COMMUNITY BENEFITS - SET ASIDE TO HELP THE COMMUNITY OF SAN FRANCISCO - LINKED TO THE NOW $12 BILLION - SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - STARTED WITH A PROJECT VALUE OF $6 BILLION - 5% OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WAS AGREED UPON - AND SET ASIDE FOR COMMUNITY BENEFITS.

of San Francisco - both husband and wife have special contracts -each making over $400,000 both have displayed blatant 

dereliction of duty - in the ongoing investigation  -

both have failed San Franciscans - both have been embroiled in sordid activities - of all sorts and should be ashamed of themselves.

 For how long can we advocates sound the clarion call - share the empirical data - plead for justice and fair play - only for the very corrupt to look down on the community - now coraled and issued subpoenas by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. 

San Franciso has long been know as " a racists city " - the paradox - we now have to face - are Black the likes of Juliet Ellis, Dwayne Jones, Veronica Hunnicutt, Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Al Williams, Derick Smith.

Doris Vincent, Elosie Patton, Oscar James, Tyra Fennell, a couple of Black Fraternity groups - have been having a field day - getting doled - thousands of dollars - linked to the Comunity Benefits - tied to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).

Since 2004 in large measure and more since 2012 in greater measure - these corrupt individuals - have with intent - talked and used taxpayers money - and spent the money frivolously. 

All the while our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders - more those with compromised health - and for sure our mentally and physically challenged - have been adversely impacted.

Shamann Walton - the District 10 Supervisor -

he belongs - he has failed San Francisco and more

Dwayne Jones mentored Shamann Walton -

taught him the ropes - the various devious, and 

nefarious methods - to cheat, deceive, and adversely impact 

the community at large - all with millions of dollars - 

of taxpayers' money.

Millions of dollars are funneled to Young Community Developers - before DionJay Brookter the Director was Shamann Walton.

Dwayne Jones has been his mentor funneling millions to Young Community Developers and then Dwayne Jones - paid as a Consultant. Such conflict of interest issues - inundate - the many spreadsheets I have reviewed - these scumbags, vermin, have BLOOD on their hands.  

Dwayne Jones is from Los Angles - he came here and was harbored by some that he does not acknowledge - bites the hand that fed him. I have known him for a long time - he is a scoundrel.

For the last 16 years - I have followed these scoundrels - one worse than the other - what pains me are most are Black - and were once poor and need help - were given the help and today have NOT only turned their back - but chosen to see our Black infants, children, youth, young adult, our beloved Elders, those mentally and physically challenged - slowly, die.

so many - millions -yes, million of taxpayers' money wasted.

The last time - crooks were coraled and sent to jail - was 80 years ago - now at last - a Republican Attorney David Anderson - took upon himself with his team - to set the record right.

As Americans we must NOT permit - amoral, scumbags, steeped in nefarious activities - to allow infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders - those with mentally and physically challenged to die slowly - when - taxpayers money was set aside by a Task Force of citizens - to uplift those - that need help, most.

The Task Force from the Bayview Hunters Point community - who attended many meetings - and deliberated well. Only to be cheated to be at the table - to see to the details - and more the distribution of the Community Benefits mone.

 I too attended each one of the meetings - never saw Dwayne Jones, never Juliet Ellis - I saw the facilitator Sam Murray - who worked for SF Public Utilities Commission - has retired and has since suffered from heart problems.

Sam Murray is known to have sold out the community years ago - and he kept committing his nefarious deeds again and again - did it again - before, Sam Murray retired - nursing himself back to health - from a fatal - heart attack.

Life is for the living, not the Living Dead.

As many know my Jesuit training and my experience with the United States Army - more,  Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco - has allowed me - to investigate many nefarious actions -  over the years - I have delved deep - and those hovering around today - are like cockroaches - fleeing - they can run but they cannot hide. 

As for Sam Murray, he will reap the fruits of his sordid actions - here on Earth.

The Task Force -  who handed over the report to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - that was around 2016 - had no idea about the process - they were taken for a wild ride. 

Two very corrupt individuals Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis - took the report - created by the Task Force - and these two scumbags of the highest order - took control of the money - and have since 2015.

They have had access to $600 million - an inordinately large sum of money -  truly speaking with that money - thousands could have been helped - more, toady during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Blacks mostly have sold out the community. Yet they want money from the SF Police Department and SF Sheriff Department - given to jailbirds - such as Shamann Walton - to use and do as he pleases.

We do not need the breadcrumbs when millions are starring at our face - Community Benefits -  meant for the Community - controlled by crooks - most of them Blacks - and they should be ashamed of themselves. And there is more.

In the interim - those that do God's work - have to fend for themselves - of course, we know God helps those that help themselves.

Recently - some of us have been hooked winked by the Mayor's Office of Economic Development (MOED) and one Joaquim Torres - I hope his office is audited - millions doled out to entities - by brokers - who have the money outsourced for distribution.

San Francisco has a Budget of $13.7 yet cannot help non-profit that work hard - with a grant nor a loan - of $10,000 to $20,000 more to tide over rent and some basic services - linked to the community at large.

Corrupt entities are given $300,000 grants on a platter Laughing Monk, Cafe Envy,  Cafe Word, Bayview Opera House - $3.2 missing when Malia Cohen was the District 10 Supervisor - over 40 non-profits -  I have named them before - we will not sit down and see the hoodwinking going on in broad daylight. 

Today, MSNBC is scheduled to do a nice report on the scumbags - hope those who are fast asleep will wake up. Pathetic.
