Juliet Ellis - the Assitant General Manager for External Affair and Chief Strategist - has failed San Francisco.

Caught with her hand in the cookie jar - has doled out millions of dollars - Community Benefits - needs to be charged and sentenced for an inordinate time.

Where do they find such vermin - that come to San Francisco and are given unfettered accesses to hoodwink decent San Franciscans - again and again.

San Francisco with intent - permit thugs, amoral, corrupt, unethical, buffoons that have NO standard, less ethics, and absolutely No - standards.

Over $600 million has been doled out by two very corrupt individuals - to entities that I have named before.

Community Benefits money -  money for huge Project - favored Primes get the contract - and then begin the fireworks - begin - change orders - galore.

It is simply wrong for the Primes and some very corrupt contractors to knowingly work with a CROOK like Dwayne Jones.

Dwayne Jones is NO contractor who has experience with vertical or horizontal projects.

What he is - is a seasoned crook - who has mentored other crooks - among them Shaman Walton and DionJay Brookter.

Dwayne Jones calls himself the " Gatekeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point " - he is NO Gatekeeper.

He is a "snitch " - and his days are numbered. Soon the Brothers and Sisters will be visiting him - and so too other so-called contractors - who get their contracts on a platter.

We have the empirical data - and we can prove - the wrongs committed since 2012.

Once he gets his share of the deal - he can deliver permits and finance on a platter. Finance linked to UNIONS and more - I have been following this scumbag for years - so has the FBI.

For sure the Bayview Hunters Point has suffered - the man is Black but he has done nothing for poor Blacks.

Even less for our infants, children, youth, young adult, Elders - those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.
