WE THE PEOPLE, THE TAX PAYERS OF SAN FRANCISCO WANT TO KNOW WHY HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HAVE BEEN FUNNELED TO SOME NON-PROFITS IN THE EAST BAY?

We the people, the tax payers of San Francisco want to know - how hundreds of thousands of dollars have been funneled to Non-Profits in the East Bay.

We will expose the conduit and culprit that has embarked on this dubious - journey that will take all those involved - into a - cesspool -  that will  further take many more down; and over the precipice - with the one key culprit - who lacks ethics, less standards, is arrogant and has brought disgrace to many.

Your time is coming and it is best for you all is to step down - fade into oblivion.

Green For All - Urban Habitat, and some other Non-Profits have been enjoying some grace time.

We, in San Francisco are savvy enough to invite others to join us to take people to a better place - and bring about change.

We in San Francisco have noted environmentalists, we have started many movements - recognized nationwide.

Those in charge of the SFPUC in the past have chosen to use outsiders - to bring about - divisiveness and this must - STOP.

We will NOT tolerate corruption and nepotism and that is what is happening at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

A Community Benefits Manager to the Sewer System and Improvement Project has been chosen - who has NO idea of the history of San Francisco - less of the Southeast Sector - even less of past projects and is groping in the dark.

Other nefarious individuals who are NOT from San Francisco - dabbling in surveys and other machinations and ploys - all very detrimental to San Franciscans.

San Franciscans should not be taken for a wild ride - while those astute watch this charade with - disgust.

We have qualified San Franciscans and those at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission are put on notice. Stop the on going - shenanigans.

First we had Pat Martel, then Susan Leal, then Ed Harrington - and now we have others trying to bring "disgrace" to all of San Francisco.

The Water System Improvement Project - did not benefit anyone from the community - in term of Community Benefits.

Expect - cronies like Al Williams who is not from District 10 - and continues to rake in the millions - pretending he is doing good - while filling his own pockets.

Kelvin Hayes - who passed away some years back - who got what he wanted on a platter. Was given free Maps to aid the contractors - but who did little if nothing to give the contractors any help.

The heads of the non-profits from the East Bay have a philosophy that does not jive with sound City and County of San Francisco Ethics and higher standards.

Again and again - non-profits like Green For All and others - have received large sum of money - and some one has to be held accountable. How have these thousands of dollars been expanded - and who truly approved these vast sums of money? We the people want to know and there is more!

Our money from the Enterprise Department - the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - has reached this non-profit organization and others  - that really over the many years - have never served the best interests of San Franciscans.

Recently a journalist and there are many journalists that have contacted me - who have requested for information from the person the heads the Communication Department - at the SFPUC.

The person in charge has LIED. Those surrounding this person - know about this - and such behavior must NOT be tolerated. A wrong precedence is set - and the higher authorities cannot and will not go Scott Free this time - around.

The rehab project at the Southeast Facility Commission is stalled because of this woman.

More interested in placing a CAFE - aiding some rogue Community Based Organization - creating animosity in the community and the contracting entities.

With the newly appointed Benefits Manager - who has no clue - who she is dealing with - insulting long time stalwarts - who are amazed at the language she uses - and further stunned - where this "novice person" - gets her drab, shallow, inaccurate - information from.

Under the Assistant Manager who is in charge of Community Affairs - all sorts of machinations and ploys - have been encouraged. Open defiance with the community at large - we the people - have never seen such abject, disgusting, despicable behavior before - and plan to address it sooner than later.

The Community Choice Aggregation is going no where.

Consultants like Paul Fenn were paid to do some work - but he was set up - for failure - and at one presentation the poor chap - felt like a fish out of water.

Barbara Hale has long taken on projects that have failed. We, the community saw this with the Combustion Turbines that she and Susan Leal - tried to install in our community.

We, the community brought that project to a stand still - and killed it. Our only supporter on the SF Public Utilities Commission - Richard Sklar - who is no more - God Bless His Soul.

This deal with Shell is a JOKE - and the billion dollar plus figure that comes with some fake Community Choice Aggregation - better be nipped in the bud - now.

Further we want to know how Darolynn Davis and others were chosen and give a contract linked to the Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) - and some drab - survey. 

Who fished in the sordid waters for such types of consultants - that are not worth the salt.

Who was truly behind the fake survey and why was the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - treated with disdain - by those who encouraged this fake survey? We all want to know - and we want to know - how the money was spent.

I attended one meeting held by  the Citizens Advisory Committee with some cronies that still bow down to the whims of Sophie Maxwell - Sophie Maxwell has long left the City - as a failed SF City Supervisor.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - better be aware that having any links and dealing with her - with cronies who support Sophie Maxwell - will come to haunt the SFPUC.

We the people want to know what is the SFPUC doing with the Digestors - from which come the stench that fill the air - is closer to the Wellness Center at 3450 Third Street.

The community is insulted - by those in charge - acting in a nonchalant manner - three of the six digestors are not is operation - and those in charge - have NOT kept the community informed.

Every one wants to make money - from the Enterprise Department - the the primes - who give jobs to crooks like Susan Leal who now works for AECOM.

When it comes to creating a new hub for contractors - with workable and much need furniture - the party in charge of the project - is forced to seek and encouraged to use "used furniture" - penny wise and pound foolish.

Everyone wants to take credit for something they never could envisage, less put into place, less operate - it is always the corrupt, the crooks behind the scene - wasting millions of tax payers money - on other mundane stuff - but, failing to spend money to something that must shine and attract.

Time will tell.

So, how are we dealing with those home owners that have contacted me and say the SF Public Utilities Commission - has been slow to help them - District 7.

Who really is in charge of the mess?

This a "test case" where the one - who has funneled thousands of dollars to the non-profits - must now step up and show what she truly knows - from all her learning of some fake - "Public Affairs" that she purports to have studied and knows - about.

Suddenly, we see - yet another woman - speak from both side of her mouth - when the large water pipe burst. She knows little and this type of so called Public Relations - will fail and more bring disgrace to San Francisco.

A good, sound Public Relations person - bring about solutions - does to treat the victims with disdain - and leaves them - in the dark. This woman who seems to not know what she was talking about - after the incident - has done more damage than one can ever imagine.

Who is hiring these good for nothing - individuals. Time to bring Tony Winniker to the fore - and see how best to handle this public affairs - fiasco of sorts.

Where those victims in District 7 - as a result of the large clean water malfunction and flooding - adversely impacted hundreds - lead to three homes red tagged and five others - yellow tagged - and hundreds who cannot go to the homes.

These victims  continue to suffer - and have been stressed beyond - any reasonable measure - who no succor to be found - and no reasonable financial aid give to them.

At the next SF Public Utilities Commission Meeting - we want the Assistant Manager under whose purview this fiasco comes - to step up and explain to the public - what has been done - and what solutions have been put in place.

These fake ass SFPUC anointed folks - must be exposed and their lack of comprehension and less bringing about practical solutions - must be brought to the fore - evaluated; and their performance if it does not meet the minimum standards - if they have not performed - these vermin must be shown the door.

There is a lot of "pussyfooting" going on behind close doors - the party is over - and all those who think they could - hoodwink us - are now exposed - for all they are worth.

An audit must be done - on how thousands of dollars - were funneled to the non-profits in the East Bay - who has been behind these ploys - and how do they truly benefit - San Franciscans?

There is more - we have some documents - and more is NOT forth coming - but we will get to the bottom of the nonsense.

The crooks are put on notice - do not ever think you can fool all the people - all the time with your smile - we detect - other machinations and shenanigans - with those in charge - those that constantly - pussy foot around - acting arrogant.

You all are put on notice - and the Main Press and others want the information we have - and can release -  the window of opportunity to change is yesterday - but as of now - we are in the hot seat - redeem yourself or forever - hold your peace.

BE EDUCATED ON ISSUES - SEEK THE TRUTH - FOLLOW UP WITH THE EMPIRICAL DATA - LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW.

The rampant corruption that San Francisco is experiencing in recent years - was not created by some  - in a vacuum - but, by many who go with the flow as the say - and cannot connect the dots. Fail to stand up and speak their mind - fail to do what is right.

Most City Department heads are satisfied that they have a cozy job. Fail to maintain standards - and deal with blatant corruption - we know what we speak of and this time we will explain - with a warning - terse and to the point.

While millions - many highly qualified - all over the Nation - do not have jobs - here in San Francisco - over 28,000 City Employees - have a decent salary with benefits - and do not work hard.

Practice a nonchalant way of doing things - and do not speak for what is right - and more take a stand and represent. Corruption has reach a high point - where shallow, inept, spineless people are appointed - just because they know one another.

This is wrong. And you will be dealt with - not by frail human beings - but by a FORCE - much more powerful and omnipotent. 

What is worse - many of these lazy, inept, shallow, spineless City workers - do not live in San Francisco - they take their fat pay check - and laugh all the way to the bank.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

Again and again - we find it despicable when those in charge who  must do right - with intent - do wrong.

In recent months - we have found - despicable entities that the City has embraced - hide toxic soil - and expose innocent people to it. In open defiance - and we have the manifests - and if we expose the culprits - they will be put to utter shame.

So here is the salvo - the first warning - beware you will be exposed.

Large piles are placed at a Restaurant Depot on Cesar Chavez in the Bayview - other toxic soil by Thomas St by the Bay - still other toxic soil removed from near the Ferry Building and placed in an area - that adversely impacts - the health of the innocent constituents - that live in San Francisco.

Who is authorizing to move these toxic dirt - from one place to the other - to save money - and at whose - expense. Where are the Regulatory Agencies on this one - the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC) for example?

Where is the San Francisco Health Department on this one - and one Dr Rajiv Bhatia - Barbara Gracia - Mayor Ed Lee.

We all remember toxic soil from the present AT&T Park - formerly known as the Pacific Bell Park - brought to the Bayview and piled closer to Carroll Street - in the Bayview.

Some of us have sound memories - while others - in high places - indulge in making money - at the expense of decent tax payers in San Francisco.

Mission Bay is a paradox - you would think the dirt under University of California - San Francisco (UCSF)- would be clean?

No, it is not!

The toxic dirt - contaminated for years - by the Santa Fe operations - were brought down - from the area around 4th and King - from the higher ground - and dumped where now stands the UCSF buildings - the buildings within this area call for  addressing health issues and all things holistic - but the very foundation of the buildings are contamination.

No one addresses such concerns - and at many Press Conference the filthy rich that participated in this blatant conspiracy - speak as if they did right - when the hypocrites with intent - did WRONG.

The buildings on which UCSF stands - the basement today - experiences fumes - more toxic fumes - and this is not just a paradox - but an insult to high standards and decency.

Some where along the line in recent years - the City and County of San Francisco has lost its moral - compass.

The crooks - and we have many in high places - think they can sell their souls to the devil - and get away with murder - in broad daylight.

Not so. You will be judged on Earth - not some other place that some other crooks - purport to tell you - learn things for yourself.
You will be dealt the justice - here on Earth - and your days are fleeting.

All crooks and those that harm the innocent - will be judged on Earth - your KARMA - is here - here on Earth.

While you live - try to be just and fair - and if you are cockeyed - and that is putting it mildly - dabbling with lies, fornication, stealing, putting innocent people in harms way - and if you did that with intent - you will receive your punishment - here on Earth.

Pier 70 in San Francisco - that comes under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco Port Authority - is very contaminated.

Much of it from the World War II operations - but Forest City - who the "thug Mayor" - Willie L Brown Jr has embraced - and others - who do not know right from wrong  - want to build hotels and other fancy buildings - on contaminated soil  - surrounded by the worst - toxic hot spots.

San Francisco has deprived - hard working people - of thousands of decent rental units.

We have permitted the Academy of Art University - to convert building offering rental units - with rental control - to be converted to dormitories - and that without the permission of the San Francisco Planning Department.

Just like that thousands of rental units - have been taken away from the hard working blue collared workers - and this one corrupt entity the Academy of Art University - permitted to adversely impact thousands. All this done by the San Francisco Planning Department being asleep at the wheel. So, does the Department of Building Inspection. So does the Mayor and the SF Board of Supervisors. Spineless, inept, and totally - irresponsible to the constituents of San Francisco.

Now, we do have an access of Market Priced homes - but, all the more the City of San Francisco - and the corrupt policy makers - want to build more hotels for the filthy rich - who will see the tumbling of the Wall Street - before October, 2013.

This fake high rolling dice - that Wall Street is experiencing - much like a roller coaster ride - where - something is not attended to - some cog - but, people take a risk - and then - suddenly - there is a malfunction - the impending disaster of sorts.

Those in the know - know this - and will allow the vulnerable to fall prey to those that play the dice - where you win some, little - you lose more, and more, and more - until you can lose no more.

Our City and County of San Francisco is failing in its duty to serve those that need help most - the seniors.

When you disown the senior population - God in His infinite mercy - will step in and deal with the corrupt. 

Never mind your high you think your status is - I have seen the very corrupt; in high places - come to me when disgraced.

Even though I warned them years - before their imminent down fall. History repeats itself.

Change your ways - those of you that permit - the diabolic actions - permitting those to save money and adversely impacting -  the lives and health of thousands, more innocent people - to breathe and be exposed to very toxic - soil.

Go to Carroll Street by the Alice Griffith Public Housing complex - raw sewage flows on the street.

This - right before you make the turn, South - heading for Candlestick Park - and this has been going on for over 15 years.

This City knows about it - but with intent - has permitted raw sewage to flow and seep into the ground - and no one thinks much of it. Your day has come.

Well, you have to be educated on issues - and if you are head of any City Department - move your ass and do the right thing.

Do right and be fair. Learn to adjudicate with sound facts and wisdom that comes from learning and educating yourself. Do your keep the company of the evil - evil begets evil.

There is freedom that all of us cherish - and there is license that is the abuse of freedom.

Those in power - with a false pretense - try to impose harm on those that cannot defend themselves.

Here, in our City and County of San Francisco - that day is coming in some areas it has already come.

The public relations linked to the damaged homes - and bursting of the huge pipeline - in District 7 - exposed the Public Relations of one Enterprise Department - its head of Communication - is worthless to say the least - and she still does not get - it.

We must hire astute people and not wannabees who in turn surround themselves with an entourage from whence they pussyfooted before.

Folks from the East Bay - who do not jive with San Franciscans - not the savvy ones; who are in the know - have been observing the many charades and on going nonsense.

This must come to a stop - and those unfit to do their job - removed.

Time is always of the side of the just.

No one can fool, all the people, all the time.

THE PEOPLE UNITED - WILL WIN - THOSE THAT HAVE BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS - WILL FACE THEIR END - KNOWING WELL THAT THEY DID WRONG - EVEN IF THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND.

The people United will always Win.

Those corrupt more those that harm our children - that have BLOOD on their hands - will understand about their dirty deeds - crimes; they have committed even as they refuse - to follow the dictates of their conscience.

Those that lead must fine tune their moral compass - if you do not do that - folks like Malia Cohen and her like - they will NOT accomplish anything - but leave behind - fluff. 

Those that truly represent - leave behind a legacy. Those that leave a legacy make dire sacrifices - and it is only with sacrifice - that you can love - and truly serve.

The United States Navy still has control of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - with the exception of Parcel A - which is polluted - more with Asbestos Dust.

Humans have a tendency to live in the present - and have short memories - few remember when all of San Francisco led by Bayview Hunters Point advocates - opposed Lennar, a Rogue Developer and their evil - Proposition G.

Trying their best to bluff San Franciscans and others - that Lennar was poised to build 10,000 homes at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

This was in the year 2004 - moving on to Parcel A in 2002 and conducting themselves - by grading a 35 foot rock - Serpentine Rock - when crushed that releases - asbestos fibers. 

In 2004 with intent monitors meant to monitor Asbestos Structures did not have batteries in them - and this went on for years - and no one - did anything.

Hundreds of our innocent children today suffer - as they did before - headaches, sore throat, respiratory diseases - and a host of other serious - chronic diseases.

With our children - our beloved seniors - and young and old adults too - in greater measure - and down the line - prone to Asbestosis and other malignant diseases.

The community opposed Lennar's Proposition G - with its own Proposition F. Lennr was bragging to build rental home on Parcel a and amended its Disposition Development Agreement - to remove the clauses - linked to rental housing.

With the demise of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - which I predicted; years before it happened -  Lennar thinks it can fool the people - but no entity can fool all the people - all the time. Time is running out - and Lennar will fall flat on its face.

It happened at Mare Island - where Lennar declared bankruptcy.
Vallejo suffered and declared bankruptcy. Lennar promised Vallejo 10,000 homes - and after some year - past the due date - did nothing much.

Lennar declared bankruptcy - and Vallejo was counting on the tax increment and other benefits - in the end it was holding the empty bag. In due course Vallejo - declared bankruptcy - and the world know about it - and many were shocked.

Lennar is not to be trusted. Not in San Francisco - not anywhere - in the world. Lennar and other corrupt entities like - Lennar.

The community - from Bayview Hunters Point - spent $5000 to put Proposition F on the ballot. It did that - even though it was challenged by the San Francisco Elections Department.

I took the matter to the California, Secretary of State. The Secretary of California under whose jurisdiction all Elections fall - found out the shenanigans carried on by some - led by Gavin Newsom.

We the people had the petitions counted all over again - and we were found to be in good standing. The proponents of Proposition F - Jim Queen and Francisco Da Costa.

The Zionists tried to frame me - but failed. As they failed through out history. The Zionists - will never, ever find  - "peace of mind" They may have money - but never ever - enjoy - peace of mind.

Here, I would like to remind the readers of this article - that the Rogue Developer spent - $10 million - yes - ten million dollars - linked to Proposition G.

There were so many paid advertisement on the television and radio - that the people got confused - and many votes were bought - and we know the sell outs.

Suffice to say the following politicians and Poverty Pimp Pastors - endorsed Proposition G - and until now - nothing is happening - ten years after - the hoodwinking - including the two years - preparation.

So here is the list of the sell outs - and remember them for the rest of your life - Dianne Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, Sophie Maxwell, Carmen Chu, Bevan Dufty, Jose Cisneros, Lynnette Sweet, Veronica Hunnicutt, Willie B. Kennedy, Angelo King, Linda Richardson, Lola Whittle, Arelious Walker, Joe Bell, Edgar Boyd, George Lee and a host of other scum bags - too many to mention.

Right now in the year 2013 the U.S. Navy under pressure is getting ready to cap the contaminants - pussyfooting around - and trying to have fake community meetings - with practical no one from the community, attending these meetings.

The reason is simple - no one truly trust the the Navy to do the clean up.

Our request - the request of the community - is to remove all the contaminants and take them out of State - to a legal holding hazardous material site - the best would be by rail.

In the past Tectra Tech that recently declared bankruptcy - and before them International Technologies (IT) - also declared bankruptcy.

The reason is simple both made vast sums of money IT in access of $400 million - and Tectra Tech in access of $900 million. These crooks - made all the money they could - and to avoid liability - simply declared bankruptcy.

The City and County of San Francisco is a JOKE.

The sell out Representative Linda Richard had this comment - at the last meeting held at the Southeast Facility Commission Facility - at 1800 Oakdale in San Francisco.

Linda Richardson who is a mole - and represents the City and Lennar - had this comment to make - " will the U.S. Navy - have money to expand - after the capping of the contaminated sites? "

The U.S. Navy's response: " of course yes  - we will continue to be responsible - we will continue to address such situations".

The U. S. Navy has no money. No money for sure linked to the Superfund Program.

The Superfund Money - that money dried up - with corrupt politicians like Nancy Pelosi - raking in millions. Dianne Feinstein shoving projects towards her, crooked husband - Richard Blum.

Our City Mayor and more our SF Board of Supervisors have no idea about what a Superfund Site - truly is. They have no idea about the operations of the U.S. Navy - dumping radioactive elements all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

They have no clue about the Bikini Atomic experiments. The many large animals used in those experiments - and buried all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The experiments with the Atomic Nike Missiles - and other related experiments - that cannot be discussed in a public forum such as this.

Remember on atomic bomb left Hunters Point to be dropped on Japan - we know this - but, we do not care about that history. The war effort - did everything to destroy the enemies - even resorting to killing millions - many innocent Japanese victims.

Today, we are friend with Japan - but the world must know - innocent children, innocent elders - still suffer - and much of the contamination - relates to the War Effort - and related - operations.

The U.S. Navy has no clue itself - about the dangerous contaminants - spilled and buried by AAA Shipyard operations - linked to chrome plating and other very toxic operations. No records were kept. Much like the "jettison" commands issued by the Navy - polluting our Bay, our land, and even dumping over 1000 barrels of so called low atomic barrels - off Farralones Island - now managed by National Oceanographic Agency (NOA).

Directly, opposite the shores at a distance is Marin County - many cancer victims are found suffering Cancer - in Marin County - could be be - the water that wash at their shores  - and the many that enjoy the beach on a sunny day?

The U.S. Navy really found the sordid activities  - when AAA Shipyard was sued - not by the City and County of San Francisco - that was and is asleep at the wheel.

Not by the U.S. Navy that continues to be arrogant - but by private environmental organizations, staunch advocates that are still alive and kicking - that have the best interests of the Hunters Point community at large and the Bay that all San Franciscans - at large.

In recent days the City and County of San Francisco is counting on the China Development Bank - a very corrupt entity - to bank Lennar and other nefarious developers - to build 20,000 units in the middle of Chernobyl.  Time will tell.

The U.S. Navy has not conducted any archaeological survey even though - they are fully cognizant of the fact - that the Muwekma Ohlone had the remain of its ancestors - desecrated.

The remains with the dirt used as landfill. Such actions do not go unpunished - the U.S. Navy pretends it is doing good - while all the time - lying through its teeth.

The slogan spewed out by Lenanr and its henchmen and women - was at the time with Proposition G: "it's time to bring Jobs, Housing and Parks to the Shipyard".

Of course it's time - and let us do it with a proper clean up. Ten years have passed  - and the only way Lennar will accomplish anything is like Cattelus did at Mission Bay - land banking.

No unit can be sold by the Zionists -  with those purchasing the units - signing a waiver. They will not be able to go to the beach - and wet their feet. They will be able to see it - from a distance.

They will not be able to plant anything in the dirt - dirt boxes may be - with clean dirt. All these waivers and more - and nothing assure their good health - the owner that purport to own the units - in the middle of Chernobyl - in the middle of the worst - contamination.

With the pressing issues of sequestration, tday - the U.S. Government compromising our National and International safety - no one it their mind - thinks - that the Government will give the U.S. Navy the money it needs to do any - clean up, mitigation and abatement - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Any simple audit will reveal the millions wasted at Hunters Point before and right now - money; expanded by IT and Tectra Tech - one worse than the other.

The City and County of San Francisco is allowing the Zionists the likes of the John Stewart Company -  to come into communities of color - and practice -  blatant " in your face gentrification ".

It is the same; with folks - like Bevan Dufty who endorsed Lennar - put his mug on their flyers - and now wants to be the Czar of HOPESF - the same goons - who laugh on your face and stab you in the back.

Pretend to give the indigent - some small services at the expense of companies with some goodwill - taking credit of such small services - while failing to help families - more small poor families - who are forced to leave San Francisco.

Our current - San Francisco Board of Supervisors and especially Malia Cohen - are good for nothing - watch her open her mouth -each and every time - she royally will shove her dirty foot in - oblivious to what is truly happening in her District and in the world.

Malia has no clue about what is going at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Wait for the day - when there is an explosion.

SAN FRANCISCO'S MUNICIPAL TRANSPORTATION AGENCY HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE SAN FRANCISCANS SAFE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION - WASTING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

Few have dared to study and more to investigate the  San Francisco Transportation Municipal Transportation (MTA) - that the voters chose - without deep thought - dared to link with the San Francisco Parking Department (DPT) and the once robust Taxi Commission. 

With intent buses have been bought without long term contracts linked to maintenance and through upkeep.

The result our SF Machinists working for SFMTA - have been busy on their lathe machines - producing spare parts - that should have been produced by those that sold us our aged buses.

The paradox is those who sold us our buses from Canada and entities dubious in nature - have long folded and gone.

You can look for them but they are no where to be found.

Some of the those crooks that made the deal - with these crooked companies that folded raked in millions and filled their pockets.

These crooks went at great length to buy the buses - years ago and even in recent years - making illegal transactions - have pocketed the money - and the rest is history.

Michael Burns, Emilio Cruz, Nathenial Ford - others still hovering around - scum bags and with connections with the Pacific Height Mafia. 

Now, SFMTA is poised to buy some 1000 buses and replace our aging fleet - but it cannot produce a viable "camera system" - that is a must - for the safety and protection of the passengers.

Over 50% of the cameras on our MUNI buses the public transportation system do not work.

Millions of dollars have been pocketed by crooks. And we have incompetent City Workers and leading the pack of wolves - the man with a ear piece - who acts like a dictator - pretending he can see - when he cannot - hear.

Research and Development done by one expert in the "camera field" and other pertinent monitoring, recording, and wireless scheduling and tracking methods - have been stolen and given to other nefarious entities - who do not have the better interests of San Franciscans.

Those riding our MUNI buses - our tourists and other innocent passengers - who constantly fall prey as victims - on our buses - think the cameras work - and are given a false security - but, far from it - anyone riding our MUNI today - is in peril and this must be remedied on a War Footing.

Those who lied to us - sent packing to jail - made to serve large terms - and you do not want me to name all of them - the list is long - and some one with the balls - must step up and do something - quickly.

Safety on our MUNI buses has failed - miserably.

It does not help with the shenanigans - employing some drab folks who are paid minimum wage with no benefits - dressed in yellow jackets and some black - I call them the "yellow hornets" - good for nothing and getting praise - as some sort of deterrent - in providing safety - when the case is far - from the truth.

The Mayor Ed Lee should ride the buses - without his safety detail - if he has the balls - anyone can twitch his moustache and spew diatribe - you can even train a "parrot" to do that.

Just like you provide free transportation to the "Twitter Folks" - step up and serve San Franciscans who are subsidizing the "Twitter Nerds" - who want everything on a platter - and have failed to give San Franciscans - jobs - we have given these nerds - a tax break - we who work hard and pay our taxes on time.

Again and again at some MUNI bus stops - ten, fifteen, and as many as twenty so called MUNI police officers, sometimes SF Police Officers, others - will show up and ask the innocent passengers - to show their Fast Pass, transfers tickets, other tickets.

Mostly harass the passengers and target the innocent, the poor and of course the indigent - who cannot afford to ride MUNI but must sometimes to get to the hospital or for some emergency.

We can bend backward to help TWITTER and other others - but not those that need help - most.

These officers should be ashamed of themselves - mostly arrogant and all of them should be get some training to be courteous to the passengers and to the tax payers who pay their salaries.

These good for nothing vermin - most of them do not live in San Francisco- make fat salaries.

Treat our San Franciscans and the most vulnerable - with disdain.

I have seen them again and again - harass those that need help most - demand to see some ticket by speaking in a mean way - and giving no considering to our elders.

Our recent immigrants who cannot understand English - and others who do not comprehend our MUNI system - many of them tourists. Confused by demands - like producing the exact change -  the filthy, graffiti infested buses - and an all round unhealthy environment. Check SamTrans - visit Europe and check their Public Transportation there.

Last I heard - we are a Super Power - never mind that we are teething with Sequestration Woes. Wall Street exceeding the 14,000 plus mark - and millions of people without work.

Healthcare premiums the highest ever - food price rising - and Public Transportation provide to the seniors, those that need help - in demand but there is no one provide any quality service - worth the salt.

Of course the MTA Commission keeps LYING at their many commission  meetings in Room 400 at SF City Hall.

Having failed to maintain any standard with the Department of Traffic that the SFMTA consolidated with - and the Taxi Commission - that SFMTA dipped and expanded the SF Taxi Commission Trust Fund - without due process.

Again and again the Taxi Drivers are treated with disdain.

Taxi Drivers placed on some list to get the medallions -  made to wait as many at 20 years and sometime 25 years - and then told a different story - cheated of their lively hood and the thugs keep - confusing, cheating, lying, robbing in broad daylight.

Added to that the Taxi Drivers have to compete with other "taxi pirates" that ply their trade with bogus marketing, using Apps on smart phones.

Other crooked ways, cheating their way and making money - and depriving the honest, hardworking, decent, ever sacrificing San Francisco average Taxi Drivers - women and men - from earning a decent wage - after working long hours.

The public is fed up with the shenanigans from the SFMTA and the SFMTA is put on notice.

Most of you that talk the talk and cannot walk the walk - must step down and go screw yourselves - in some place where crooks and liars - are tolerated.

It does not help that our San Francisco Board of Supervisors are into everything; except doing the right thing - like addressing Quality of Life issues.

Especially the SF Board of Supervisor from District 8 - Scott Wiener who should look into the camera debacle - that will go to Court. Always siding with the MUNI thugs - and wanting to delay the process - and create a Five Board Member - to hire - may be a Zionist favored candidate.

He and the others on the SF Board of Supervisors have failed to study the Administration Code - and mandates - what must be done to hire a new Director to the SF County Transportation Authority (SFCTA) - that must step up and audit the millions it doles to the SFMTA

It is not sufficient to create the "Whistle Blower's System" - it takes ages to resolve anything.

The crooks have placed themselves in all the right places - more Zionists - who will sell their mothers for a nickel.

Sometime ago our youth needed a break - the fuss that the SFMTA made - when they fully know - from the many discussions they have behind close doors - the millions - wasted.

When it came to give our youth a break - all hell broke loose - and it took some of us to use our influence - to make good things happen. Our youth - more indigent youth - can now travel for FREE on our MUNI buses.

Millions wasted on the Maintenance Shed on 3rd Street  - not far from Islais Creek.

A scandal that few remember - whent SFMTA polluted with millions of gallons of diesel - leaking and leeching - I spoke about it - I wrote about it - but, the public does not know about it.

The MUNI Maintenance Hub situated closer to Third Street and 18th Street - with drab management - and ' we do not give a rat ass attitude" - prevailing even today. Polluting our Bay, our Watershed - and those in charge - failed to fine and fire those that were involved in this - fiasco.

Millions wasted on "light rail cars " that are stored and cannot be used - because some dumb ass so called expert - did not bother to check on the specifications.

Millions wasted on accidents because the "so called experts" - have failed to work hard and put in place - a sound software - which works and is in sync with the total MUNI system.

Now, we have one system that in this contemporary technological age - is from the Smithsonian Age - and another that is 15 years old.

Again and again - but for the grace of God - lives have been saved - and now and then some disaster - is covered up - and the truth never told to the public at large.

Mayor Ed Lee knows about the utter nonsense going on at MUNI - but has chosen to protect the gremlins, the thugs, the crooks, those that he knows do not have the best interests of the public at large - decent, hardworking - San Franciscans.

Over $20 million has been awarded to a "crooked company" that has no expertise - the information stolen and given to the crooked company - from yet another company that did over 5 years - of Research and Development (R&D) on cameras - that were to be placed on our MUNI buses.

The company that did the R&D was hoodwinked - but not anymore.

MUNI and its charlatans are put on notice - do the right thing - or you all will fall on our faces.

Nothing that I have exposed before - has not come to fruition - and this time MUNI will be exposed for all the lies, pain, and utter confusion and pandemonium it is causing - to the public at large.

Our SF Law Enforcement is fast asleep, so are the many other City Department heads - that are corrupt and raking in the millions.

Learn to serve the public - and be honest - you may think you are riding a high horse - but; your days are numbered - you will have a steep - fall.

BAYVIEW HUNTERSPOINT WELLNESS CENTER TO BE PLACED VERY NEAR SEWAGE CENTER - MORE IN THE MIDDLE OF CHERNOBYL.

Nothing much has changed at the San Francisco Planning Department - the decision was made behind close doors - to place the Wellness Center at 3450 Third Street - a very contaminated area.

The usual suspects had gathered in Room 400 at City Hall at the SF Planning Commission - early on at this meeting; when the item discussed on Pier 30-32 was debated; later in the agenda the Wellness Center - and the Appeal would be discussed.

 I stated clearly early on at the San Francisco Planning Commission - that again and again - when it came to dubious projects - the SF Planning decided favorably on matters and projects that were dubious in nature - linked to blatant corruption - and money.

So when the matter came before the SF Planning Department -  this delicate matter; linked to the children and the Wellness Center was decided - in a nonchalant manner - in favor of the Wellness Center.

The SF Planning Commission knowing very well that the area where the Wellness Center was to be placed and operated - was one of the most - contaminated hot spots in San Francisco - 3450 Third Street.

The fate " of our young children'  -  with intent by the SF Planning Commission was  - to place the Wellness Center - at 3450 in the Middle of Chernobyl.

The San Francisco Planning Department has failed to produce the "Closure Report " - and what goes around comes around - and more Karma. 

Those that participated to rubber stamp this very important issue - adversely impacting our children - have BLOOD on their hands.

One of the most important person who has taken this on herself - Nadine Burke - a Black doctor from Jamaica - who is arrogant - and on the matter of contamination and pollution, ignorant - more toxic hot spots - her love for tainted money - knows no bounds.

The 49ers have contributed $300,000 to this person - who is not respected by the community - and who has together with Malia Cohen - divided the community at large.

Time to RECALL Malia Cohen - the most despicable person - who now has target our innocent children. Children who need help - but must not be taken nor treated anywhere near this toxic dump site.

As usual California Pacific Medical Center - the entity that first came with this idea - and gave a grant of over $4 million to Nadine Burke - was behind this charade. 

The California Pacific Medical Center - belongs to the notorious Sutter Group of Hospitals - that has been sued, treats its nurses and hospital employees with disdain - and all of San Francisco heard the many complaints - at the hearing - linked to the planning and place a new hospital on Van Ness.

The many hearing on the adverse impacts as soon as the Sutter Group of Hospitals - took over Saint Luke's Hospital in the Mission. 

California Pacific Medical Center - bused in a lot of young people - to attend the Wellness Center appeal and at the end of the meeting - left most of them stranded - asking for a ride home.

California Pacific Medical Center - placed some boxes with signatures and fake reports - before the SF Planning Commission.

I am sure in all the documentation - there was NO closure report - linked to the site at 3450 Third Street.

The young people will listen to those that the youth and those who are naive - believe have their best interest.

To deceive the young people and young adults is wrong - and the end result; those that participated and bluff and hoodwink - will suffer the consequences.

 Anyone can go to 3450 Third Street - more during peak hours of traffic - and see, experience and witness for themselves - how contaminated the spot is.

Millions of vehicles stop and ply by 3450 - large trucks from the Aggregate and Sand operations, other industrial establishments, the U.S. Navy operations and clean up, the Pacific Electric operations and clean up, the thousands of small business - in the only Industrial Area - left in San Francisco - all ply their vehicles - to and fro - and most of them by 3450 Third Street in San Francisco.

It is totally wrong to bus in a young crowd of youth and others who were not told the TRUTH.

California Pacific Medical Center - has done this with Saint Luke Hospital; in the Mission and met with much resistance - even today.

Now CPMC that belongs to the Sutter Group is dividing the community in the Bayview Hunters Point - and this will come to haunt them BIG time.

California Pacific Medical Center who is behind this project - came before the SF Board of Supervisors; on a matter linked to the brand new, to be built hospital on Van Ness and belittled the the SF Board of Supervisors.

Saying that it could NOT disclose fiscal reports that it did to the Mayor, Ed Lee - the CPMC counsel made this statement to the SF Board of Supervisors. 

Yet, CPMC had come before the SF Board of Supervisors - to ask for the vote to build the brand new hospital - that is ripe with severe problems. Much like a cancer that will NOT go away.

The SF Supervisors got ticked off - and Supervisor after Supervisor told California Pacific Medical Center - that their arrogant behavior was uncalled for and demanded an apology.

The SF Supervisors got their apology but the stench the California Pacific Medical Center left - still lingers - and we who witness this "dirty deed" - know very well - that California Pacific Medical Center -  who belong to the Sutter Group of Hospital and their leaders - are NEVER, meant to be trusted.

Time is on our side - be it a Saint Luke, at Marin County, all over Northern California - the scum bags have money - but use it for all the wrong - purposes.

The Sutter Group make promises and do not keep them - prey on those that cannot defend themselves.

In many cases - divide the community.

Shame on the Sutter Group that controls the California Pacific Medical Center and it satellite clinics - such at the Wellness that will come on board at 3450 Third Street.

Never mind if it is supported by $300,000 donated by the 49er team that failed to win the Superbowl - after reaching at the 5 yard line.

Never mind if it got $4 million to fill the pockets of some very corrupt people - a Jamaican doctor - who is using our children to establish her fake practice. 

Even though California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) came before the SF Board of Supervisor - for their vote - their arrogant behavior not the disclose their financial reports - was an insult to the SF Board of Supervisors. 

When the Wellness Center issue came before the SF Board of Supervisors - Malia Cohen made sure she greased the palms of those that need to be greased.

This woman Malia Cohen is despicable - and with her all the House Negroes that support her. Make no bones about it.

Many remember as if it was yesterday the episode - when CPMC lied again and again at City Hall in Room 250 - linked to the issues that CPMC has failed to deliver quality services at most of their hospitals.

 CPMC - loves to swim in the cesspool of lies and betrayals. 

More stating that is was fine to disclose the financial reports  to the Mayor, Ed Lee but not to the SF Board of Supervisors.

At yesterday's meeting held in Room 400 at City Hall - again one of the lawyers working for the corrupt California Pacific Medical Center a White was talking to another White man - that Dr. Espanola Jackson the proponent of the Appeal before the SF Planning Depart - was a  " No Show  " and this was NOT the truth.

The truth was Dr. Espanola was occupied - had just attended her daughter's funeral and made it to the meeting on time - scheduled at 3:30 pm to the surprise of the crooks working for California Pacific Medical Center - proxy to the Sutter Group.

Nadine Burke - and the host of supporters were surprised when Dr. Espanola Jackson arrived a few minutes but on time for the meeting.

Again and again outsiders - throw some stale bread crumbs and people fall for the trap. Included in this case - shenanigans of sorts.

 Malia Cohen and her campaign manager, others, so called consultants - all paid to commit this atrocity against the community - were busy outside Room 400 at City Hall - trying to win support - telling LIES.

Those bused to come to the meeting and paid a small stipend - were left after the meeting to fend for themselves - forced to hitch hike home and begging for a ride home.

Our children cannot take care of themselves - adults must see that they are reared well and treated well - their health and education comes first.

No corrupt entity should push for a Wellness Center to be built at a contaminated site. Those pushing for such project - have BLOOD on their hands.

The Bayview decent community and the few ardent, caring, and stellar advocates will NOT fall prey to the spineless, shallow, corrupt, and good for nothing politicians - the likes of Malia Cohen who advocates for this Wellness Center.

Nadine Burke who LIED yesterday - this woman works for the money; lives on Potrero Hill - Nadine Burke does have the best interest of the children from Bayview Hunters Point - area.

Our City and County of San Francisco - must invest in a Clinic for our children in the Bayview at a clean place.

The Mayor Ed Lee knows that, the City Administrator knows that, the SF Health Department Director  Barbara Garcia knows that.

The City Attorney - Dennis Herrera  knows that, the Chief of  Police Gregory Suhr knows that.

All of these so called officials - know what is the TRUTH - but have not come to the rescue of our children and the community at large.

The most vulnerable are our children that need help and must be treated - at a location that is NOT - polluted.

Shame on those who in writing have vouched for this despicable Wellness Center - you will hear more about this Wellness Center - in the days to come.

What you hear will NOT be pleasing to the ear!

In a few months when the State of the Art - Women's and Children's Hospital is built at Mission Bay  - our children and women should go there - and treated in a clean environment.

Not to a Wellness Center that with INTENT has been placed in a contaminated area - 3450 Third Street.

As for the SF Planning Commission that voted for this site and for the Wellness Center to be placed there - hook winked the public and helped change the zoning area from industrial to accommodate clinics and other such operations - in a toxic environment - shame on you all.

We have the Precautionary Principle on our books. 

No clinic, no hospital, no center or institution worth the salt that deals with healing - should be placed in an area - that is bombarded day and night - 24 hours - 7 day a week - with stench from the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant, the many particulates spewed by the millions of vehicles that ply by 3450 Third Street - and more.

The people spoke and they represented the people represented themselves well; the many articulate and stellar constituents who spoke the TRUTH and were AGAINST the Wellness Center.

The corrupt; those that are very EVIL - went against the WILL of the people.
