SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION HAS CREATED A HISTORY THAT ADVERSELY IMPACTS STANDARDS - MISSUSING ITS POWER WHEN IT COMES TO OUR WATER SOURCES - AND POLLUTING OUR WATERSHED AND BAY.

300 years ago most everything in California was pristine - that is until the "stranger" came to this great land - and screwed our environment.

The paradox it that it does not take much to mess things up - but, it surely takes a lot of endurance, fortitude and money to clean the mess - and this is not being achieved - in a viable and sustainable manner - by those that messed things up.

That notion that if hordes of people followed the clouds and went to the West - plowed the land - and made things better - failed.

That figment of the imagination that the moisture generated - from the planting would be holistic - further failed California.

In later years the ground water was used and polluted - and with the run of from the excessive fertilizers and other dangerous chemicals - created by farmers and others -  pandemonium.

Now we see the contamination and do not have the resources to clean up the mess. It is a crime to contaminate the watershed, the streams, the rivers, the lakes - and even sending this contamination to the Oceans - disrespecting Mother Earth.

The water in California - each and every drop - belongs to all Californians.

Slowly the COMMONS, the Public Trust Laws - have been thrown to the wind. Californians are at the mercy of the corrupt, the crooks, and now City and Municipalities - in our case the City and County of San Francisco.

The developers all over California have forced the State of California - to take over and create "jurisdictions" that are not fair - but the state of affairs - would have been worse - if the developers had to rule the roost.

The White men destroyed everything in sight - taking as much as he could and wasting more - with no consideration.

H  e has never ever understood less comprehended - respect for Mother Earth - taking only what is needed - and leaving the rest in a good state - for generation to come.

The present development in San Francisco - the changing of the skyline - may seem to be progress to the current Mayor of San Francisco Edwin Lee.

The former "thug" Mayor of San Francisco Willie L. Brown Jr - these decisions - have and will spur an increase of contamination in the air, our watershed, our Bay - and everything that we human need to survive - more enjoying Quality of Life issues - which is becoming a premium in San Francisco.

If those in charge tax our resources, contaminated, and adversely impact all life - that burden is on time. Today, the last frontier the Southeast Sector of our City - is burdened already - but plans are afoot to burden it - more.

The present drought we are experiencing in San Francisco - has opened the eyes of a few - the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission still has not cared to follow the spirit of the Raker Act. 

We took the land that belonged to the indigenous people - that is far away from San Francisco some 180 miles away.

We, damned the Hetch Hetchy Valley - so that primarily - we San Franciscans could have clean drinking water. You have to read and more comprehend the Raker Act of 1913 to understand this - fact.

The Hetch Hetchy system had its birth in the Raker Act of 1913 as I said, which granted water and power resource rights-of-way on the Toulumne River in Yosemite National Park to San Francisco.

What most people do not know the aqueduct from the Sierra Nevada watersheds had an on going plan and operation from the early 1860s.

By 1934 the San Francisco Water Department had in place a system using pure gravity to deliver first class pristine clean drinking water to San Franciscans.

In years past - the clarion call first sounded by the famous six year drought.

Other years of drought - and the one we are experiencing now in its third year - with the increase of development of high density buildings - and a population that needs water - alarms have been and continue to be sounding.

The policy makers have failed to understand the value of water and billions of gallons of pristine water has been leaching throughout the system - all these many years.

The many huge pipes still leaking - even though millions have been spent to replace them.

Shoddy welding jobs, inferior construction, and lack of sound engineering more mechanical have failed the 2.6 million customers - from San Francisco and the extended Bay Area customers that today pay for the system deliver of so called pristine water.

In the interim the $4.6 Water System Improvement Project - has glaring areas that need attention.

 Mountain Tunnel has issues that will cost more millions - as much as $600 million. As things stand a new - more viable and sustainable tunnel is contemplated. All this at the Water System Improvement Project is nearing the end of the project.

The laymen has been lied to - excuses, excuses, excuses - but someone must take the responsibility and fix this situation - so close to the Hetch Hetchy reservoir - with the Mountain Tunnel fiasco staring at us and demanding - answers.

The Calavares Dam has issues - Julie Labonte jumped ship.

Daniel Wade has taken on the responsibilities - mistakes - glaring mistakes were made. The now need to be fixed.

Fissures well known to the United States Geological Agency - shown on maps - were bypassed by those purporting to know - but knew little if nothing at all - the issues arising - begging for solutions.

We had on broad an archaeologist - that is SF Public Utilities Commission - instead of a qualified geologist.

Of course Julie Labonte knew more - resulting in the removal of over one million tons of dirt - from the detected fissures that were discovered and some of us knew were there - for a long time.

Millions more spent trucking the dirt and someone was ready just to accept more millions to store the dirt. What pathetic fools - and all tax payers money.

Right now the large companies who use millions of gallons of water and are given a break - need to be told in writing to bring their consumption down to 30%.

If they infringe on this mandate - they should avail themselves of just 50% of what their water consumption. The meters of the large companies - must be inspected and revisited weekly at first and month as progress in made - and checked on a war footing.

Those large swimming pools, private pools, the golf courses - should not be using and wasting water.

The pipes today are leaching - they are over 85 years old - both clean drinking water pipes and the sewer pipes.

We have no one at SFPUC who can figure how to capture the leaching in real time.

We have the technology - but the SF Public Utilities Commission does not have balls to pay and use this proprietary technology.

The recent advertisement the SF Public Utilities Commission has commissioned - the sexy advertisement  - chiding San Franciscans who are well versed in NOT wasting water - using subliminal sexual messages - could well be targeted to the filth rich corporations - who are making hay while the sun shine.

In the interim contractors small contractors and left hold the bag - work done and it takes months to pay the contractors. The complaints are many - and the higher ups know this but look the other way. On of them is Rubecon - a well known small company - that is devoid of ploys and machinations.

The tax bond that was created was not meant in anyway to fund the "yellow hornets" who purport to work in the Bayveiw on Safety Issues.

Wear some fancy, expensive jackets - devoid of sound training in safety issues - which is far from worthwhile - they glide along the streets - doing nothing at all. Often seen waiting at some watering hole - whiling their time at fast food - restaurants. All on tax payers dime.

We have been waiting anxiously for the SF Public Utilities Commission to do something sensible linked to the 1800 Oakdale facility - known as the Southeast Community Facility Commission building - the last Workshop held was  JOKE - and the one in two weeks - we all forward to.

In short our tax payers money should not be wasted.

Those making over $200,000 - if they cannot delivers - time to send them packing.

Pay those that work hard the small contractors - who are kept - holding the bag - waiting, waiting for Godot!

THE WORLD CUP SOCCER GAMES HELD IN BRAZIL - BRINGING THE WORLD TOGETHER - HIGHLIGHTING SOCCER IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Worldwide the game of Soccer is King.

The current World Cup held in Rio in Brazil has cost the Brazilian government over $11 Billion - that is a lot of money - and that controversy is not what I want to discuss about - right now.

Yesterday, I made it a point to watch the match between the United States and Portugal.

All in all both teams gave their best - and the last goal - that brought about the equalizer - was amazing - a nice pass with a stellar heading - that decided the future of the United States.

The 2-2 draw still permits the United States to meet the Germans on an equal footing - come out with some creative plays - and hopefully win their game.

There is nothing a good team cannot do when they are determined to achieve their goals.

The United States have some key players who are injured - and they have but one day to recoup and make good. The Germans two days - with less travelling and better amenities.

The United States my team that I support have it rough - we see that clearly; but, we have supporters 20,000 strong that went all the way to Rio - to support the United States soccer team - and that is what matters and really counts.

Soccer as with any other well organized support here at home - brings people together. Bringing people together matters - more in these days of uncertainty and less personal social interaction.

The American Soccer Team has always had fans from around the world. This is good - we saw it yesterday - and we will see it in the future.

Portugal played well yesterday too - with injuries too - and  many lost chances - their well known player had ample opportunities - and failed to score.

In last seconds - Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo pass was one of the best passes ever - with an equally well header by Varela - that brought about the equalizer - the haunting - two to two, draw.

Jermaine Jones and  Clint Dempsey kept our flag high and flying for the United States of America.

The fans loved it - and we at home - were treated well - with many high lights of the game - that we will remember for a long, long time.

In my younger days I played in the goal - and still have memories of the saves and dives I made.  I cannot play soccer any more - at least not comparable to the days when I did - 50 years ago.

Soccer is King the world over - and  becoming more popular in the United States - more among women, children, youth and young adults.

For sure we will encourage a whole cadre of new players - and for sure - the United States will put their best foot - forward.

Our Nation must be a nation of Hope - and one that makes a difference.

A Nation of laws and compassion that takes all of us to a better place. These should be our goals - and soccer can bring a lot of that - together.

Soccer is known better as football - it took me sometime to say soccer - the game is international - and internationally embraced.
The Germans call it futbol - if I am remember, right.

I really want the United States to win - and will support them as best I can.

 I am not a sports writer - but thought I would express my sentiments - on a game that I love, want to play - the mind says yes - but the body says: "wait a minute" - relax.

IN YOUR FACE LOUSY SAN FRANCISCO TRANSPORTATION - THAT TAKES YOU NO WHERE - LATE - FILTHY, STINKY BUSES - THE T-THIRD CARS - AND THERE IS MORE.

If anyone brags that they will build 30,000 units - let us first begin with 10,000 housing units. And with it sound, viable, sustainable transportation. First let us fix the T- Light rail and the MUNI bus routes - the 44, the 23, the 54, the 56. Let us do it now - asap.

If someone dares to dare and build 30,000 units - let them be built on clean land - clean air - with all sorts of amenities that embrace safety, health, education, transportation of course, recreational facilities, churches, all this and more - for those that have lived 10 years in San Francisco - and cannot afford the present rents - and thousands have made their way out of our City - gone, gone, gone. Could they be swayed to come back?

In the Southeast Sector where our story begin sound transportation does not exist - more if you want to go up to the Hill -  Hunterview, Kiska Road - closer of Oakdale - or even if you just want to go to the flat lands to the end of Palou Street.

The above area has been treated with disdain - and those that have done most harm BLACK - sell outs - Aurelious Walker, Doris Vincent, Linda Richardson, Dwayne Jones, Lola Whittle, Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen, Angelo King, London Breed - those Blacks who sit on Commissions and all they do is - rubber stamp. None of them care for the indigent and none of them are educated on issues.

The MUNI bus 44 that runs on Silver Avenue past San Bruno Avenue in San Francisco and brings you all the way from the Avenues.

MUNI bus 23,  that brings you all the way from the Zoo to the end of Oakdale Avenue. 

Both lines have their origins far away - and take over 45 minutes to get from their starting point to the end of the journey.

There are other MUNI buses like the 29 and the 26 and the 54 and the situation there is even worse - dirty buses, where anything can happen when it comes to your health and safety.

The T- Light rail north bound starts from middle of nowhere Visitation Valley - and first goes to 4th and King and then proceeds all the way near State University and beyond - and takes hours.

This was not the original plan - the plan was to move people quickly - not for the T to take so long that you waste time - time is money.

No one has spoken about this T- street light rail line - that has cost us over $800 million - and has done a poor job all these many years - over 12 years.

Plans are a foot without fixing the present transportation system - that has with intent adversely impacted our seniors and those with physical challenges in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

At one time on one stretch there were NO bus stops with any shelters and a place to sit - all along Palou Street in District 10.

The many seniors, mothers with children has to face the inclement weather - and the local District 10 Supervisor - was no where to be found.

Of course, the people do not know whom to approach and what to do. So, when I took upon the task - all sorts of obstacles were put in my way - the bus stop will be used to do drug transactions, that they will be damaged and so on and so forth.

But, not once did I hear about the human toll - forcing our seniors and those sick to sit on the dirty concrete floor - and when the bus arrives - many of them cannot even stand up - and the bus just stops and goes away - leaving these vulnerable passengers - stranded.

The authorities forced me to collect signatures which I did to install the two bus shelters. Over hundred signatures in inclement weather - and then they want be to do more. So I shot an email to the authorities - no one was going to push me around. Suffice to say - what the Municipal Transportation Agency told me to do - did - but I also have connection - and I also have the ability to expose the corrupt and the crooks that I do.

In the end - I got the two bus shelters - one old fashioned and one of the newer style.

MUNI does not do the people like that in the Avenues.

Where the Pacific Heights Mafia - make their sordid - abode - the get the best - their roads asphalted - and most everything in place.

What we get in the Southeast is the sewage from all over the place, the place where people send their garbage. The concrete companies and the aggregate companies are all in our area. Thousands of trucks and other vehicles daily - spewing dirty particulates in the air.

What most people do not know - in reality we have over 3000 toxic hot spots - that the Cit and County of San Francisco has known - but they have not abated these sites. This is a crime - crying to heaven for justice - the first thing the decent constituents need is that that their health is protected - and with that comes safety, transportation, education, clean air, abate sites on which to build - good homes.

Little things count - and our City and County of San Francisco does wrong by the constituents of District 10 - all the time.

It does not help - that we have a "laughing jackass" - a moron who represent the District today - Malia Cohen - a sell out on steroids who rubber stamps and works for the MACHINE.

The Schlage Lock company project is going to built on some very contaminated ground - some 1700 units - really the owner wants to build 2200 homes. A man from Taiwan who stole $800 million and escaped to China - he cannot visit the United States. His proxies here in the United States are working with SF City Hall and that is a trying shame.

On one side of the Schlage Lock company - millions of vehicles ply - with over 100,000 tons of particulates spewing in the air - each year.

The MUNI bus 56 stops by the Old Schlage Lock Company and try crossing the road - after alighting from the T-light rail or from the 7 Eleven.

The Mayor should do that - with the "laughing jackass" who you all know - what I am talking about. Malia Cohen once lived at Executive Park - before she lost her condominium.

Malia Cohen went under and may be for a just cause - Malia has learned nothing much and more has no compassion for those that need better transportation, health, education, help with foreclosures, and the on going - gentrification.

Malia Cohen has done nothing but talk - from both sides of her mouth.

MUNI is a mess on every level and never mind what Ed Reiskin and John Haley says - they can spew as much diatribe as they can - the result we see on the lines within District 10 are the worst ever. 

Besides, when you travel on these buses the 44, the 23, the 29, the 26, the 54, and the 56 and the T-light rail - you travel at your own risk.

More from Visitation Valley to 4th and King - then the crowd changes - the previous stretch from Visitation Valley to 4th and King Street - hell. 

The rest of your journey onward to say 5th and Market - to Civic Center or beyond  - much better.

The MUNI 44 is the same from the Post Office on Evans Street to Mission Street - all sorts of intimidation.

From Mission Street to Forest Hill - from Forest Hill to the Sixth  Avenue and California - the journey is somewhat - pleasant.

The MUNI 23 from the Old Bayshore nearer the Clam House all the way to Palou and beyond - is a dangerous line.

The passengers more those that have no etiquette - will attack you for  just for looking at them.

Never mind if they stink, are unkempt, and foul mouth - Fs and Bs and what have you - spewing from their dirty mouth.

I do not see the "yellow hornets" on the  lines that matter - the so called Ambassadors - who are found at the many " fast food places".

Mostly - hanging around and whiling their time - the "yellow hornets" .

Thousands of dollars are spent on them - and they have been useless - more when there are fights on the MUNI - our failing public transportation system - has gone to the dogs.

The San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA) and the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) have failed San Francisco and San Franciscans. There is no leadership - and more there is no Accountability and Transparency.

The SF Planning Department does not have a single sound person that understands Transportation.

If they did they would not be taken to court - when the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) on Parcel A was passed. The reason it did not accompany a sound - "transportation document". Lennar Urban - is a Rouge Developer - that does not have the immediate interest of decent San Franciscans.

It does not help to have Tiffany Bohee and Malia Cohen - selling out the community.  A Commission and other bodies established to rubber stamp what Lennar does and what goes on at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

In fact the same failure lies with the Old Schlage Lock company project - no sound, viable, and sustainable transportation system in place and no viable document with goals and time lines - to make something, happen.

Right now all we hear is diatribe.

Mayor Edwin Lee should take the MUNI from Visitation Valley to 4th and King. Alight the MUNI T-light rail incognito - much like he brags about his car that is not a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) and see things for himself.

His many nonchalant comments - written by his speech writers - are shallow, mundane, and empty - meant to please the morons and those that are not educated on issues.

The point I want to make for how long can we who take MUNI and public transportation suffer in the Southeast Sector?

There use to be a time when some advocates would go and speak up at the MTA and SFCTA meetings - no one worth the salt does now. Why?

Morons micro-manage and have let down the constituents - and no BOND MEASURE should be passed - giving MTA and SFCTA access to hard earned tax payers money.

All those making over $200,000 in Upper Management at the SFCTA and MUNI - should have their salaries cut in half.

With this one action - John Haley, Ed Reskin, the many at the MUNI and SFCTA Planning - will get their act together - rather, quickly.

Millions are spent on consultants by MTA - the MUNI cameras costing millions do not work on the MUNI buses.

We have brought this matter to the attention of the Controller with empirical data - it does not matter. The corruption is so chronic that is borders - and imitates - the way the Mafia operates.

The SF Board of Supervisors sitting as a Commission at the SF County Transportation Authority meetings - are a JOKE.

The SF Board of Supervisors - sitting as a Commission of the SFCTA - who do they think they are fooling? Millions of dollars wasted on projects that make no sense.

A Causeway is planned on land contaminated and prone to liquefaction and flooding - from South Highway I01 by the Executive Park exit - over a bridge at Yosemite Slough - to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. This must be the biggest JOKE ever.

Right now we have no mode of transportation worth the salt - in the area - none what so ever - going to the State Park, closer to Carroll Street by Candle Stick Stadium - that entire area - is out of bounds for those that live and work there - when it comes to Public Transportation.

Special MUNI buses use to ply on game days - and those that know what I am talking about will agree with me.

The policy makers - do not care about Quality of Life issues and Transportation and Safety elements that are critical to the constituents - but, all we hear is Hog Wash - from the SF Planning, the Land Use, the Successor Agency to the former SF Redevelopment Agency, the SF Board of Supervisors, the SFCTA, the MTA and other so called experts that just spew - diatribe.

Tiffany Bohee who lies through her teeth - use to work for the now defunct SF Redevelopment Agency - and now lies through her teeth - representing the Successor Agency to the SF Redevelopment Agency - gave a lengthy presentation to the SF Board of Supervisors - the plan to build over 30,000 units, a causeway, this, that and the other - the woman must be - nuts. 

The State of California is fast asleep - those monitoring the SF Office of the Successor Agency to the former SF Redevelopment agency, monies from the state flowing to the Mayor Office of Housing - Federal money meant for the Bayview - given to the Office of Successor Agency to the former SF Redevelopment Agency - the shenanigans many - the ploys and machinations - more - there is more to come and it is not - very pretty.

TIME TO IMPLEMENT THE RICO ACT. 

Not one Supervisor asked a valid question after Tiffany Bohee's drab, pathetic, non-factual, lacking empirical data - shallow presentation - linked to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point.

The Office of the Successor Agency to the SF Redevelopment Agency is the devil's workshop.

 It is amazing how this woman, Tiffany Bohee lies - and I wonder if she has any morals, less ethics, she for sure lacks just plain standards. I knew her working for the SF Public Utilities Commission as a peon. Now pontificating at the podium in Room 250 before the Budget Committee - and no one from the committee - ask her one single meaningful - question.

The City and County of San Francisco lacks a Master Planning Plan that has kept up with current modes of transportation and related digital technology. More education, health, safety, transportation, infrastructure,  recreational facilities, small business, and so on.

Again and again no one is paying attention to Cumulative Impacts - more, adverse impacts - that impact so many of the ill planned projects - more in the Southeast Sector.

The last three San Francisco, Housing Elements have been taken to Court for lack of sound empirical data.

Again, those at the SF Planning Department, other policy makers - who rubber stamp - have not taken the time to listen to the neighborhoods - our neighborhood character is being totally destroyed - right under our eyes.

We are a City of Hills - once there were 48 hills - we do not have large areas of flat terrain.

So bikes and heavy vehicular traffic - more with rigs in the industrial areas - do not go hand in hand.

Blind spots - where bikes and those that ride them - get hit - some get killed - and someone keeps blaming the vehicles.

Some people - the way they take on the buses and vehicles- have no place riding their bikes on our streets.

There is freedom and there is license. The bikers who abuse their freedom, do not have a license to ride - abuse their freedom - and put the lives of innocent people in harms, way.

These folks do not pay license fees to ride our roads - the bikers want all the amenities to ride and abuse the right of those that pay to drive.

Over 300,000 tons of methane gas spews from our landfills - a fact that no one talks about. One ton of methane gas equals twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide. So much for the City experts who talk about some fake Carbon Footprint - we have tools to calculate real time Carbon Dioxide and it is horrendous to read the data - the City has an Environment Department - that does nothing in this area - more with real time - empirical data.

The many tons of concrete from all the old and news skyscrapers spew thousands of tons of Carbon Dioxide in the air. Add to that the thousands of tons of particulates - more in the Southeast Sector - we have the empirical data - but no one wants to talk to the point - analyse the facts - and speak to Quality of Life issues. 

Mayor Ed Lee should not be building so called housing on contaminated land - a Superfund Site, other sites called Brown fields but are comparable to Superfund Sites.

Let us build on land that has been abated to residential standards. Let us always protect our children, our families and do what is right. We are a City of Compassion but more a City that knows how.

We had the strict Mather Ordinance on our books - linked to landfills that has being diluted.

We have the Precautionary Principle that is being ignored.

God help this City - where Greed is the norm, now - and Compassion is hard to find.

All this in our City - our once great City - named after Saint Francis of Assisi. 

This and all Ohlone Land - most things will be addressed in detail once the Muwekma Ohlone - get our Federal Recognition.

It is just a matter of time.

These good for nothing strangers - crooks with no morals, less ethics and standards - will fall on their faces - and leave no legacy.

The current politicians the likes of David Chiu, Malia Cohen, Jane Kim, Scott Weiner, Mark Farrell - will be remembered as scumbags that they are - they say they represent - but they do not.  

30,000 HOUSING UNITS IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTOR WITHOUT SOUND TRANSPORTATION ON LAND PRONE TO LIQUEFACTION AND FLOODING MAKES NO SENSE - BUT HERE WE GO AGAIN!

The City and County of San Francisco speaks from both sides of its mouth - when it comes to building 30,000 housing units on land prone to severe liquefaction and flooding - more on very poor landfill - and all this in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco. The last frontier - in the land of the Muwekma Ohlone - the First People that I represent.

Of course the SF Planning Commission has been known to "rubber stamp" and the former "thug Mayor" of  San Francisco - Willie L. Brown Jr, the Pacific Heights Mafia - are among them those that say they represent.

These corrupt folks could not care less as to who lives in these planned units - and care still if the innocent constituents are exposed to toxic contaminants at high levels.

The policy makers do not want to listen to sound reason - they do not want to seriously address - Quality of Life issues.

When Lennar was conveyed and given Parcel A for a dollar - we had this same concern about transportation - among other concerns. There is no public transportation that can accommodate a few hundred people right now - right by where Lennar Urban is building homes on very contaminated Parcel A.

Some continue to brag that thousands of units will be built and all will be well - this is a LIE. 

Those backing Lennar Urban could not care less - Lennar is into getting properties for little money - using the State and the Local government to aid them - with infrastructure and such amenities - then selling the parcels - as part of the "Land Banking" scheme.

Much like what was done at Mission Bay. Those living in the units are Mission have to sign waivers - you cannot plant in your back yard - if you want to do so - you can buying planter boxes and transporting clean dirt. The air is foul - and respiratory diseases and other chronic diseases such as heart attacks - on the increase.

The University of California San Francisco (UCSF) knows this - but they keep the information under the rug - money comes first and the health and welfare of the constituents and those working at their facilities - does not matter.

The paradox UCSF is in the health business. The researchers, the doctors, the interns, the professors - those that work in the many laboratories - can gather the facts - analyse the empirical data - but they do not. No one want to do right - they are shit scared of losing their temporary privileges. They are so caught up in their temporary -  madness.

Never mind if the land is contaminated - prone to liquefaction and severe flooding.

More surrounded by parcels that have not been cleaned up - and are contaminated with radioactive elements - recorded at very high levels - as is the case with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The empirical data is there - the San Francisco Supervisors keep on "Rubber Stamping" and that is the same with whoever is in Room 200 the abode of the Mayor and his minions. From Willie L. Brown Jr and Gavin Newsom - to this very day.

The present Mayor, Mayor Edwin Lee at one time in his career was an advocate.

He would fight for the indigent - the immigrants and those that could not defend themselves.

No more - when he backed The 8 Washington Project - that was defeated by the voters - and has chosen to back Lennar Urban a Rogue Developer, the project at the Old Schlage Lock at Arleta and Old Bayshore - and even mentioned it as part of his Budget Speech in Room 250 - the Mayor with one scoop - said too much - and speaks from both sides of his mouth. Someone is constipated.

In the year 2000 I brought to the attention of the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC) - the many sites that were contaminated - in the Southeast Sector as the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy - hot spots that need immediate attention.

The Mayor should know that the watershed at the Old Schlage Company is contaminated to this day. He can get all the information - with one telephone call. He will be shocked to see the results.

This is because the entire watershed in the adjoining area is contaminated too. 

Any impartial temporary cleanup in one area or spot will not suffice.

The SF Planning Department decided to rubber stamp the project. 

The SF Building Inspection is not doing its work.

The Land Use Committee with Scott Weiner is a shame to anything decent - and in the end those that live there - will be adversely impacted. Malia Cohen and Fran Martin are the two experts that know it all - the blind leading the very - blind.

When the Infrastructure is laid at the Old Schlage Lock Company - those working on the project - be it the Department of Public Works.

Those workers who work for the Prime - anyone who works on the project - that requires trenching will be adversely impacted.
We saw this at Hunters Point on Parcel A - and we will see it - soon elsewhere be it Pier 70 or at the Old Schlage Lock Company.

Recently, when we had the rains - over twenty birds were found dead - this from the puddles that were formed at the Old Schlage Company.

A sure sign that toxic contamination from under - is surfacing and the Mayor and those that favor this project - are either not aware of this fact - or just want to "fast track" the project.

On another note - we saw this with 8 Washington Project that went South. We also saw this with the initial project to build the Warriors' Stadium closer to the Ferry Building - that came to a grinding halt.

The paradox is that the Southeast Sector is the last frontier - and the vultures  - who are the Developers - keep filling the campaign coffers of the very corrupt politicians - who do not believe in accountability and transparency.

The politicians and the developers want the money.

To hell with the health and welfare of the constituents.

Now, these same crooks are trying to entice and hoodwink the Chinese from China  offering them EB-5 Visas and leading the pack of wolves - Lennar Urban.

At Pier 70 where the United States Navy conducted much of its ship building during the World War II efforts, where the steel factories flourished - the tons of contamination - has to be dealt with.

There are two large hot spots where there was a Ammonia Spill - that has leached into to the watershed.

Over a million tons of coal tar - coal that has been reduced to tar - and needs to be abated and cleaned up.

Folks like Joe Boss and others pushing for development - but fail to address the clean up.

Again, we San Franciscans are fully aware of the Precautionary Principle.

The Precautionary Principle - it is law - but no one follows it. 


When you mention it the authorities - ignore the warnings - and this arrogance will come to bite the crooks in the butt. No one can fool - all the people - all the time.

We have few people educated on issues - less who know about the history - even less who have no morals, ethics, and standards.

It is very true that Pier 70 is Port Property - Public Trust Land that belongs to all Californians. The Burton Act and other ordinances apply - but you would not notice that - the way Joe Boss and others are carrying on their nefarious - activities.  Time will tell.

There must be a process - process brings about law and order.

More and more process - the laws of the land - the laws that govern law and order - are thrown out the windows by politicians - this not only at the local level, but the State and National level.

The Middle Class is eroding - vanishing before our eyes - and soon - as many are saying and have been screaming - you will have the ONE percent filth rich - ruling.

The Ninety Nine percent - very poor - at the mercy of the filthy rich.

This deviant behavior is becoming the norm - and if you speak out and mention facts, the empirical data - the corrupt seek measures to silence you. 

Not for long - one by one they will fall - flat on their faces.

We must remember for those that behave like this - there are those that are still decent and follow the norms, law and order - and of course you have those - that have numbed their - conscience.

TOO MUCH HOG WASH FLOWING AT CITY HALL WITH DECENT SAN FRANCISCANS LEAVING OUR CITY - AS ELLIS ACT EVICTIONS AND FLIPPING HOMES CAUSES TRAUMA TO THOUSANDS.

All over San Francisco in the year 2014 and to be precise this month June, 2014 - thousands of people are hurting.

It is getting too, too expensive to live in San Francisco.

Innocent people are traumatized - and more decent families father, mother, with children. Pass the 5th day of the month - all the money is gone. The begging begins and this has become the norm. Not only in so called Public Housing - but decent families that once enjoyed living in San Francisco.

Our Food Banks do a good job - but many do not have a place to cook. They are forced to eat "junk food" and eating junk food has severe, adverse consequences.

Children and families in the shelter - awoken at 6 am and told to leave the shelter - only to stand in line in the evening - to come into a nosy - environment. Where is the compassion - in this City named after Saint Francis of Assisi? God help us!

We all found out - that the process was stalled by the State of California - when the pro- real estate mongers - using the Assembly Housing Committee - tabled the Ellis Act amendments - leaving Mark Leno and his minions - holding the empty bag.

David Campos is NOT getting the support he needs - from those that talk from sides of their mouth - on his Ellis Act actions to help those that need help most. We want David  Campos to go to Sacramento - not the other guy - can go to hell - who cares not to give the public at large - their 3 minutes of Public Comment at City Hall - and is the President.

We advocates remember, well - the  same Mark Leno who helped Lennar Urban get all his amendments passed to acquire - working with the Real Estate mongers - to give Candlestick Point and more the exchange of the State Park by Candlestick stadium - over 700 acres - closer to the Bay - to Lennar Urban. 

Mark Leno favored Lennar Urban then and made no bones about it. That corrupt mentality is alive today - Mark Leno and many corrupt politicians still do not really care about the ordinary citizen - they do care about those that can show him the green.

The likes of so called drab Supervisors - Malia Cohen, David Chiu, Katy Tang, Scott Weiner, Jane Kim - all so called Supervisor that are suppose to Represent but do not. All of them took and take money to fill their campaign coffers - from Lennar Urban - a Rogue Developer and linked minded - developers.

 On another important note - San Francisco broke another record - now that we have the empirical data - Flipping Homes - and raking in millions. Our City leads all other cities nationwide in Flipping - can you imagine that. The vultures that have focused on our city and taken advantage of the those that cannot defend - themselves.

Remember the "Flipper" and he made no bones about it - spreading cheer - he hid money here, there, under the bushes, all over the place.

People souring, digging in the sand, running like mad in circles - with  the "Main Media" - getting involved in the game - started by the "Home Flipper" - who started his game - right in our neighborhood.

The devil is in the details - and the "devil" has been busy "flipping homes" and here comes a report that is mind boggling.
Complete with empirical data - that proves that the crooks have made their nest in San Francisco - and our policy makers - have been caught - fast asleep in the cockpit.

San Francisco is number one when it comes to preying on home owners - buying fixer-upper homes - and flipping them and making and hoarding - vast amounts of money. Number One in the Nation.

An average sum of over $194,000 per home - more $196,000.

Second comes Long Island in New York - where I spent two weeks closer to the Garden City on good old - Long Island. Wow!

There is a utter disdain for those that are labeled indigent in San Francisco in recent years. The poor you will always have - said the Master - "blessed are the poor for theirs is the kingdom of heaven".

Caught in the spiraling 2008 Economy - many home owners who fell prey to sub-prime loans. derivatives, and all the shenanigans that emitted from that "evil" source - GREED.

Many of those financial institution - right here in San Francisco - the Bank of America, Wells Fargo, other lending institutions - all connected with the Pacific Heights Mafia - and still raking in the money - in the millions.

The above that has ruined the lives and homes of thousands of innocent San Franciscans. 

Destroyed our neighborhood and changed drastically the character of most neighborhoods in San Francisco.

It does not help the latest plague - the invasion of the "techies" - who stare far deep into some valley - they are laser beam focused on their iPads and lap tops.

The digital world should bring people together. These folks are into the digital - divide - go figure!

In the interim plans are afloat to build over 30,000 homes - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - a Superfund Site.

10,000 homes chants the Mayor of San Francisco - Mayor Edwin Lee. So called Affordable Homes - but no one wants to spell the details - and no one wants to put it in writing. Affordable to whom - and why would you want to build - so many homes - in the middle to Chernobyl?

Another 20,000 homes - brags someone else - with his hand in the cookie jar - 20,000 more homes at Candlestick Point, Sunnydale, Huntersview, making a grand total - of yes 20,000 homes.

Using HOPESF, private funds, AB-5 Visas hoodwinking the Chinese - to buy waterfront properties and housing units - on mostly - contaminated ground.

The City and  County of San Francisco and more SF City Planning is rubber stamping most everything - without process.

Good governance comes with sound process.

However, when sources at City Hall - do not abide by the Brown Act - fail to acknowledge the Precautionary Principle - have disdain for the Public Act mandates - all hell breaks loose.  Time will tell.

In the Bayview over 60% of the people own their homes - but over 30% have been flipped - and no one really is paying attention to this fact that has drastically affected the constituents of the area - and caused horrendous adverse impacts.

The Bayview is just getting some entities paying attention to the many ploys and machinations - the Bayview Hunters Point Community Legal headed by Adrian Tritanadi, Esq is doing good work - and God bless his soul and those that work with him.

San Francisco has a population of about 805,000 and should not be - the number one City nationwide  - known for "Flipping Homes" but guess what - it is.

The most expensive City in the Nation - for a family of four on vacation - it cost over $600 a day - hotel cost included.

The Mayor brags that unemployment is about 4.6 percent - but who gathers the really empirical data.

In the Bayview there are hot spots of over 30% unemployment - and car thefts, home break-ins, purse snatching and those of iPhones are up, assaults, and in general Quality of Life issues have been compromised.

Our local transportation system is a mess - just wait for the T-Train our light rail system - 30 mins - sometimes 45 minutes.

In the Southeast it is common for signs to show that in 6 minutes the bus on train will arrive - only for the sign to show 7 minutes, then revert to 5, and then back to 6 - and this game goes on and on - until you really are waiting 30 minutes for the MUNI bus and 45 minutes for the T-light rail to arrive.

A very poor reflection on the MTA - hoodwinking the public by the Municipal Transportation Agency and Ed Reiskin - his side kick John Haley.

There is too much hog wash at City Hall. Too many decent San Francisco leaving town.

The "techies" are having a field day - but not for long - they do not contribute anything viable and sustainable to our great City and County of San Francisco.

I known chefs - good chefs - they are leaving San Francisco - and why they cannot afford the rents. I know artists - good artists and they are leaving San Francisco - why? - the cannot afford the very high rents.

The Mayor says he is trying his best - he has but with NO viable results - that help the Middle Class. When the Middle Class is no more - you get pandemonium.

The poor are now selling their wares that they gather from waiting in lines elsewhere - food donations, clothing, to get some little money and irk out a leaving.

Reminding one of the bazars in the third world countries. Come on San Francisco we can do better.

The homeless are in your face - mostly mentally challenged - some have been hanging around 5th and Market for the last 10 years - what is happening to our system - Care not Cash - who really in getting screwed?

Does this news that we are number one - #1 - when it comes to "Flipping Homes" bother the City political whores and pimps - or is it just that one other drop - on the back of the "political corrupt quacking - duck".
