THE HEALTH AND EDUCATION OF OUR CHILDREN IN SAN FRANCISCO - MORE THE POOR - THE IMMIGRANTS - THOSE THAT NEED A LITTLE HELP FROM THOSE THAT UNDERSTAND.

This is San Francisco - and here we embrace all - in recent times the equations and the modalities have been drastically changed - those that need help most are - hurting.

More entire families with children - who contributed so much to the character of our neighborhoods - but now they must leave with heavy hearts - or else perish on the streets of San Francisco as indigents.

We still have many advocates, elders, other new comers that love the way - we do things in San Francisco - that have their heart - in the right place.

Daily we have to deal with politicians - most of them - sell outs.

These  politicians - we deem as "vermin" have no heart.

These politicians - think - because they won some fake elections - that they can say one thing - and do what they want.

We lack politicians who can represent - and when they represent - it is because things have got out of hand and it is evident to all - who know better.

In San Francisco we have astute constituents - many educated in the best colleges and universities from all over the world.

Many of them immigrants - people of color - grateful and ready to contribute and join the revolution.

Well, we are putting the politicians and those that are GREEDY on notice.

The reason is simple - we have reached saturation point - too many hurdles put in the way of the poor and those that need help.

The blatant disdain shown towards the poor and those that have no connections - too much to endure.

I have seen this in person - and when I come on the scene - those that once denied something  - say the will help - because they fully understand if they do not - they will be exposed.

Our San Francisco Unified School District has no clue what is happening at ground zero. The entire system - depends on children.

Thousand of families for the sake of their children are leaving San Francisco. 

State funding depends on the number of students that attend - and the attendance is falling down - the Superintendent has given himself a $60,000 raise - that is added to the thousands he is already receiving - all tax payer - money.

We need to do a needs assessment of all our Public schools.

We also need to find out - if the San Francisco Unified School District has the "capacity" to do a good job - with the present system - where there are no strict - standards.

Special Education is a JOKE - it is here that those who need a little help - are incarcerate - and treated badly - locked up and spoken down to.

Never mind if at the many "drab" San Francisco Unified School District Board meetings - the Board members and the students who supposedly represent - the other students - pat their own bottoms - and praise themselves.

These dog and pony shows can be evaluated by anyone - it is there to be seen - but now we need the empirical data - to compare and make our own - assessment. 

The people united - cannot be defeated.

At ground zero today we have more dogs and cats in San Francisco.

That is not counting the feral cats - and other feral animals.

The above population - get better treatment in San Francisco.

Dogs have "hotels" - and so do cats - and the mindless - care little - about human beings.

This is Ohlone land - every square inch - and some where - some how many of those enjoying the bounty of the land - think the history of San Francisco - started when the restless, the renegades, invaded some few hundreds years ago - in search of gold.

On arriving the Ohlone who were here for thousands of years - Carbon dated to 13,000 - empirical data - that has to be noted and remembered.

This history is not taught in our schools - our San Francisco Planning Department all City Departments - know about this fact - but avoid talking about the realty of this fact.

Most folks are strangers on Ohlone land - and act as if they own the land.

Of course the invaders needed help at one time - after accepting the hospitality of the Ohlone - more the Muwekma Ohlone - they bit the hand that fed them.

These sorry ass urchins are what we have today - their paper money is not worth the paper.

They deploy tactics that defy decency - there is not one rich person in San Francisco - who has made her or his money - by hard work and standards.

When it comes to the corporations - those attached to them - adversely impact the majority.

These so called Corporate "scum bags" - buy power by offering money - and take huge write offs - the City and County of San Francisco - offers them "tax breaks".

When it comes to the poor, the indigent all sorts of hurdles are put in the way of those that need - help.

When it comes to our teachers in the Public Schools - the Management make and break the rules.

The teachers are at the mercy of wrong decisions made by Management.

The hardworking teachers are given less remuneration for a job well done - and pink slips as a reward - for so many years in a row.

We all know this but few of us speak up - that time in now.

The San Francisco Health Department has $2 Billion dollar budget.

When it comes to our infants, children, youth and young adults - there is no model - that embraces this segment of the population - is a smooth manner. Where all are treated and cared as they should - there is talk - and soon I will be addressing this issue - at the San Francisco Health Commission.

If you are poor - you have to survive -  to survive - one has to work two, three, four jobs.

There is no time for yourself - and those that look at things in a superficial way - do not have a "heart " think all is fine - when it comes to the poor.

It is not fine - and the time has come to invade and protest - and show those that have misused their power - who really is in charge.

We have a plan - we have been having a plan - that time has come - much like you see in the world - there is only so much of abuse one can take.

Then it reaches saturation point - and all hell breaks - loose. 

As things stand today - when it comes to the education and health of our children - the safety of our children - not all is well - as I said - and I can and must repeat this - until it is etched in the minds of those that make polices - and leave out those that need help - most.

Our Mayor Edwin M. Lee is busy cutting ribbons and bragging about mundane stuff.

Our Mayor Edwin M. Lee - e does not have the guts to address the killings and shootings - taking place in our neighborhoods.

Victims are given $5,000 and when pressed a little more. 

Families and loved ones suffer - they do not complain - their hearts are too heavy -  for these families and they are many - they are lost in their sorrow - a suffer a slow - death.

We few who speak up - have to bring it to the attention of the deaf - those who heart is so cold - not in the right place - those that  look the other way.

This nonsense must stop  - on we need to address the current Violence and Killings on a War Footing.

Not in a nonchalant manner - but in a manner - with a proven Blue Print that has been vetted - that does NOT exist.

We want to know who makes the policies and can stand by the standards. 

We want to know who evaluates those that receive millions to address Violence Prevention and Intervention - agencies such as DCYF and Maria Su - and the SF Health Department and Barbara Gracia - and how are the millions of grants - are spread out - and evaluated with transparency and accountability.

We want to see a viable and sustainable plan.

We want to to study the plan and the capacity building.

We would like to check the evaluations and audits - posted for all to see on the Internet.

We want to see what steps are taken to embrace all - we want to see if some changes can be made - for the better.

We want to know - what steps are taken to go to a better place.

We are fed up of "fluff" - drab statements - verbosity - and sordid - diatribe.

We want to know - and time is running out.

You all are put on notice. Now.

THE SAN FRANCISCO VISION 25 - IS A BLURRY VISION - WITH NO SOUND FOUNDATION - LACKING LEADERSHIP, DIRECTION, AND THE KNOW HOW TO DELIVER AN EXCELLENT EDUCATION.

There is a lot of information our there linked to the San Francisco Unified School District and more its Board.

 A lot of charlatans - and when some of these charlatans - make their abode at the San Francisco Unified School Board - we all - San Franciscans - can suffer - and some one must step up and make a drastic change - for the best.

The present Superintendent has just managed to voted himself a $60,000 raise - and given the present situation at the SF Unified School District - the constant harassment of the teachers.

The yearly saga of sending out pink slips - traumatizing the teachers - and then bringing them on board - with money from the "raining day fund" created by Tom Ammiano - and held by the City and County of San Francisco

The Vision 25 linked to the future of the San Francisco Unified Schools - is just that - it is a vague plan - a moving target - that may titillate some but will go and land nowhere with proven bench marks.

In the end - it is about gathering the best information and getting educated first - listening to all - youth and the parents.

The experts, others that have stood by the SFUSD - but more those that have proven experience in sound education.

In past each SFUSD school -  in our different neighborhoods - had a character of their own. The neighborhoods teamed to help the school - repairing and donating a lot - for the good of educations and more the children and youth - going to to the many neighborhood - public schools.

What we must now note - is the lack of leadership - those in management having no sense of history - those of Board - positioning themselves - for political positions.

You see this evidence - at the present SF Board of Supervisors - this way of getting one the political ladder - is becoming - fashionable - time will tell.

What is more - the head of the SFUSD does not have the ability to discern - which the present Superintendent lacks - for sure.

The Superintendent - can talk the talk - but has failed to walk the walk - with proven results - some empirical data that can take us all to a better - place.

He has managed to make a cozy nest - and he has given himself - for lack of leadership - a $60,000 raise. What a shame.

The present Superintendent mostly is fluff - and with fluff - you can fool only so many people. No one can fool - all the people - all the time.

The mess created at O'Connell and Wells - two schools - is a glaring example. This sordid situation was brought to my attention some time ago.

The parents clearly stated at the last SF San Francisco Unified District (SFUSD) - School Board  meeting - that many of the students - do not want to go to the O'Connel school - that co-locating the two schools - does not work.

A new of element of bullies and bullying has come to the co-location model - and has adversely impacted the better students - those that want to learn and contribute their best to San Francisco.

There is bulling going on - and the SF Unified School District Board - at least some of the glaring - charlatans who sit on the Board - just pooh poohed - the many valid concerns of the parents.

This bullying and intimidation must be stopped on a War Footing.

A video was shown and those in the video did not represent the diversity of San Francisco.

Truly speaking no one should create a video that makes no sense - really. Especially when it is suppose to be about a vision and about the better aspects - of education.

Some have the audacity to say that this video - that fails to represent the diversity and less the more salient points - for a Vision for the future - be it the year 2025 - is all good. 

The first thing to note is why California and our Nation is so low on the rating charts - when is comes to Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and so on.

The more important subjects - that help the scientists and professionals - do well in this informational and digital world.

All over our Nation the leading inventors - in the majority - hail from other countries India, China, Russia, Korea - we know this but we choose not to know the fundamental reason.

Why many other countries offer practical courses, longer hours when it come to learning, better facilities - most importantly - a safe environment and nurturing.

Leading stellar schools in Sweden, Norway, Denmark - in Germany too.

Seeing is believing - so stop bragging that we can compete with the world - when we are not even in the top 10 - here in the United States.

Stop telling lies - and learn to speak to the Truth.


You do that - for one simple reason - spiritually you are bankrupt. 

Lies and sound education - do not go hand in hand.

The Willie L. Brown Academy is a glaring example - the site where the present Willie L. Brown is being built - was the site of two other schools - same site - different names.

It was also the site of the San Francisco Police Academy.

This school is touted to be the school for the future - right now within the San Francisco Unified School District - what is espoused in the many meetings - is diatribe and hot air.

Enticing students to travel to an area - where right now we have serious problems - school fights, shootings and killings - and we are trying to hoodwink - the public at large.

An area by Silver Street - is hot spot - in other words we have empirical data - about the pollution not only at Silver Street and San Bruno - but right at Silver and Revere Street - where the Willie L. Brown Academy - is being built - and will soon be up and running.

The Board members - open their mouth - and speak in circles.

When the Superintendent turn to the screen and addresses the people at home - and spills more verbosity - the Superintendent has lost his mind - it is true there is violence in our community - he says.  Then makes his own conclusions.

In NO way should that mean - violence will be tolerated in the schools.

More, suggesting  the youth and young adults - will monitor and regulate violence and bullying.

That aspect of violence and violence prevention must be monitored and regulated by adults and this is a mandate - be it Community Policing or any other model - worth the salt. 

What is going on at O'Connell's today is just that - the SF Unified School District and its Board - failed to consult the parents.

Failed to bring all the parties to the table - and have a meaningful - dialog.

Good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.

Missing in all the deliberation and Vision 25 is spirituality.

Missing is the lack of empirical data - and the drastic changes in the demographics - all over San Francisco.

At first the vision is not called a plan - then suddenly it is a plan - the many suggestions - have no foundation to build upon. Concepts are good - ideas help understand more - the Blue Print is what is needed - for any Vision - to be viable and sustainable.

Missing in the deliberation the lack of Quality of Life issues - poor housing, lack of career jobs, poor transportation, lack of safety, lack of childcare, lack of good hospitals for our children, youth and young adult and there is more.

Right now we have immigrant children - looked upon with disdain.

We have truants that need help - thousands of them - crashing here and there.

We must address this singular issue - on a war footing.

So what are we saying - having a vision 25 plan in the making - when those in charge are blind and more dysfunctional.

The blind leading the blind.

The video shown - makes no sense at all - does not have one key element - that points to sound education - for the future.

The San Francisco Unified School District - have no sound goals right now - that can be measured with proven standards - more lacks - accountability and transparency.

Again and again if you listen to the immigrant parents, the parents of the schools under the SF Unified School District - clearly the parents want a better education for their children.

The parents are concerned about the poor delivery at the many schools -  they want a real a stake in the education of their children.

The future of our City and County of San Francisco depends on sound housing, transportation, hospitals, recreational facilities, career jobs, safety, childcare, good schools - in short addressing Quality of Life issues.

Given the opportunity - parents prefer to send their children to Private Schools, Parochial Schools - you say Saint Ignatius, Sacred Heart - parents light up they want to send their children to such schools.

Lowell shines for the San Francisco Unified School District - it is because of tradition and a staunch Alumni that care about sound - education.

Much like what use to be O'Connell before the present SF Unified School District - messed it up - co-locating another school - without consulting the parents.

80% of the SF Unified School District School have very poor infrastructure. Some school have toilets without doors - other amenities like lockers - falling apart.

The paradox the SF Unified School District comes under the jurisdiction of the State of California - that has NOT stepped up - and worked with our SF Unified School District.

On the other hand the SF Unified School District will talk about Vision 25 and not mention at all - all these years - the past 15 years - where teachers - have been doled out pink slips.

Only for the City and County of San Francisco - to use the "rainy day funds" initiated by Tom Ammiano - who once worked for the SF Unified School District and had the best interests of the students - to rescue the teachers.

No organization can suddenly arise from the slumber - and declare - that is has a vision - when at this very moment - it is dysfunctional and lacks the empirical data - to study, evaluate, and use for future models.

Sound education cannot be implement in a flux - there is nothing "fluffy" about sound education.

Again and again those watching the SF Unified School District Board meetings - can gauge who is really doing a good job - and who is wasting the time of the teachers and the students.

Again and again millions have been spent all these years on consultants - complete with Power Point Presentations - fake data - trying to create a rosy picture.

Over 60% of the students attending the SF Unified School District are suffering.

It is time the Superintendent - take MUNI and see what is happening to the students.

Try to reach out to those children - that live in despicable conditions - two and three families - living in a one bed room unit.

They lack food - and we fully understand that the one meal - many of the children get - is at school.

It is the one meal many children and the youth took forward to.

Are we a Third World country - seems like that in San Francisco?

It is even harder on the girls - young women - they have to go through hell - and the SF Unified School District may talk the talk - but cannot walk the walk.

I have had to contact some entities to deal with the bullies.

Over a hundred times on MUNI which I take - I will have to go to the back of the MUNI bus and stop - fights.

The so called Community Ambassador Program (CAP) is a Joke - often time when some fight breaks on the MUNI bus - they exit the MUNI bus - and the paradox until recently - the MUNI drivers could not call 911.

Again and again we must revisit the many hurdles our youth have to endure daily - fights on the MUNI bus.

Bullying in the schools, lack of books, amenities, more importantly nurturing.

I remember well  Principal Green - she comes to mind from Balboa High School - how the students love her and more respected her.

There was a time as a San Francisco School Volunteer - I had access to all the SF Unified School District schools - giving me a first hand understanding of the dysfunction - prevailing in the many schools.

I still have my card - but have not had the time to visit the school - but encourage youth and young adults - to contact me.

I can accommodate at my office at Executive Park - small groups - meet me on many issues facing them.

I have great respect for your Secretary Ms Ester Casco - I have known her for many years - doing what she does best. God bless her and all that she has done - she knows truly what is going on.

I have seen too many Superintendents who headed the SFUSD come and go.

Some of them not worth the salt.

Time is of essence - and this Vision 25 should be re-evaluated - and other point of views emulated and studies - to better serve our children, youth, and young adults.

More - with the present, changing elements - and the ever changing, demographics.

Our City and County of San Francisco is not paying attention and has failed to address -  Quality of Life issues. 

Here is the Vision 2025 - in some instances they say it is not a plan - then they boldly announce it is indeed a plan.

What is it then?  What elements in it are highlighted - so that we can follow it?

Some guidance, some route - after all this Vision 2015 is about education - which today - is an effort - a strong effort to keep the ship - floating:

WITH INTENT IN OUR POORER COMMUNITIES OUR INFANTS AND CHILDREN ARE NOT GIVEN THE BEST HEALTH CARE - YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS - TREATED WITH DISDAIN - IN SAN FRANCISCO.

Very little is known about "Charity Care" - more so when the hospitals in the Bay Area - rake in millions in profits - and fail miserably to provide - mandated - "Charity Care".

You just have to learn how the hospitals charge the Federal and State government for a room at a hospital - over $1200 a day.

An Aspirin can be given to you and you charged $30 if not $50.
Studying the line items and the charges linked to various medications - in some cases over 500%. Something stinks in Denmark.

Charity Care is mandated to be given to our constituents - in our great City - that at one time had more hospitals and clinics - many of them now shut forever.

The Charity Care given in years gone by - was quality care no more.

In recent years - crooked hospital entities - have chosen to manipulate the system - preferring to donate money to clinics away from hospitals in the neighborhoods - Wellness Centers - and clinics run with a hidden agenda - like the one on San Bruno Avenue and Burrows.

$4 million was given to the Wellness Center that operates in one of the most toxic sites in San Francisco - 3450 Third Street by one Nadine Burks. With the blessing of Mayor Edwin M. Lee and Barbara Gracia - who heads the San Francisco Health Department - the side kick - Malia Cohen grinning while filling her campaign coffers.

$ 4 million from California Pacific Medical Center, $300,000 from the 49ers, and millions from FaceBook - just centers do more harm than good - this one built in an area that is "toxic hotspot" - 3450 Third Street by Cargo Way.

Infants and children are treated at this Wellness Center - and no one cares to test the air, the soil, the water - in this area by Islais Creek - Cargo Way.

In this precise case we are putting our infants and children in harm way - with intent. Some one has BLOOD on their hands.

Thousands of infants and children used to go to Saint Luke's Hospital - no more.

More so when this once noble operation - who taken over by California Pacific Medical Center - that belongs to the Sutter Group of Hospitals.

The first thing that happened after the take over - was the entire section catering to the Mentally Challenged - was shut down. Now, people are admitted and in a short time put in an ambulance and transferred to California Pacific Medical Center on California Street. A long trip from the Mission and Valencia - all the way to California Street - more with the congestion on our streets - and more dangerous particulates to breathe on the way.

For all the talk - in our great City we have more dogs and cats - and less children.

 Most of the children are found in the Southeast Sector of our City - where the contamination and pollution - is the highest - are treated with disdain. The mothers complain to me and other advocates - when it comes to health of our infants, our children our youth in the Southeast Sector - the City just looks away. More with poor representation - Malia Cohen is a JOKE.

It does not bother the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the Mayor of San Francisco - Edwin M. Lee, Barbara Gracia, the head of the SF Board of Supervisors, London Breed - to understand the relation between toxicity, dangerous particulates, Abestos Structures, fumes of all kinds - and the many inherent diseases - respiratory diseases, heart diseases, liver, lung, it goes on and on.

The City Administrator - Naomi Kelly - has NOT taken the time to study the empirical data - the dangerous particulates, the high level of radio active elements and their high levels of readings, Asbestos reading at the Hunters Point Hill - the wind - at time in access of 60 miles - carry the Asbestos Structures - far beyond one can imagine.

As a Black and more as a Mother - she can sit won with the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - and explain to me a thing or two. The Mayor Edwin M. Lee is afraid to sit down with me - he has once - but I want to explain to him - what exactly is happening - one on one. He may be accompanied by Chief Gregory Suhr - who can be a witness to our dialogue about the community at large.

There is an on going Federal Bureau of Investigation investigation that is on going -  the EB-5 Visa have been sold to unsavory Mainland Chinese - linked to Parcel A at Hunters Point.

Many of those desiring to come to the United States and more San Francisco have criminal records - for $500,000. Those responsible in the Bay Area - heading these sordid EB-5 visas - are being investigated.

A STOP has to be put to this madness  and those found to break the laws sent to jail - for a long, long time.

Follow the money - so - if you follow the activities of Lennar Urban, AECOM which just bought URS, Webcore, Nibbi and Cahill, Tutor, the John Stewart Company - you will find a few crooks deeply - involved in all these companies.

You pay to play - and one cannot fool all the people - all the time. 

One of the most corrupt entities in San Francisco - is the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - which is an Enterprise Department. It generates its own money and funding - and does not dip into the General Fund of the City and County of San Francisco.

 A hornet nest - where the most corrupt - have made their nest and continue to fleece the constituents of San Francisco.

Leading the pack Juliet Ellis - who now has hired here folks - to control the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building in the Bayview.

A Building built for the community - not to glorify the sordid deeds of the crooks - who make their abode at the SF Public Utilities Commission - and want to control the activities of the building - remote, control.

The entities that have to help our infants and children - are treating our children with disdain. When it comes to the Black children - they get - "nothing at all" and this is a crying - shame.

It will be interesting to see - how many of our Black Children are admitted to the brand new Children Hospital at Mission Bay.

The same with our Black women - plagued by Crack Cocaine, prostitution, AIDS, all sorts of respiratory diseases - at the brand new Women's Hospital at Mission Bay - next to the Children's Hospital - you must visit the hospitals - State of the Art.

Some of these young women were healthy - and I knew them contributing good things to society.

Now, at the age of 40 and less - they look aged - and tears come down their eyes - for they know what I am thinking about. The same with the men - they have lost respect for themselves - stone drugged - they watch the world go by them - and care nothing about anything that matters - and take them to a - better place.

We watch some of them sitting from early morning to late evening - making small talk - wheeling and dealing - and this they do day in and day out - for years. All of them Black.

We have to call upon our so called Representatives both on the local and State level - who have NO clue - about the suffering of our constituents - more our infants and children - our youth and young adults.

The San Francisco Health Commission is fully aware that contamination and pollution plays havoc with anyone health - more infants and children - who are put in harms way - and are vulnerable.

Barbara Gracia comprehends that contamination and pollution - are some of the key factors that trigger other symptoms - hypertension - stress - anger - frustration - you see this more evident in young children - who you know are mentally, psychologically, physically - totally - traumatized.

The mostly single mothers - already burdened - do not know how to address the affects of those infants and children - who are hyper - cry and scream, cannot be controlled - throw tantrums - we all see this - but most to not know - where it comes from?

The San Francisco Health Department uses the statistics from the Bayview and other areas - to get huge  grants - and thinks that we do not know what is happening. Over $500 million in shape or the other.

Violence and what comes with Violence is a serious Health Problem. Many of of the most traumatic cases that are Emergency Room - are from gun and stab wounds. Sometimes 30 to 40 shots - embedded in the body.

These surgeries cost a lot of money - and it is time to make a video and show it to those that can change their ways. More the Black on Black violence - that makes no sense.

Over $500 million is received from various grants - and given to the San Francisco Health Department. Very little of this money is spent - for Prevention and sound Education.

The SF Health Department -  itself has a more than $1 Billion budget - nearing $2 Billion - but what trickles down to the Bayview Hunters Point is but a tiny drop.

This attitude and mentality of the SF Health Commission and the Director Barbara Gracia - must change - drastically.

There is money kept aside to upgrade and expand the Southeast Sector Clinic - nothing much is happening.

The clinic serves the indigent and those that most need help -  the clinic does not get the funding to serve the constituents as best they can.

The Corner's Office has a backlog when it comes to finding out the cause of death.

Yes the cause of death.

Excuses, excuses, excuses. Mayor Edwin M Lee and his minions and the SF Board of Supervisors - have no clue about this fact.

When is this City and County of San Francisco going to hire a Toxicologist - who can provide us with the right reports - on all the contamination and pollution - more going on in Room 200 in City Hall? 

TODAY SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL IS ALL FLUFF - CONGESTION OF OUR ROADS, KILLINGS AND SHOOTINGS AND NOT A COMMENT THAT MAKES SENSE - OUR ENVIRONMENT IN PERIL.

Today in San Francisco no one in his or her mind - respects what comes out from Room 200 at City Hall.

For a long time - many advocates gave the present Mayor Edwin M. Lee a chance - not any more. More talk - even more fluff - and very little actions - that benefits the community at large - all over San Francisco. The City names after Saint Francis Assisi.

Now, Mayor Edwin M. Lee can huff and puff - bark up the wrong tree - and release press statements that are not his genuine views - but diatribe that says something but mean nothing - statement given to him by corrupt - pundits.

The reality of the fact is now many people truly have NO access to Quality of Life factors.

This one fact has not been analyzed - because no one - wants to speak to the TRUTH - to reveal the real facts.

Recently at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard we had a reading of over 840,000 Asbestos Structures per cubic meter.

Not a word from Barbara Gracia who is the head of the SF Health Department.

Not a word from Stephanie Cushing and Amy Brownell.

If this incident had happened in the Pacific Heights area - there would have been - a hue and cry.

When it comes to the health of or San Francisco - the City and County has failed miserably.

For starters we do not have a Toxicologist on our City's payroll.

If the City and County of San Francisco - needs a Toxicologist - they hire someone from University of California - San Francisco.

Some consultant where thousands are paid - mostly to cover up the issues at hand.

We in San Francisco pride ourselves that we are into our Environment.

Yet we have NO transparency - we have the technology to monitor - real time - particulates, toxicity of all kinds, real time calculations linked to the Carbon Footprint.

We have hot spots all over the City - even in the Avenues - where respiratory diseases are on the increase - all along Lombard Street, 19th Avenue, Silver Avenue, Third Street, Folsom Street - and the Mayor and his advisers stay away from the hard issues - and love to pussyfoot around.

It does not help that we have the SF Board of Supervisors who cannot take a stand - cannot think outside the box - and recently failed miserably when it came to a series of killings and shooting . The simply have no clue - what is happening at ground zero.

Millions of dollars are spent on curtailing violence and address violence in ways that can prevent the shootings and killings - the method though is primitive - and this must change - radically.

Our youth and young adults are left out when it comes to any meaningful discussion - the youth and young adults are promised the world - and given bread crumbs.

This is the digital world and the youth young adults - can get their information from blogs and other digital forums - that Mayor Edwim M. Lee has no clue - where his ideas, his pandering to Twitter and AirBnB, and other entities that have failed to pay their taxes.

We have some Supervisors who pander to the developers - leading the pack Malia Cohen - useless, inept, shallow, and having no spine. She represent District 10 and has been an utter failure.

London Breed is conducting business as usual thinking she is still on the SF Redevelopment Agency - where she failed to represent the infants, the youth, the young adults, seniors, and all those that were adversely impacted by Lennar Urban and its on going ploys and machinations.

Once London Breed had the audacity to leave her seat and come to me and try to order me not to take any photographs of this obese heifer - at one of the SF Redevelopment meetings. I told her that I had every right to do so.

The glaring problem that most cannot see through is that London Breed has NO foundation. She is from hood and will remain in the hood - her mentality has not changed a bit - and she cannot face the bad guys - because she knows inherently - where to draw the line.

District 5 is a mess - Yoshi's, all that the former SF Redevelopment built - up for grabs. The restaurants that once were backed by - the former SF Redevelopment Agency - are not worthless - and all this has created - is pandemonium.

What really is happening with all the Real Estate - the tax increment - in District 5 - well London Breed knows it is a mess - but she cannot do anything.

Public Comment has become a JOKE on Tuesday at City Hall. The advocates are fed up - the voice of the people - the ones that seem the crooks - honest.

Public comment use to be three minutes - it is now two minutes.

The nuts who once stole the show - have faded away Abdulla and likes of him - rambling and the SF Board of Supervisors - saw this as part of the process - a process that has led the proceeding on Tuesday, in Room 250 - down the drain and into the cesspool of their own creation.

We had a building burn down and 54 people without a roof - it has been weeks and each and every one of these victims are still awaiting for the City and County of San Francisco to step up and do something.

Some $200,000 has been raised - on the Internet - but the SF City and County cannot step up and less those that talk from both sides of their mouth.

The burden has been put on the Red Cross - we all give to the Red Cross because we trust the Red Cross. Wait a minute - we have a $9 Billion budget - and we have the resources to talk and travel to area that have encountered disasters - but when something - like what happened to the victims in the Mission happens - it is all hot air.

There are too many meetings held behind close door - leading some to implement more transparency and accountability - you would not see that coming from the crooks - that would blow their cover - time to enforce the RICO Act.

There is so much fluff going on - that even those who we thought knew better and caught in the power game. Some have minted thousands and some few millions - and their time is coming.

At ground zero be it a Alice Griffith, the Hill more the folks living around Kiska Road, those living at the Oakdale Public Housing and Sunnydale Public Housing, those living in and around the Potrero Public Housing - are: "Waiting for Godot".

Vermin and suckers - the Property Managers and Developers are waiting like leeches - the John Stewart Company, Bridge Developers, Mercy Housing.

All sorts of forms and models are put in place - to keep the poor out - there is no chance those seeking a better life - are are in the low income and no income category - that will be accommodated.

So, many people of the streets of San Francisco - in the bushes and in places that defy decency - looking at the conditions of these people - you would think - we are a Third World country.

Even the dogs and cats - live better and are given better accommodation.

We have the Academy of Art University - this one single corrupt entity - the Academy of Art University - has bought hundreds of Rent Control Units - and converted them to "dormitories" for the many foreign students - who are fleeced - and cannot even receive a decent education - and a even less recognized - Diploma or Certificate.

In the interim even today - the shootings and killings are on going - and it will get worse.

Over 300 million has been set aside. A full 25% of this amount controlled by the Mayor Office and the minions that see that they receive good salaries and benefits.

The rest out-sourced and millions wasted by entities - where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

The poor and the indigent in the Districts that need more help - with services going directly to them - millions are circumvented - and I know this to be the - truth - and have the empirical data.

WE CANNOT HAVE A FALSE SENSE OF VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION - WITHOUT ALL THE REAL FACTS - THE MENTALITY OF LAW ENFORCEMENT - THAT DEFIES LOGIC AND DOES NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH COMMUNITY POLICING - IN THE REAL SENSE OF THE WORD.

Quality of Life issues - cannot be addressed in a vacuum.
Nor can Violence Prevention and Intervention - to stop the present killings and shootings.

We must think outside the box - this City seems trapped inside the box - with models that are Smithsonian.

In all matters linked to Quality of Life issues - we must have a vision - a vision that leaves a legacy. Judging from what City Hall has in mind - it is simply - mind boggling.

So far millions of dollars have been wasted without any meaningful policy - more a policy that has not be deliberated. Our leaders are pandering - and those that take orders - go on making the same mistakes - again and again.

Violence Prevention and Intervention is tied to a host of other issues - that includes Transportation, Education, Health, Mental issues, poor conditions of living, Safety issues - without sound policies - fully vetted and with the community involved at all levels - NO progress can be made.

Our neighborhoods are changing drastically - all over San Francisco - and the "neighborhood characteristics" that that were planted and grew all these years - are now totally - destroyed by entities and models - that defy logic and lack compassion.

Our City seems to think - this is business as usual - using gimmicks such as cutting ribbons and other fun fare - but what about the lives lost. Too many lives have been lost - and there is no amount - we can put on one single - life lost.

The invasion of new segments of the population - the infusion of EB-5 visas - to mostly the Chinese from Mainland China.

Building homes on contaminated grounds and sites - at Hunters Point Hill recently - there was a registration of over 840,000 Asbestos structures per cubic meter. In recent days - there have been high recordings or readings.

The Notice  of Violations (NOVs) must be posted on the BAAQMD website - and the BAAQMD has failed in its mission.

These corrupt developers such as Lennar Urban - must be penalized for polluting the air - workers are coming down with serious illnesses - and here our Mayor Edwin M. Lee is not aware or has not been told of the very high Asbestos - recordings. Why?

Mr Jack Broadbent thinks - we, the community will not be back again. We will - much as we did - when Lennar Urban was fined $515,000 and paid it.

At that time Lennar Urban much as it does today - bombarded a huge area - with Asbestos Structures or Friables - our SF City and County of San Francisco is playing with FIRE.

We continue giving Lennar Urban a pass - and this must stop.

In recent months when it comes to education we have seen some superficial progress - made by the SF Unified School District - whose jurisdiction comes under the State Government - the State of California.

Thousands of our youth still have issue with truancy - and we must deal with this issues. Too many families - two three families live in a one or two bed room unit - and this is not the way decent families must live. Worse than Third World countries.

Our immigrant children are still not given equal opportunities - but what is important to note - is the disdain shown to the immigrants - children and their families.

In the last 5 years the latest figures show that we now have a population of 820,000 in San Francisco - and that over 40,000 families have left San Francisco.

The families face too many hurdles - the most important affecting them - housing and education.

While newer MUNI buses will surely emit less particulates into the air.

We need the congestion on the roads to be addressed - so that our buses can be on time - and people get to work and reach to their many other destinations on time.

The recent killings and shootings are addressed by putting more money in places and in the hands of those that are inept - in a manner that defies - logic.

Now, some consultants are been paid over $100,000 to teach those that already are on the front line - how to do their work.

What the front line workers need is a Blue Print and support that has been validated - led by proven leadership - understanding and compassion.

No dictatorial mandates coming from Room 200 - which is far removed and has no clue what is happening at ground zero. You can send all the spies - to see what is happening - none of the are culturally - competent to understand the situation at hand.

The City hires entities that take tours to gather some information - but these entities are not from San Francisco.

These entities cannot learn the problems from those areas and people that face too many hurdles - by osmosis.

This is happening - because the City is forced to gather some data - but the data gathered - is tarnished and shallow. It has become fashionable to collect data from the Bayview and get grants from the State and Federal entities.

With little or no money going directly as services provided to the Seniors, the Mentally Challenged, the Physically Challenged, for Childcare - our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - put in harms way.

We have teams who are tasked to do a job - they attend workshops - they can be give some tools. The most important factor missing in this equation is trust and validation of total - support and sound evaluation.

Way back in 2004 we came out with Community Policing - complete with a document.

Detailing how the various entities can work together.

We gave the document to the then Mayor and to the Chief of Police.

Nothing came of it - we still have it - but will not give it away - we want to sit down with the contemporary entities - so that they can see for themselves - what we did - when it came to providing solutions. We also want to let them know - they let us down.

The present entities addressing Violence Prevention and Intervention - cannot and will not leave a legacy. The are going around in circles - with very poor leadership coming from Room 200 - the Mayor Edwin M. Lee busy cutting ribbons and talking from both sides of his mouth.

This economy is in a flux - you cannot gauge any economy by the sky scrapers built. China is hurting, the Swiss franc is hurting, the dollar is artificially strong - the SF City has a pension plan - that is going to crash - and there is more - and the Mayor thinks - we cannot think outside the box.

I would like to meet Chief Gregory Suhr and Mayor Edwin M. Lee - and discuss some of the issues that have NOT been addressed - and how we can address them - linked to Quality of Life issues. Let us share the truth not the bogus lies that are told to you - at the many worthless meetings - where people spew diatribe.

For those following the killings and shootings - you can gauge from the empirical data - the hundreds of killings and shootings - all these years - and the few areas that have been adversely - impacted.

There can be no progress in any area - where innocent people are not give viable and sustainable - opportunities.

Where people cannot interact with those who we call Law Enforcement - who are more para-military and less community sensitive.

The mentality of Law Enforcement must change - and the laymen is forced to listen to what the so called experts on Law Enforcement say. The PERF document is one such document.

No one wants to listen to the community - the mentality is - we say and you jump. That is not going to happen in today's digital world.

We live in a world of information - the best information - makes for the best education.

The ability for anyone to discern - to gather the best information - comes from having a sound education.

In the past - the dictatorial tactics were used - they work a little - no more.

Top Law Enforcement officials - are fully aware of the injustice done - in many areas in San Francisco - I am talking Federal an State.

The lay person - more those who have their loved ones incarcerated - understand the pitfalls of the "justice system" - which is more "an "injustice system". 

Few of us - have the ability to analyze, created a plan, find solutions and bring it to the attention of those entities - who can make a change right way.

And model - any plan - takes ages in San Francisco. That is what the dumb call progress - teams of idiots - are forced to review concepts that they do not comprehend - less understand.

Right now in San Francisco - whether we like it or not - we have spent millions of dollars - on Violence Prevention and Intervention.

We do not have one single entity - one single person - who can take the authorities to task.

The paradox is that more money is found and given to do more pandering.

People who pander are not leaders - they  think they are leaders.

Good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.

Does anyone believe today that our Mayor Edwin M. Lee who I have met and told him to his face - that he should help the community - over two years ago - but he has chosen to listen to the panderers.

James Comey the new Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation - shares some of my thoughts.

I have been monitoring and participating - in the various deliberations - all these many years.

In San Francisco we once had the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice - no more.

We had the Safety Committee - where the San Francisco Police Department who provide some reports - more incident reports - where the community could - comprehend what really is happening. No more.

Today, we have some entities who have a superficial idea about Law Enforcement - Law Enforcement has a history and a very long history - going back - to the days of Slavery.

The layperson who tries to change Law Enforcement superficially - will not succeed.

In fact some folks by addressing some events and some issues - without thinking through - are doing more harm than good.

We have entities - so called laypersons - who want grants to do Community Policing - who themselves - have no clue about how Community Policing works.

Ask them if they have read the PERF report - they look are you with a blank look.

Ask them - if they are a team or a group that has met Law Enforcement or even the local Supervisors - with a Blue Print and Solutions - and they look funny.

Ask them for a line item budget - so that one can get a sense where they come from. They want nothing that reveal Accountability and Transparency.

In the past - we have brought all the SF City entities to one place - had a Summit on Violence and Prevention.

We had the solutions - and we discussed the solutions - we brought about progress - and we made headway.

Only for the politicians to kill the plan - and it was business as usual.

The new comers to the Violence Prevention Models -  have no clue about the real politics and how policies made - linked to gentrification and the removal of - "people of color" - based on income.

So, if you are poor - the sordid entities do not care - how they get rid off - what they deem - unwanted entities.

We have entities at all level in our current SF Administration - who follow such policies. If we are ignorant about this fact - we have only ourselves to blame.

Again and again after the recent killings and shooting I have been contacted and asked - where is Malia Cohen on this issue?

I do not want to be rude - but the fact of the matter is that Malia Cohen who is on Lennar Urban's payroll - and has taken vast sums of money from developers - Malia Cohen will not say anything. Much as Mayor Edwin M. Lee - other Mayor's from other Cities take a stand - our Mayor twitches his moustache and sits on the fence. 

Behind the scene - the entities that favor gentrification - say to themselves - "they are killing one another" - " we better stay at a distance and watch them kill one another".

I can go deep into the issue of Violence Prevention and Intervention - into the models that have been put in place - and have FAILED.

FAILED - again and again - from the days of RAP to what is attempted today.

I have read the reports - and I have fought to bring about change - change must come from within - with those in charge - having their heart in the right place.

The infighting is there today - some entities thrown to the wind just because they are not near those - that can make things happen.

The money is there - but only those who are in bed with the corrupt - get the money.

If over $3 million is spent - directly and indirectly - with Over Time - high salaries for consultants.

Who are those paid to reinvent the wheel.

Why the lack of data where quarterly reports cannot be created.

Why the lack of other types of contemporary models not incorporated - we are just fooling ourselves.

Our City has chosen to out-source - setting aside money for Violence Prevention and Intervention - and then keeping for itself a full 25%.

Then out-sourcing the rest - hoping against hope - some progress will come about.

Missing from this concept - is the lacking of housing, people working two and three jobs to maintain shelter over their head. Paying $3500 for a one bedroom unit.

Contamination and pollution taking a heavy toll - respiratory diseases on the rise. Infants an children suffering - it is the children and infants - who have NO voice that I care about.

The adults can fend for themselves - and if the bark up the wrong tree - for months on end - that is none of my business. Keep wasting your time and energy.

In communities where the indigent live - the stress and the turmoil can be felt in the air. The people are hurting - and killings and shootings - have made them numb.

What is of paramount interest to these poor people is living day to day - putting food on the table is.

There are some entities - pretending to address the Violence Prevention and Intervention - and I am monitoring the situation at hand very, very carefully.

These entities have no clue about the polices being made in Room 200 - and do not have direct access to the Mayor of San Francisco - Edwin M. Lee.

The Controller Ben Rosenfield, the Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr, the Public Defender - Jeff Adachi, the Sheriff Rosss Mirkarimi.

Steve Kawa who whispers sweet nothings into the Mayor's ear.

Naomi Kelly the City Administrator - who keeps her distance - and sits on the fence and watches the circus. 

Tiffany Bohee who is fostering more divisiveness with housing - heading the evil designs of the Office of the Successor Agency to the former SF Redevelopment Agency. Joined by the Mayor's side kick - Olson Lee.
