core - and as ugly as they come.
We know that this stupid, idiotic, weak in the knees - inept should step down - and fade away. Her next abode going to work for the State of California - she will not last their long - a seat left vacant - Board of Equalization.

In the Bayview Hunters Point - more the Third Street Corridor - corrupt and crooked folks that pander to Malia Cohen - are given grants - in access of $300,000 - and I am asking the Controller to look into this - nonsense.
All this money is tax payer money.
What is important to note is that the President of the SF Board of Supervisor - Malia Cohen has received money from the developer - and should have recused herself.
Three other Supervisors too - I have said openly that these SF Supervisors who acted in like manner - have not recused themselves - should be ashamed themselves.
Malia Cohen has taken bequest money, other money more from the SF Democratic Central Committee - in both these cases - there is no cap to the amount of money one can receive.
Of course - all of the above I have mentioned - they, all have BLOOD on their hands.
These very corrupt Political Whores and Pimps - know who they are.
Their fate will be - like that of some that they know - sudden and painful with no time to repent.
They will for sure leave NO legacy.
While they may pretend that all is well - money and greed will come to haunt those - who use greed and money - to adversely impact our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our senior, those with compromised health.
